Katherine Bristow

Katherine is an Actor / Yoga Teacher with a deep interest in breath + body connection. Her training started in 2013 and has evolved over the years.

In 2021 she completed her 200hrs in Portugal, "A personal practice is everything to me. It allows me to maintain a deep connection to myself, and create a grounding point for me".

Nidra has also become a big part of her practice "in a world where we are 'on' 24/7, it is important for us to find time to connect not with others, but back to ourselves".
