Guided Sleep Hypnosis: Falling Asleep Fast in a Dream Cave

From Catherine PAQUET - Hypnose ⭐

Watch · 8

Somewhere past the first hour of a recording that runs close to two hours, a woman's voice asks you to stop trying. Close your eyes, she says, and simply notice the breath: the ribs widening on the inhale, loosening on the exhale. Nothing needs fixing. Nothing needs to change. Then the count begins, five down to one, and with each number another band of the body is invited to let go. By the time the voice reaches one, you are, in the session's own words, already very, very relaxed, and the story has carried you out of the bedroom and into a meadow at noon. This is the sleep hypnosis recorded by Catherine Paquet, a French-speaking hypnotherapist whose channel is built around sleep sessions. Its architecture is worth taking apart, because it shows how a guided sleep track moves a listener from the body, through imagery, to the edge of dreaming.

What does a guided sleep hypnosis actually ask you to do?

Very little, on paper. The recording is not a lecture and it does not ask for belief. The opening instruction is to focus on your slow, regular breathing and to be aware of it without trying to change it. This is a deliberate move. A mind that is trying to fall asleep often works harder at the task, checking the clock, replaying the day, monitoring its own drowsiness. Giving attention a neutral, repetitive job, such as tracking the breath, gives the restless part of the mind something simple to hold.

The description accompanying the video frames the aim plainly: to help the listener fall asleep calmly, with a quieted mind, into restorative rest. The same description also points viewers toward a six-week CBT-I program the speaker offers for insomnia, a reminder that a session like this sits inside a wider approach to sleep rather than standing alone as a cure.

How does the countdown melt the body?

The countdown is the engine of the first act. It moves top to bottom, and it is paced so that each number lands on a new region. At five, attention settles on the head: you trace the outline of your face with an imagined finger, and the jaw, forehead and cheeks are invited to soften. At four, the neck and shoulders drop, the arms feel loose, and the hands rest on whatever surface they are touching. At three, the chest becomes the focus, rising and falling at a regular pace, and the relaxation is said to circulate through the whole body. At two, the calm travels down the thighs, knees, legs, and finally the ankles and feet. At one, the instruction is that the body is completely relaxed.

What makes this more than a body scan is the rhythm. Each step is short, the language is repetitive, and the sentences are deliberately slow. The listener is handed a pattern that repeats every few seconds, and the mind begins to predict it. That predictability is part of the point. A sleep track works partly by becoming boring in the right way, so that there is nothing left to be vigilant about.

Notice too the way the session turns the body into a wave. Calm is described as spreading "from head to toe," passing along the spine, circling the pelvis, and then moving down the legs. It is an image of motion without effort, which suits the transition the listener is trying to make: from doing to being.

Why does the session place you beside a stream and an oak?

Once the body is heavy, the session opens a landscape. A lush meadow, a light breeze, a sun at its zenith. The listener is asked to follow a small winding stream on the left, to listen to the water, to touch it with a fingertip and feel its freshness. The stream is a classic anchor in this kind of work: a sound that never stops and never asks anything of you, which lets attention rest on something that flows.

Further along, the session introduces a centuries-old oak that the speaker calls the tree of life. The listener places a hand on the bark, breathes in, and is invited to take in whatever well-being the tree gives off. This is a recurring technique in hypnotic imagery: a presence that feels stable and older than the day's worries, something you can borrow strength from. The text is careful to frame the strength as already yours, "ingrained in your DNA," ensuring your own determination. The tree lends a feeling; it does not supply anything from outside.

Then come the horses. The session asks you to imagine riding one, becoming one with the animal, leaning forward with your head at the base of its neck, the wind moving past. It is the most physically immersive passage of the first half, and its job is to produce a feeling of being carried. Carried is the state sleep requires. You are not steering. You are transported.

What is the "safe cave" and why return to it?

The turn in the story comes with the rain. Drops land on the back of the neck, the sky darkens, lightning splits it. The horse stops, points with its chin toward a path and a cave in the mountain, and the listener understands that they are being invited to shelter. The listener dismounts, thanks the animal, and walks toward a small carillon whose chimes grow more recognizable as they approach. Inside the cave, a campfire crackles, blankets are piled against warm stone, and oriental cushions are scattered in abundance.

The cave is the most important object in the session, and the speaker says so directly. Later, in the active world, if doubt or hesitation arrives, the listener can close their eyes and return to this place in thought. It will always be there, for as long as you wish. This is a portable refuge, a place built in imagination that can be revisited after the session has ended, which is a useful idea for anyone whose nights are crowded with the day's pressure.

The single word the mind receives in the cave is "peace." It arrives "as if by magic" and envelops the listener completely. Anchoring a whole emotional state to one word is an old and economical device. Repeated across a session or recalled at a difficult moment, it becomes a handle the listener can grip without effort.

Why was this video built for drop-in listeners?

The description reveals something about the format that is easy to miss. The speaker explains that her live sessions are broadcast for several hours so that people can join at whatever point suits them, taking "the suggestion of the day" without having to search a playlist. YouTube then converts those live broadcasts into a video, but that version sits in the accueil section rather than the videos tab and is not repeated in the regular video list, because it is a recording of a broadcast rather than a session produced in advance. Viewers who want a classic, time-limited session are pointed to the videos tab or to a sleep playlist.

That split is a telling piece of practice. A long, open-ended track can start for someone already drifting off and simply continue. A standard session is easier to finish and to return to on purpose. This recording, at nearly two hours, belongs to the first kind: a track designed to be entered in the middle, which fits the way many people actually reach for sleep audio at 2 a.m., after they have already been awake for a while.

How does the session end in dreams and affirmations?

The second half drifts further into imagery and then into the mind's own language. Around the midpoint the register shifts toward statements about the self: the listener is told that their potential is infinite, that they are proud of their courage, that they look at themselves with kindness and believe in their future. These are affirmations, delivered slowly and in the second person, and they do the work of settling the day's self-talk before the dream begins.

The session then moves into a flower clearing, where the listener is asked to choose a flower and surrender, letting go of the things they have been carrying. The track closes in a state the speaker describes as the moment we feel free from burdens and constraints. Sleep is suggested as the natural consequence of that release: wrapped in the warmth of the cave, the listener falls asleep, and there, the dreaming begins.

For a reader who has not pressed play, the value of the session is less in any single image than in its order. It starts with breath, moves through the body from crown to heel, places the listener somewhere safe, gives them something to borrow, and then tells them what to carry into sleep. Each stage narrows the room in which the restless mind can operate. That is the craft, and it is worth studying whether you use the recording or not.

Where to go from here

If you want to try this kind of work, begin with the structure rather than the story. Choose a sleep track that starts with breath and a body countdown, and give it a full night before judging it. Try pairing it with a single anchor word you can recall during the day. If the cave image works for you, practice returning to it in thought while you are awake, not only at bedtime, so that it is already familiar when you need it. For longer-term insomnia, the speaker's own description points to a structured CBT-I program, which addresses the habits and thought patterns that a guided track can only soothe. Listen with attention to how your body responds, and treat any session as one tool among several rather than a promise.

[0:05] You can close your eyes and

[0:07] focus solely on your

[0:10] slow, regular breathing.

[0:16] Without trying to change it,

[0:18] be aware of the rhythm of your

[0:20] breath,

[0:24] of your rib cage opening on

[0:26] the inhale

[0:29] and relaxing on the exhale.

[0:35] This breathing gently cradles you, carries

[0:38] you away in its benevolent arms

[0:41] and guides you towards calm and

[0:43] tranquility.

[0:49] I'm going to count down from 5 to 1 and when I

[0:52] say the number 1

[0:54] you'll already be very, very relaxed.

[0:59] 5

[1:01] Become aware of the upper part of

[1:03] your body and in particular [music]

[1:05] your head.

[1:09] Imagine tracing the outline of your face with your finger,

[1:12] drawing an almost

[1:15] perfect circle.

[1:22] Feel the muscles in your jaw

[1:24] relaxing.

[1:31] Your forehead smoothing,

[1:38] your cheeks relaxed

[1:39] .

[1:46] 4.

[1:47] Note the relaxation of your neck and

[1:50] shoulders.

[1:56] Your shoulders are sagging.

[2:02] Your arms are flexible.

[2:07] And your hands rest effortlessly on the

[2:09] support.

[2:10] Fingers perfectly relaxed.

[2:18] Three.

[2:19] Your chest rises and falls as you inhale.

[2:25] And lowers on the exhale.

[2:28] At a regular pace.

[2:30] Allowing relaxation to circulate throughout

[2:33] your entire body. And to regenerate

[2:36] all your cells.

[2:41] Feel this wave of calming energy

[2:44] spreading through your body. From head to

[2:46] toe.

[2:48] Now passing through your

[2:50] spine.

[2:51] To move towards the base of your

[2:53] back.

[2:56] Gently encircling your pelvis.

[3:05] Two.

[3:07] The calm continues its progression towards

[3:09] the thighs.

[3:14] Win your knees.

[3:17] On the legs.

[3:23] And it finishes its course by

[3:25] completely relaxing your ankles and feet.

[3:33] One.

[3:35] Your body is completely relaxed.

[3:38] And you can feel a

[3:40] delightful inner peace.

[3:42] Perfect calm.

[3:45] A sense of well-being that settles permanently

[3:47] throughout your entire being.

[3:53] Now.

[3:54] Imagine that you are in a

[3:56] lush meadow.

[3:59] Listen to the silence.

[4:05] It gives you a feeling of

[4:07] security.

[4:10] The sweetness of the silence is even more

[4:12] noticeable when it is punctuated here

[4:15] and there by a light breeze that the

[4:18] discreet wind sends back to your ears,

[4:21] delicately caressing your skin.

[4:29] It is around noon.

[4:31] The day is magnificent and the sun

[4:34] is at its zenith,

[4:36] offering you the pleasant warmth of its

[4:39] bright rays.

[4:43] You then set off on a wonderful

[4:45] walk

[4:47] which you begin by following a small

[4:49] winding stream

[4:51] located on your left.

[4:54] Listen to the sound of the flowing water,

[4:57] heading in the same direction as

[4:59] you.

[5:01] [music]

[5:05] [music]

[5:06] Focus all your attention on the

[5:08] sounds of water,

[5:11] pure,

[5:12] simple,

[5:14] captivating.

[5:17] [music]

[5:24] You are connected to this clear

[5:26] and precious water

[5:28] that you can even touch with your

[5:30] fingertips.

[5:36] It is pleasantly fresh

[5:39] and as soon as it touches your skin,

[5:42] you perceive its energy which

[5:44] gives you a feeling of comfort,

[5:47] as if it were communicating its quiet strength to you

[5:50] .

[5:56] Feel this strength that is within you,

[5:59] that is part of you, that is

[6:01] ingrained in your DNA, that

[6:03] ensures your determination and your

[6:06] power over yourself.

[6:17] You continue walking,

[6:19] breathing in the scents

[6:22] of nature,

[6:24] noticing the tree branches that

[6:26] dance gently

[6:28] to the rhythm of the light wind.

[6:35] You take a break when you

[6:36] come across a centuries-old oak tree that seems to

[6:39] draw you towards it.

[6:43] Its trunk is gigantic,

[6:46] majestically anchored in the ground,

[6:49] and you can see beneath the earth its

[6:51] endless roots

[6:54] that allow it to stand there, straight

[6:56] before you.

[7:03] This tree is a haven for many

[7:05] birds that chirp happily in

[7:07] its branches,

[7:09] resting on them,

[7:12] building nests here and there. Baby

[7:19] birds begin their lives before your

[7:21] admiring eyes,

[7:23] and you smile at so much beauty.

[7:30] The tree of life, that is what

[7:32] you call this oak,

[7:35] which you greet by

[7:37] respectfully placing your hand on the bark

[7:39] of its trunk.

[7:42] Immediately, a new energy passes from

[7:45] the tree to you

[7:47] and you breathe deeply

[7:50] as if to fill yourself with it to the maximum.

[7:53] Enjoy even the smallest ounce of

[7:56] well-being it gives off.

[8:05] You were communing with him.

[8:08] Let's close our eyes

[8:09] and benefit from its

[8:11] masterful power.

[8:20] Completely reassured, you

[8:22] continue your walk, moving away

[8:25] from the stream towards

[8:27] the center of the meadow

[8:30] where you have seen movements that

[8:32] intrigue you. As

[8:35] you approach,

[8:37] you can make out horses

[8:40] trotting towards a destination unknown to

[8:42] you, but which seems to hold no

[8:44] secrets for them.

[8:47] These horses are magnificent,

[8:50] a deep brown

[8:52] with auburn,

[8:54] beige, and

[8:55] black undertones.

[9:01] Their manes give the impression of

[9:03] caressing the wind in a regular rhythm.

[9:10] Imagine yourself sitting on one of them

[9:13] and it's a bit like flying

[9:15] yourself, becoming

[9:16] one with the animal,

[9:19] protected by its robust build, speeding off

[9:23] in an unknown direction, but

[9:25] no matter,

[9:27] the grace and magic of the moment supplants

[9:29] everything in [music] this instant.

[9:37] You become one with the animal.

[9:39] Her legs joined his stomach,

[9:41] leaning forward,

[9:43] practically lying on top of him,

[9:46] her head resting at the base of his

[9:48] neck,

[9:49] her arms encircling his neckline.

[9:57] You breathe in its scent, both bold and

[9:59] subtle,

[10:02] and you let yourself be carried away,

[10:05] transported,

[10:08] intoxicated.

[10:14] This moment is unique.

[10:17] You close your eyes.

[10:20] You are overwhelmed by the indescribable delight of

[10:23] this pivotal moment,

[10:25] suspended between reality and imagination.

[10:31] You're floating. That's when

[10:39] you feel the

[10:40] first drops of rain

[10:42] gently refreshing the back of your neck.

[10:46] You open your eyes again and see in the

[10:49] distance the sky darken

[10:52] and be streaked with lightning that casts

[10:55] a ray of light on the

[10:57] distant meadow.

[11:04] Your horse is galloping and heading

[11:07] along a small dirt path

[11:10] running alongside a mountain.

[11:15] Then, it stops and points with

[11:18] its chin towards a small path at the end

[11:20] of which you can make out a cave drawn

[11:23] in the mountain.

[11:26] Then he goes to bed.

[11:29] [growling]

[11:30] You then understand that he is inviting you to take

[11:32] shelter in the cave.

[11:35] So, you get off and take the time

[11:37] to say goodbye to the animal, wrapping

[11:40] your arms around its neck and

[11:42] whispering thank you in

[11:45] its ear.

[11:48] He then looks into your eyes with a

[11:51] frank and gentle gaze

[11:53] that fills you with gratitude and

[11:55] happiness.

[11:57] This fleeting encounter was a

[11:59] wonderful gift that you will keep within you

[12:02] like a jewel.

[12:07] It is with a light heart that you head

[12:08] towards the cave.

[12:11] As you get closer, you can make out a

[12:14] sound that becomes increasingly

[12:15] recognizable.

[12:18] This is a carillon

[12:20] like those found in

[12:22] garden trees,

[12:24] on the steps of a church or in front of the

[12:27] entrance door of a house.

[12:31] [bell]

[12:34] The sounds are harmonious and give off a

[12:36] positive energy that draws you to it.

[12:44] [bell]

[12:44] You find the chime at the entrance to

[12:46] the cave and discover with enchantment

[12:49] a very welcoming place where you are greeted by

[12:52] the delicate flames of a campfire

[12:54] that crackles and gives off a

[12:57] comforting warmth.

[13:02] Outside, a warm rain falls

[13:06] on nature and you take a moment

[13:08] to receive these delicate drops on

[13:11] your face.

[13:16] Listen to the rain.

[13:18] It is gentle,

[13:20] steady,

[13:22] captivating.

[13:28] You now enter this

[13:30] luminous grotto and notice the thick

[13:32] layer of blankets arranged around the

[13:35] fire

[13:37] itself against the warm

[13:39] mountain stone.

[13:44] Oriental and colorful cushions are

[13:47] arranged in abundance on the blankets

[13:50] and give the place an

[13:52] undeniable charm.

[13:59] A single word emerges as if by

[14:01] magic in your mind:

[14:03] the word peace.

[14:06] It envelops you completely,

[14:08] insinuates itself into you and gives you a

[14:11] feeling of intense lightness

[14:15] as if nothing else mattered.

[14:22] You feel privileged and in order to

[14:25] rest, you lie down on

[14:28] the blankets with your

[14:29] head resting on a wonderfully soft cushion

[14:32] .

[14:36] You close your eyes to

[14:38] intensely enjoy [music] this

[14:39] magical moment.

[14:44] The ultimate moment when we feel free

[14:47] from all burdens and constraints,

[14:51] when life seems to be the most

[14:52] perfect of gifts.

[14:58] Breathe,

[15:01] feel yourself exist

[15:03] fully, without nuance.

[15:12] You know that later,

[15:14] when you return to your

[15:16] active world,

[15:18] if you happen to have a moment of

[15:20] doubt or hesitation,

[15:22] you will close your eyes and

[15:24] transport yourself in thought to your

[15:26] safe cave.

[15:32] She will always be there to welcome you whenever

[15:35] you feel the

[15:37] need and for as long as you

[15:39] wish.

[15:42] Take another moment to fully

[15:45] integrate this place within yourself.

[15:49] The warm mountain stone,

[15:52] the crackling fire,

[15:56] this sacred place that protects you.

[16:08] The relaxation is so complete that, snuggled up

[16:11] warm in your cave,

[16:13] you fall asleep.

[16:16] And there,

[16:17] you dream.

[16:20] You are in a clearing of flowers

[16:23] of all colors,

[16:25] yellow,

[16:26] red,

[16:28] orange, purple, pink and blue.

[16:33] The clouds in the sky are

[16:36] heart-shaped in all sizes.

[16:38] They come and go as if they were

[16:40] all waltzing together to offer you

[16:43] a show just for you.

[16:51] The blue of the sky is pure and soothing

[16:54] in the light of the atmosphere that

[16:56] surrounds you.

[17:03] The grass under your feet is freshly

[17:05] cut, so

[17:07] perfect that your

[17:09] environment seems to be a

[17:10] painting [music] by an

[17:12] exceptionally talented artist,

[17:14] of which you yourself are the central point,

[17:18] the essential nugget [music] to the

[17:20] completeness of this work.

[17:28] Your view of yourself changes,

[17:31] abandoning any trace of judgment or

[17:34] criticism you may have had.

[17:38] You then experience a feeling

[17:40] of love that you have never felt before.

[17:45] You love the person you are.

[17:48] You forgive him his flaws.

[17:51] You accept its imperfections

[17:54] with a new tolerance that

[17:57] sustains and relieves you.

[18:07] You also love the world

[18:09] you live in

[18:10] and feel gratitude for all it has

[18:13] to offer.

[18:17] Even if it is far from perfect,

[18:20] you realize that you have the power

[18:22] to do something with it,

[18:24] to positively impact, on your own

[18:27] scale, what is important to you.

[18:32] [music]

[18:35] The world is a collection of poems

[18:38] and your life is its main

[18:41] poetry.

[18:44] [music]

[18:47] You then realize that the day is coming to an

[18:49] end.

[18:52] The sky casts a veil of deep blue over the clearing,

[18:57] giving it a very

[18:59] intimate atmosphere. [music]

[19:07] You feel wonderful,

[19:09] [music]

[19:10] listening to the sounds of the approaching night

[19:12] .

[19:15] [music]

[19:18] Every element of nature seems to

[19:20] speak to you in its own

[19:23] unique language.

[19:24] Soothing.

[19:26] Inviting contemplation.

[19:31] [music]

[19:34] The animals have returned to their

[19:36] night shelters.

[19:38] The flowers closed in on

[19:40] themselves.

[19:42] Their petals are inclined towards their center.

[19:47] You're doing exactly the same as them.

[19:50] [music]

[19:51] Visualize your heart.

[19:54] Enjoy its

[19:56] soothing rhythm.

[20:00] [music]

[20:02] Listen to the night.

[20:09] This silence,

[20:11] punctuated by fresh and sweet notes.

[20:20] [music]

[20:21] You will fall asleep

[20:24] with a feeling of perfect security

[20:27] and absolute peace.

[20:31] [music]

[20:39] Nothing else matters.

[20:42] Only the night exists

[20:44] that takes care of you and protects your

[20:47] sleep.

[20:48] [music]

[20:50] The stars

[20:51] that ensure your safety.

[20:55] And the full round moon

[20:56] [music]

[21:01] that bestows its discreet

[21:03] but generous light upon you.

[21:05] [music]

[21:12] You can let yourself go

[21:13] now.

[21:15] Entrust your vigilance to the sun, and it will reward

[21:18] you tomorrow morning.

[21:21] Because tomorrow will be a beautiful day.

[21:25] You will wake up with a

[21:27] new,

[21:29] sparkling energy,

[21:31] unprecedented assurance, and

[21:35] renewed confidence.

[21:40] Let yourself be lulled,

[21:43] enveloped by the night.

[21:48] [music]

[21:52] Let sleep take you

[21:55] naturally,

[21:57] [music]

[21:57] without resistance,

[22:00] with simplicity.

[22:02] [music]

[22:07] Like those flowers that greet the sky in

[22:10] contemplation before unfurling their

[22:13] shimmering petals again in the morning.

[22:17] [music]

[22:21] You're there.

[22:23] [music]

[22:24] Your eyelids are heavy

[22:26] and your mind has given up.

[22:31] [music]

[22:32] Sleep welcomes you for a few

[22:35] hours. It

[22:37] carries you away in its

[22:39] comforting arms.

[22:40] [music]

[22:45] [music]

[22:46] And you let yourself be

[22:49] delighted.

[22:51] [music]

[23:03] As the day draws to a close

[23:05] and you are ready to leave it

[23:07] behind,

[23:08] comfortably settled in your

[23:10] bed,

[23:12] your mind may continue to be

[23:13] active,

[23:15] generating further tension in your

[23:17] body and on your mind.

[23:21] Together we will free you from these

[23:22] tensions

[23:24] in order to allow you to let go

[23:26] necessary for a peaceful sleep and

[23:29] a restorative sleep.

[23:35] Nighttime is the ideal time to nourish

[23:37] our being with all the resources that

[23:40] are useful for its functioning,

[23:42] thanks to the sleep we

[23:44] offer it.

[23:47] Our brain needs this sleep mode

[23:50] to recharge its batteries for the next

[23:51] day.

[23:53] Similarly,

[23:55] our body requires a restorative break

[23:58] that will allow it to regenerate its

[24:00] cells in order to ensure our health and

[24:03] well-being. [music]

[24:07] So, let's

[24:09] make sure to stop that little

[24:11] bicycle wheel that may be spinning

[24:13] tirelessly in your head,

[24:16] thus considerably tiring your

[24:18] mind,

[24:19] and offer it a moment of peace and

[24:22] gentleness.

[24:28] Let's take care of your body first,

[24:30] and to do that, I invite you to

[24:33] visualize it as a whole.

[24:41] Starting from the top of the skull, trace around it,

[24:46] mentally detailing the contours with your

[24:48] fingertips. In this

[24:50] way, you will encircle your

[24:53] body with a luminous and

[24:55] protective sphere.

[24:59] Imagine that your finger

[25:01] temporarily has the magical power to

[25:05] instantly relax anything it touches.

[25:11] Feel the sensation of your finger on

[25:14] your hair

[25:15] there, at the top of your head.

[25:23] Your forehead is smooth and relaxed.

[25:27] [music]

[25:31] Moving down to the right,

[25:33] you lightly touch your cheek.

[25:37] Immediately,

[25:39] all these small muscles relax, and

[25:43] your eyelids naturally

[25:46] close.

[25:51] The muscles around the mouth

[25:53] relax.

[26:00] Your jaw is relaxed.

[26:06] Your upper teeth do not touch your

[26:08] lower teeth.

[26:14] Focus your attention on maintaining a

[26:16] comfortable body temperature.

[26:25] Your finger moves down to the level of the neck.

[26:29] You can feel a

[26:31] soothing coolness spreading through your throat

[26:38] while calmness soothes your entire upper

[26:41] body

[26:43] as your finger

[26:45] traces its contours.

[26:55] Feel the curve of your shoulder

[26:58] relaxing.

[27:04] of your arm,

[27:09] your elbow,

[27:13] your forearm and your hand

[27:17] which rests gently.

[27:23] Relaxation settles in at the level of your

[27:25] shoulder blades, your

[27:29] rib cage,

[27:35] your back vertebra

[27:41] by vertebra,

[27:44] and naturally loosens your

[27:46] skeleton and all your internal organs.

[27:54] Your stomach,

[27:56] your lungs,

[28:00] your

[28:01] particularly supple belly

[28:04] relaxes.

[28:10] You spontaneously feel more

[28:12] comfortable and

[28:14] relieved

[28:16] as your finger breathes calming energy down the

[28:18] right side of your

[28:20] body,

[28:23] starting from under your arm and running along

[28:25] your body.

[28:30] It continues its soothing action along

[28:33] your pelvis

[28:35] and thighs,

[28:38] which are in turn relaxed.

[28:47] And you feel this well-being

[28:49] progressing

[28:50] in your knees,

[28:54] stretching your calves,

[28:59] your legs,

[29:05] your ankles,

[29:09] and finally your feet,

[29:14] the soles of your feet,

[29:17] your heels, right down to the tips

[29:18] of your toes,

[29:21] everything relaxes.

[29:31] As a powerful feeling of calm

[29:33] comes over you,

[29:35] you slowly continue the tour of

[29:37] your body,

[29:39] reaching,

[29:41] at your own pace and from the left,

[29:44] the top of your head,

[29:47] as you just did on the way

[29:48] down.

[29:52] I'll let you do it in peace.

[30:07] Now visualize this

[30:09] luminous sphere surrounding you,

[30:12] protecting you from any

[30:14] unpleasant intrusion from the outside.

[30:25] You have just created a bubble of calm

[30:27] and protection

[30:29] in which you feel

[30:31] perfectly at peace,

[30:34] free from all constraints.

[30:42] If thoughts still come to you,

[30:45] that's okay. Don't

[30:47] fight against them.

[30:50] Simply welcome them

[30:52] and let them pass

[30:54] by reconnecting to the sound of my voice.

[31:04] Notice how your body, as a

[31:07] whole,

[31:08] has relaxed,

[31:11] ready to deliciously anchor itself in

[31:13] your reality,

[31:15] here and now.

[31:18] Let the energy flow

[31:21] smoothly and generously,

[31:24] like a [music] cascade of

[31:25] fresh water that brings you complete

[31:28] well-being.

[31:40] Imagine the water cascading over you

[31:43] with divine gentleness,

[31:46] while at the same time, stress,

[31:49] doubts,

[31:51] fears and worries

[31:54] gradually disappear,

[31:56] washed away by this pure and

[31:58] sparkling water.

[32:07] Place this relaxed body in your

[32:09] current environment,

[32:12] serene,

[32:14] soothing,

[32:16] where you are in total safety,

[32:20] where you can allow yourself to lull

[32:22] your vigilance to sleep, because nothing,

[32:26] absolutely nothing, can happen to you.

[32:34] Here and now,

[32:36] you are in a bubble of peace and

[32:38] well-being.

[32:43] Everything is calm,

[32:46] peaceful,

[32:49] everything is good

[32:52] to breathe,

[32:54] to feel,

[32:56] to live.

[33:06] Become aware of the gentleness you give yourself by

[33:09] releasing your tensions.

[33:14] You managed to calm yourself

[33:17] solely through the power of your mind.

[33:23] Your breathing remains

[33:25] regular.

[33:28] You can feel the freshness of

[33:30] the air when you inhale

[33:33] and its gentle warmth when you exhale.

[33:44] You can change the temperature of the air

[33:46] you breathe, just as

[33:48] you can influence your

[33:50] well-being.

[33:54] Help make it more peaceful,

[33:57] more just.

[34:03] Connect fully with this

[34:05] incredible ability that is yours.

[34:09] Give yourself the freedom to regain

[34:11] confidence in yourself,

[34:13] in your personal resources,

[34:16] those very resources that allow you, at

[34:19] this moment,

[34:20] to feel good.

[34:30] The solutions to feeling

[34:32] good are not to be found outside of yourself. But within you, inside

[34:35] you.

[34:37] And that is precisely where I will now

[34:39] accompany you

[34:41] in order to reactivate all of your

[34:43] resources.

[34:48] Let's take this journey together towards your

[34:50] inner world.

[34:54] I will count down from 20 to 1.

[34:57] And when I reach 1,

[34:59] you will feel a divine peace

[35:01] wash over you.

[35:06] 20

[35:09] You are at the top of a dirt staircase

[35:12] that leads to your inner world.

[35:19] 19

[35:21] You go down.

[35:24] Already,

[35:25] you can feel the calm spreading within

[35:28] you.

[35:34] 18

[35:36] The air smells good

[35:38] and you fill yourself with the

[35:40] floral and spring scents it gives off.

[35:53] 17 [music]

[35:55] We breathe in,

[35:58] imagining the sun above

[36:01] us.

[36:03] And we exhale, releasing our tensions.

[36:14] 16

[36:16] On the inhale, the sun becomes more

[36:19] intense.

[36:22] And upon exhalation,

[36:24] we lighten our load.

[36:33] 15

[36:35] Feel the warmth of the sun as you inhale

[36:40] and a lightness that comes into you as you

[36:43] exhale.

[36:51] 14

[36:53] We fill ourselves [with music] with positive vibes

[36:57] and release our last resistances.

[37:06] 13

[37:08] Your body becomes heavier,

[37:12] pleasantly heavy,

[37:15] as if traversed by a wave of well-being

[37:18] that gives you a pleasant intoxication.

[37:28] 12

[37:31] You smile at life and its beautiful

[37:34] energies.

[37:40] 11

[37:42] All is calm.

[37:50] 10

[37:52] A feeling of confidence washes over you

[37:55] and reassures you.

[38:02] 9

[38:04] You thank these beautiful resources that

[38:06] are yours

[38:08] for revealing themselves to you and taking

[38:11] their rightful place.

[38:18] 8

[38:20] You feel your heart filling with

[38:22] joy and lightness.

[38:26] You welcome this well-being with

[38:28] gratitude.

[38:35] 7

[38:36] It is accompanied by a new sensation

[38:39] of sweetness

[38:41] which takes hold of your heart,

[38:43] whose beating becomes regular.

[38:51] 6

[38:53] This heart symbolizes the love that vibrates

[38:56] within you.

[39:02] 5

[39:05] Your body is a nurturing cocoon

[39:08] that makes you feel safe.

[39:15] 4

[39:16] in which you feel safe.

[39:23] 3

[39:25] This moment is perfect.

[39:28] Simply divine.

[39:35] 2

[39:37] We take one last deep

[39:39] breath.

[39:44] And we permanently establish well-being

[39:48] upon expiration.

[39:57] 1

[39:58] You are at the heart of your

[40:00] inner world.

[40:04] It fills with generosity,

[40:07] peace

[40:09] and serenity which, over the next few

[40:12] hours,

[40:14] will regenerate your cells

[40:17] with a tranquil,

[40:20] soothing

[40:22] and lasting energy.

[40:30] Having arrived at the foot of this earthen staircase,

[40:34] you observe with curiosity

[40:36] the environment that welcomes you.

[40:42] A nature like you've never

[40:44] seen before,

[40:46] surprising because it's organized into different

[40:49] distinct spaces [music]

[40:52] in the shape of a square.

[40:54] Each bordered by sublime maple trees

[40:59] that define their boundaries.

[41:06] To discover the next space,

[41:07] [music]

[41:09] you must each time cross the one

[41:11] in which you are

[41:14] and then discover the extent of what

[41:17] this universe [sigh] has to offer you.

[41:22] When you have crossed it,

[41:25] in the middle of the hedge in front of you, directly opposite the

[41:28] entrance through which

[41:31] you entered the premises,

[41:34] an opening [music] the size

[41:36] of a door

[41:37] has been cut

[41:39] to allow you access to

[41:41] the next universe.

[41:50] The one you are in

[41:53] is a peaceful plain

[41:56] where dawn arrives,

[41:59] subtly illuminating the world.

[42:05] An enchanting silence reigns,

[42:08] punctuated here and there by pretty

[42:11] birdsong.

[42:14] The green grass is perfectly trimmed

[42:18] and you immediately feel the

[42:20] softness

[42:22] and freshness of its blades

[42:24] gently massaging the soles of your

[42:27] feet.

[42:33] The morning dew has settled on

[42:35] this immaculate lawn

[42:39] and the rising sun is reflected

[42:43] in these droplets [music]

[42:44] which look like perfect little

[42:47] glass marbles.

[42:54] Take the time to appreciate this physical pleasure

[42:59] and feel how much this massage

[43:01] relaxes you.

[43:05] It's as if nature is taking care of

[43:08] you

[43:10] and taking charge of untying all the

[43:12] little tensions that your body

[43:14] might be carrying.

[43:22] Freely traversing this intimate space,

[43:25] you notice that the air around you

[43:28] is filled with floral and

[43:31] spring scents.

[43:37] To your right,

[43:39] a pair of blue tits peck at

[43:42] the grass

[43:43] and pause for a few

[43:45] seconds

[43:47] to welcome your presence among

[43:49] them

[43:50] with a simple, benevolent glance.

[43:58] It's wonderful to be able to

[43:59] observe them so closely. It's

[44:02] so rare to be so close to

[44:04] different species

[44:07] without them being shy.

[44:12] You admire their slender and

[44:14] delicate legs,

[44:17] their tiny beak

[44:19] and their pretty plumage predominantly blue

[44:23] and yellow.

[44:30] As you smile at this

[44:32] touching sight,

[44:34] the tits take flight

[44:36] with a discreet flap of their wings

[44:40] and head off to their nest.

[44:45] Above you,

[44:47] the sky is a clear blue

[44:50] and the rising sun skillfully outlines a

[44:52] few

[44:56] white clouds.

[45:02] You feel it on your skin

[45:05] and its warmth seeps into

[45:08] you.

[45:11] Become fully aware of this

[45:13] captivating sensation.

[45:18] Your whole being warms

[45:21] pleasantly

[45:23] and this induces in you a

[45:26] very intense feeling of comfort.

[45:35] You feel wonderfully well. At peace

[45:39] with yourself

[45:42] and with the nature that surrounds you.

[45:46] Take a moment to connect

[45:48] with her.

[45:59] Standing upright,

[46:00] you are

[46:03] very stable on this carpet of green grass.

[46:08] Shoulders straight,

[46:11] head held high,

[46:14] chest filled with the pure air laden with the

[46:17] scents of nature.

[46:20] You are in perfect harmony with the

[46:23] earth that sustains you.

[46:28] Fully aware of everything it has

[46:31] to offer you.

[46:41] Feeling

[46:43] refreshed,

[46:45] you move towards the hidden door

[46:48] that leads to the next space.

[46:53] The place you discover behind the

[46:56] hedge

[46:57] is another surprise.

[47:01] A clearing

[47:03] bordered by trees with shimmering colours

[47:06] welcomes you.

[47:11] A small stream with

[47:15] clear, transparent water meanders through the middle.

[47:21] You approach the stream

[47:24] and sit on its bank,

[47:27] your feet in the cool water.

[47:34] Instantly,

[47:36] a feeling of relief takes hold of

[47:39] you

[47:40] and rises throughout your entire

[47:43] body.

[47:47] As if your feet were the vectors

[47:50] of a bodily well-being

[47:53] that takes place in all [music]

[47:55] your cells.

[48:02] You now plunge your hands into

[48:04] the water

[48:06] and feel its coolness between your

[48:08] fingers.

[48:14] This sensation, so simple in reality,

[48:18] seems to you like an extraordinary discovery

[48:22] because the well-being it provides

[48:24] is immense.

[48:32] The water caresses your wrists with a gentle,

[48:34] regular movement

[48:36] and diffuses its energy inside

[48:39] your body,

[48:42] which you feel stronger and

[48:45] more in tune with your calm mind.

[48:54] You look at the stream

[48:57] and have the feeling that it is drawing you towards it

[49:01] like a lovely unspoken invitation to

[49:04] join it.

[49:07] Then you get up

[49:09] and walk barefoot in the water

[49:14] until you reach the point where it gets deeper

[49:18] and where you can then

[49:20] lie on your back

[49:23] in this water at the

[49:27] perfect pleasant temperature.

[49:35] Your back is supple,

[49:39] your arms are rested,

[49:44] your body is light as a feather.

[49:50] A wave of relief runs through your

[49:53] body from head to toe.

[49:56] And you let yourself be lulled by the water

[49:58] that gently carries you.

[50:08] With your eyes closed,

[50:09] you enjoy the relaxation

[50:12] that has taken place throughout your body.

[50:18] You are now nothing but relaxation.

[50:27] Above you,

[50:29] the sun is at its closest point to the zenith,

[50:33] halfway between dawn and

[50:35] dusk.

[50:38] It floods you with its

[50:40] warm light.

[50:46] Breathe in this light.

[50:50] Let it penetrate you,

[50:54] illuminate your being and nourish each

[50:57] of your cells.

[51:03] As you inhale,

[51:06] visualize the warm light

[51:08] spreading through you

[51:10] and generating a pleasant feeling of

[51:13] well-being.

[51:20] Upon exhaling,

[51:22] relax even more

[51:25] by releasing your tensions.

[51:32] Feel the warmth of the sun on your

[51:36] face

[51:38] and within yourself.

[51:42] Savor this profound experience of

[51:45] comfort,

[51:47] peace,

[51:49] and tranquility.

[51:58] Feel it spreading throughout your

[52:01] body,

[52:02] invading every molecule of your

[52:05] being.

[52:08] Perceive all the sensations.

[52:12] Listen to yourself,

[52:15] to your senses.

[52:19] Each organ,

[52:21] each pore of your skin

[52:24] is now accompanied by a source of

[52:27] natural

[52:30] and at the same time life-saving protection.

[52:35] You feel stronger,

[52:38] protected,

[52:40] and filled with a natural resilience

[52:44] against anything you wouldn't want to

[52:47] burden yourself with.

[52:54] With your eyes closed, in the middle of this

[52:57] luminous space,

[52:59] you enjoy this connection with

[53:02] nature.

[53:06] Body and mind merge

[53:09] with your enchanting environment.

[53:14] I'll give you a few moments to

[53:15] enjoy this connection

[53:18] and fully recharge. Having

[54:12] embraced this

[54:14] confidence and self-assurance,

[54:18] you calmly straighten up

[54:20] to continue on your path.

[54:25] As if by magic,

[54:27] the few steps you take are

[54:30] enough for the sun to dry you

[54:32] completely.

[54:35] And it is very comfortable and equipped with a

[54:37] new strength

[54:39] that you cross the hedge

[54:42] to discover the new universe that

[54:45] awaits you on the other side.

[54:57] Before your eyes unfolds a mystical landscape

[55:01] unlike any you have ever seen

[55:03] before.

[55:06] A kind of ancient ruin presents itself to

[55:09] your devouring and eager gaze of

[55:12] discovery.

[55:18] You approach this relic

[55:20] and place your hand on the granite.

[55:25] As soon as this contact is established,

[55:28] you feel a powerful energy being

[55:31] transmitted from the stone to your

[55:35] entire being.

[55:42] Temperate and very pleasant to the touch,

[55:46] the remains of this building share

[55:50] their fascinating history with you

[55:52] and allow you to reconnect with your

[55:55] own. That's when a

[56:00] recent and

[56:03] very pleasant memory comes to mind.

[56:09] Effortlessly

[56:11] recall a moment of well-being

[56:14] you recently experienced.

[56:18] Whether alone or with others,

[56:20] reconnect with this moment of

[56:23] inner peace.

[56:31] Remember every detail:

[56:35] the place you were,

[56:39] the smells,

[56:43] the surrounding noises.

[56:48] Feel this calm within you

[56:51] then,

[56:56] this subtle gentleness.

[57:01] Rediscover

[57:03] olfactory,

[57:05] visual, and

[57:07] sensory sensations.

[57:41] Like in these stones that you feel

[57:44] under your fingers,

[57:46] within yourself lie treasures of

[57:48] wealth

[57:50] and you are now becoming aware of them.

[57:57] You reactivate them naturally

[58:00] and without any constraints.

[58:07] With your eyes closed,

[58:10] you permanently integrate all your

[58:12] resources into every cell of your

[58:15] being.

[58:20] You exude life,

[58:23] hope,

[58:26] and self-confidence.

[58:35] It is with a new sense

[58:38] of peace

[58:39] that you quietly leave the ruin

[58:42] that nourished you with all its wisdom

[58:46] to head towards the next

[58:48] passage

[58:50] towards this new world that

[58:53] welcomes you with a light breeze.

[59:02] Once past the walkway,

[59:04] your bare feet will discover with delight a

[59:07] warm, white sand

[59:09] of exquisite softness.

[59:14] Before you lies the sea.

[59:17] [music]

[59:27] First a beach,

[59:29] then clear, turquoise water.

[59:39] What surprises you at first

[59:42] is the iodine-rich air [music] that the sea

[59:44] offers you

[59:45] and with which you fill your lungs with a

[59:48] deep

[59:51] and beneficial breath.

[59:52] [music]

[59:57] You can almost taste the salt

[1:00:00] you're carrying just by

[1:00:02] breathing.

[1:00:11] Your rib cage opens

[1:00:14] and welcomes with delight this

[1:00:17] regenerative atmosphere.

[1:00:22] You breathe

[1:00:24] with all the power that

[1:00:28] this maritime world inspires in you.

[1:00:33] The sea is tranquil, with

[1:00:36] a comforting calm.

[1:00:44] The day is now well advanced

[1:00:47] and the coolness that envelops you is

[1:00:49] divine.

[1:00:53] Dive into yourself

[1:00:55] as if into the waves that rhythmically govern your

[1:00:58] breathing.

[1:01:08] The waves break at your feet

[1:01:10] in a regular motion

[1:01:13] and refresh you delightfully.

[1:01:18] You appreciate the foam they

[1:01:20] leave behind on the sand

[1:01:23] before joining this calm

[1:01:27] but so very lively sea.

[1:01:32] You take a moment to sit

[1:01:34] on the beach

[1:01:37] and let the sand slip through your

[1:01:39] fingers.

[1:01:46] It has a fascinating softness

[1:01:49] that you never tire of feeling

[1:01:53] and forms a

[1:01:56] regular curve as it flies through the air.

[1:02:01] Languorous,

[1:02:04] ephemeral,

[1:02:07] timeless,

[1:02:10] strong and fragile at the same time.

[1:02:22] It seems as if you are falling asleep

[1:02:25] on this warm mattress of sand,

[1:02:28] but your mind is still there.

[1:02:33] [music]

[1:02:33] Your consciousness is

[1:02:37] more active than ever, in tune with you.

[1:02:43] A feeling of completeness takes hold of

[1:02:46] you

[1:02:46] [clears throat]

[1:02:47] and a sense of peace then imposes itself

[1:02:51] as self-evident.

[1:03:00] Your future life path

[1:03:03] seems at this moment so much more serene,

[1:03:08] clearer

[1:03:09] and full of promises of small and

[1:03:12] great happiness that you are eager to

[1:03:15] discover.

[1:03:20] Turning your head slightly,

[1:03:23] your gaze is drawn to a small

[1:03:26] boat by the sea

[1:03:29] whose hull is hand-painted.

[1:03:33] You approach it

[1:03:35] and take your place [music] inside,

[1:03:38] ready to row to the other side of this

[1:03:41] universe

[1:03:43] in order to reach the next one.

[1:03:49] You move forward without the slightest effort,

[1:03:52] as if the waves were deliberately carrying you

[1:03:54] towards your destination,

[1:03:58] [music]

[1:03:58] guiding you without you having to

[1:04:00] show any particular endurance.

[1:04:07] Yet,

[1:04:08] you feel capable of moving

[1:04:11] mountains.

[1:04:14] This vital energy that vibrates within you now

[1:04:18] multiplies your abilities tenfold,

[1:04:21] and you are aware of it.

[1:04:25] Anchoring your boat in the middle of the

[1:04:28] water,

[1:04:29] you plunge your hand into the sea.

[1:04:34] Feel the water trickle between your

[1:04:37] fingers,

[1:04:39] refreshing the palm of your hand,

[1:04:43] softening your joints.

[1:04:46] [music]

[1:04:48] This salt water is therapeutic.

[1:04:52] You have the impression that through

[1:04:54] your hand,

[1:04:56] it is your whole body that it is purifying.

[1:05:03] You enjoy for a few more minutes

[1:05:07] the sound of the waves and seagulls

[1:05:10] [music]

[1:05:11] and the gentleness of this welcoming sea.

[1:05:27] [music]

[1:05:28] Everything is so peaceful,

[1:05:32] so calm.

[1:05:33] [music]

[1:05:37] It is in this state of perfect confidence

[1:05:41] that the boat takes you to the other

[1:05:44] side.

[1:05:45] [music]

[1:05:47] Towards the last universe you trod upon with

[1:05:49] your feet firmly planted on the ground.

[1:05:59] Looking around,

[1:06:02] you discover you are in a superb

[1:06:04] field of roses

[1:06:06] with bright and multiple colours.

[1:06:13] Red,

[1:06:15] orange,

[1:06:17] yellow,

[1:06:19] pink or white,

[1:06:22] these flowers reflect the beauty

[1:06:24] of the world,

[1:06:27] its cosmopolitan character

[1:06:30] and its multiple riches.

[1:06:37] Their bright colours are softened by

[1:06:40] the twilight

[1:06:41] which arrives, painting the sky with

[1:06:45] several rainbow hues.

[1:06:53] This moment is perfect,

[1:06:56] simply perfect.

[1:07:05] You take a few steps to discover

[1:07:07] the landscape.

[1:07:10] Then, you take the time to

[1:07:12] stop and

[1:07:14] pick one of the flowers

[1:07:17] and breathe in its scent.

[1:07:23] Focus on your

[1:07:26] olfactory and

[1:07:29] tactile sensations.

[1:07:33] What color is this?

[1:07:41] How do you feel the softness of its

[1:07:44] ?

[1:07:52] What place does it hold in your life?

[1:08:03] Make this flower your own

[1:08:05] and make it a symbol of strength.

[1:08:12] Detail it once more

[1:08:15] in order to imprint it very precisely in

[1:08:18] your memory.

[1:08:26] Its color,

[1:08:28] its texture,

[1:08:31] its size,

[1:08:34] its scent.

[1:08:51] This flower is your strength

[1:08:55] and having it there,

[1:08:57] so clearly present in your mind,

[1:09:00] always within your reach,

[1:09:03] gives you a real sense of

[1:09:06] comfort. Realize

[1:09:12] that at this moment,

[1:09:15] you are making peace with yourself.

[1:09:23] You are giving yourself a positive outlook.

[1:09:31] You give yourself permission to take

[1:09:32] care of yourself

[1:09:35] by putting aside the things

[1:09:37] that don't suit you.

[1:09:44] Right now, at this moment,

[1:09:47] calm enters you

[1:09:50] because you have opened the door to it.

[1:09:54] Take this opportunity to also bring

[1:09:57] trust into the process.

[1:10:03] Next,

[1:10:04] gentleness.

[1:10:10] Also, invite indulgence

[1:10:14] and respect for yourself.

[1:10:20] Anchor all these

[1:10:23] feelings of well-being deeply.

[1:10:31] Give them colors

[1:10:34] like the flowers that

[1:10:36] surround you,

[1:10:38] as if each of these sensations

[1:10:41] were symbolized by a luminous bubble

[1:10:45] finding its place in [music] you.

[1:10:51] Calm,

[1:10:56] trust,

[1:11:01] gentleness,

[1:11:06] indulgence,

[1:11:11] and respect. Give each

[1:11:17] other a knowing smile. Safely

[1:11:27] ensconced in this secure and

[1:11:29] preserved place,

[1:11:31] you can fully enjoy this

[1:11:34] physical well-being

[1:11:36] and let go.

[1:11:45] Let the thoughts pass. Do

[1:11:51] not judge.

[1:11:55] Simply to be. To

[1:12:01] feel.

[1:12:05] Breathe.

[1:12:10] And to fill you with the sweetness of these

[1:12:13] sensations.

[1:12:22] Choose.

[1:12:26] You can choose what motivates you.

[1:12:31] Choose to let go.

[1:12:34] To abandon your resistance.

[1:12:40] To opt for calm.

[1:12:44] And you are calm.

[1:12:51] You savor the feeling of floating.

[1:12:54] This lightness of the senses.

[1:13:00] This feeling of sinking deeper

[1:13:03] and deeper into relaxation.

[1:13:13] The mind calms down,

[1:13:14] [clears throat]

[1:13:16] relaxes, gives way

[1:13:19] to sleep.

[1:13:26] And the body that accompanies it on this

[1:13:29] sensory journey. Nothing matters anymore.

[1:13:43] The constraints no longer exist.

[1:13:50] It is now only about being,

[1:13:54] not doing.

[1:13:59] So,

[1:14:02] let it be

[1:14:04] and just be

[1:14:06] .

[1:14:15] It's almost dark now.

[1:14:18] But the moon bathes you in a

[1:14:21] warm and reassuring light.

[1:14:30] Let yourself be carried away to this

[1:14:33] nocturnal,

[1:14:35] safe, and

[1:14:38] gentle world.

[1:14:43] The gentleness of a caress,

[1:14:48] the comfort of an embrace.

[1:14:54] The benevolence of a peaceful environment

[1:14:59] in which you progress with complete

[1:15:02] freedom.

[1:15:08] In this magical universe that is your

[1:15:10] inner world,

[1:15:13] you can let yourself drift off to

[1:15:15] sleep.

[1:15:19] Calmly.

[1:15:24] Calmly.

[1:15:29] You will fall asleep at your own pace

[1:15:35] when the time is right for you.

[1:15:42] With this awareness of well-being,

[1:15:47] this hazy state

[1:15:49] in which thoughts dissipate.

[1:15:56] Dreams mingle with life,

[1:16:00] and life becomes a dream.

[1:16:11] It has been shown that mindset has a

[1:16:14] considerable impact on the things one

[1:16:16] achieves.

[1:16:18] It's not nicely put, but I

[1:16:20] usually tell my patients that we

[1:16:22] go where we look.

[1:16:25] If we adopt a

[1:16:26] negative perspective, we significantly jeopardize

[1:16:29] our chances of achieving a positive outcome.

[1:16:33] Hence the success of

[1:16:35] positive affirmations which allow us to anchor in

[1:16:37] the brain the destination we

[1:16:39] wish to reach

[1:16:40] and above all strengthen our potential

[1:16:43] to get there.

[1:16:45] And all of this is not magic; it is

[1:16:47] supported by neuroscience research

[1:16:50] which has demonstrated that our thoughts are

[1:16:51] capable of modifying brain structure and

[1:16:54] function.

[1:16:58] You can repeat these sentences after

[1:17:00] me, either out loud or in your

[1:17:02] head, it doesn't matter.

[1:17:05] If some of them don't suit you, just

[1:17:07] let them go. Here we go

[1:17:11] .

[1:17:14] I am aware of my

[1:17:16] personal resources.

[1:17:23] I believe in myself.

[1:17:29] I allow myself to be proud of

[1:17:31] myself.

[1:17:54] exceptional person.

[1:18:02] Like everyone else, I have flaws

[1:18:04] that allow me [music] to move forward despite everything

[1:18:05] .

[1:18:12] I welcome them with tolerance.

[1:18:21] I am capable of overcoming my

[1:18:24] difficulties.

[1:18:31] I stop striving for perfection.

[1:19:17] extraordinary things.

[1:19:24] I allow myself to be at peace with myself

[1:19:26] .

[1:19:33] I'm giving myself the chance to achieve everything

[1:19:36] I want.

[1:19:44] I deserve attention [music] and

[1:19:46] respect.

[1:19:53] From now on, I will be my own best ally.

[1:21:37] help me if needed.

[1:21:46] I have the right to be loved for who I

[1:21:47] am.

[1:22:47] I am proud of the courage I am

[1:22:49] showing.

[1:22:56] I reinforce the positive and fill myself completely with it

[1:22:59] .

[1:23:07] I make sure I am at peace with

[1:23:09] myself.

[1:23:17] I am freeing myself from my negative burdens.

[1:23:26] And they relieve me of my tension.

[1:23:34] I have confidence in myself and in my body.

[1:23:42] I leave my fears behind me, as well as

[1:23:45] my need for control.

[1:23:55] I leave my fears and anxieties

[1:31:26] I am being kind to

[1:31:28] myself.

[1:31:35] I forgive myself.

[1:31:42] I believe in myself.

[1:31:47] I trust myself to get through

[1:31:49] my difficulties.

[1:31:56] I visualize my goal positively.

[1:32:04] I have faith in the future.

[1:32:10] I let go of what is

[1:32:12] beyond my control.

[1:32:19] Everything will be fine.

[1:32:24] I am capable of overcoming my

[1:32:26] problems.

[1:32:32] I will be able to adapt to the situation.

[1:32:39] I can rely on my abilities.

[1:32:46] I am regaining control of myself.

[1:32:53] Life is beautiful.

[1:32:58] I'm focusing on my life here and

[1:33:01] now.

[1:33:09] I believe in myself.

[1:33:15] My vital energy is tenfold.

[1:33:22] I leave my fears behind and

[1:33:24] move forward serenely.

[1:33:32] I am proud to have the courage to

[1:33:34] overcome my difficulties.

[1:33:42] My mind is calm and peaceful.

[1:33:45] [music]

[1:33:55] Sleep is a precious time.

[1:33:59] The one where we surrender to dreams,

[1:34:01] where we slip into the hollow of this

[1:34:03] temporal parenthesis so dear to our

[1:34:06] well-being.

[1:34:09] We will achieve this together at the end

[1:34:12] of a journey that I propose to take

[1:34:14] with you.

[1:34:16] You can close your eyes.

[1:34:20] Behind your closed eyelids,

[1:34:23] a new, imaginary world unfolds before

[1:34:26] you.

[1:34:30] Simply start by becoming

[1:34:32] aware of your body.

[1:34:35] Your breathing subtly animates it,

[1:34:38] opening and closing your

[1:34:40] rib cage [music]

[1:34:41] to the regular rhythm of successive waves that

[1:34:43] leave

[1:34:45] a gentle sensation of warmth in their wake.

[1:34:54] Pleasant,

[1:34:56] luminous, a wave of gentleness

[1:34:59] accompanies each inhale and strengthens with each

[1:35:02] exhale.

[1:35:13] Just breathe. There's

[1:35:22] nothing to be done.

[1:35:25] Just being there,

[1:35:27] enjoying this moment of peace that you are

[1:35:29] giving yourself before letting sleep

[1:35:32] hold you for a few hours in its

[1:35:33] comforting arms.

[1:35:40] Feel the relaxation take hold of you.

[1:35:44] This scent of freedom whose aroma

[1:35:47] intoxicates you.

[1:35:53] You are safe. There is only

[1:35:59] you and me here and now.

[1:36:05] Focus your attention on my voice.

[1:36:10] I promise to watch over you throughout

[1:36:12] this moment we

[1:36:13] share.

[1:36:14] So, trust me and if you

[1:36:17] wish, let me take you

[1:36:19] by the hand and guide you to

[1:36:21] distant lands.

[1:36:25] Let's go together.

[1:36:28] You can feel my fingers closing around yours

[1:36:29] .

[1:36:33] The pressure of my hand reassures you,

[1:36:35] releases your last resistances

[1:36:38] and comforts you.

[1:36:46] Together, we combine our strengths,

[1:36:49] we unite our best energies

[1:36:51] to support and

[1:36:53] carry each other.

[1:36:57] Feel this breeze that gently caresses us

[1:36:59] .

[1:37:01] This warm air that we can breathe in

[1:37:03] with delight.

[1:37:09] It is the air of the south,

[1:37:11] that of the eastern regions of North

[1:37:14] Africa,

[1:37:15] that which reminds us how much the body

[1:37:17] appreciates the pleasant warmth of a

[1:37:20] summer's end.

[1:37:30] Around us, everything is calm,

[1:37:34] as if suspended in the air,

[1:37:36] in time. It's almost as

[1:37:39] if the world has paused to

[1:37:42] allow us to

[1:37:43] fully appreciate its every detail,

[1:37:46] every nuance, every

[1:37:49] flavor.

[1:37:59] You and I move forward together,

[1:38:02] drawn by a light that shines in the distance

[1:38:05] and above,

[1:38:06] in that magical and very

[1:38:09] fleeting atmosphere that we observe between day and

[1:38:12] night.

[1:38:14] That moment when the world seems to fade away

[1:38:17] very slowly and quickly at the same time,

[1:38:20] offering us a palette of

[1:38:22] changing colors in rhythm with the

[1:38:24] setting sun.

[1:38:29] We are in Essaouira, a

[1:38:31] port city in Morocco, formerly

[1:38:33] known as Mogador,

[1:38:36] one of the most perfect havens of peace

[1:38:39] that the world can offer.

[1:38:45] The temperature is pleasant and the

[1:38:48] smells are intoxicating.

[1:38:51] Can you perceive that musky note?

[1:38:55] It blends harmoniously with the scent of

[1:38:58] salt that the distant sea

[1:39:00] provides.

[1:39:09] Nature surrounds us and

[1:39:13] we discover with wonder the

[1:39:15] countryside of Essaouira.

[1:39:18] At our feet, a mixture of sand,

[1:39:21] earth and stones that we tread

[1:39:24] with perfect synchronization.

[1:39:29] Become aware of the

[1:39:31] pleasant sensation caused by our feet

[1:39:34] making the ground sing, drawing out a

[1:39:37] satisfying crunch.

[1:39:40] It's like ASMR.

[1:39:48] On the right,

[1:39:50] palm trees mingle with argan trees

[1:39:53] in a very harmonious way.

[1:39:56] Their leaves are green,

[1:39:58] smooth, perfect,

[1:40:01] as if they had been painted by

[1:40:03] a talented artist.

[1:40:07] Whereas in fact, it is nature that

[1:40:09] creates this illusion of perfection,

[1:40:12] this wondrous reality.

[1:40:22] A woman passes by accompanied by her little

[1:40:26] boy, who is sitting on a

[1:40:29] beautiful light grey donkey that moves slowly and

[1:40:32] serenely with a regular stride.

[1:40:37] The woman is dressed in a magnificent

[1:40:40] deep green chiffon caftan,

[1:40:43] embroidered with traditional gold thread lace

[1:40:46] , whose train licks the ground as she

[1:40:49] passes.

[1:40:52] She is beautiful.

[1:40:55] Even from a distance, we can perceive the

[1:40:57] delicacy of her facial features.

[1:41:01] Her perfectly drawn eyebrows,

[1:41:04] just below the fold of the scarf

[1:41:06] covering her head, resemble two

[1:41:08] inverted smiles.

[1:41:13] The bridge of her nose is fine and delicate,

[1:41:16] and her brown eyes offer a

[1:41:18] spectacular depth to her gaze,

[1:41:21] which she fixes on us for a few seconds

[1:41:22] before lowering her head.

[1:41:25] Like me, you regret that this

[1:41:28] eye contact is so brief, because this woman is

[1:41:30] fascinating.

[1:41:33] Her subtle beauty, all in simplicity, and

[1:41:37] the gentleness we perceived

[1:41:39] in her eyes are mesmerizing.

[1:41:47] The child's face, sitting on his donkey,

[1:41:50] is at his level and he is talking to him.

[1:41:54] They are a few dozen meters

[1:41:56] from us

[1:41:57] but [grunt] we can detect

[1:41:58] a few snippets of their exchanges in the

[1:42:00] Berber language. That's when

[1:42:02] the child starts to laugh.

[1:42:05] A laugh like only very young children can produce

[1:42:09] , childlike and carefree.

[1:42:12] A laugh that can almost be mistaken

[1:42:15] for a sob when it becomes so

[1:42:17] deep that one finds oneself

[1:42:19] sharing it without really knowing why.

[1:42:31] The contagion of carelessness is

[1:42:33] spreading.

[1:42:37] The woman places her hand on his shoulder and

[1:42:40] this gesture seems to calm him

[1:42:42] instantly.

[1:42:45] It was at this moment that all three of them passed a

[1:42:47] few meters in front of us,

[1:42:50] allowing us to see them from behind.

[1:42:53] And then [music] like an

[1:42:55] unexpected gift,

[1:42:57] the woman turns around and smiles at us.

[1:43:01] A

[1:43:03] deep, sincere, and

[1:43:06] generous smile that moves us in such a

[1:43:09] touching way.

[1:43:13] Even her eyes smile at us,

[1:43:16] carving pretty wrinkles at their

[1:43:18] corners. At

[1:43:21] that moment, we feel a

[1:43:24] mysterious but very reassuring wave

[1:43:28] passing through our body.

[1:43:34] A sort of mystical connection to

[1:43:37] everything around us.

[1:43:41] A connection to the universe.

[1:43:44] A perfect match between him and us.

[1:43:49] We then close our eyes

[1:43:51] to reinforce this powerful feeling within

[1:43:53] us. Do

[1:43:59] you, like me, feel this

[1:44:01] new energy taking hold of you?

[1:44:04] Let it spread

[1:44:06] gently,

[1:44:08] delicately,

[1:44:10] into every corner of your

[1:44:12] inner being.

[1:44:21] Take the time for this connection.

[1:44:24] Breathe.

[1:44:30] Feel it.

[1:44:35] Enjoy.

[1:44:46] The donkey, the child and the woman

[1:44:49] are now nothing more than small

[1:44:51] dots on the horizon,

[1:44:53] as we have resumed our march

[1:44:55] in the opposite direction to theirs.

[1:44:59] In front of us,

[1:45:00] a forest of thuja trees breaks the monotony

[1:45:03] of the earthy plains.

[1:45:09] The sun sets over the

[1:45:11] treetops, creating delightful shades of color.

[1:45:20] The atmosphere itself seems

[1:45:22] charged with magical,

[1:45:25] fantastic particles.

[1:45:28] And when we breathe, we

[1:45:30] incorporate some of these

[1:45:32] particles into our bodies. To

[1:45:35] carry magic within oneself.

[1:45:39] This sensation intoxicates us and

[1:45:41] gives us an indescribable feeling of peace.

[1:45:50] Inner peace.

[1:45:56] Notice how this supreme luxury

[1:45:59] envelops you.

[1:46:01] It lightens your load,

[1:46:04] removes all your anxiety, and

[1:46:06] frees you from each of your constraints.

[1:46:14] You are free,

[1:46:17] finally, definitively

[1:46:20] and perfectly free.

[1:46:25] Like that seagull flying above

[1:46:28] us,

[1:46:29] a little isolated from its fellows, which

[1:46:32] joins it by spreading its magnificent

[1:46:34] silver wings towards the port

[1:46:36] of Essaouira.

[1:46:44] We follow its direction, leaving the

[1:46:46] thuja forest to head towards the

[1:46:49] sea.

[1:46:53] The walk is magnificent,

[1:46:55] the colours exceptional.

[1:47:00] We arrive at the beach via the seawall,

[1:47:03] at the same time as the sun approaches

[1:47:05] the horizon line to form a

[1:47:08] perfect semicircle before

[1:47:11] soon setting behind the ocean which is

[1:47:14] on our left.

[1:47:17] [music]

[1:47:24] The seawall is wide,

[1:47:26] lined with palm trees and restaurants on

[1:47:28] whose terraces a

[1:47:30] few people relax while admiring the

[1:47:32] sunset. Street

[1:47:36] vendors selling roasted almonds and

[1:47:39] peanuts, cotton candy, or ice pops

[1:47:41] contribute to

[1:47:44] the lively atmosphere of the seawall

[1:47:46] that curves around the beach, forming an

[1:47:48] arc that bends to the left

[1:47:52] to reach the port of Essaouira.

[1:48:01] We decide to take off our shoes,

[1:48:03] leave the breakwater and walk to the port

[1:48:06] along the seafront.

[1:48:09] The feeling of the soft sand under our

[1:48:11] feet is very pleasant.

[1:48:14] It is no longer as scorching hot as it can

[1:48:16] be in the middle of the day.

[1:48:17] There, it's just perfect

[1:48:20] and gently massages the soles of our

[1:48:23] feet.

[1:48:29] We cross the beach to quickly

[1:48:31] reach the ocean.

[1:48:34] Before us, the South Atlantic, a

[1:48:37] majestic expanse of water separating

[1:48:39] Europe from Africa.

[1:48:45] [music]

[1:48:49] The freshness of its water, which reaches

[1:48:51] our ankles in a wave,

[1:48:54] wonderfully surprises us.

[1:48:57] The feeling of well-being is complete.

[1:49:00] What a feeling!

[1:49:10] We take two steps forward and feel

[1:49:13] the salt water rising up to our

[1:49:15] calves,

[1:49:16] relaxing

[1:49:18] all our muscles.

[1:49:25] Feel how effortlessly your legs

[1:49:27] carry you.

[1:49:29] Notice how relaxed your body is

[1:49:31] .

[1:49:33] In perfect harmony with the

[1:49:35] exceptional nature that surrounds us.

[1:49:42] [music]

[1:49:47] The clattering of the storks settled

[1:49:50] on the port reaches us

[1:49:52] and mingles with that of the gulls and

[1:49:54] seagulls,

[1:49:55] [music]

[1:49:55] which almost caress the waves

[1:49:57] with their feathers as they fly so low.

Frequently Asked Questions

It gives the restless mind a simple, repetitive task such as tracking the breath, then moves attention through the body with a slow countdown. The predictable pattern makes the listener less vigilant, which eases the transition from waking to sleep.
It is a mental refuge built during the session: a warm cave with a fire, blankets and cushions. The session tells the listener they can return to it in thought later, whenever doubt or hesitation arises, and it will always be there.
The countdown moves attention down the body in stages, from the face and neck to the chest, legs and feet. Each number marks a new region, so relaxation spreads gradually rather than all at once.
Yes. The video's description explains that the speaker's live sessions run for several hours so listeners can join at any point, taking the suggestion of the day without choosing a specific session.
In this session, the word appears in the mind inside the cave and envelops the listener. Anchoring a feeling to a single word gives the listener a handle they can recall during the day or at night.
A guided track can soothe the mind before sleep but is not a full treatment. The speaker's own description points to a six-week CBT-I program for insomnia as a more structured approach to the habits and thought patterns behind it.
