Meditation Teacher
Rachel Alexandria is an executive coach for high performers, working with CEOs, founders and general counsel who want to develop what she calls emotional sovereignty. She is a former licensed psychotherapist, and her approach pairs grounded, practical psychology tools with what she describes as "woo that works."
Her clients tend to be highly accomplished people who sense something is blocking them. Some have outgrown their previous coach or therapist. Others are dealing with relational strain or power imbalances with the people closest to them, or have lost trust in their own intuition. Rachel works with the relational and energetic dynamics underneath, and helps people reconnect to their own knowing and to something greater. Her sessions draw on coaching, therapy and the metaphysical, and are designed to produce a felt shift rather than only insight.
Rachel is also an author and metaphysical teacher, and the creator of Tapping for Your Type. Her wider body of work includes meditation tracks, a podcast, and group events such as Family Constellations in San Diego.
Worth Knowing
Rachel Alexandria is a Soul Medic and executive coach who works mainly with high performers, including CEOs, founders and general counsel, who have achieved a great deal but feel disconnected from their intuition. Before that work she spent eight years as a licensed psychotherapist, and she says she no longer provides mental health counseling. Her path began in childhood, when severe chronic asthma and long stretches alone as an only child of a divorced mother pushed her to befriend her own mind. In 2015 she began combining energy healing and intuitive gifts with her therapy background, and that blend is what led to the Soul Medic title. Her training includes a Masters in Applied Behavioral Sciences, an MFA in Poetry, and certification as a Family Constellations facilitator, alongside work as an Enneagram teacher. Listeners know her through the Lonely at the Top podcast, the Tapping for Your Type program she created, and guided meditations that invite people to settle into their experience of Source and Self. The directory lists no books under her name yet, though her bio describes her as an author. Her writing is warm and plain-spoken, and it covers feelings, family guilt, trauma and setbacks.
