sound healingThe Medicine of Sound Healing and Somatic Breathwork
Led by Kripalu faculty Jon Orsini and Jess Frey, this weekend retreat explores the healing potential of breath and sound as gateways to nervous system regulation and inner ease. The program weaves together somatic breathwork, crystal bowl and chime work, group dialogue, and reflective journaling. Participants engage in ceremonial breath and sound journeys designed to evoke vibrational healing and deepen connection to self and community. The weekend establishes a foundation of accessible tools for living with greater openness, authenticity, and flow. Daily yoga practice, silent meals, and time on the Kripalu grounds support integration throughout the stay. This is not a substitute for psychotherapy; participants should consult with their physician if they have cardiovascular conditions, glaucoma, recent surgery, or other specified health concerns.
