Integrated Tantra

Integrated Tantra offers Tantra, breathwork and retreats from Groningen in the Netherlands. Its work rests on a simple premise: difficulty, pain and struggle are an inherent part of life, just as beauty, pleasure and playfulness are. The path it teaches is an embodied one, in which all of these experiences can be loved rather than pushed away.

Participants are guided to descend into experience through the body and vital energy, to be curious about tension, desire and pain, and to be more honest with themselves and others. The teachers do not push anyone toward spiritual insight or toward rising above their patterns. They teach people to take their own truth as a doorway to depth. Tantra, as they describe it, is for those who want to live deep spirituality in a human, earthly way.

Their approach draws on Tantric teachings, knowledge of Western psychology for seeing through patterns and beliefs, breathwork to let life energy flow, and bodywork. It takes shape in workshops, retreats, a path for women and private sessions, including shadow work as a recurring theme.

The site also offers free guided Tantric meditations for home practice, a solo breath practice called the Inner Flute and a partner practice called Come Together, with musical accompaniment by Ruben.
