Darcel Hawkins

Darcel is a sacred space holder & soul warrior of women's work. She is a certified yoga instructor, mindfulness/meditation teacher, writer, doula, cacao ceremony guide & certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

She has spent over 17 yrs teaching & implementing preventative health techniques: herbs, energy work, pranayama & all things wellness. She leads retreats, has written a book of poetry/verse & encourages others to share their story while building a deep rooted relationship with the earth.
