Gwenaëlle Batard

Gwenaëlle Batard, also known as Mihira, is the founder of Mihira Ayurveda. She describes herself as a holistic alchemist. Drawing on the ancestral wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine, on plants and on positive thinking, she helps people communicate with their bodies and bring out their divine side, for what she calls a joyful, powerful and sacred metamorphosis.

She is also the founder of Ayurveda Sourire (the "smile" Ayurveda), a technique that combines traditional Ayurveda with positive thinking, local plants, and personal and spiritual development. Her aim is to help people become capable, sovereign and independent in their own well-being, with joy and good humour. Her motto is "La joie du coeur est la santé du corps", meaning that the joy of the heart is the health of the body.

Her work includes individual consultations and four transformation paths: Connect, on understanding the messages of the body; Esteem, on self-esteem; Etincelle, on spirituality; and Sundari, on feminine power. She offers consultations in French, English and Spanish, in person in Nantes and Paris, and by video. She also shares articles and advice on Ayurveda, lifestyle, food and digestion, medicinal plants, mantras and meditation through her blog and YouTube channel.
