Estelle Godsman

Estelle brings a rich tapestry of wisdom shaped by both academic study and a deeply lived life. With formal training in Education, Teaching, and Computer Art and Design, she has also explored the deeper realms of the mind through studies in Hypnosis, Psychology, and Reiki.

But her true depth comes not just from the classroom — it’s drawn from her many roles: daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, student, teacher, meditator, writer, artist, hypnotherapist, and Reiki master. Blending intellect with intuition, Estelle guides others on transformative journeys using visualization as a gateway into meditation.

Her approach is grounded, creative, and compassionate — a unique fusion of science, spirit, and storytelling.
