Lauren Gabrielle Foster

Lauren Gabrielle Foster is a Happiness Coach, Spiritual Guide, and creator of The Ancestral Path to Health, Happiness & Freedom. She’s also the author of Happy and Free on Purpose: Daily Practices to Live and Love Your Life.

In 2013, Lauren stepped away from mainstream life to spend a decade in solitude on a mountaintop in East Tennessee. There, she began the deep work of unlearning cultural conditioning and returning to her natural state of connection — to body, spirit, and the Earth.

In 2023, she set out to share what she had learned. She gave away nearly everything she owned and began a global pilgrimage — following threads of the sacred, the magical, and the deeply human. Her teachings weave ancestral wisdom, nature-based spirituality, and practical tools for joyful, intentional living.

Today, Lauren offers guided meditations, ceremonies, and one-on-one and group coaching to help you reconnect with your natural vitality, spiritual clarity, and inner power — mind, body, and spirit. From plant medicine ceremonies in Costa Rica to sacred sites in Peru and Ireland, she shares inspiration and insight gathered from around the world.

Walk with her on this Sacred Journey of the Soul — and welcome the magic home to your life.
