Erifily Nikola

Erifily Nikola is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner (2012) and Kripalu yoga teacher (2008) with a passion for both the human body and human potential. She lives and teaches in Athens, Greece, offering online Feldenkrais lessons in Greek and English.

She has always had a keen interest in movement. Letting curiosity lead, she moved from the more extrovert, visual side of movement, such as dance, toward subtler and more educational methods. She first trained as a yoga teacher at Kripalu in Massachusetts, USA, and then as a Feldenkrais practitioner (Basel IV).

In her classes she offers people space and time to unfold themselves. Through body awareness and sensory clarity, she aims to help them find a more comfortable and pleasurable way of being. Her teaching includes Feldenkrais-informed yoga.

She continues to study. Her current interests include Shinzen Young's Basic Mindfulness program, Gil Hedley's online anatomy programs, clowning and Aikido. Her YouTube channel shares tips on somatics and movement education.
