Sofia Gaia Rose, formerly known as Noa Lakshmi, is a holistic purification and cellular regeneration specialist, a self-empowerment mentor, and the founder of the SoTeria Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to the purification, regeneration, illumination, and liberation of the human race. "SoTeria" is Greek for health expressed as wholeness and the unification of body and soul.
She has been on the purification and regeneration path since 2009, and describes herself as a passionate fruit lover and an advocate of the natural hygiene lifestyle, which she calls a way of living rather than a diet. Yoga and meditation have been a constant pillar since she began practicing and teaching yoga in 2004–2006. Her guidance rests on natural laws and the body's innate intelligence to heal and regenerate itself, drawing on living foods, herbs, fasting, yoga, and emotional healing. She practices the work of naturopathic healer Dr. Robert Morse.
Her Insight Timer page describes her as a published author, motivational speaker, and "In-powerment" mentor. It says self-love is the foundation of her work, and that she shows people how to build a loving relationship with themselves so they can heal from the inside out.
Worth Knowing
Sofia Gaia Rose, formerly known as Noa Lakshmi, works as a meditation teacher, author, and motivational speaker who describes herself as a holistic purification and cellular regeneration specialist. She is the founder of the SoTeria Foundation, whose stated aim is the purification, regeneration, illumination, and liberation of the human race, a return to our natural state individually and collectively. The foundation takes its name from the Greek word for health understood as wholeness, the unification of body and soul. Her work is distinctive because it treats physical practices such as living foods, juicing, herbs, and fasting as part of the same path as yoga, meditation, and emotional healing. Students tend to come to her for that combination rather than for any single technique. Her public materials do not list a long catalogue of releases or press coverage, so most of what is known about her comes from her own published descriptions and her teaching offerings.
