Wendy Perrotti is a master-level certified coach, author and teacher based in Connecticut and available for travel worldwide. She helps women through life's harder transitions: career shifts, changing relationships, retirement, grief, and the sense of no longer recognizing yourself in the life you built. By her own account she has been doing this work since before "life coaching" became a household term.
Her own path started at 40, when she had a life that looked good on the surface and felt small and hollow inside. Through honest reflection, embodied practice and steady support, she learned to come back to herself. She says that is where her work began, and she has since helped hundreds of people see their patterns more clearly and move toward lives that feel more honest and their own.
Wendy holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and is a certified professional coach (CPC) with an ICF credential. She is certified in the Enneagram, Energy Leadership Index, Neethling Brain Instrument and OASIS, and is a trained EFT practitioner. Her approach is trauma-aware and somatically informed, drawing on research into nervous system regulation, embodiment and relational safety. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and The Institute of Coaching, and was named one of COACH Foundation's top 20 life coaches in America.
Mindfulness runs through her teaching. Her writing and guided meditations offer simple practices for stepping out of worry and the stories we tell about pain, and for building self-trust, healthy boundaries and calm. She is the author of Keep the Tomato: A Grown-Up Picture Book for People Pleasers, writes the Reclaiming Muchness publication on Substack, and shares her work on YouTube and Insight Timer.
