Gonzalo Bolla

Gonzalo Bolla is a breathwork and sound healing facilitator based in Barcelona. He describes himself as a facilitator of transformative experiences, and his stated mission is to help people unplug from the noise of daily life and reach a space of inner freedom, where calm can grow and limiting patterns can be released.

He says his path began at 16, when a connected-breathing session marked a turning point and led him to explore ancestral ways of expanding consciousness. Later he discovered the voice, overtone singing, the gong and other sacred sounds, which he came to see as a powerful key for transformation.

Gonzalo is a certified yoga teacher, trained in Argentina and India, with more than 20 years of practice and teaching. Since 2008 he has led workshops, trainings, ceremonies and sound healing concerts with ancestral instruments, including gongs, Tibetan bowls, flutes, voice and harmonics. His breathwork classes and sessions combine conscious breathing techniques with guided relaxation, and he works with people from around the world. His Insight Timer page notes that he has facilitated gatherings in Europe and Latin America.

He is the founder of the Sacred Sounds Academy, a school for sound therapy training with sacred instruments, and he teaches courses in sound healing and overtone singing, in person and online. He has also recorded several albums of meditative music, and he has taken part in social projects with schools, blind communities and children.

In his words, his intention is to create safe, powerful spaces to release tension, unlock emotions and reconnect with one's true self.
