Carly Stephan is a mentor, coach and energy practitioner who works with high-achieving women, including leaders, visionaries and creatives. She helps them dissolve the invisible forces that keep them small, such as self-doubt, burnout and the need to constantly prove themselves. The aim is for them to trust their soul-led power and create meaningful impact without self-abandonment.
Carly spent years on a conventional path, building a career in international development. She worked with organisations including the United Nations and led programs across Australia, the Pacific and Southeast Asia, mentoring communities and professionals as they developed skills and confidence. In 2014 she began sharing her spiritual journey on her blog, Pockets of Peace. Readers started asking her for guidance, and she began working with women who knew they had more to give. In 2016 she left her career, and the work has been her full-time business since. She has guided hundreds of women.
Her approach combines structured mentoring, intuitive guidance and energy medicine work. It draws on her background in leadership development, her training in energy work and her own lived experience. She describes the work as co-creating a path that feels expansive, sustainable and uniquely the client's own, rather than imposing a blueprint. Her offerings include 1:1 mentoring, guided audio series and personal light grid activations.
Carly guides women only, and says she does not feel she has the lived experience to teach men and non-binary people in the same way. She lives and works on Turrbal and Jagera land in Meanjin (Brisbane), Australia. Outside of work she loves being in nature, swimming in the ocean, hiking, dancing, meditating and practising yoga.
