Natalie Roberts is a mother, mentor, retreat facilitator, course creator and advocate for women who want to thrive through the highs and lows of life. She describes herself as a coach for free-spirited mothers and women, a speaker, an NLP practitioner and a women's circle facilitator. She is also a former yoga and meditation teacher.
Her work took a new direction after her second daughter was born with a brain injury. Watching her daughter meet immense challenge gave Natalie a fresh view of what is possible for all of us. She says her most powerful training has come from lived experience of a wildly diverse motherhood load. She understands the heavy care-load many mothers of children with special needs carry. Her life mission is to help those mothers re-ignite their inner flame, lean into self-trust and embrace transformative self-care.
Natalie has shared her teachings for over ten years as a public speaker on neuro-diversity and on overcoming life's unexpected plot twists. She served as emcee and ambassador for the Hunter and Melbourne Disability Expos, where Kathryn Carey of Social Impact described her as highly engaging and a pleasure to work with.
Her approach is holistic and grounded. It draws on NLP, coaching, yoga and meditation, and combines practical tools with deep insight. She supports women in reconnecting with their inner strength, finding clarity and living in line with their values.
Adventure runs through her life: solo sky-diving, motorbikes, rock climbing and scuba diving. She also loves vintage cars and records, and boutique book stores. Natalie lives in the Hinterland on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, with her husband and two daughters.
