Sunniva Sipus is a yoga teacher, doula and lifestyle guide. Her work centres on living in step with the body's needs, the rhythms of the seasons and the natural cycles of life. She describes her aim as giving people practical tools for more calm, balance and presence in everyday life, with practices that don't ask anyone to become someone else but invite them to "come home" to themselves.
