John Holland

John Holland is an international psychic medium, author and spiritual teacher. His own pages describe a childhood that was not conventional: he was born with an inner sense of knowing that he was the different one in the family, and he learned early to deal with his intuitive nudges and the beginnings of his psychic awakening.

At 30 he survived a near-fatal automobile accident. The shock amplified his psychic skills and brought them to the surface, and he has often called it his "Wake-Up Call." Afterward he set out to understand the mechanics of how mediumship works. That path took him to the UK for two years, where he studied with some of the top spiritual mediums and organizations. There he gained a grounding in the etiquette of being a professional medium. He began seeing people privately, then demonstrating mediumship in public, with events in the USA, Canada, Australia and the UK.

John describes his work as a three-way process between Spirit, the medium and the client, with validation and authentication as the most important part of spirit communication. His demonstrations are known for humor, intensity and compassion. One of his familiar sayings is "Your loved ones are only a thought away." In his words, "If I can help people connect with someone on the Other-Side, by linking with the Spirit World, to bring peace, comfort, and perhaps some closure, or if I can help you understand and tap into your own inner guidance (psychic intuition) for answers, then I truly feel that I've done my job."

He sees his role as two-fold, and considers himself a spiritual teacher as much as a practicing medium. He teaches workshops and online courses on psychic awareness and on recognizing the signs and messages loved ones send. He believes everyone is born with some degree of psychic ability that can be developed, and he stresses that mediumship calls for dedication, patience and a life of service.
