Where This Single Sits in Lee Harris's Arc

I Am Living Life Abundantly arrived on November 21, 2025, as a single with one track. It is a small release in a long catalogue. Lee Harris has been writing and producing music since 1998, and he is also a channeler, author, and teacher whose free monthly Energy Update videos reach hundreds of thousands of people. His music has long been built as a companion to that teaching work rather than a separate pursuit.

The release belongs to a late-2025 stretch of affirmation-driven music. It sits near Mantramorphs (September 2025) and Rising in Love: Medicine Mantras 3 (December 2025). Abundance and permission, meaning permission to receive, thrive, and be prosperous and spiritual at once, are recurring themes in his teaching. This single gives that theme a direct musical statement.

Sonic Character

I can't offer a moment-by-moment account of the recording. What can be said comes from how Harris's music is described in general, and from the title itself. His work is vocal-forward and mantra-based, with spare arrangements: guitar, subtle synth, and occasional percussion that support his voice without crowding it. His voice carries warmth and presence rather than ethereality. Pacing is slow and contemplative, and arrangements avoid grandiosity or orchestral excess.

The title is a first-person affirmation in the present tense, in the same family as "I Am Peace" and "I Allow My Soul to Rise." Expect a single intention repeated and varied, with space left around it. The mood this approach usually produces is steady and grounded, closer to a calm declaration than to a euphoric peak.

The Track Worth Naming

There is only one: "I Am Living Life Abundantly." What makes it land is the grammar. It doesn't say "I will" or "I wish." It states the condition as already true, and the music exists to help the listener rehearse that statement until it feels less like an argument and more like a posture.

Because the release is a single track, it works as a complete piece. There is no sequencing to follow and no arc across songs. The repetition is the content, so a listener is invited to stay with one phrase rather than move through many.

Place in Its Tradition

Harris's work sits outside traditional lineage structures. This is not bhakti or kirtan in the strict sense. There are no Sanskrit chants, no guru-initiated mantras, and no inherited school behind it. The better frame is contemporary affirmation-based mantra music, rooted in modern New Age spirituality, sound healing, and the mainstreaming of meditation and energy work in Western wellness culture. "Mantra" here means an English-language intention, repeated.

That affects how to listen. There is no esoteric structure to study or initiation to honor. The practice is self-directed, and the song is a tool to use.

Who It Lands Hardest For

This single is best suited to people already comfortable with the vocabulary of energy, intuition, and heart-centered living, and especially to sensitive or intuitive listeners who want a short, focused piece for a particular intention. It fits a moment when a person is working on their relationship to receiving: money, opportunity, rest, or success they feel they're allowed to want.

It is less likely to suit listeners seeking instrumental virtuosity, avant-garde composition, or confrontational, deconstructive spiritual work. The repetition may feel undersaturated to ears shaped by pop production, and the abundance message may read as saccharine to people who want more rigor. For practitioners of meditation or mantra, that restraint is the point.

Close Listening Recommendation

Treat this as practice rather than background. Listen alone, ideally with headphones, at the start of the day or in a quiet evening, when you can give a few minutes of undistracted attention. Let the phrase move through you rather than analyzing it. You might sit or stand, breathe slowly, and say the line along with the voice, noticing where it feels true and where your body pushes back.

Then play it again. Harris's music is designed for repeated listening and embodied use, and a single track makes that easy. If you're new to his work, the free monthly Energy Update videos on YouTube are a good way to hear his voice and see whether his sensibility suits you before you go further into the music.
