How Your Personality Creates YourReality: The Formula for Transformation

Your personality—the combination of how you think, act, and feel—generates your personal reality. When you think the same thoughts based on past memories, your brain and body remain anchored in the past, recycling the same stress hormones and emotional patterns that keep you locked in an old identity. By learning to think, act, and feel differently, you can rewire your neurobiology and biology in approximately seven days, accessing a state where you can create from wholeness rather than lack, and ultimately manifest a fundamentally different life.

Lecture · 7 sections

What Is the Relationship Between Your Personality and Your Reality?

Your personality is not a fixed entity handed down by genetics alone. Rather, it is a dynamic structure composed of three elements: how you think, how you act, and how you feel. This personality, exactly as it is right now, has created your current life—your relationships, your health, your circumstances, your financial situation. Not your mother, not your past, not external circumstances: your personality is the architect.

When you think the same thoughts based on memories of past experiences, your mind is operating in the past. Those memories carry emotional charges—specific feelings attached to specific events. The moment you recall a problem and feel unhappy about it, your brain is literally in the past. More importantly, your body is also in the past. The body does not distinguish between an actual lived experience that produced an emotion and an emotion you manufacture through thought alone. When you rehearse yesterday's problems today, your nervous system responds as if you are still in yesterday. This is why many people spend 24 hours a day, physiologically living in the past, even when they are physically present in the present moment.

The consequence of this mental-emotional-biological loop is profound. If your brain and body are chronically positioned in the past, and you want to create a different personal reality, you cannot do it while remaining the same personality. You literally must become someone else. Yet most people attempt to manifest new circumstances, new relationships, or new health while maintaining their old patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. This is why most transformation attempts fail.

How Do Stress Hormones Create Emotional Addictions?

Every time you perceive a threat or danger in your outer world, your nervous system triggers a stress response. This response releases a cascade of hormones—cortisol, adrenaline, and others—that produce emotions such as anger, frustration, impatience, fear, anxiety, worry, insecurity, envy, jealousy, guilt, shame, and unworthiness. These emotions are not separate from the hormones; they are the subjective feeling of those hormones flooding your system.

Over time, if you repeatedly activate this stress response—whether through actual external threats or simply by thinking about your problems—your body becomes dependent on the arousal these hormones produce. The body begins to crave that rush of energy. This is the mechanism behind emotional addiction. You become addicted not to the problem itself, but to the neurochemical state the problem produces.

This is why people unconsciously use their problems and difficult circumstances to reaffirm their addiction to certain emotions. If you have spent years being frustrated or angry, your nervous system has become conditioned to seek that state. You may not consciously realize it, but you need the bad job, the difficult relationship, or the ongoing conflict to sustain the emotional state your body has become dependent on. In this way, people become addicted to lives they don't even like.

Addiction, by definition, is something you believe you cannot stop, or something you know is not good for you and you do anyway. When this dynamic operates unconsciously, you are no longer a creator of your life; you are a victim to the neurochemical patterns your personality has installed.

What Happens When Your Body Remains in Stress?

Chronic stress is not adaptation; it is disease in the making. When your nervous system is activated by threat perception and never returns to balance, it enters a state of dysregulation. Stress is specifically defined as the body being knocked out of homeostasis—out of balance—without opportunity to return to balance. When this imbalance persists, it becomes the new baseline. The body recalibrates around this dysregulated state, and disease follows.

This is why so many people who are "stressed about their problems" actually develop physical illness. You cannot think about your problems and create the same physiological stress response as if you were being chased by a predator, day after day, without consequences. What was once an adaptive survival mechanism—a rapid stress response to an immediate physical threat—becomes maladaptive when it is chronically activated by thoughts about past and future.

Moreover, when the body is in this dysregulated state, it cannot access the neurological and biochemical capacity for healing, growth, or transformation. Healing requires parasympathetic activation—the rest-and-digest state, the state of coherence. When you are chronically in fight-or-flight, your body is too busy managing the threat response to allocate resources to renewal, repair, or the creation of new neural circuitry.

What Is the Seven-Day Formula for Changing Your Personality?

The research underlying transformation reveals a simple but profound principle: if you can teach a person to think differently, act differently, and feel differently, their biology will change. This is not metaphorical. It is measurable, observable, and repeatable.

The formula involves several steps. First, the person must receive new information—a new framework, a new possibility, a new way of understanding themselves and reality. Second, they must actively learn and internalize that information, wiring it into their brain through attention and repetition. Third, they must teach that information back to someone else, which deepens the neural encoding and ensures it moves from intellectual knowledge to embodied understanding. Fourth, they must understand not just what they are doing differently, but why—the logic and reasoning behind the new behavior. Fifth, they must practice the new pattern consistently enough that new neural circuits form, new synaptic connections fire together and wire together, and the new pattern becomes as automatic as the old one was.

The remarkable discovery is that this transformation—the rewiring of personality at the neurological level—can occur in approximately seven days of consistent practice. This timescale may seem impossibly fast, yet it has been demonstrated repeatedly in clinical and retreat settings. A person with dissociative identity disorder, for instance, can maintain multiple distinct personalities with entirely different behavioral repertoires, different biological markers (allergies in one personality but not another, left-handed in one and right-handed in another), and different neurological states. Each of these personalities represents exactly this kind of personality shift—a different way of thinking, acting, and feeling that produces observable biological changes. The fact that trauma survivors with DID can create these shifts over extended periods demonstrates the brain's capacity to do so; the formula simply accelerates and directs this natural plasticity.

How Does Your Personality Become Automatic?

Approximately 95% of who you are—your personality, your character, your way of being—has become an automatic set of programs. This automaticity is actually useful; it frees up conscious attention for novel problems and creative thinking. But when your automatic programs are rooted in past emotions and past-based thinking, automaticity becomes a prison.

Your automatic personality is maintained by neurons and neural circuits that fire together because they have fired together for years. Every time you react to a situation the way you always react, you strengthen those neural pathways. Every time you feel the same emotion in response to similar triggers, you reinforce the emotional-behavioral pattern. The body, being objective and literal, records and memorizes these patterns.

To install a new automatic program requires two things: first, conscious effort to practice the new pattern (thinking differently, acting differently, feeling differently); second, enough repetitions over enough time that the new neural circuits become as automatic as the old ones. This is why understanding the "how" and the "why" matters—it gives your conscious mind the reasoning and motivation to persist through the awkwardness of practicing something unfamiliar until it becomes natural.

What Happens When You Create from Wholeness Instead of Lack?

Most people attempt to manifest change from a state of lack. They visualize a future they want while feeling the present emotion of not having it. They imagine success while experiencing the present feeling of being unsuccessful. They picture a healthy body while experiencing the present sensation of sickness or weakness. This creates a neurological and emotional split: the brain and nervous system receive contradictory messages.

Creating from wholeness means feeling the emotion of already having what you want before it manifests externally. It means generating the internal state of already being the person you intend to become. This is not positive thinking or wishful fantasy; it is a specific neurological state in which your nervous system, your emotional body, and your mental imagery are all aligned around a future that feels present and real.

When you create from this state of coherence and wholeness, the effects are visible not only in your biology—in the functioning of your immune system, your hormonal balance, your nervous system regulation—but also in the circumstances, relationships, and opportunities that begin to appear in your life. This is not magic or mysticism; it is the natural consequence of a brain, body, and nervous system that are coherently oriented toward a specific future, and therefore more likely to notice, recognize, and move toward the conditions that match that future.

Where to Go From Here

The path forward begins with honest self-assessment. Examine your current personality—your habitual thoughts, your automatic behaviors, your familiar emotional states. Recognize that this personality has created your current life. Accept that changing your external circumstances without changing your internal personality will be futile. Then commit to the practice of thinking differently, acting differently, and feeling differently. Seek education, community, and structured environments (such as retreats or programs) that support this shift. Find someone to teach what you are learning, so that knowledge becomes embodied wisdom. And understand that the timeline for genuine transformation is not years; it is weeks, and sometimes days, if the practice is consistent and sincere. Your biology is waiting for permission to change. Give it that permission by becoming someone new.

[0:00] I think we're all faced with great

[0:02] opportunities brilliantly disguised as

[0:04] impossible

[0:05] situations Dr Joe despenza is a best

[0:08] selling author writer speaker and

[0:10] Pioneer emerging science and

[0:12] spirituality he helps us demystify the

[0:14] mystical and explore what it really

[0:16] means to be a human being if you're not

[0:19] waking up in the morning and being a

[0:20] Creator then more than likely you're

[0:22] going to be a victim to your life so the

[0:25] experiment is how do you believe in that

[0:27] future more than you believe in your

[0:28] past so when the person says I've been

[0:30] addicted to anger or frustration my

[0:32] whole life well get ready the moment you

[0:33] say I don't want to be addicted to this

[0:35] the war is on and the body just says you

[0:37] can start tomorrow you're a failure

[0:39] you'll never change if you're willing to

[0:41] sit in that emotion what happens

[0:43] afterwards is truly insane some people

[0:46] spend their whole life dreaming in lack

[0:49] and never actually realizing their goals

[0:51] they're waiting for their new

[0:52] relationship to feel love or waiting for

[0:54] their success to feel empowered and when

[0:57] you create from wholeness instead of

[0:59] lack and separation you see it not only

[1:01] effects in their biology But ultimately

[1:03] effects in their life the possibilities

[1:06] are endless if you can get a person into

[1:08] the right State we've figured out a

[1:10] formula to be able to help people to go

[1:13] through those different stages it's not

[1:15] that complicated so let's make it super

[1:17] easy and super

[1:19] [Music]

[1:24] simple Dr Joe hey so happy to be here

[1:28] with you I'm so happy to be with you

[1:31] the more that I've dove into your work

[1:32] and also studying the self um through

[1:37] the Myriad of conversations I have in

[1:38] this podcast I really come to see how

[1:42] and also in your work is reflected so

[1:43] much so how addiction lies on a spectrum

[1:46] and perhaps the most fundamental

[1:47] addiction we have is to Identity and to

[1:50] our personality structure and its

[1:51] corresponding biological pharmacology

[1:54] are you are you familiar with

[1:56] disassociative identity disorder have

[1:57] you looked sure I know diso it's so

[2:00] interesting to me and I've been diving

[2:01] more into it recently how essentially an

[2:05] individual with this disorder can have

[2:07] the experience where you have multiple

[2:09] personalities you have as few as two up

[2:12] to a hundred and the corresponding

[2:14] personalities will correlate to

[2:16] different behavior and a completely

[2:17] different Outlook in on life on self

[2:20] some will be left-handed another

[2:22] personality will be right-handed some

[2:24] will need glasses some will have

[2:25] diabetes some will be allergic to

[2:27] peanuts another won't and it's so

[2:29] interesting and it points to how

[2:31] ephemeral our personalities are and so

[2:34] I'd love for you to reflect on that

[2:36] because as we start to dive deeper into

[2:38] who we are in our true self and our true

[2:40] nature we see how our personality as you

[2:43] really state so beautifully creates our

[2:45] personal reality yeah so let's start

[2:47] with a very simple understanding your

[2:49] personality is made up of how you think

[2:52] how you act and how you feel so the

[2:54] present personality who's listening to

[2:56] this podcast has created the present

[2:59] personal reality called the life not

[3:00] their mother not their ex you know

[3:03] they're responsible for creating their

[3:05] life and if they think the same way they

[3:07] act the same way and they feel the same

[3:09] way they're the same personality and of

[3:11] course they'll have the same personal

[3:12] reality and I think most people try to

[3:15] create a new personal reality as the

[3:16] same personality when it doesn't work we

[3:19] literally have to become someone

[3:21] else so then if the majority of our

[3:24] thoughts are the same thoughts based on

[3:26] Memories We have of experiences in our

[3:29] life the moment we start remembering our

[3:31] problems we're thinking in the past

[3:32] right so those those those memories have

[3:35] a feeling or an emotion associated with

[3:37] them so the moment you think about your

[3:39] problems and you feel

[3:41] unhappy not only is your brain in the

[3:43] past now the body's in the past so it's

[3:45] that thought in that feeling it's the

[3:48] image or memory and the emotion it's the

[3:51] stimulus and response that's immediately

[3:54] conditioning the body to memorize that

[3:56] emotion now the body is literally Liv in

[4:00] the past because it's so objective it

[4:02] doesn't know the difference between a

[4:04] real life experience that's creating

[4:05] that emotion and the emotion that person

[4:08] is fabricating by thought alone so to

[4:11] the body it's in the past experience 24

[4:13] hours a day okay so now the body

[4:17] physiologically is now in the past so

[4:19] then the hormones of

[4:22] stress create the emotions of anger and

[4:25] aggression and frustration and

[4:28] impatience and competition

[4:30] uh and

[4:32] hatefulness fear anxiety worry

[4:35] insecurity Envy jealousy uh guilt

[4:39] unworthiness shame suffering those are

[4:42] all derived from the hormones of stress

[4:44] turns out when that response switches on

[4:47] when we perceive a threat or a danger in

[4:48] our outer world the response from

[4:52] whatever condition in the outer World

[4:54] gives the body an

[4:56] arousal and so then if you keep doing

[4:59] that you keep giving the body A Rush of

[5:01] energy the body becomes dependent on its

[5:04] external world to feel

[5:06] something so the arousal from your

[5:09] coworker from your ex from traffic from

[5:13] the news some something in your outer

[5:16] environment is producing that kind of

[5:18] addictive Rush of

[5:20] energy then people begin to use the

[5:23] problems and conditions in their life to

[5:26] reaffirm their addiction to that emotion

[5:28] they need the bad job they need the bad

[5:29] relationship ship and they become

[5:31] addicted to the life that they don't

[5:32] even like and so an addiction is

[5:36] something you think you can't stop or an

[5:40] addiction is something you know that is

[5:41] not good for you and you do it anyway so

[5:45] people are unconscious to the fact that

[5:48] the arousal from the stress

[5:50] hormones is knocking their brain and

[5:52] body out of homeostasis it's knocking it

[5:54] out of balance the majority of the time

[5:57] so we can actually think about our

[6:00] problems and create the same

[6:02] physiological response as if we were

[6:03] being chased by a predator so what was

[6:06] once very adaptive becomes very

[6:08] maladaptive so you turn on that response

[6:10] you can't turn it off now you're headed

[6:12] for disease because stress is when the

[6:14] body's knocked out of balance and

[6:15] there's no opportunity for the body to

[6:18] return back to balance and order that

[6:20] imbalance becomes the new balance and

[6:22] that's when we head for some type of

[6:23] disease or imbalance in our bodies so

[6:27] then those emotions that we feel tend to

[6:30] drive our behaviors and we behave as if

[6:32] we're in the past and if those emotions

[6:35] are just really chemical records from

[6:38] past experiences then we probably more

[6:41] than likely remember the past instead of

[6:42] remember the future so 95% of who we are

[6:46] becomes you know an an automatic set of

[6:48] programs in our personality

[6:51] so if we really teach a person how to

[6:54] think differently how to act differently

[6:55] and how to feel differently give him new

[6:58] information have them learn that

[6:59] information have them teach that

[7:00] information back to somebody so it's

[7:02] wired in their brain have them

[7:03] understand exactly what they're doing

[7:05] and why they're doing it so the how gets

[7:06] easier remind themselves enough time to

[7:09] install the circuitry so that they have

[7:12] neurons and circuits in place to make a

[7:14] different choice to do a different thing

[7:16] create a different experience and feel a

[7:17] different emotion could if you change

[7:19] your personality would your biology

[7:21] change the answer is 100% absolutely yes

[7:24] and we can do it in seven days now a

[7:26] person with a dissociative disorder or

[7:28] multiple personality disorder had trauma

[7:30] in their life as most of them from

[7:32] childhood and the way they coped with

[7:34] the constant abuse was that they would

[7:36] just dissociate from this world and and

[7:38] go to another world and they would live

[7:41] in that world and create a different

[7:42] character than the character that's

[7:44] being abused or molested or

[7:47] whatever and so each one of those

[7:50] different

[7:51] personalities just like creating a new

[7:54] personal reality takes seven days

[7:55] they're they've they've been doing that

[7:57] for so long that the myriad

[8:00] of personalities of thinking differently

[8:03] behaving differently and feeling

[8:05] differently produces immediate

[8:07] biological changes where the person is

[8:09] allergic to peanuts in one in one

[8:11] personality and not in the other so in a

[8:13] sense that speaks the human potential

[8:16] because that's exactly what we're doing

[8:19] when we see people heal from chronic

[8:20] health conditions I ask them where is

[8:24] the disease where did the disease go and

[8:28] 100% of the time they say it's in the

[8:31] old person it's in the old I'm no longer

[8:33] that person I'm somebody else like so so

[8:36] of course the disease would exists in a

[8:38] different person I it's a different

[8:40] physiology so teaching the a

[8:44] person uh after years of years of

[8:46] thinking acting and feeling the same way

[8:48] running those programs teaching a person

[8:52] how to become so conscious of their own

[8:54] conscious thoughts so aware of the

[8:56] defaulting habits and behaviors and to

[8:59] notice when they may start feeling

[9:00] different emotions that you got to catch

[9:03] yourself from going unconscious and

[9:05] returning back to that person for them

[9:07] to unlearn and relearn to break the

[9:10] habit of being themselves and reinvent a

[9:11] new

[9:13] self so as we continue to dive deeper

[9:15] into the science spirituality and

[9:17] mechanism of this

[9:19] transformation I love how you're

[9:20] pointing to the personality structures

[9:22] correlate to the the the emotions that

[9:26] we're addicted to it's not necessarily

[9:28] the substances in and of themselves but

[9:30] also the emotions behind them that we

[9:32] that we crave and so can you can you

[9:34] speak to the mechanism of how we become

[9:37] addicted to the emotions and we expect

[9:39] um and and crave for more of that

[9:41] familiar sense yeah I think that um most

[9:44] people get so used to feeling a certain

[9:48] way that they don't think on any other

[9:51] level they can feel a different way

[9:53] unless there's

[9:54] crisis or trauma or disease or diagnosis

[9:57] when there's betrayal when there's loss

[9:59] when and there's something that happens

[10:02] that all of a sudden the feeling changes

[10:04] so much that nothing's making that

[10:06] feeling go away and the moment you don't

[10:07] feel like yourself any longer you can

[10:09] really see yourself really clearly

[10:11] Through The Eyes of someone else and in

[10:13] Neuroscience that's called metacognition

[10:15] to be able to become conscious of our

[10:17] unconscious self so conscious that we

[10:19] don't go unconscious in our waking day

[10:21] that's how people change you know

[10:24] so the stronger the emotion we feel from

[10:28] some challenge or problem in our life

[10:30] the more altered we are inside of us so

[10:32] some event occurs and our chemistry

[10:34] changes the moment there's a dramatic

[10:36] change in our chemistry that's the

[10:38] moment the brain freezes a frame and

[10:40] takes a picture takes a snapshot and

[10:42] that's the memory that's embossed in the

[10:44] brain what the person doesn't know that

[10:47] the the arousal of those chemicals

[10:50] giving the body A Rush of energy to be

[10:52] more alert and be more aware they keep

[10:54] reviewing the problem 50 to 100 times

[10:58] ruminating over the problem again

[11:00] and they're producing the same chemistry

[11:02] over and over again to the body and the

[11:06] body in a sense is getting a rush by

[11:08] thought alone so now it becomes addicted

[11:10] to its own thoughts right this gets

[11:13] really kind of wild because you don't

[11:14] you're not aware that you're doing that

[11:16] but you're giving your body energy and

[11:18] so so the side effect of it then is the

[11:21] body is dependent on that thought in

[11:25] fact if you reasoned with me and you

[11:28] said I I really don't like this suffer

[11:31] um I don't really like to feel like a

[11:32] victim I don't want to feel unworthy I

[11:34] want to change that and everybody goes

[11:36] with their conscious mind yay let's

[11:38] change it and so you say okay well if

[11:41] I'm suffering and I'm you know in pain

[11:44] and I'm a victim uh well victims what

[11:47] are their behaviors oh well they

[11:48] complain uh they make excuses they judge

[11:52] other people they feel sorry for

[11:53] themselves they need a lot of attention

[11:56] I don't know I'm making stuff up but

[11:58] that could be a behavior that goes along

[11:59] with with a person who who suffers and

[12:01] feels unhappy most of the time and what

[12:03] are the thoughts that you think all

[12:04] right so you could be really really

[12:07] ambitious and say I'm going to just stop

[12:09] today and the first couple hours goes by

[12:13] really well but as you see the same

[12:15] people and you go to the same places and

[12:16] do the exact same thing at the exact

[12:19] same time in your life it's no longer

[12:21] that your personality is creating your

[12:23] personal reality your personal reality

[12:24] is reminding you of who you are as a

[12:26] personality the environment is

[12:28] regulating and controlling the way you

[12:30] think so every person every object every

[12:32] every place has a neurological Network

[12:34] in your brain you have a neurological

[12:36] Network for your mother you have a

[12:38] neurological Network for your enemy you

[12:40] have a neurological Network for your

[12:42] coworker because you've experienced them

[12:45] so in a in a sense we're seeing reality

[12:48] through the lens of the past we're

[12:50] seeing reality as a memory to a human

[12:53] being so they think and act the same way

[12:55] around that person because they've done

[12:57] that around their spouse for the last 30

[12:58] years and they feel certain emotions

[13:01] that they respond to in certain ways and

[13:04] stronger the emotion we feel the more we

[13:06] pay attention to the person or problem

[13:07] and where we place our attention is

[13:09] where we place our energy so everybody's

[13:12] attention is being divided on all these

[13:14] different elements in our life okay so

[13:18] the person says I'm not going to

[13:20] complain I'm not going to blame I'm not

[13:21] going to make excuses I'm not going to

[13:22] feel sorry for myself I'm not going to

[13:24] feel unhappy I'm not going to feel

[13:25] unworthy I'm not going to suffer I'm

[13:27] going to catch myself thinking these SAU

[13:29] and first couple hours goes by really

[13:31] well but the body is the mind the

[13:33] servant is the master the person thinks

[13:35] they're making all their choices with

[13:37] their conscious mind but they're not

[13:39] their body mind is looking for the

[13:40] familiar feeling to keep them in the

[13:43] known keep them in the past right The

[13:45] Familiar past so two hours goes by and

[13:48] the body says I've modified my receptor

[13:50] sites for suffering I got more I'm

[13:53] looking for those chemicals it's the

[13:55] chemical continui is being broken

[13:57] between the thinking and feeling Loop

[14:00] and the body just says okay come on you

[14:02] can start tomorrow you're a failure you

[14:05] never you're never good at this you're

[14:07] too much like your father you'll never

[14:09] change this isn't right you got to do

[14:11] something differently you know all of

[14:13] those

[14:15] thoughts are being driven by the body

[14:17] and the person two hours ago had the

[14:19] intention that they weren't going to do

[14:21] any of these things and now the war

[14:22] started cuz an addiction now if you

[14:25] can't stop it right now it's telling you

[14:27] that the body's dependent on the

[14:28] familiar feelings of the past the body

[14:30] wants to stay in the past so it starts

[14:32] to tell inform the brain think the same

[14:34] way so you can make the same choice you

[14:36] can do the same thing create the same

[14:37] experience you can feel the same emotion

[14:39] you go ah my

[14:41] unhappiness feels so good it feels so

[14:45] I'm so happy to be unhappy because the

[14:47] unknown is just a dangerous and scary

[14:49] place that

[14:51] unknown is when the body's stepping

[14:53] outside of its comfort zone of its

[14:55] predictability right it's it's it's it's

[14:58] unfamiliar there's there there's

[15:00] discomfort and so the discomfort of

[15:02] being in the unknown causes the person

[15:04] to return back to the same person so

[15:08] Crossing that River of change from the

[15:10] old self to the new self there is a

[15:12] neurological a neurochemical a

[15:14] biological a hormonal a genetic death of

[15:17] the old self and we see it and there's

[15:19] dissonance that goes on in the brain the

[15:21] person's not firing the same circuits

[15:24] and they're they're they're inhibiting

[15:26] the thought that's going to produce the

[15:28] chemical they're observing it not not

[15:30] responding to it believing in it it

[15:32] takes an enormous amount of energy an

[15:34] enormous amount of awareness to stay

[15:36] conscious and people think they're doing

[15:38] their meditations wrong when they go

[15:39] unconscious no you're doing it right the

[15:42] only way you become conscious is to

[15:44] catch yourself thousands of times for

[15:46] going unconscious and you'll never go

[15:48] unconscious again that's the overcoming

[15:51] process and it turns out that it's the

[15:53] overcoming process that is the becoming

[15:56] process so when the person says God I've

[15:57] been addicted to anger or frustration my

[15:59] whole life well get ready the moment you

[16:01] say I I don't I don't want to be

[16:03] addicted to this the the war is on the

[16:06] war is on because the body is going to

[16:08] find a reason for you to be angry it's

[16:10] going to tell you oh this is a good

[16:12] reason no there's too much traffic

[16:13] you're going to be late it's you know oh

[16:15] my God I can't believe this person

[16:17] whatever it is

[16:18] right so then the Cravings that take

[16:23] place when you're willing to sit through

[16:26] that emotion in your meditation this is

[16:29] why it's so valuable because if you're

[16:31] sitting in your meditation and your body

[16:32] is getting aroused that's perfect that's

[16:35] perfect that is the animal that's

[16:37] impatient that's frustrated that wants

[16:39] to get up and do something and you're

[16:41] telling the animal to stay you're

[16:43] telling it to sit and it it it usually

[16:47] gets its way so it starts assaulting the

[16:49] brain turns out if you're if you're

[16:51] willing to sit in that emotion and look

[16:54] keep lowering the volume to that emotion

[16:56] keeping keep taking your attention off

[16:58] that person or problem keep watching the

[17:01] body get aroused and settle it back down

[17:03] stop siphoning energy into the emotions

[17:06] of the familiar path keep doing that

[17:08] sooner or later like training an animal

[17:10] the body is no longer going to be the

[17:11] mind and when it realizes it's no longer

[17:13] the mind there's going to be a

[17:14] tremendous liberation of energy and now

[17:17] the person's relaxed in the present

[17:18] moment in the unknown and that turns out

[17:20] to be a really great place for people to

[17:22] create

[17:23] in it's beautiful in the way that you

[17:25] put it how we're on this continual

[17:27] journey in our life of remembering and

[17:28] forgetting of remembering and forgetting

[17:31] until we start remembering more than we

[17:32] are forgetting and I love how you break

[17:35] down how we're going to continually

[17:38] consciously find evidence for whatever

[17:40] we're subconsciously programmed to find

[17:42] and we're emotionally familiar with and

[17:45] this invitation that you have to flip it

[17:47] on its head where the Persistence of

[17:51] this delusion is is astounding how we

[17:55] continually look for an external reality

[17:57] to fulfill us internally and I mean it's

[18:01] so easy to continually fall into that

[18:03] trap thinking there's something out

[18:04] there that is going to satiate me

[18:06] internally and you're inviting it us to

[18:08] flip it on its head and to go to the

[18:11] source of our internal reality that will

[18:12] then become the match to the external

[18:14] reality of whatever we're trying to

[18:16] achieve accomplish transform healthwise

[18:18] monetarily relationships in any in any

[18:20] degree yeah well I want to I want to be

[18:23] super clear I mean we have bodies we

[18:25] have vehicles we have senses and we're

[18:27] here you know so separate from uh

[18:30] anybody or anyone anything anywhere

[18:32] anytime we have the free will to create

[18:33] reality we're we're Souls on the journey

[18:35] right so you need a body to experience

[18:38] threedimensional reality and there's so

[18:39] many wonderful things to experience in

[18:42] this threedimensional that we should I

[18:43] mean I love great wine I love great food

[18:46] I love nature I love I love like I love

[18:49] being human in my animal self you know

[18:52] to to to be part of this species of

[18:55] humans I think it's we we're incarnated

[18:57] for that right the is is that we reach a

[19:02] point in our life in the plane of

[19:03] demonstration the plane of doing where

[19:06] we realize that we have to do a lot of

[19:08] things to get what we want in other

[19:10] words you have a thought that you want a

[19:12] new career or a new relationship or a

[19:14] new you know you want to be abundant or

[19:17] you want to be healthy or in shape or

[19:18] whatever it is and you become aware that

[19:21] you're Andre local in space and time and

[19:24] then you think about your dream or your

[19:26] vision and you our mind automatically

[19:28] calculates and predicts

[19:30] how long it's going to take for that to

[19:31] happen and so here's one point of

[19:33] Consciousness then the future is the

[19:35] other point of Consciousness and the

[19:36] separation between two points of

[19:38] Consciousness in three-dimensional

[19:40] reality creates time so in order for me

[19:42] to get that thing I may have to work

[19:44] harder I may have to sacrifice and save

[19:47] money I may have to cheat I may have to

[19:49] compete I may have to steal I take on a

[19:51] second job you know whatever it is

[19:52] borrow money to have that experience

[19:55] right

[19:56] so so it takes time and energy to

[19:59] finally arrive at that event now when

[20:02] the event

[20:03] occurs the emotion from that event takes

[20:06] away the lack or separation from not

[20:08] having it that's the prize in

[20:10] three-dimensional reality but some

[20:13] people spend their whole life dreaming

[20:15] in lack and never actually re realizing

[20:18] their goals right so so they're waiting

[20:21] for their their wealth to occur to feel

[20:26] abundant they're waiting for their new

[20:28] relationship to feel love they're

[20:30] waiting for their healing to feel

[20:31] gratitude and wholeness they're waiting

[20:33] for the mystical moment to feel awe

[20:35] they're waiting for their success to

[20:37] feel empowered they're waiting for

[20:39] something to change in their outer

[20:41] environment to take away the lack or

[20:43] separation from not having it in their

[20:45] in environment so for the most part

[20:46] they're living by cause and effect so

[20:48] what do you do when you're matter trying

[20:50] to change matter you work harder you try

[20:52] harder you're Force you control you

[20:53] manipulate that's what matter does when

[20:55] it's trying to change matter and so

[20:57] we're rushing constantly in separation

[21:00] for the experience that produces the

[21:02] emotion or the feeling that takes it

[21:04] away okay and you can get really good at

[21:07] doing this I can get really good you

[21:10] could get trained you could take courses

[21:14] you can get coached you can learn from

[21:16] your mistakes you could have great

[21:18] parents whatever it is you could develop

[21:20] really good habits and sooner or later

[21:22] you get better at doing it in a shorter

[21:24] amount of time well that's great that's

[21:26] really cool my interest

[21:30] is to teach people well

[21:32] gosh can I actually go to a place where

[21:37] I am a

[21:38] Creator can I really think about with a

[21:40] clear intention what that future looks

[21:43] like could I train and teach my body

[21:47] emotionally what that future feels like

[21:50] before it happens now that goes against

[21:52] a lot of hypnosis that goes against a

[21:55] lot of programming because the

[21:57] programming says you need this thing in

[21:58] your outer world to take away the

[22:00] feeling of even drugs to take away the

[22:02] pain or whatever it is right so we've

[22:04] become very dependent on the outer World

[22:07] to Change our inner world and all I'm

[22:09] saying is it's possible then if you can

[22:11] teach people how to be creators in their

[22:13] life and change the way they think and

[22:16] change the way they feel and feel the

[22:19] emotions of their future before it

[22:21] happens the cool part of that is that

[22:23] when you're feeling the emotion of your

[22:25] future before it happens you're not

[22:28] looking for it any any longer why would

[22:29] you look for it if it feels like you

[22:32] already happened so then when the

[22:34] synchronicities when the coincidences

[22:36] when the serendipities when the

[22:38] opportunities start showing up in a

[22:40] person's life because they're changing

[22:43] the way they think the way they act and

[22:44] the way they feel they get more involved

[22:47] in the creative process they're saying I

[22:48] I actually am creating

[22:50] this get really good at it and learn how

[22:53] to be a Creator in the present moment in

[22:56] the unknown create from the field and of

[22:59] from matter instead of threedimensional

[23:01] reality if it's not matter that's

[23:03] creating the field but the field that's

[23:04] creating matter if I could change the

[23:06] information in the field can I change

[23:08] the Hologram or the slowing down of

[23:10] frequency into matter and could I

[23:13] shorten the

[23:14] distance between the thought of what I

[23:16] want and the experience of having it if

[23:18] I create from the field instead of from

[23:20] matter now that's a whole new experiment

[23:23] right because it goes we got to get we

[23:24] got to get retrained we got

[23:27] reconditioned we got to change a lot of

[23:29] beliefs about that we got to explain

[23:32] what that field is we got to teach

[23:34] people how to get Beyond themselves and

[23:36] take all of their attention off their

[23:37] body off of all the elements in their

[23:39] environment and not think about the

[23:41] predictable future or the familiar past

[23:43] to disinvest all of their attention all

[23:46] their awareness all of their energy off

[23:48] the particle off of matter off of the

[23:50] physical three-dimensional world and if

[23:52] it's particle and wave put all your

[23:53] attention on that wave function and that

[23:56] wave function there's nothing physical

[23:57] or material there so it's nothing I

[23:59] don't know how else to explain it but

[24:01] it's energy and

[24:02] frequency if you have a person pay more

[24:04] attention to that

[24:06] nothing and teach them that it's rich in

[24:08] frequency and energy to feel it to

[24:11] experience it to relax into it to become

[24:14] more of it and less of them somehow

[24:17] there is this dramatic

[24:19] change in the information in a person's

[24:24] biology so then when you create from

[24:27] wholeness instead of LA in separation

[24:30] and you teach people how to do that I

[24:32] think you see not only effects in their

[24:34] biology but ultimately effects in their

[24:37] life so much of your work also in the

[24:40] book and just the statement that you are

[24:41] the placebo is pointing directly to this

[24:44] how we are creators and beneficiaries of

[24:46] life and not victims which is something

[24:48] that we're continually told and fed that

[24:50] Narrative of oh that's a tough one we'll

[24:53] go into it I would love for you to

[24:56] share um exploring how different brain

[24:59] wave States correlate to different

[25:01] states of Consciousness and how uh

[25:03] acknowledging and shedding some

[25:05] Awareness on this Insight um feeds feeds

[25:08] into where we're going here sure well um

[25:11] it's not that complicated so let's make

[25:13] it super easy and super simple we're

[25:15] sitting here there's Andre over there

[25:17] separate from Joe dispenza over here and

[25:20] I'm local in space and time and

[25:21] everything around me is separate from me

[25:23] right so when I plug myself into

[25:26] three-dimensional reality my receptors

[25:29] that plug me into threedimensional

[25:30] reality what's getting information from

[25:32] the outer environment are my senses so

[25:35] what I'm seeing what I'm hearing what

[25:37] I'm smelling what I'm tasting what I'm

[25:39] feeling all My Five Senses plug me into

[25:43] this three-dimensional world and it's a

[25:45] lot of information for the brain to

[25:48] integrate it's the brain's job is to

[25:50] create meaning between what's going on

[25:52] out there and what's going on in here

[25:53] right so so then when we're paying

[25:57] attention to all the elements in our

[25:59] environment and we're awake uh the brain

[26:02] kind of beats in this wavelength that's

[26:04] called beta brain wave States and we're

[26:06] in beta right now we're relaxed we're

[26:08] we're present we're paying attention to

[26:10] each other there's no threat there's no

[26:12] danger around we can learn we can we can

[26:14] gain information from the environment

[26:16] when you're present and paying attention

[26:18] all right if I said you oh Andre

[26:21] um we decided that we're going to give

[26:23] you a test to take um at the end here

[26:25] it's going to be 100 questions and we're

[26:28] going to show your viewers if you passed

[26:29] or not

[26:30] right your brain would kind of perk up a

[26:33] little bit more you get a little bit

[26:34] more aroused and you'd be like okay I'm

[26:35] going to lean in now and I going to

[26:36] really pay attention so that when the

[26:38] light bulb gets a little bit brighter

[26:40] you move into mid-range beta and like

[26:43] that's a good state to be in like if

[26:44] you're getting ready for a podcast

[26:46] you're going to deliver a lecture you're

[26:47] going to see somebody you haven't seen

[26:49] the first time or meet somebody new

[26:50] whatever it is you're you're a little

[26:51] bit more alert right when you're angry

[26:54] when you're fearful when you're in pain

[26:56] when you're judgmental when you're

[26:57] frustrated res zenful whatever that is

[27:00] your brain waves move into that aroused

[27:02] High beta brain wave St State and that

[27:05] arousal is is stepping on the gas really

[27:08] hard and when we go into the high beta

[27:11] brain wave States most of our attention

[27:13] because of the arousal is on our body

[27:15] like wow I feel really physical I feel

[27:17] like matter I feel like my body I am my

[27:19] body the arousal of those chemicals caus

[27:22] us but all of our attention on the outer

[27:24] environment what's the environment made

[27:25] of bodies and people and objects and

[27:27] things and places so now more of our

[27:29] tension is going on the outer

[27:31] world and when you're being chased by

[27:33] T-Rex and you got to go from one point

[27:35] of Consciousness where you are to the

[27:36] cave another point of Consciousness

[27:38] you're thinking about time and you're

[27:40] trying to collapse as much time as you

[27:42] can by increasing your speed right so so

[27:45] the brain always is forecasting uh the

[27:47] future when it's aroused by these

[27:50] chemicals so high beta means it's very

[27:52] high frequency pay a lot of

[27:54] attention and now if stress is Created

[27:57] from not being able to control something

[27:59] not be able to predict it or the

[28:01] perception that something in your

[28:02] environment is going to get worse the

[28:05] arousal of those hormones causes us to

[28:07] be uncertain we're in the unknown and we

[28:09] begin to think about all the people and

[28:12] objects and places that are known to us

[28:13] in our life and the neocortex is a

[28:16] reflection of everything known in our

[28:17] outer environment it's the

[28:18] autobiographical self so as you start

[28:21] thinking about all the people and the

[28:22] objects and things and meetings and

[28:23] places and what could happen this could

[28:25] go out and the Brain starts going in

[28:26] this High beta States and the waves of

[28:28] different parts of the brain start

[28:30] beating out of order and like a

[28:31] lightning storm in the

[28:33] clouds the incoherence in the brain is

[28:36] causing the waves to

[28:38] interfere and the energy in the brain uh

[28:41] begins to go down it's a destructive

[28:43] interference and some people then they

[28:47] keep it AR Rouse they just keep driving

[28:49] the sports car on the freeway in first

[28:52] gear and they become dependent on

[28:54] something out there that's going to make

[28:57] that feeling go away whether they're

[28:58] scrolling through social media whether

[29:00] they're getting on the phone and

[29:01] complaining to their best friend uh

[29:03] whether they're watching a game or video

[29:05] gaming whatever it is they're

[29:07] Reliant now on their outer environment

[29:10] to change their inner environment

[29:11] sometimes Pharmaceuticals and sedatives

[29:13] and alcohol and drugs or whatever it

[29:15] is makes the person feel better right so

[29:18] they need something exogenously

[29:19] externally to change their internal

[29:22] State and we get very narrow focused we

[29:25] get overfocused we get obsessive we're

[29:28] Loop

[29:29] really hard when we're in these high

[29:30] beta

[29:32] States and we discovered that when

[29:34] people analyze their problems within

[29:37] that disturbing emotion 100% of the time

[29:39] they're make their brain worse they're

[29:41] driving their brain further and further

[29:43] into high beta because the arousal of

[29:45] those emotions are causing them to think

[29:46] in the past and and the thought of

[29:49] whatever it is is producing the

[29:50] chemistry to arouse them even more and

[29:52] they're on the hamster wheel and the

[29:54] brain gets very disintegrated and it

[29:57] sends very disintegrated at ated signals

[29:59] to the different system of the body and

[30:01] that's what stress is stress is

[30:03] autonomic disregulation okay so how do

[30:05] you teach a person how to slow their

[30:08] brain waves down where they just don't

[30:09] go from that beta brain wave state or

[30:11] high beta brain wave state to Delta

[30:13] sound asleep because they're so

[30:15] exhausted the body never has a chance to

[30:18] go through these healthy stages of brain

[30:21] wave changes so in beta in lowlevel beta

[30:24] and mid-range beta and high level beta

[30:26] your outer world is where most of your

[30:27] attention is you're your body you're

[30:29] paying attention to your body to your

[30:30] environment and time okay we discovered

[30:33] if we tell the person to go from that

[30:35] kind of kind of narrow obsessive focus

[30:39] on everything physical and material

[30:41] everything known okay let's do the exact

[30:43] opposite let's have them broaden their

[30:45] focus and focus on nothing physical and

[30:48] nothing material that void that vacuum

[30:50] the act of sensing

[30:53] nothing somehow causes you to stop

[30:56] analyzing and

[30:57] thinking and if you stop analyzing and

[30:59] thinking you start slowing down this

[31:02] thinking neocortex that plugs you into

[31:04] threedimensional

[31:05] reality and the Brain Wave starts

[31:07] slowing down a little bit more and if

[31:09] you do this and you can teach a person

[31:11] how to relax when they do

[31:13] this the brain begins to go from that

[31:16] voice that's talking to you in your head

[31:18] all the time that's chattering to you

[31:20] those critical facilities tend to qu

[31:22] quiet down and the Brain naturally

[31:24] starts to see in pictures it's in images

[31:27] it's imagin it's a it's an imaginary

[31:29] State now the inner world starts

[31:32] becoming more real in the outer world

[31:33] and the person starts thinking about

[31:35] possibilities about new things the brain

[31:38] is in a state of creation right it's in

[31:40] a more creative

[31:42] state if you keep sensing space and you

[31:45] people understand that that space is not

[31:46] just nothing it's frequency and energy

[31:48] and they start paying more attention to

[31:50] it and less attention to them they get

[31:52] beyond their body their environment and

[31:54] time and they become nobody no one no

[31:57] thing nowhere no time in other words no

[31:59] attention on their body no attention on

[32:01] the people in their life none of the

[32:03] objects or cell phone or whatever it is

[32:06] no place they need to be place where

[32:08] they sleep place where they're sitting

[32:09] and not even think about time that is

[32:11] the moment that they become pure

[32:13] Consciousness and when they're sensing

[32:15] that space the different compartments of

[32:17] the brain that were modulated and

[32:20] compartmentalized and not talking to

[32:22] each other communities broken fragmented

[32:24] from each other house divided against

[32:26] itself the incoherence

[32:28] all of a sudden by sensing that

[32:30] invisible field of unifying energy that

[32:34] exists beyond our senses those different

[32:35] compartments of the brain that were

[32:37] subdivided begin to

[32:40] synchronize and now what syncs in the

[32:42] brain links in the brain and those

[32:43] different parts of the brain start

[32:45] unifying into bigger communities and you

[32:47] start seeing the entire brain in a

[32:50] Cascade of Rhythm Global Alpha

[32:54] coherence and that's a really orderly

[32:57] signal that that's sent down the nervous

[32:59] system that's sending coherent

[33:02] information to all the cells and tissues

[33:04] in the body and the body's returning

[33:06] back to autonomic regulation now here's

[33:08] the fun

[33:10] part we push people on those 7-Day

[33:13] events way past where they normally

[33:14] would stop that's where the magic always

[33:16] happens get a person to get so

[33:18] comfortable s sitting down instead of

[33:21] laying down and going from beta to Alpha

[33:23] Theta boom to Delta let's teach them how

[33:26] to get into each one of these it's okay

[33:28] now the person can sustain Alpha for a

[33:31] beautiful period of

[33:32] time they're not trying to do it it's

[33:34] just their brain's resonating in order

[33:36] and energy in the brain starts to build

[33:40] and so energy drops out of the thinking

[33:44] brain starts building in the lyic brain

[33:46] now you're moving into Theta brain wave

[33:49] States and Theta is a hypnotic State now

[33:53] the whole purpose of meditation is to

[33:54] get beyond the analytical mind and what

[33:56] separates the conscious mind

[33:58] from the subconscious mind is the

[34:00] analytical mind so 5% of our conscious

[34:03] mind working against 95% of what we've

[34:05] programed subconsciously the only way

[34:07] you're going to change it is get in the

[34:08] operating system you can't do it in beta

[34:10] you're separate slow your brain waves

[34:13] down but the body start to move into a

[34:17] light rest where it starts almost

[34:20] falling asleep and keep the person

[34:23] conscious and awake and now door be the

[34:26] conscious mind and the subconscious wide

[34:29] open to information right now there

[34:33] suggest a hypnotic State and you're

[34:35] suggestable to whatever you think you'll

[34:38] you'll accept you'll believe you'll

[34:40] surrender without any analysis because

[34:42] the analytical mind is suppressed and

[34:44] it's that thought that intention that

[34:46] literally programs the autonomic nervous

[34:48] system to make a pharmacy of chemicals

[34:51] equal to the intention as information

[34:53] the person is thinking now you're in the

[34:55] operating system so in Theta now

[34:58] now this is where the person can start

[35:01] relaxing into their heart this is what

[35:03] we discovered teach a person how a

[35:05] practice relaxing into the heart the

[35:07] more relaxed they get into their heart

[35:09] the more they do that the more they're

[35:11] moving out of survival and heart is the

[35:14] creative Center the more energy that

[35:16] gets to the heart we see this beautiful

[35:18] dance like like grabbing a big sheet of

[35:22] uh a big bed sheet and going like that

[35:25] the heart sends a wave right to the

[35:27] brain bra and it tells the brain it's

[35:31] time to create and the Brain moves into

[35:33] these beautiful beautiful coherent

[35:35] States and somehow the heart resets the

[35:39] Baseline for the emotional trauma that

[35:42] the body's been living in it just says

[35:44] the event is over the experience is done

[35:47] the trauma's done and all of a sudden

[35:50] the body can finally free itself from

[35:52] the past and once that happens energy

[35:54] moves into the heart more energy goes

[35:56] into the brain and as a a person keeps

[35:58] doing this and keep relaxing Into the

[36:01] Heart moving into Theta the autonomic

[36:03] nervous system now is getting really

[36:05] really hot right lights are out in the

[36:07] thinking neocortex what plugs you into

[36:09] three-dimensional

[36:11] reality and now they're still

[36:13] suggestible to information but their

[36:15] eyes are closed there's music playing in

[36:17] the background they're not eating

[36:18] they're not tasting they're not moving

[36:19] there's no hypnotist giving them

[36:21] information through their

[36:23] senses if the nervous system is coherent

[36:26] and it's highly organized

[36:28] there comes a moment where the nervous

[36:30] system can read

[36:32] information from that unified field of

[36:34] energy that exists beyond our senses and

[36:36] when there's a match or

[36:39] harmonic or some type of resonance that

[36:42] takes

[36:43] place we've seen this so many times the

[36:46] brain goes into these very high states

[36:50] of

[36:51] coherent gamma brain wave States not a

[36:53] little bit of gamma not a lot of gamma

[36:55] Supernatural amount of gamma and the AR

[36:58] now that the person is

[37:00] having is not fear it's not

[37:04] anger it's not pain it's ecstasy the

[37:08] arousal is bliss the person is feeling

[37:10] connected to something really great in

[37:13] the autonomic nerv system now which is

[37:15] now controlling and coordinating every

[37:18] other system down to the cell in the

[37:20] body the whole entire autonomic nervous

[37:23] system has got these really fast

[37:25] compressed gamma brain waves and the

[37:28] frequency is really fast which means

[37:29] there's a lot of information coherent

[37:32] information traveling to the cells and

[37:34] the cells are getting lifted by

[37:36] information or by light and many times

[37:39] when that

[37:41] occurs there's an instant instantaneous

[37:44] biological upgrade that takes place like

[37:46] there's the eczema now it's gone there's

[37:48] the Parkinson's now it's gone there's

[37:50] the blindness now it's gone there's the

[37:52] stage four cancer now it's gone energy

[37:55] is in forming matter and as you get

[37:56] closer to source closer to that unified

[37:59] field the more wholeness is being

[38:01] reflected in a person's biology so gamma

[38:04] then is superconsciousness and Delta is

[38:07] deep sleep when we take the information

[38:10] in the plasma of the blood who of people

[38:13] who hit that state there's information

[38:16] in the blood that somehow stops a SARS

[38:19] kovi virus from entering the cell

[38:21] there's information in the blood that

[38:23] somehow takes 70% of the mitochondrial

[38:27] function out of cancer cells that

[38:29] downregulates the Alzheimer's

[38:32] Gene that produces endogenous Opus 100%

[38:36] of the people that causes genes to be

[38:39] regulated in the most unbelievable

[38:42] ways that that causes the the

[38:46] microbiome to dramatically change in

[38:49] seven days there's factors in that blood

[38:52] and information coming from that field

[38:55] reflected as wholeness

[38:58] that somehow is causing neurons to grow

[39:01] new neurons to grow the the body is

[39:04] pro-life now the body is progrowth it's

[39:07] it's moving back into wholeness you know

[39:09] so so we don't we we look for those kind

[39:12] of states where the person hits that

[39:15] moment where they're sustaining the

[39:17] state of gamma and the and and the

[39:21] beauty behind it is that as the person

[39:23] is relaxing into the heart and the brain

[39:25] is starting to change we start seeing

[39:27] this beautiful state where for many

[39:29] people the Delta brain wave is a

[39:32] harmonic that's carrying Alpha which is

[39:35] a fractional harmonic that's carrying

[39:37] Alpha and Alpha is carrying beta and

[39:39] beta is carrying High beta and high beta

[39:41] is carrying gamma and gamma's going into

[39:43] super high gamma and there's waves upon

[39:45] waves upon waves fractal patterns of

[39:47] order that's called resonance and when

[39:50] the brain is in that kind of

[39:52] mathematical resonance state

[39:55] microclusters of neurons all of a sudden

[39:58] start forming macro clusters of neurons

[40:02] and now they're exchanging more

[40:04] information at a greater level of

[40:06] Consciousness and we've seen certain

[40:09] people you know like if we're sitting

[40:11] here talking if we were had a brain scan

[40:12] on you know you'd be using maximum 7% at

[40:15] a time of your brain you're you know you

[40:17] visual cortex your Association centers

[40:19] your motor cortex you don't know me bro

[40:21] little little firing well for us for us

[40:23] okay here and there we see 26 27 28% of

[40:28] the brain recruited in this state of you

[40:32] know stingingly high levels of order so

[40:35] we we we've kind of figured out a

[40:38] formula to be able to help people to go

[40:41] through those different

[40:43] stages um and so and Delta of course is

[40:47] deep sleep and I used to think it was

[40:49] deep sleep and now I don't know anymore

[40:51] because we see people really awake in

[40:53] Delta too so I recently just got back

[40:57] came back from your 7-Day Retreat which

[40:59] is a beautiful immersive experience

[41:00] happy to share more about it when you

[41:02] were talking about this and showing on

[41:04] screen which we can put some some things

[41:06] on screen right now um with these gamma

[41:10] brain wave states that are sometimes in

[41:11] advanced meditators up to hundreds of

[41:14] standard deviations outside of normal

[41:16] and that's where these spontaneous

[41:18] remissions and um you know what seem

[41:21] miraculous can really happen when you're

[41:24] completely taking your attention from

[41:25] something to no thing into every and

[41:28] then this beautiful thing can happen to

[41:29] you through you for you and that's just

[41:33] so wild and foreign that our

[41:35] instrumentation can't really tell us

[41:36] fully what's happening when we're

[41:37] hundreds of standard deviations outside

[41:39] of normal so can you give some context

[41:40] as to like what that means and how

[41:42] powerful that really is yeah so I can

[41:44] talk from my own personal experience and

[41:46] I can talk really from the hundreds and

[41:47] hundreds of people that have had them as

[41:49] well

[41:51] um it feels very electric it's and it so

[41:56] our language specialist we work with the

[41:58] University of Central Oklahoma uh we

[42:00] have one of the top language Specialists

[42:03] that study the language of

[42:04] transformation and so we've looked at a

[42:08] lot of different stories of

[42:09] transformation testimonial of people who

[42:11] healed and many of them have these

[42:13] elegant

[42:14] moments and there are two really common

[42:17] things that people say about

[42:19] them one is that it's very somatic like

[42:23] I felt it in every single cell in my

[42:26] body or the top of my head blew off or

[42:30] my heart turned on like an engine or I I

[42:32] was filled with light this very physical

[42:36] very somatic it feels like the body's

[42:38] intercours in with energy

[42:41] right the other element about it is very

[42:43] emotional but not emotions that we

[42:46] typically feel from three-dimensional

[42:49] reality this is this not like you not a

[42:51] love for your puppy or love for your

[42:53] moms not like that this is like you

[42:57] dipping closer to source which is pure

[42:59] love and there's this kind of very

[43:02] unfamiliar familiar feeling that you

[43:04] have like oh my God I forget I forgot I

[43:06] was Oneness how could I forget but we

[43:08] have to forget that we're Oneness in

[43:09] order to have this experience in

[43:11] separation so so it's also very

[43:13] emotional and it's inevitable in other

[43:15] words you can't find the language within

[43:18] the neural architecture of your known

[43:20] personality in threedimensional reality

[43:22] who's having an experience with energy

[43:24] and information that's unknown Beyond

[43:25] this you don't have the language the

[43:27] only thing that people can do is use

[43:31] metaphors like they use metaphors and

[43:33] and so metaphors are a great way to use

[43:35] what's stored in your brain that's known

[43:37] and familiar to everybody and turn on

[43:40] different metaphors so you get enough

[43:41] circuits going on to make it to get a

[43:44] understanding or a connection the

[43:46] person's having the problem is the

[43:47] language specialist who is the you know

[43:50] the one of the top researchers in the

[43:52] world on language had a transformational

[43:55] experience and could not find the

[43:56] language I watched some struggle for

[43:58] about a half an hour on a zoom call he

[44:00] was laughing so hard because he didn't

[44:02] have the language to explain the unknown

[44:05] right

[44:06] so many times what what comes with that

[44:09] also is a profound change in brain

[44:13] chemistry the pineal gland begins to

[44:15] make

[44:17] derivatives metabolites of melatonin

[44:20] that fit in the same receptor sites of

[44:21] Serotonin melatonin and those two

[44:24] neurotransmitters are a function of

[44:26] light and dark dark nness in this

[44:28] three-dimensional

[44:30] reality when you start interacting with

[44:33] energy and frequency that's faster than

[44:35] the speed of light now serotonin you're

[44:38] perceiving light through your eyes and

[44:40] the eye is sending a signal to a nucleus

[44:42] in the brain and the pineal gland is

[44:44] making serotonin and light and darkness

[44:47] and the wavelength of visible light it's

[44:50] balancing off the most stable form of

[44:52] energy called matter that's that's what

[44:55] causes us to be wake awaken asleep in

[44:58] this three-dimensional world but the

[45:00] person now is connecting with

[45:02] frequencies now in their nervous system

[45:04] that's not coming through their senses

[45:06] that's faster than the speed of light

[45:07] more wholeness more

[45:09] order melatonin can't be melatonin any

[45:12] longer it's it gets upgraded and

[45:14] melatonin is already a very powerful

[45:17] antioxidant now you're going to make

[45:19] very very power two of the most powerful

[45:21] antioxidants known to man anti-cancer

[45:23] anti-aging anti-heart disease

[45:25] anti-stroke anti- neuroen ative

[45:27] anti-inflammatory

[45:29] antimicrobial melatonin already causes

[45:31] you relax you're going to make a benzo

[45:33] dipene like substance that's a

[45:36] derivative melatonin now you're going to

[45:37] chill ax way out in the survival centers

[45:40] in your brain this is what Valium

[45:43] does shuts off the amydala no fear no

[45:46] anger no pain melatonin already causes

[45:49] you to sleep you're going to make a

[45:50] molecule that's going to cause you to

[45:52] hibernate the body goes into stasis no

[45:54] sex drive no appetite no preoccupation

[45:57] with the environment first three centers

[46:00] of the body shut down they shut off and

[46:03] now the you won't even know that you

[46:04] have a body so you can wake up in

[46:06] another one right you can leave that one

[46:07] there and wake up somewhere else you'd

[46:09] have to be in that state right in that

[46:11] state of

[46:12] stasis the same chemical that's found in

[46:15] an electric eel you know when an

[46:16] electric eel discharges it's disar it's

[46:19] discharging energy from within its

[46:21] nervous system and a discharge of energy

[46:23] creates high amplitudes so the high

[46:26] amplitudes we see in in gamma these very

[46:29] high high amounts of energy we suspect

[46:31] that it's the same neurotransmitter

[46:34] that's found in the electric he now

[46:36] melatonin already causes you to dream

[46:37] but now you're going to get a derivative

[46:39] called dimethyl

[46:40] tryptamine and that chemical

[46:44] cranks the brain to begin to open up to

[46:47] information in Realms beyond space and

[46:49] time now this is really crazy because

[46:52] the person is having a very full-on

[46:55] sensory experience

[46:57] that's greater than any experience they

[46:58] had in their threedimensional they're

[46:59] more aware in wherever they are than

[47:02] they've ever been aware in their life

[47:04] and that full-on sensory experience is

[47:06] causing the brain through experience to

[47:09] reorganize its circuitry that's what

[47:11] experience

[47:12] does and the feeling that goes along

[47:15] with it is very electric because you're

[47:17] connecting to energy and that energy is

[47:20] being translated through the nervous

[47:22] system in a high gamma State and every

[47:24] single atom in your body is getting

[47:27] oscillated in uh with information so the

[47:31] person has a very profound inner

[47:33] experience that somehow sh drags the

[47:36] brain and body right out of the past now

[47:37] we don't see things how they are we see

[47:39] things how we are the

[47:41] probability that we're seeing the truth

[47:42] of reality is zero we're we're seeing a

[47:45] very small percentage of reality all of

[47:47] a sudden the person has an interaction

[47:49] with information that exists beyond our

[47:51] senses they get an upgrade somehow they

[47:53] come back and they're in a new body like

[47:56] oh my God I'm in a virtual reality

[47:57] experience and the and my character now

[48:00] has I got I got something I'm fixed

[48:03] somehow they didn't get the upgrade from

[48:05] inside the virtual reality experience

[48:07] they got it from their interaction with

[48:09] energy and and frequency they took off

[48:11] the VR headset right

[48:13] so they come back and they're on a whole

[48:15] new life like life doesn't look the same

[48:18] the circuitry in their brain is causing

[48:20] them to broen their

[48:22] spectrum of what the brain couldn't see

[48:26] because it wasn't what ired to perceive

[48:28] it another person is seeing more things

[48:30] than the other

[48:33] 99.9999999% of reality that we're on

[48:35] aware

[48:36] of the body having the emotion that's

[48:39] going along with it causes them to

[48:41] remember the experience longer and what

[48:43] is the emotion we've seen this it's a

[48:46] greater and greater levels of love and

[48:49] so you see this if we see people that

[48:51] wear their HRV monitors after the event

[48:55] you would suspect that as they got back

[48:57] in their life that you know it probably

[48:59] plateau and for days and days after you

[49:02] see this climbing of energy from the

[49:05] experience that lingers for a period of

[49:08] time now what's great about that well

[49:10] when your heart's

[49:11] open you're a new Consciousness somehow

[49:14] your interaction with that invisible

[49:16] field of energy you become it and it

[49:18] becomes you I don't know how else to say

[49:20] that and and and so then you're more

[49:22] conscious in threedimensional

[49:25] reality I mean I've experienced this I

[49:27] saw people at the event that experienced

[49:29] this that tap into a reality an inner

[49:31] reality that is inherently ineffable why

[49:35] these Zen Coons and poetic dos writings

[49:38] really seem to get deeper into the

[49:41] nature of things because the experience

[49:42] in it of itself is beyond the capacity

[49:45] for Linguistics and it's uh man the the

[49:49] the experience where the default mode

[49:52] Network dials down this self-referential

[49:55] Consciousness kind of dials down and you

[49:57] tap into this field of nothingness which

[50:00] uh is it's it's useful to describe to

[50:03] point people to try to experience it

[50:05] because the difference in talking about

[50:06] it and experiencing it I feel like is

[50:09] reading a menu and having a meal it's

[50:11] like you know it's a completely

[50:12] different reality um I'm just curious

[50:15] why philosophically existentially would

[50:18] tapping into nothingness create more

[50:20] coherence oh my gosh

[50:23] well if you study any Asian many of the

[50:26] Asian religions they talk

[50:29] extensively about nothing that nothing

[50:31] was not nothing it was rich in something

[50:33] but it you couldn't see it right so to

[50:36] the materialist you know you kind of

[50:37] write that off but for the person who's

[50:40] thinking okay there if there is an

[50:43] invisible

[50:44] field of unifying energy that's

[50:47] organizing everything physical and

[50:49] material holding everything in this room

[50:52] together and you and I somehow sitting

[50:54] on these chairs without any effort right

[50:57] there's some invisible field of

[50:59] intelligence a universal mind that's

[51:02] aware of everything of everybody of

[51:05] everyone of every place of every time

[51:08] that source of everything physical and

[51:09] material is

[51:12] transcendent of everything physical

[51:14] material okay so take away everything

[51:15] physical material take away your body

[51:18] take away all all the bodies take away

[51:19] all the people take away all the objects

[51:21] all the things all the places take away

[51:23] the Earth take away the Moon the light

[51:25] from the moon light from the Earth all

[51:27] the other planets the the moons on their

[51:29] planets take away the Sun the light from

[51:31] the sun the Stars the light from the

[51:32] stars the galaxies take away everything

[51:35] that's material that's known in the

[51:37] universe take it all away and the atoms

[51:42] 99.9999999% nothing that void that

[51:44] vacuum is information and information

[51:48] can only be traversed on frequency so

[51:51] you can experience the quantum field

[51:53] with your senses because it exists

[51:54] beyond your senses so give

[51:57] people the riddle and the understanding

[52:00] and the map and have them continuously

[52:02] think about it okay so when I open my

[52:04] awareness to nothing of where I place my

[52:06] attention is where I place my energy and

[52:08] I'm paying more attention to this

[52:10] unified field and less attention to me

[52:12] is a separate individual lay down the

[52:14] identity lay down the character get

[52:17] beyond your past get beyond the

[52:18] predictable future trying to anticipate

[52:21] you know trying to expect settle your

[52:23] body down from its habits and emotions

[52:25] and train it how to be relaxed in the

[52:28] unknown which is normally a dangerous

[52:29] and scary place lower the volume to the

[52:32] emotion take all of your attentions off

[52:33] all the things you're dependent on in

[52:35] your life to feel the eye of the

[52:38] needle and passing into the quantum

[52:41] field you have to enter as pure

[52:42] Consciousness conscious of nothing of

[52:46] nothing but you as pure Consciousness

[52:48] and that eye of the needle when people

[52:50] start practicing it in one week they get

[52:54] really good at it I mean really

[52:57] really good at it and we look at scans

[52:59] of people the majority of the people

[53:02] that are getting their brain scan are

[53:03] having these elegant moments and so you

[53:06] can

[53:08] collectively create this kind of field

[53:10] for people and we're able to predict it

[53:13] we're able to replicate it um uh and

[53:17] we're able to induce it so getting

[53:19] people to linger in the vacuum or the

[53:21] void without a name without a profession

[53:24] without a a boyfriend or a girlfriend

[53:27] without a diet without a face you know

[53:31] without a parent or a child just linger

[53:34] as pure Consciousness is so refreshing

[53:37] because think about it our senses plug

[53:40] us into threedimensional reality how are

[53:41] you going to reboot your brain if you

[53:43] want to reboot your brain from

[53:44] threedimensional reality you got to take

[53:45] your attention off everything in

[53:47] three-dimensional reality so take away

[53:49] your eyesight right now take away your

[53:51] hearing take away your smell your taste

[53:53] your feeling with your body if you were

[53:55] still alive and you had no senses

[53:58] you would be aware of nothing physical

[53:59] material you would be aware of nothing

[54:01] nothing of what but you you would be

[54:03] pure conscious conscious of what

[54:05] whatever you want so that invisible

[54:07] field of energy that people enter into

[54:09] we call it getting Beyond themselves is

[54:12] that that is the now that is the present

[54:14] moment the generous present moment I've

[54:16] worked for years to get people to this

[54:19] point And now when they cross that

[54:22] bridge and they enter that vacuum energy

[54:25] that void the absolute

[54:27] pure Consciousness pure love all

[54:29] potentials Source zero point feel the

[54:32] whatever you want to call it loving

[54:34] intelligence intelligent love whatever

[54:36] you want to call it in universal mind if

[54:39] they understand what they're doing and

[54:41] why they're doing as pure Consciousness

[54:42] there and they can create a disturbance

[54:44] in the field and it's the field that

[54:46] creates matter if they can change the

[54:47] information in the field could they

[54:50] change their experience some experience

[54:51] in three-dimensional reality and the

[54:53] closer they get to the source the less

[54:57] separation between two points of

[54:58] Consciousness them as pure Consciousness

[55:01] and connected to Pure

[55:04] Consciousness the closer they are to it

[55:06] the less separation between two points

[55:07] of Consciousness the less amount of time

[55:10] it should appear in three-dimensional

[55:11] reality that's the experiment right so

[55:13] then getting to that

[55:15] point where you you have to go against

[55:18] thousands and thousands and thousands of

[55:21] years of generations Untold of

[55:24] programming in survival

[55:26] because when you're in survival all your

[55:29] attention is on your body your

[55:30] environment and time and to change is to

[55:33] be greater than your body to be greater

[55:35] than your environment and to be greater

[55:36] than time which means when we're in

[55:38] stress and we're in survival it's not a

[55:40] time to change in fact it's really hard

[55:43] to change when you're living in survival

[55:45] it's time to run fight and hide and

[55:46] trust your primitive instincts which

[55:49] says that do not close your eyes and go

[55:53] within you would be eaten we work with

[55:55] prisoners in American countries

[55:57] thousands of them you wouldn't believe

[56:01] how long it takes some of these people

[56:03] to be able to close their eyes they just

[56:05] would they just would just they will

[56:07] tell you I'm sure I'd love to but their

[56:10] body's saying do not it's coming it's

[56:12] coming don't don't don't get vulnerable

[56:15] right so so then we have to lay down a

[56:18] lot of things we did our whole life to

[56:21] get what we want for something greater

[56:23] to occur you know cuz the world changes

[56:26] in that Realm called time space um we

[56:29] can't execute uh thinking that we're a

[56:31] body there we're not you know so

[56:34] learning how to surrender into this

[56:36] process uh takes uh practice it's a

[56:40] continuous

[56:41] process yes it's the willingness to die

[56:45] to who we have been and man whether we

[56:48] look at it from the hermeticist say the

[56:50] universe's mental or Nirvana or the

[56:54] Hindu say Brahma and Atman the from all

[56:57] different ancient wisdom Traditions they

[56:58] speak to this field like you're talking

[57:00] to that you can that we're all a part of

[57:02] that you can tap into deeper Union with

[57:04] that once you do its nature starts to

[57:06] become more of your nature and you

[57:08] become receptive to more coherent energy

[57:11] and coherent information and the

[57:14] mechanics of this when it comes to the

[57:15] pineal gland I found really interesting

[57:17] diving into a little bit more with your

[57:18] work because again through many

[57:20] different depictions of the pine cone

[57:22] and the Eye of Horus from ancient Egypt

[57:24] they refer to the pineal gland and I'll

[57:27] try I'm going to try my best to to share

[57:29] the way that you um explain the the

[57:32] effect of how it happens with the

[57:33] cerebral spinal fluid coming up press

[57:36] pressing on these romoon crystals which

[57:39] are six-sided which is interesting

[57:41] because it's six center and create this

[57:45] pazo electric effect look at you which

[57:48] is the mechanical pressure that's pushed

[57:50] on and trans and and transduce into an

[57:52] electrical charge and that that

[57:55] transduction is like an antenna to a TV

[57:57] that allows certain frequencies to come

[57:59] into certain imagery and so when these

[58:02] people are having an experience and I

[58:04] saw at the event and I know I've had it

[58:06] and I know you have it's an experience

[58:09] very sensory sematic experience that is

[58:12] more real than any in time in Newtonian

[58:14] time space reality um then you start to

[58:18] tap into this coherent field yeah yeah

[58:21] so um what did I miss there no it was

[58:23] really great it was really great

[58:25] so the Egyptians were fascinated with

[58:28] the Nether world and many times when

[58:31] they um uh did their mummification they

[58:34] they would keep the pineal gland I mean

[58:36] it was just it was a the pineal gland is

[58:39] a tiny little radio receiver that sits

[58:43] right on the top of your lyic brain the

[58:45] seed of the autonomic nervos system that

[58:47] automatic system so it's packed it's a

[58:51] phus and it's packed with these very

[58:55] very dense crystals that are stacked up

[58:57] on top of each other that are six-sided

[59:00] and it sits right in the back of the

[59:03] third ventricle towards the top of the

[59:05] head and it's in that third ventricle

[59:08] which is like a chamber that where the

[59:10] two hemispheres of the brain come

[59:12] together and the lyic brain is wrapped

[59:14] around it right so the penal gland kind

[59:16] of sits right in the dead end in the

[59:18] corner

[59:18] there there's fluid in the body that is

[59:24] um inside the brain and the spinal

[59:27] column wrapped in this very dense

[59:29] connective tissue called

[59:31] duramat and the fluid bathes the central

[59:35] nervous system it creates buoyancy it

[59:37] transmits nutrients and

[59:39] neuropeptides um it has a

[59:41] neuroprotective role to if there's

[59:43] trauma can slush around in there and it

[59:46] really enhances because of its makeup um

[59:49] electrical charges so it facilitates

[59:51] conductivity in the nervous system and

[59:55] there's just a very natural mechanism in

[59:57] our biology that when we take a breath

[1:00:00] in the sutures of the skull open up and

[1:00:02] the sacrum bone flexes back and that

[1:00:05] fluid kind of drains

[1:00:06] down when you exhale the sacrum kind of

[1:00:09] flexes forward in the sutures of the

[1:00:10] skull Clos and it kind of decreases the

[1:00:13] volume and by pushing that sacrum bone

[1:00:16] forward slightly as you breathe and the

[1:00:18] and the volume closing it propagates a

[1:00:20] wave that pushes the fluid up so it's

[1:00:23] this very twep forward one step back

[1:00:25] mechanism three steps forward one step

[1:00:27] back two steps forward one step back

[1:00:29] back and forth by normal

[1:00:31] respiration and if it starts at the base

[1:00:33] of the spine and that sacrum bone goes

[1:00:35] up all the way to the brain and then

[1:00:36] there's four chambers there's a fourth

[1:00:37] ventricle in the back of the neck right

[1:00:39] at the brain stem then there's a long

[1:00:41] Aqueduct like a long tube and then it

[1:00:44] enters these the the center called the

[1:00:46] third ventricle that's where the pineal

[1:00:48] gland sitting and then there's these two

[1:00:50] horns these two lateral kind of horns

[1:00:52] that that are other lateral ventricles

[1:00:54] where the fluid goes there and then it

[1:00:55] goes whoop around this head and goes

[1:00:57] back down so we do a particular Breath

[1:01:01] by using the intrinsic muscles to blow

[1:01:04] air out and then follow your breath from

[1:01:07] your perineum and to pull that life

[1:01:09] force which is the creative force

[1:01:12] perenium is the space between things the

[1:01:14] space down there and same muscles used

[1:01:17] to eliminate front and back same muscles

[1:01:19] you used for intercourse to coordinate

[1:01:21] the movement of the muscles instead of

[1:01:23] releasing energy out to practice pulling

[1:01:26] that that energy up with your breath

[1:01:27] following it into your lower abdomen

[1:01:29] locking your belly button down continue

[1:01:32] your breath into your gut lock your core

[1:01:35] and if you go one two three like that

[1:01:37] bring your shoulders down lift your

[1:01:38] chest up straighten your spine that

[1:01:41] fluid starts to accelerate up by

[1:01:43] increasing pressure in there feel

[1:01:46] it dude your voice is echoing me from

[1:01:49] the and me from The Retreat so when you

[1:01:51] accelerate these charged molecules and

[1:01:53] they are ions they're they're there's

[1:01:55] proteins and salt solution they have a

[1:01:57] charge and if you accelerate charge

[1:01:59] molecules quickly it creates an external

[1:02:01] field called an inductance field get

[1:02:03] that fluid starting to move and

[1:02:05] accelerate you're going to start to

[1:02:06] create a field like this and as that

[1:02:08] field begins to move that energy that's

[1:02:10] is going to be tunneled right up that

[1:02:12] tube right up that inductance tube and

[1:02:14] the sympathetic nervous system is going

[1:02:16] to switch on it's going to drive that

[1:02:18] energy right to the brain you finish

[1:02:20] your breath right up you finish your

[1:02:22] breath right up at that six center you

[1:02:24] keep your attention right there and

[1:02:25] that's your target

[1:02:27] and there's a way that you can practice

[1:02:30] kind of compressing this phus in the

[1:02:34] right way that begins to exert a

[1:02:36] mechanical stress on those crystals the

[1:02:39] mechanical stress on those crystals

[1:02:41] begins to create a polarization between

[1:02:44] the points on the opposite end like

[1:02:47] they're diamonds right so they're I get

[1:02:48] a positive charge here and a negative

[1:02:50] charge here and when the materials

[1:02:52] become polarized like that it begins to

[1:02:53] produce an external electromagnetic

[1:02:56] field then it says the field is

[1:02:57] reversible so compress the crystals all

[1:03:00] of a sudden you Shimmer the crystals you

[1:03:02] get a charge there they start separating

[1:03:03] from each other and now you got this

[1:03:05] Bank of crystals that are emitting an

[1:03:07] external electromagnetic field the field

[1:03:10] goes out and the crystals have physical

[1:03:12] limitations they can't stretch anymore

[1:03:13] and when that happens the field reverses

[1:03:17] and it compresses the crystals again and

[1:03:19] all of a

[1:03:20] sudden you have this little radio

[1:03:23] receiver that can pick up fre quencies

[1:03:26] that are in exact alignment with those

[1:03:29] waves so

[1:03:30] now it said that it's a transducer so

[1:03:34] now you have energy moving to the brain

[1:03:37] and if all of the mind is in the body

[1:03:39] and all the emotions are stored in the

[1:03:41] body then when the sympathetic nervous

[1:03:44] system switches on it's taking all that

[1:03:46] energy in the form of emotions and it's

[1:03:48] releasing it back to the brain and a

[1:03:50] gate in the brain stem opens up and

[1:03:53] energy moves right into the LM brain the

[1:03:56] seed of the autonomic nervous system the

[1:03:59] brain moves into those High gamma States

[1:04:01] now when the pineal gland becomes

[1:04:03] electrically activated and it's charged

[1:04:05] now you have a positive charge here and

[1:04:07] a negative charge down here and what do

[1:04:08] you have now the

[1:04:10] body becomes a magnet and that the

[1:04:13] intensity of the activation of those

[1:04:15] crystals naturally is going to

[1:04:17] automatically draw those charged

[1:04:20] molecules to it so now you have this pra

[1:04:22] tube moving an enormous amount of energy

[1:04:25] and the person is the person is switched

[1:04:27] on when that

[1:04:29] occurs and the brain is going into this

[1:04:31] heightened State and the nervous system

[1:04:35] the lights are dialed down in the

[1:04:37] thinking personality neocortex

[1:04:39] autobiographical self you're in Theta

[1:04:42] the the anization of the energy moving

[1:04:44] into the brain kind of causes you to

[1:04:47] stop analyzing and thinking right that

[1:04:50] initation that takes place the person

[1:04:52] now all of a sudden the lyic brain

[1:04:54] switches on and now if the nervous

[1:04:57] system is

[1:04:59] coherent and lights are out in the

[1:05:02] neocortex and it's oscillating in order

[1:05:04] like a tuning fork the antenna that's

[1:05:07] sitting right on the top can pick up

[1:05:09] information as long as the nervous

[1:05:11] system is coherent can't read coherent

[1:05:14] can't read any information if there's

[1:05:15] incoherence there's there's no order

[1:05:18] static get the person coherent and now

[1:05:22] all of a sudden the radio receiver can

[1:05:25] start picking up

[1:05:26] information and

[1:05:29] transducing in other words taking the

[1:05:31] information like a TV signal on your TV

[1:05:34] antenna and the antenna then's picking

[1:05:37] up that information and transducing it

[1:05:40] into pictures on your TV screen

[1:05:42] different channels into different

[1:05:44] channels and so there's an infinite

[1:05:45] number of frequencies in the quantum

[1:05:48] which means there's a lot of experiences

[1:05:50] for us to have in the unknown self that

[1:05:53] exists beyond our senses so then

[1:05:56] we discovered in our functional

[1:05:59] MRIs that when the person has the

[1:06:01] default mode Network shut off which

[1:06:03] means they're not trying to predict the

[1:06:05] future they're not trying to anticipate

[1:06:07] anything they're completely in the

[1:06:09] present

[1:06:10] moment when the default mode system is

[1:06:13] shut off then when you don't

[1:06:16] expect anything to happen that's when

[1:06:19] the unexpected happens the correlation

[1:06:22] between the decrease in modulation the

[1:06:25] decrease in part mentalization the more

[1:06:27] order in the

[1:06:28] brain is directly correlated with the

[1:06:31] mystical

[1:06:32] experience and the person who's having

[1:06:34] that mystical experience their brain

[1:06:35] looks like they're on celoc cybin I'm

[1:06:37] not saying that that's what the brain

[1:06:39] canc are saying that's what the DAT is

[1:06:41] actually saying now they can't make

[1:06:43] their brain do that somehow it's

[1:06:47] happening to

[1:06:50] them I love your passion for this

[1:06:53] because I've heard um so many different

[1:06:56] firsthand experiences of how potent and

[1:06:58] transformational this experience is but

[1:07:00] you Bridging the science and

[1:07:01] spirituality of this and the best we can

[1:07:04] with the tools that we have and the

[1:07:06] understanding that's continually growing

[1:07:07] and that you're really pioneering so

[1:07:09] much of the work of is helping bridge

[1:07:11] this understanding of how it's actually

[1:07:12] happening within us

[1:07:14] biologically now if you're open to it I

[1:07:17] would love for you to

[1:07:19] share the experience that you had

[1:07:21] staring to the fire that one time oh my

[1:07:24] God I had the privilege of having you

[1:07:26] over here for the the with the men that

[1:07:28] one night and having the dinner I also

[1:07:29] heard you share the story before and

[1:07:32] it's such a

[1:07:33] um like we're obviously tapping into the

[1:07:37] exploration of the mystical and in ways

[1:07:39] that we can't fully describe but the

[1:07:41] experiences are so real like like we're

[1:07:43] speaking to um and that youve shared and

[1:07:45] so would you be open to sharing a little

[1:07:47] bit of that story yeah yeah so I was

[1:07:49] just thinking why you were talking

[1:07:51] because when we look at the brain scans

[1:07:53] of people in those High yeah High gamma

[1:07:55] States the area right around the Pineo

[1:07:57] gland is on fire like there's an

[1:07:59] enormous amount of energy so we know

[1:08:01] that the radio receivers is dialed in

[1:08:03] you know that it switched on and so I

[1:08:07] think as a child I had a lot of weird uh

[1:08:10] experiences just for me that weren't

[1:08:13] really seemed very common that other

[1:08:15] people were having my brother my brother

[1:08:17] and I both uh but I was always

[1:08:19] fascinated by you know the idea of

[1:08:22] Mystics and what that really meant all

[1:08:24] along you know throughout my whole

[1:08:26] entire life and I started thinking about

[1:08:29] it had to be a change in brain chemistry

[1:08:31] and I you know looked at all kinds of

[1:08:33] exogenous substances and just was

[1:08:35] curious because I was in the healthcare

[1:08:38] field and people would ask me all the

[1:08:40] time about different substances and so I

[1:08:42] just thought it'd be a good idea for me

[1:08:44] to look into

[1:08:45] it

[1:08:47] um but I wasn't interested in looking

[1:08:50] into the data that wasn't scientific so

[1:08:52] I found these really nerdy scientists

[1:08:55] that really spent their whole life their

[1:08:57] whole life studying the pineal gland and

[1:09:00] vertebrates and it's such a fascinating

[1:09:03] Journey because so many vertebrates have

[1:09:05] this little gland in the back of their

[1:09:07] brain that's sensitive to frequency it's

[1:09:10] almost like an

[1:09:11] extra sensory organ so for an example

[1:09:15] the the chameleon has a very soft spot

[1:09:19] right right where the pineal gland sits

[1:09:22] right underneath and the light that's

[1:09:25] coming from the Sun the spectrum of

[1:09:27] visible light and infrared light somehow

[1:09:31] reaches its receptors in the pineal

[1:09:34] gland its little crystals and the

[1:09:37] information it's getting about the

[1:09:39] environment causes that gland to secrete

[1:09:41] melanins or pigments that cause them to

[1:09:44] blend in with the environment they're

[1:09:46] not doing that through their senses I'm

[1:09:48] sure there's an element to it but it's

[1:09:51] an instantaneous process that now

[1:09:52] they're part of the environment for for

[1:09:54] for preservation homing pigeons have

[1:09:57] these magnetic crystals also that allow

[1:09:59] them to navigate True North bees have

[1:10:02] them turtles have them most verts have

[1:10:04] them so so anyway long story short I

[1:10:06] started reading these geeky guys to find

[1:10:09] out what exactly was that I could find

[1:10:11] that wasn't just you know I wasn't

[1:10:13] interested in a hippie book I was

[1:10:14] interested in the science stuff not to

[1:10:16] say that there isn't science and hippie

[1:10:18] books but I wanted to go right to the

[1:10:19] published papers and so I came across

[1:10:22] this paper that was talking about those

[1:10:24] derivatives that I just talked about and

[1:10:27] I found it so fascinating and I started

[1:10:29] thinking about how could the

[1:10:31] brain like how could the brain make

[1:10:34] those derivatives like what would be the

[1:10:36] signaling

[1:10:38] mechanism to get the the brain to make

[1:10:40] them would would it be a Vision Quest

[1:10:43] fasting you know I went through all the

[1:10:45] thoughts in my head and so anyway I

[1:10:47] wrote a paper on it and the paper wound

[1:10:50] up being published was and it um it was

[1:10:52] the day that the paper was

[1:10:54] published and I felt really great about

[1:10:56] it and it was called uh Sarah Mel and

[1:11:00] the whole family of pineal neuro

[1:11:05] transmitters and

[1:11:07] so um I put my kids to sleep I was

[1:11:09] cleaning up the kitchen and I went and

[1:11:11] sat on the couch and um there was a fire

[1:11:14] going I was living in the Pacific

[1:11:15] Northwest at the time and um I was tired

[1:11:19] it was the end of the

[1:11:20] day but I wasn't ready to go to sleep

[1:11:23] and my kids were kind of goofing around

[1:11:25] in the bedroom I was teasing them saying

[1:11:26] I'm going to come in there you know and

[1:11:28] uh so they settled down and got really

[1:11:29] quiet I knew they fell asleep and I

[1:11:31] started thinking about all the things

[1:11:33] that I had to do you know I got to get

[1:11:35] this done I got to get that done

[1:11:36] tomorrow I got to do this one the horses

[1:11:38] is about ready to give birth you know

[1:11:39] all this stuff and the fire was going

[1:11:42] and and um I must have just been in the

[1:11:45] right state where I was gazing Into the

[1:11:48] Fire and I kind of moved into trance and

[1:11:49] I think one of the best ways to induce

[1:11:52] trance is when you're looking at

[1:11:53] something that isn't predictable like

[1:11:56] there's novelty involved whether it's

[1:11:58] the waves rolling in flicker of flame or

[1:12:01] an aquarium or you know creatures are

[1:12:04] moving about somehow we kind of pause

[1:12:07] for a minute and we go into that kind of

[1:12:09] alpha state so I was tired my brain

[1:12:12] chemistry probably was changed I wasn't

[1:12:14] ready to go to sleep but my body was

[1:12:15] tired and I was wake and I was just

[1:12:18] thinking about those derivatives and

[1:12:21] those metabolites and I started fishing

[1:12:23] around with my my awareness

[1:12:26] and I said to myself to my pineal gland

[1:12:29] where are you anyway that's just what I

[1:12:32] said where are you I kind of fished

[1:12:34] around in there and the moment I made my

[1:12:38] attention uh connected to it it was like

[1:12:41] a like a 3dimensional screen opened up

[1:12:42] and I saw this gland and its mouth was

[1:12:45] in spasm and I saw this white milky

[1:12:49] substance coming out of the gland and I

[1:12:51] just was like Wow and then it switched

[1:12:54] and I there was a time piece that was

[1:12:56] probably 15 ft tall I was standing in

[1:12:58] front of I remember the

[1:13:01] crystallin colors on the glass I had

[1:13:04] never seen I've never seen colors this I

[1:13:07] don't know how to describe it it's not

[1:13:08] in the color range that we know but it

[1:13:09] was colors and I could see the Roman

[1:13:12] numerals on every one of that that uh

[1:13:14] numbers on the time

[1:13:16] piece and it was it was brilliant it was

[1:13:20] light and all of a sudden I see the

[1:13:23] hands of the clock quick start rolling

[1:13:27] backwards in time and the moment I see

[1:13:30] that hands of the clock going backwards

[1:13:32] in time I'm thinking while it's

[1:13:34] happening I have the realization oh my

[1:13:35] God the pineal gland is a biological

[1:13:38] time piece that allows us to travel

[1:13:40] forwards and backwards in time I just

[1:13:41] had the thought like oh that's what it

[1:13:43] is and and as the as it's whining

[1:13:48] backwards I realize I'm moving through

[1:13:50] time but I'm not going anywhere I'm I'm

[1:13:54] present but I'm moving through time and

[1:13:58] I'm as I move through time I'm

[1:13:59] experiencing spaces or dimensions and

[1:14:02] they're all stacked up on top of each

[1:14:03] other and I run through my whole life

[1:14:05] till I'm about a 9-year-old kid and I'm

[1:14:08] in I'm I land in my bedroom now I'm Joe

[1:14:12] despenza at that time in my bedroom as

[1:14:15] conscious as I am right now probably

[1:14:17] more looking at myself laying in the

[1:14:21] bed and when I was a kid I really liked

[1:14:24] having fevers

[1:14:25] because I would go super lucid and so I

[1:14:28] was having a fever and my mother had

[1:14:31] just left the room she closed the door

[1:14:34] and she said to my father he's burning

[1:14:36] up and then she would always give me

[1:14:38] like aspirin or baby aspirin or whatever

[1:14:40] and I would always fake like I would

[1:14:42] take it and I put it in my flannel

[1:14:43] pockets and my pajamas and I never took

[1:14:45] it because I didn't want to miss the

[1:14:47] trip like I did not want to miss the I

[1:14:49] didn't want to miss the the flight so

[1:14:52] anyway so here I am watching myself I

[1:14:54] have the covers right up to my nose it's

[1:14:57] dark in my room but I can see myself my

[1:15:00] mother closes the door and I'm looking

[1:15:03] at myself as as a 9-year-old kid and at

[1:15:07] the same time I'm reexperiencing that

[1:15:09] moment I'm 9 years old again and I'm

[1:15:13] deeply involved in trying to figure out

[1:15:15] how time works and I'm seeing it as this

[1:15:20] three-dimensional chessboard but they're

[1:15:22] not cubes they're kind of more like

[1:15:25] honey coms and and I'm watching when we

[1:15:28] change how that affects reality like and

[1:15:30] it's just all

[1:15:31] mathematical and my I'm 9 years old and

[1:15:34] I'm doing this and I'm standing over

[1:15:35] myself and I just like I fall in love

[1:15:37] with this kid I just start laughing I'm

[1:15:39] like oh my God he's going to become you

[1:15:42] like he's definitely going to become you

[1:15:46] cuz I'm still doing that right now you

[1:15:47] know like and so I look at him and I

[1:15:50] shake my head and the moment I fall in

[1:15:52] love with him moment I fall in love with

[1:15:54] him I know that he's he's going to

[1:15:56] become me I know that and I know that

[1:15:59] the love that I'm having for him in that

[1:16:01] moment is actually what's drawing him

[1:16:02] towards me as my future self not as my

[1:16:05] Joe the spenza then I just realized

[1:16:07] there's a bigger thing involved that I

[1:16:09] just had a moment outside of time I was

[1:16:12] outside of time not this kind of time I

[1:16:14] was outside of time in fact I was in two

[1:16:17] places simultaneously conscious you know

[1:16:20] so anyway

[1:16:24] um I I fall in love with this guy and

[1:16:26] then I realize I'm going to become him

[1:16:28] and and I know that somehow My Future

[1:16:30] Self is drawing him to me in

[1:16:33] love and then all of a sudden I look up

[1:16:36] and there's the clock again and all of a

[1:16:38] sudden I start seeing it moving forward

[1:16:40] in time and I'm just like oh no we're

[1:16:43] going forward in time and all of a

[1:16:45] sudden I land on my Ranch uh in the

[1:16:49] Northwest and I'm walking with this long

[1:16:52] cape in the back pastures

[1:16:55] I'm coming through the back pastures

[1:16:57] where the Mars are and I cross through

[1:16:59] the gate and I come through the gardens

[1:17:03] and I'm

[1:17:04] Barefoot and it's a it's a November

[1:17:07] evening and there's a blanket of prisms

[1:17:11] of frost along the carpet of the grass

[1:17:13] and I can see it go on as the moon hits

[1:17:16] it and I'm walking barefoot and the

[1:17:18] ground is ice cold and it feels amazing

[1:17:22] like it felt like I was part of the hole

[1:17:26] like the cold was pleasurable to me I

[1:17:28] didn't have an aversion to it I was part

[1:17:30] of nature it was part of me I was

[1:17:31] connected I don't know how to describe

[1:17:33] it there was a reverence with my feet on

[1:17:35] the earth it was just it was just a

[1:17:37] whole different experience that I've

[1:17:38] ever had and I'm and I love nature and

[1:17:42] so I walk through the gardens and I walk

[1:17:44] across these Basalt stones that I had

[1:17:48] built into a

[1:17:49] fireplace and as I crossed the stones

[1:17:51] the moment I touch the stones I don't

[1:17:53] know how to say this except I knew they

[1:17:55] knew me and I knew them and they were

[1:17:57] Noble and I was noble and we had this

[1:18:00] very strong moment this connection I I

[1:18:03] they were conscious let me just say that

[1:18:05] and I was conscious that they were

[1:18:07] conscious and they were so happy to be

[1:18:09] where they were to serve me I don't know

[1:18:11] how to say this in

[1:18:12] words anyway I'm feeling pretty exalted

[1:18:15] and I walk over to this Fountain where

[1:18:18] there's a beautiful seating area and I

[1:18:20] had all this Wisteria growing and I

[1:18:24] built this fountain with my brother and

[1:18:25] I and I stopped I had the cape I was

[1:18:28] wrapped around I stopped and I looked at

[1:18:29] the fountain and I just started laughing

[1:18:31] like I remember when we built this thing

[1:18:33] and then all of a sudden behind the

[1:18:35] fountain comes this little woman and uh

[1:18:40] again uh she was colors of light I had

[1:18:43] never seen in my life and she was

[1:18:46] radiant and glowing and she was like

[1:18:48] about this big really small and there

[1:18:51] was a like a a steward that was kind of

[1:18:53] behind her that followed her I don't

[1:18:55] know maybe a mentor but someone that was

[1:18:57] kind of protecting her and she just kind

[1:18:59] of walked out from behind the fountain

[1:19:01] and she just looked at

[1:19:03] me now I was feeling pretty good I

[1:19:06] thought I was enlightened you know I

[1:19:09] thought I was there and she looked at me

[1:19:12] and an instant she hit me in the heart

[1:19:14] with a level of love that was probably a

[1:19:18] thousand times greater than what I was

[1:19:20] feeling in that moment and then it just

[1:19:22] and when it hit me in the heart the

[1:19:25] thought on that she was transmitting to

[1:19:27] me is there is always more love and I

[1:19:30] was just like oh my God how foolish how

[1:19:34] arrogant of me how small-minded of me

[1:19:37] like and I was feeling pretty good like

[1:19:38] he would be like wow this is great and

[1:19:41] and she was telling me there was more

[1:19:43] more love and it it hit me so so strong

[1:19:47] in the heart that it kind of Awakened me

[1:19:51] and then I kind of glanced over and as I

[1:19:54] glanced over as my future self I'm

[1:19:57] looking at my current self washing

[1:20:00] dishes in the kitchen moments before I

[1:20:02] laid on the couch and I just kind of

[1:20:05] cross my arms and I take a moment I look

[1:20:07] at this guy and there he is again like

[1:20:10] same guy like he's washing dishes and

[1:20:14] he's trying to dovetail all these

[1:20:16] Concepts he's got all these thoughts on

[1:20:17] his mind he's trying to figure it all

[1:20:19] out you know I see his strengths I see

[1:20:21] his weaknesses I see his sincerity you

[1:20:24] know I I he's me like and I and I just I

[1:20:27] just look at this guy and I fall in love

[1:20:29] with him and my heart is really uh

[1:20:33] expanded in that moment and so I have a

[1:20:36] very strong feeling of love for him and

[1:20:39] I forgot this but when I was washing the

[1:20:41] dishes all of a sudden I felt this crazy

[1:20:44] feeling while I was washing the dishes

[1:20:46] like I felt like what the hell and I

[1:20:48] thought it's somebody somebody looking

[1:20:50] at me outside you know and I kind of

[1:20:52] trying to lean and look out the window

[1:20:54] but the light from the kitchen was

[1:20:56] creating like a reflection so I could

[1:20:58] only see myself and then I thought

[1:21:00] wellow there's dogs on the property it's

[1:21:02] a ranch there was somebody out there

[1:21:04] they'd be going off you know so I just

[1:21:06] kind of looked like that and I just kind

[1:21:07] of went back to washing dishes you know

[1:21:10] anyway so then I came to and I think the

[1:21:14] most powerful part of this whole entire

[1:21:18] thing was that feeling that I had in my

[1:21:20] chest

[1:21:22] like that feeling lingered for about two

[1:21:25] weeks like and then I started thinking

[1:21:27] like what is reality was that real how

[1:21:30] could I feel such a strong emotion from

[1:21:34] something that I don't know that I

[1:21:36] didn't experience in three-dimensional

[1:21:38] reality and then so that furthered my

[1:21:42] investigation both in the research

[1:21:45] Department of the pineal gland but then

[1:21:49] also a lot of the mystical

[1:21:51] understandings that so many cultures had

[1:21:55] around this you know pine cone shaped

[1:21:57] gland that that

[1:21:59] uh somehow has all kinds of wonderful

[1:22:02] effects on the human biology and it's

[1:22:04] called the third eye I don't know I call

[1:22:06] it the first

[1:22:09] eye yeah the first third iPhone call you

[1:22:13] up man the transmission like that there

[1:22:16] is this loving intelligence that is

[1:22:18] guiding us that may be our future selves

[1:22:21] that

[1:22:21] is ineffable but like the experience

[1:22:24] that you have had of your future self

[1:22:27] the love that you had for him drawing

[1:22:29] you to him to who you are and who you're

[1:22:31] evolving to into is uh really profound I

[1:22:34] I mean I I feel it like these intuitive

[1:22:37] hits that we have that pull us in a

[1:22:38] direction that are like Whispers that we

[1:22:40] start to listen to more of and that

[1:22:42] brings us more connection abundance

[1:22:46] Freedom purpose Dharma is really really

[1:22:49] an interesting reflection I think I

[1:22:52] think the biggest takeaway for me with

[1:22:54] without a doubt is I realized that that

[1:22:58] love it wasn't coming from anyone or

[1:23:00] anything out there you stop looking for

[1:23:02] it out there it's like it came from my

[1:23:04] own inner inward Journey you know and I

[1:23:07] think that's when our values change a

[1:23:10] lot you know I mean that's when you know

[1:23:13] I think when we look at people that come

[1:23:14] to our work whether they're coming for

[1:23:16] health or wealth or relationships or

[1:23:19] mystical whatever it is new careers

[1:23:22] they're they're really coming for whole

[1:23:25] that's what they're really coming from

[1:23:27] coming for so

[1:23:30] um the the pineal meditation in and of

[1:23:35] itself um you have to you you have to

[1:23:38] understand what you're doing and why

[1:23:40] you're doing it so you can do the

[1:23:43] meditation with the intention of staying

[1:23:45] present and assigning meaning to every

[1:23:47] single step and it's the act of

[1:23:50] understanding the what and the why that

[1:23:51] switches on the prefrontal cortex for an

[1:23:54] intended outcome and so yeah we've been

[1:23:57] investigating it there areas of the

[1:23:58] brain when the person has a one of these

[1:24:00] transcendental moments um very specific

[1:24:04] areas of the brain that reflect the

[1:24:06] person's having a moment where they're

[1:24:08] creating a long-term memory and the

[1:24:10] emotion that's associated with it is

[1:24:12] love and joy so we know that in no way

[1:24:15] do are they in any type of trouble

[1:24:17] because a neuroscientist sometimes that

[1:24:18] sees these kind of scans thinks seizure

[1:24:21] like almost all the time and the

[1:24:24] person's

[1:24:25] having a connection really a pretty big

[1:24:28] moment yeah I guess last note on that

[1:24:30] I'm just that story is

[1:24:33] uh first off I love that kid I love that

[1:24:36] kid who has this Obsession that's

[1:24:38] reflecting on the nature of time at such

[1:24:41] a young age and has drawn you to where

[1:24:42] you're at now and how that passion is

[1:24:45] still alive thriving bigger than ever

[1:24:47] before you know I we were joking at the

[1:24:50] men's group dinner that we started

[1:24:52] calling you Doctor Strange

[1:24:54] because this real deep passion you have

[1:24:57] for the understanding of the nature of

[1:25:00] reality and to bridge that gap between

[1:25:02] science and spirituality is so uh just

[1:25:05] admire it and and and love that passion

[1:25:07] in you thank you um and I'm just curious

[1:25:10] as you've gone on this journey of trying

[1:25:12] to make sense of all this what's

[1:25:14] happened to you in your innate

[1:25:16] Curiosities there's still obviously the

[1:25:18] Gap from what science can explain or be

[1:25:21] have measured versus the inner intrinsic

[1:25:24] spiritual EXP experiences that we can go

[1:25:25] on describing and I'm just curious how

[1:25:28] do you courageously try to bridge that

[1:25:30] Gap and share experiences which you know

[1:25:32] are going to be ridiculed um if they

[1:25:35] haven't been fully you know fleshed out

[1:25:37] in the scientific world yeah it's really

[1:25:39] easy I don't care like I I really don't

[1:25:41] care like I'm at the point Andre where

[1:25:45] um and I'm not saying this in in the

[1:25:48] least bit in in any arrogant way but I

[1:25:50] know that on some level we're helping

[1:25:52] people and and if I listen to the

[1:25:55] ridicule and the you know the the

[1:25:59] attacks that I had on me to discourage

[1:26:01] me in doing this um then I probably

[1:26:04] wouldn't deserve to be doing it I mean

[1:26:07] the cool thing about the science and the

[1:26:09] investigation is you can call it pseudo

[1:26:11] science anymore that's the first thing

[1:26:13] the second thing is this is not for

[1:26:15] everybody like I love medicine I love

[1:26:18] the advancements and medicine I love

[1:26:20] pharmacology and how they've helped so

[1:26:23] many people including myself you know

[1:26:25] so I'm I'm not saying that drop your

[1:26:28] dependence on your anti-depression as

[1:26:31] anti-depressant tomorrow I'm saying that

[1:26:34] there's an innate capacity for the body

[1:26:36] to heal when it's under the right

[1:26:38] conditions to the degree in which that

[1:26:40] the body heals I'm blown away like I'm

[1:26:43] blown away so it's not me that's saying

[1:26:46] these things it's it's the it's the

[1:26:48] science that's saying it's the research

[1:26:50] that's saying it so we can't call it

[1:26:51] pseudo science any longer we're able to

[1:26:54] reproduce the outcomes which means it's

[1:26:58] really really

[1:27:00] scientific and the idea that people can

[1:27:05] uh understand that they have a

[1:27:07] hand in their own whatever health or

[1:27:11] their own life is such a huge

[1:27:14] responsibility and such a huge Freedom

[1:27:16] uh and

[1:27:18] so I'm not at all concerned about it

[1:27:21] because the conversations that I am

[1:27:23] having with doctors and researchers and

[1:27:27] clinicians um are very different than

[1:27:31] the conversations I was having just two

[1:27:33] years ago because the scientists in the

[1:27:36] person who sees someone with stage four

[1:27:38] cancer going to remission is going to

[1:27:41] say it happens all the time but

[1:27:44] the human in them many times just goes

[1:27:46] if that happened how did that happen

[1:27:48] that's what got me on the journey how

[1:27:50] did that person step out of a wheelchair

[1:27:51] I watched her step out of a wheelchair

[1:27:53] in real time like what what happened in

[1:27:55] there right so so it pequs a greater

[1:27:58] conversation I don't want to argue with

[1:28:00] anybody I'm not saying that people

[1:28:02] should not do the conventional things

[1:28:05] I'm

[1:28:06] saying the nervous system in the human

[1:28:09] body has the capacity to manufacture a

[1:28:12] pharmacy of chemicals that works equal

[1:28:14] to or better than any drug that's what

[1:28:16] our data shows so if you know that's the

[1:28:19] case then it would really be prudent to

[1:28:22] understand if I'm out of homeostasis

[1:28:25] tell me the things I need to do to get

[1:28:27] back into homeostasis so I have energy

[1:28:30] for growth and repair so I have energy

[1:28:32] for long-term building projects and and

[1:28:35] so I was sitting at a table with 15 of

[1:28:38] our scientists two months ago looking at

[1:28:41] the data you know and we had a couple

[1:28:44] new people there but these are very very

[1:28:47] well-published scientists from Harvard

[1:28:50] from Stanford from UCSD from

[1:28:53] everywhere and we're just picking apart

[1:28:55] the the the the research and a new

[1:28:58] neuroscientist was kind of sitting there

[1:29:00] and we one of the leading experts in the

[1:29:03] microbiome is at UC San Diego she's a

[1:29:05] brilliant scientist and really smart

[1:29:08] brilliant person and she was showing

[1:29:11] everybody all the probiotic effects of

[1:29:14] the microbiome and the dramatic changes

[1:29:17] that were taking place in 7even days

[1:29:19] there's no diet there's no probiotic

[1:29:21] that you'll take you know take away the

[1:29:22] sugar take away the alcohol take you

[1:29:24] know fast intermittent whatever it is

[1:29:28] you don't see these kind of changes in

[1:29:29] in seven days ever

[1:29:31] and she was putting up the graphs and we

[1:29:33] were looking at them and there are all

[1:29:35] the growth for anti-cancer

[1:29:37] anti-inflammation you know all these

[1:29:39] really really healthy microbes and the

[1:29:42] neuroscientist just kind of pauses and

[1:29:45] goes excuse me like what like are you

[1:29:49] kid like she it never occurred to her

[1:29:52] but she looked at the evidence and how

[1:29:54] could you deny it you cannot deny it

[1:29:58] because it's that's what the data shows

[1:30:00] right so if it was happening

[1:30:02] in

[1:30:04] 10% of our community and it was the

[1:30:08] right temporal lobe a standard or two

[1:30:10] standard deviations are greater than

[1:30:12] normal in the peak moment of gamma for

[1:30:15] sustained 2

[1:30:16] minutes uh I probably wouldn't be as

[1:30:19] passionate but when you see the

[1:30:23] 77% of the population 84% of the

[1:30:28] population more than one study 100% of

[1:30:32] the population the tribe the flock the

[1:30:36] herd you know the school the collective

[1:30:39] there's an emergent

[1:30:40] Consciousness that's being reflected in

[1:30:43] people's biology in seven days so so the

[1:30:46] scientist who has an

[1:30:48] interest in this area and by the way our

[1:30:50] scientists were very skeptical when they

[1:30:52] started they they call it medicine they

[1:30:54] do the work they say it's the best

[1:30:56] medicine I'm going to keep doing it

[1:30:57] they're not doing it to be spiritual

[1:30:59] they're doing it because they understand

[1:31:01] the Practical value behind it right so

[1:31:05] you look at the data and and you see it

[1:31:07] happen in seven days so many scientists

[1:31:09] just they fall out of their chair and

[1:31:10] they

[1:31:11] go 7 days like all these dramatic

[1:31:15] changes you know

[1:31:17] 77% of the population every one of those

[1:31:20] people with different genotypes genes

[1:31:23] make proteins

[1:31:25] 77% of the herd of the flock are

[1:31:28] expressing the same genes and making the

[1:31:31] same proteins that's more than three out

[1:31:33] of four people there's an immersing

[1:31:35] Consciousness and their biology

[1:31:38] genetically is evolving together in

[1:31:40] seven days so the scientists who who

[1:31:44] have the

[1:31:46] understanding they see this they they

[1:31:49] they're Blown Away by it and and now uh

[1:31:52] we have really great invitations to to

[1:31:55] to delve deeper but do I say that I have

[1:31:57] the only answer no I'm saying wow we

[1:31:59] came across something really we don't

[1:32:01] bias any of our studies we draw blood we

[1:32:04] do brain scans we randomly collect

[1:32:06] things we we we don't we don't we just

[1:32:09] we we measure everything I mean you saw

[1:32:11] the data on the quantum study is very

[1:32:13] very fascin breast milk study is insan

[1:32:15] tear drops breast milk poop

[1:32:17] sweat biometric everything seeing what's

[1:32:21] really happening yeah yeah so it's kind

[1:32:23] of cool so so just a little bit so so

[1:32:26] the conversations I'm

[1:32:28] having uh with Scientists are very

[1:32:31] different uh than they than they were

[1:32:33] years ago and I love when I see some of

[1:32:36] the scientists running the same study

[1:32:37] three or four times in a row they're

[1:32:39] really really thinking they're going to

[1:32:41] get a different outcome they're getting

[1:32:42] a new outcome than they typically would

[1:32:44] expect if they're running it four times

[1:32:46] I know they're changing their belief in

[1:32:48] that moment I know that they're

[1:32:50] discovering something new yeah a really

[1:32:53] fascinating uh share that you guys did

[1:32:56] um with with some of the scientists was

[1:32:59] meditators through intention alone

[1:33:00] upregulating serpent A5 that very very

[1:33:04] interesting it is it is an amazing study

[1:33:07] because I mean when you get the brain

[1:33:10] and the body in the right State and you

[1:33:14] can open the door between the conscious

[1:33:15] mind and the subconscious mind and you

[1:33:18] can get a person relaxed and awake Right

[1:33:20] Between Worlds conscious and their

[1:33:22] subconscious mind if they have the

[1:33:26] intent to Signal a gene to make a

[1:33:28] protein that intention is

[1:33:32] translated as

[1:33:35] chemistry in the form of chemical

[1:33:37] information that's what the intention is

[1:33:39] it's a it's the reflection of

[1:33:41] information

[1:33:43] chemically 100% of the

[1:33:46] people 100% of them that had the

[1:33:48] intention of of regulating serpent A5

[1:33:51] protein 100% of them did it the Trend to

[1:33:55] regulate endogenous interferon was up

[1:33:58] over

[1:33:58] 90% the trend was in the exact same

[1:34:02] direction begs the question if genes

[1:34:05] make proteins what

[1:34:07] protein could you not

[1:34:10] make collagen

[1:34:13] elastin actin mein enzymes hormones you

[1:34:17] know we're just scratching our head

[1:34:19] going wow it's really obvious if we bake

[1:34:22] the study and and we give the another

[1:34:25] group of people serpent A5 and our

[1:34:27] community knows about serpent A5 because

[1:34:29] it's it's in higher concentrations in

[1:34:32] advanced meditators and that's the

[1:34:33] protein that stops the the kovi virus

[1:34:36] from entering the cell right the co

[1:34:38] cannot enter Because this this protein

[1:34:41] inhibits the receptor that cuts the

[1:34:44] spikes off so it's elevated so if you're

[1:34:48] in if you're in the second group and you

[1:34:49] get serpent A5 you think oh my God I got

[1:34:51] I'm the I got the real protein because

[1:34:53] everybody thought they the real protein

[1:34:54] cuz many of them knew about serpent A5

[1:34:56] but if you give them four fake ones four

[1:34:58] ones that don't exist and you bake them

[1:35:00] completely there's no protein there's no

[1:35:02] Gene and you have them

[1:35:05] intentionally signal those

[1:35:09] genes none of the the serpent

[1:35:12] A5 has no has they have a zero effect on

[1:35:15] the serpent A5 why because they're

[1:35:17] putting in a whole order they're not

[1:35:20] just putting in serpent A5 they're

[1:35:21] putting in serpent A5 plus the second

[1:35:23] one plus the third one plus the fourth

[1:35:25] one plus the fifth one and if the order

[1:35:27] is corrupt it's not going to make any of

[1:35:30] them that's how intelligent our

[1:35:33] autonomic nervous system is so without

[1:35:35] knowing the molecular structure of

[1:35:37] serpent A5 without knowing the molecular

[1:35:40] structure or the gene expression of

[1:35:41] endogenous interferon the intention

[1:35:45] somehow reaches the autonomic nervous

[1:35:47] system and it manufactures a pharmacy of

[1:35:50] chemicals equal to that

[1:35:52] intention the

[1:35:55] possibilities are endless if you can get

[1:35:58] a person into the right State another

[1:36:01] very interesting study that points to

[1:36:03] just how powerful our thoughts and

[1:36:05] intentions and beliefs are was the robot

[1:36:08] and chick study very very fascinating

[1:36:11] and just another example of how um in

[1:36:15] the study they show the the power of uh

[1:36:17] the ability to change the direction of a

[1:36:20] robot that was controlled by a random

[1:36:22] number generator right I would for you

[1:36:24] to share a little bit about that okay

[1:36:26] I'll share it on in two levels okay okay

[1:36:29] so um there was a study done by this

[1:36:33] French researcher Renee p and what he

[1:36:36] did was he built the an arena and he

[1:36:40] built a random event generator and the

[1:36:42] random event generator um is programmed

[1:36:46] to randomly turn left or right like a

[1:36:48] zero or one it's going to turn right or

[1:36:49] left but it's not going to be right left

[1:36:52] right left right left right left it's

[1:36:53] going to randomly do it and the more you

[1:36:55] go right left right left right left or

[1:36:57] heads Tails heads tails the more you get

[1:36:59] 50% so he sets the random event

[1:37:02] generator inside the arena and as you

[1:37:04] would expect it's going to cover pretty

[1:37:06] much the whole entire

[1:37:08] space he then hatches these baby chicks

[1:37:11] and baby chicks uh imprint right that's

[1:37:15] what they do so they imprint on this

[1:37:18] robot thinking it's their mother and so

[1:37:23] then he takes the baby chicks and he

[1:37:24] puts them in a cage outside of the

[1:37:30] arena and he turns on the random event

[1:37:32] generator and the baby chick's intention

[1:37:36] and the love and emotion that they felt

[1:37:38] for their mother caused the random event

[1:37:41] generator to turn 100% of the

[1:37:44] time in the direction of the baby chicks

[1:37:48] now these baby chicks with a very very

[1:37:51] tiny teeny weeny little brain and teeny

[1:37:53] weeny little heart somehow had some type

[1:37:57] of influence on a programmed

[1:38:02] machine to behave more orderly and less

[1:38:06] randomly okay so in our work we say I

[1:38:09] mean just for the sake of Simplicity

[1:38:11] everything's vibrating your thoughts are

[1:38:14] electric and your feelings your hard

[1:38:17] feelings are

[1:38:18] magnetic so if you can get the brain

[1:38:21] coherent you can send the very clear

[1:38:23] signal as an electrical charge into the

[1:38:25] field you get that heart turned on and

[1:38:28] feel the emotion before it happens the

[1:38:30] heart is a magnetic field and we it's up

[1:38:33] it's measured it's you can measure it

[1:38:34] the more coherent the heart the more you

[1:38:36] have a strong magnetic field and that's

[1:38:39] what draws experiences to us so in our

[1:38:43] work we marry a clear intention and

[1:38:46] elevated emotion a coherent brain and a

[1:38:48] coherent heart and create a Wi-Fi signal

[1:38:51] and if there's a vibrational match

[1:38:52] between

[1:38:54] some possibility in the quantum field of

[1:38:56] frequency or

[1:38:58] information and your

[1:39:00] energy and you're creating beyond space

[1:39:03] and time from the field instead of from

[1:39:05] matter and it's the field that creates

[1:39:08] matter is it possible when there's a

[1:39:10] vibrational match to draw that

[1:39:12] experience to you without having to do

[1:39:14] anything right so we use that as a

[1:39:17] teaching

[1:39:18] tool so that people can see then oh my

[1:39:21] God if a baby chick can do it I

[1:39:23] certainly can do it so that's one point

[1:39:26] and people do it all the time the other

[1:39:28] thing is we use random event generators

[1:39:30] during our coherence healings and

[1:39:33] there're sophisticated coin tosses and

[1:39:35] the machines that we have uh pretty much

[1:39:38] toss a coin about a thousand times in a

[1:39:40] second so it's a lot of tosses for the

[1:39:44] whole event and when nobody's in the

[1:39:46] room there's a little Parabola like this

[1:39:48] when there's nobody in the room you see

[1:39:50] it go head stes head sales but it's

[1:39:51] pretty much 5050 okay when we do our

[1:39:55] in-person coherence healings where we're

[1:39:58] going to change the information in the

[1:40:00] field of the person who's laying there

[1:40:03] with some type of health condition 2,000

[1:40:05] people in this case in different PODS of

[1:40:07] about six to eight people focusing

[1:40:08] intention and energy on one individual

[1:40:10] yeah with a coherent brain and a

[1:40:11] coherent heart change the information in

[1:40:13] their field could change the destiny of

[1:40:15] matter yet a collective network of

[1:40:18] observers together with brain and heart

[1:40:19] coherence single-minded with one

[1:40:21] intention to give life to another's life

[1:40:23] to love another person into life get

[1:40:25] them together get get the tribe together

[1:40:28] to to bring life back into some of the

[1:40:30] members life something happens where you

[1:40:33] can't not open your heart

[1:40:36] so when we do those coherence

[1:40:39] healings the graphs are insane there you

[1:40:42] know here we go like this all of a

[1:40:43] sudden the group gets together and all

[1:40:45] of a sudden

[1:40:47] 111111111111111 just keeps going way

[1:40:49] outside of that Parabola somehow a

[1:40:52] collective Network of observers with

[1:40:54] brain and heart coherence is causing a

[1:40:57] machine that's programmed to go zeros

[1:41:01] and ones all of a sudden to behave more

[1:41:03] orderly and that happens just about 100%

[1:41:07] of the time when we do those coherence

[1:41:10] healings so then we did further studies

[1:41:13] where we put several of them in the room

[1:41:14] and we took one and we insulated it in a

[1:41:17] faraday cage which is basically nickel

[1:41:19] and copper mostly copper but nickel too

[1:41:21] and those are heavy metals that insulate

[1:41:23] electromagnetic frequencies you go to

[1:41:25] the radiologist and they're going to

[1:41:27] x-ray your spine they may put a copper

[1:41:29] little something over your ovaries just

[1:41:31] to to diminish the absorption of

[1:41:33] radiation

[1:41:34] so when we when we wrapped it in Copper

[1:41:38] and nickel all the other machines

[1:41:40] behaved very orderly except the one that

[1:41:43] was wrapped so we know now on some level

[1:41:46] that the metal somehow insulated some

[1:41:48] type of

[1:41:51] electromagnetic energy heart being the

[1:41:53] magnetic field brain being the

[1:41:55] electrical signal in the field so we

[1:41:58] look at the last point we look at the we

[1:42:01] were just looking at this data with a

[1:42:03] Stanford I'm sorry with a Harvard

[1:42:06] cardiologist and he there was this one

[1:42:09] fascinating fascinating um uh

[1:42:13] measurement where we had all these

[1:42:14] people wearing HRV measurements and

[1:42:17] beginning of the coherent cealing

[1:42:19] everybody's heart coherent and then you

[1:42:20] see this dramatic drop in everyone of

[1:42:23] the coherence healings where the heart

[1:42:25] becomes incoherent and he said can

[1:42:28] somebody tell me why it only happens

[1:42:29] during the coherence healings and never

[1:42:32] in the other any other meditations they

[1:42:33] just get more coherent it's because that

[1:42:36] moment there's an

[1:42:37] arousal and that's the moment the entire

[1:42:39] Collective is now on the sympathetic

[1:42:42] nervous system switched on and it's

[1:42:43] moving enormous amounts of energy a lot

[1:42:46] of energy to the brain what happens

[1:42:49] afterwards is truly insane because when

[1:42:53] as I said earlier just like when people

[1:42:55] create after that coherence healing

[1:42:58] their heart energy and coherence goes up

[1:43:03] weeks later in other words they're not

[1:43:06] trying to feel love they feel love like

[1:43:10] and then the next question is why would

[1:43:12] you stop doing it it's so much better

[1:43:15] than a football game it's so much better

[1:43:17] than a shopping spree and you're and

[1:43:19] you're and you're helping people

[1:43:23] to heal and change and we've got

[1:43:26] unbelievable stories of people with

[1:43:28] stage four cancers and blindness and

[1:43:31] deafness and all kinds of spinal cord

[1:43:34] injuries you know muscular distrophy all

[1:43:37] kinds of ALS all kinds of crazy

[1:43:39] conditions where people are you know

[1:43:42] somehow renewed uh by the

[1:43:45] collective those group coherence

[1:43:47] healings are so fascinating to me and

[1:43:48] were beautiful to be a part of and I

[1:43:50] really felt the love that we give is the

[1:43:53] love that we receive and because that's

[1:43:55] who we are in our tressence at least I

[1:43:57] feel and it's man people had powerful

[1:44:01] experiences and I know this is this was

[1:44:03] your 50th year uh weekl long uh Retreat

[1:44:07] and um I got to meet a lot of people who

[1:44:08] have been going many times uh the vast

[1:44:11] majority were first- timers that that

[1:44:13] went 75%

[1:44:15] 75% met um a lot of incredible

[1:44:18] individuals Stephanie who got stage four

[1:44:20] lung cancer listens to this podcast met

[1:44:23] so many people who um who are

[1:44:25] communities have know they self as well

[1:44:27] and people that have been studying your

[1:44:29] work for a long time and have had

[1:44:30] immense Transformations and have had

[1:44:32] relatives that have had immense

[1:44:34] Transformations and it's just really

[1:44:36] beautiful to see the sincerity of the

[1:44:37] individuals on the path and their

[1:44:40] Devotion to healing and man I just can

[1:44:43] only imagine there's so many different

[1:44:46] factors of what goes into the energetics

[1:44:48] of somebody going through one of these

[1:44:49] healings one giving themselves the

[1:44:51] permission to receive which maybe they

[1:44:53] they never have had that much focused

[1:44:55] attention in their whole life of people

[1:44:57] genuinely just giving them love and a

[1:44:59] focus and then their capacity to receive

[1:45:02] that and then the actual energetics of

[1:45:03] it uh is just so powerful and I'm

[1:45:05] excited to see the studies that continue

[1:45:07] to be done by you guys yeah we're doing

[1:45:09] we now we have groups of people that do

[1:45:11] remote coherence healings I mean where

[1:45:14] the person is not even in the

[1:45:16] room there's 60 people focusing on a

[1:45:18] picture of a person and we did a study

[1:45:22] with PTSD uh a triple blind Placebo

[1:45:25] study if you can imagine

[1:45:26] that um where we use fake pictures and

[1:45:30] the group didn't know who they were

[1:45:32] healing or or what group which was the

[1:45:34] Healy that was real or

[1:45:36] wasn't anyway at the end of the study a

[1:45:39] six- week

[1:45:41] intervention uh nine out of 10 people

[1:45:45] that were diagnosed with PTSD no longer

[1:45:47] had PTSD that works better than any

[1:45:50] pharmaceutical any treatment so we're

[1:45:52] working with autistic kids now and wow

[1:45:55] the changes that are taking place with

[1:45:57] these kids we're we're super excited so

[1:45:59] yeah we'll continue we're doing a study

[1:46:00] on cancer right now another aspect of

[1:46:03] the retreat that I found really

[1:46:04] beautiful were the walking

[1:46:06] meditations what has seeing men

[1:46:09] specifically getting into their heart

[1:46:11] done for you yeah it's really really

[1:46:12] cool to see I mean well I was raised in

[1:46:16] a very ethnic very emotionally you know

[1:46:18] connected family I mean I was my uncles

[1:46:21] and my the men in my family were very

[1:46:25] affectionate with each other so um I

[1:46:28] think you know the program for men is to

[1:46:31] succeed and to compete and to accomplish

[1:46:34] and be the best or the first or the most

[1:46:36] or whatever that

[1:46:37] is you know it's part of our biology um

[1:46:41] and you can get really good at using

[1:46:43] that third Center uh to get there um but

[1:46:47] I think when men really open their

[1:46:48] hearts it's really beautiful to see

[1:46:50] because uh there's this kind of child

[1:46:53] like quality uh in this kind of

[1:46:56] freshness that happens and I and I and

[1:46:58] mean I I do my best in my life in the

[1:47:01] companies that I own to lead with my

[1:47:03] heart because I think that's the best

[1:47:05] actually in my life I think it's the

[1:47:07] best way uh for us to be the example so

[1:47:11] it takes a lot uh for men to figure that

[1:47:15] out you know because it goes so against

[1:47:17] the program many of them and yet I've

[1:47:20] seen so many men heal uh when they do in

[1:47:23] walking

[1:47:24] meditations are a great way to practice

[1:47:27] doing it with your eyes open I mean you

[1:47:29] got to start with your eyes closed so

[1:47:31] you're not distracted by your

[1:47:33] environment or the drives of your body

[1:47:35] or your schedule or

[1:47:37] [Music]

[1:47:38] whatever but you got to get so good at

[1:47:40] doing it with your eyes closed you got

[1:47:41] to be able to do it with your eyes open

[1:47:43] that's the game this is the plane of

[1:47:44] demonstration if you're going to heal

[1:47:46] yourself demonstrate it if you're going

[1:47:48] to heal another person you got to

[1:47:50] demonstrate it if you want to heal

[1:47:51] someone else at a remote location you

[1:47:54] got to demonstrate it right you got to

[1:47:55] have the

[1:47:56] experience so so men who do open their

[1:47:59] hearts uh and boy I

[1:48:03] mean we have some uh some men who you

[1:48:07] know they didn't even want to come to

[1:48:08] the event you know their their wives

[1:48:10] dragged them there and you know we're

[1:48:13] looking at their HRV measurements

[1:48:16] and not only are they in hard coherence

[1:48:19] but the amplitude of energy in their

[1:48:22] heart is Three Times Higher 200% higher

[1:48:26] than than most people that's that's not

[1:48:28] a lot that's not a little love that's a

[1:48:31] lot of love for a person to feel so we

[1:48:35] believe the heart is the creative center

[1:48:36] it's the union of opposites of polarity

[1:48:38] of Duality it's where wholeness begins I

[1:48:40] think it's it's where our Divinity

[1:48:42] starts it's a great place for us to

[1:48:45] practice feeling those emotions and it

[1:48:47] goes

[1:48:48] against in many cases the animal self

[1:48:52] and if you're living in surviv

[1:48:54] living in stress is just not a time to

[1:48:56] open your heart cuz that would mean

[1:48:57] You're vulnerable so teaching men how to

[1:49:00] do it and practicing doing that I think

[1:49:04] has benefits in so many wonderful ways I

[1:49:07] think also you know going back home the

[1:49:10] the important key is the the

[1:49:12] continuation of the practice right

[1:49:13] because if you have an enlightening

[1:49:15] experience then go back into an

[1:49:17] environment that informs your old

[1:49:18] personality which then leads to that

[1:49:20] reality that is is your oldelf yeah

[1:49:23] seamless it happens seamless yeah you

[1:49:26] know I want it to be an experiment Andre

[1:49:29] I don't I you know I like I never use

[1:49:31] the words discipline you know this is a

[1:49:33] discipline you know I want it to be an

[1:49:36] experiment for people like if if if a

[1:49:40] victim is someone who's allowing their

[1:49:43] outer environment some person some

[1:49:45] circumstance some condition to literally

[1:49:49] affect and control the way they're

[1:49:50] feeling and the way they're thinking and

[1:49:53] you say why are you upset today well I

[1:49:56] am upset because of this person what

[1:49:57] you're saying is that person is actually

[1:50:01] influencing and controlling my feelings

[1:50:03] and my thoughts which makes us victim to

[1:50:05] the environment there's nothing new

[1:50:06] judgment there it's just an what we call

[1:50:10] it the desire that I have is to see if

[1:50:13] you can change the way you think and

[1:50:15] feel with a coherent brain coherent

[1:50:18] heart and see if you can produce those

[1:50:20] synchronicities so you believe more that

[1:50:22] you're the creator of of your life and

[1:50:24] less of the victim of your life so the

[1:50:26] experiment is am I the creator of my

[1:50:29] life and do I believe that

[1:50:32] now if you believe that then it means

[1:50:35] you have to get up and create because if

[1:50:38] you're not being defined by a vision of

[1:50:40] the future you're going to be left with

[1:50:42] the memories of the past and you're

[1:50:43] going to be predictable in your life

[1:50:44] super predictable in your

[1:50:46] life so then it takes time and practice

[1:50:51] in a constant re

[1:50:53] vision of the model and understanding

[1:50:56] what you're doing it's so much easier to

[1:50:58] forget this information than to remember

[1:51:00] it

[1:51:00] so the experiment is okay let me do this

[1:51:03] for two weeks and let's see if I'm a

[1:51:06] Creator let's see if I start having

[1:51:08] these synchronicities these unknowns and

[1:51:11] I'm not talking about a parking space

[1:51:13] you know people will tell you oh yeah

[1:51:14] I'm good at creating parking spaces and

[1:51:17] oh my my roommate from college was going

[1:51:18] to I just thought of him and he

[1:51:19] literally called me okay well you accept

[1:51:22] that but you can't accept that you could

[1:51:24] create something even greater right so

[1:51:27] so then so the creative process then is

[1:51:30] an investment in your future and if

[1:51:33] you're not if you're not waking up in

[1:51:35] the morning and being a Creator then

[1:51:37] more than likely you're going to be a

[1:51:39] victim to your life right so how do you

[1:51:41] believe in that future more than you

[1:51:43] believe in your past you got to open

[1:51:46] that heart of yours and that emotion

[1:51:47] that you feel has you feel connected to

[1:51:50] that future right you you can't

[1:51:53] believe in that future if you're feeling

[1:51:55] the emotion of the past you'll believe

[1:51:57] in your past more right so so people who

[1:52:00] do the work in heal some of them you

[1:52:03] know that that you know do their

[1:52:06] meditations three times a day they tell

[1:52:07] me backstage I say why and they're just

[1:52:10] like well because I started disbelieving

[1:52:13] again I started doubting that I could do

[1:52:14] it and I and I just had to sit down and

[1:52:17] do it again and they would get up and

[1:52:19] believe in that future and a belief is

[1:52:21] just a thought you keep thinking over

[1:52:23] and over again so it's wired in your

[1:52:24] brain marry that belief with a very

[1:52:28] intensely strong emotion the stronger

[1:52:31] the emotion you feel the more you'll

[1:52:32] remember that belief and you're giving

[1:52:34] your body a taste of the future

[1:52:37] emotionally so they had to get up

[1:52:39] believing in their future more than they

[1:52:41] believed in their past and some people

[1:52:42] get up from their meditations and they

[1:52:44] believe in their past more than their

[1:52:46] future and they didn't overcome

[1:52:47] themselves that's all that means the

[1:52:50] second thing that I found so fascinating

[1:52:51] is that when I interview people who

[1:52:54] truly do change and the chemo and the

[1:52:57] radiation and the surgeries and the drug

[1:53:00] trials and the diets and the gluten-free

[1:53:02] and the vegan and the organic and the

[1:53:03] whatever didn't work I mean nothing

[1:53:06] changes in our life until we change they

[1:53:08] were doing their

[1:53:10] meditations not to heal they were doing

[1:53:13] their meditations to change they figured

[1:53:15] if I change then I'll heal now it's a

[1:53:18] totally different game because now

[1:53:21] you're out of the bleachers and you're

[1:53:22] on the playing field field and you got

[1:53:23] to you got to watch your responses with

[1:53:26] your eyes open to everyone and

[1:53:27] everything 1 hour of meditation against

[1:53:30] 16 hours in your waking day where you

[1:53:32] feel coherent and great and the rest of

[1:53:34] the time you're you're insecure and

[1:53:36] you're competitive and you're frustrated

[1:53:38] and you're nervous and you're

[1:53:40] anxious no

[1:53:42] diet no exercise program no uh

[1:53:45] supplements no magic thing is going to

[1:53:48] keep you back in homeostasis if you're

[1:53:52] emotionally out of balance

[1:53:53] you know all the time so people get

[1:53:55] really prudent in this work because

[1:53:58] they're they realize I got to keep

[1:53:59] changing if I'm going to keep healing

[1:54:02] and so that's when it becomes that's

[1:54:04] when it

[1:54:05] becomes uh more engaging for a person to

[1:54:09] believe in themselves and I think when

[1:54:11] you believe in yourself you're believing

[1:54:13] in a new possibility and when you

[1:54:15] believe in a new possibility you got to

[1:54:16] believe in yourself so getting up every

[1:54:18] day and getting Beyond I'm too tired I

[1:54:20] don't feel like it I'll do it later I'm

[1:54:22] not very good at this I don't know what

[1:54:24] I'm doing you know all that stuff that

[1:54:25] people talk themselves out and and and

[1:54:28] then their disbelief in themselves

[1:54:30] becomes a habit and that's that's what

[1:54:33] we that's all we work on in a 7-Day

[1:54:36] event you just keep showing up for you

[1:54:39] keep showing up for you keep showing up

[1:54:41] for you keep doing getting beyond the

[1:54:43] last one going into the next one keep

[1:54:44] going keep going keep going sooner or

[1:54:46] later you're going to feel really worthy

[1:54:48] of whatever future you're creating you

[1:54:50] you put your time in you're not not in

[1:54:52] an entitled way not in like an arrogant

[1:54:55] you know self-important way like not

[1:54:57] like that just like you feel like hey i'

[1:55:00] I I know it's going to happen so and I

[1:55:04] think the universe only gives us what we

[1:55:05] think we're worthy of receiving and so

[1:55:07] showing up for

[1:55:08] yourself uh becomes the new habit

[1:55:11] instead of giving up on yourself you're

[1:55:14] describing what is the the Pinnacle or

[1:55:16] the the pivotal aspect of of this work

[1:55:19] is in the moment where we Face

[1:55:21] challenges where it's easy to regress

[1:55:23] back into our old unconscious reactive

[1:55:26] self to step into a conscious Creator

[1:55:28] and choose the direction of who we're

[1:55:31] becoming we start to perceive our

[1:55:33] challenges differently right like when

[1:55:35] when something challenging that would

[1:55:37] push us back into how we used to act

[1:55:40] comes in I feel like the switch in what

[1:55:42] you're describing here is you see it as

[1:55:43] an opportunity to to make a declaration

[1:55:46] of who you're becoming and so I would

[1:55:48] love for you to share anything on that

[1:55:50] but also in your own personal life when

[1:55:52] challenges arise

[1:55:54] as having your hand in so many things

[1:55:58] incredibly like it's it's guaranteed

[1:56:01] that at any given moment something's

[1:56:03] going wrong right you you really have to

[1:56:06] have deeper Mastery over this when

[1:56:08] there's so many opportunities to slip

[1:56:09] into

[1:56:10] unconsciousness I think we're all faced

[1:56:12] with great opportunities brilliantly

[1:56:14] disguised as impossible situations I

[1:56:16] believe that I love that and I think you

[1:56:18] know I have a friend who's a researcher

[1:56:20] at UC Santa Barbara my my son youngest

[1:56:23] son loves him he says he's a cross

[1:56:25] between Einstein and Jerry Garcia he's

[1:56:28] just super cool guy super cool guy and

[1:56:31] they were they found this window in the

[1:56:34] in the radial area here where you can

[1:56:37] measure

[1:56:38] resilience um to and

[1:56:41] responses um that are that help the body

[1:56:44] or or weaken the

[1:56:46] body and the the differen

[1:56:48] differentiating

[1:56:50] factor that I found so unique and I go

[1:56:52] to breakfast with them typically once a

[1:56:54] month on the beach the differenti

[1:56:56] different differentiating factor is the

[1:56:58] person who sees what's in front of them

[1:57:00] as a challenge will strengthen the

[1:57:02] response the person who sees it as a

[1:57:04] problem actually the response to the

[1:57:06] environment is weakening the organism

[1:57:08] right so so the problems that we face in

[1:57:12] our life are there and we've created

[1:57:15] from a certain level of Consciousness or

[1:57:18] unconsciousness and by not consciously

[1:57:21] changing them over for time we agree

[1:57:24] with them until they become a problem

[1:57:26] right so we can't resolve that problem

[1:57:29] from the same level of Consciousness we

[1:57:31] have to go to a greater level of

[1:57:32] Consciousness now that means then if you

[1:57:35] keep thinking the same way about that

[1:57:37] problem and you keep feeling the same

[1:57:39] way about that problem and how you think

[1:57:42] and how you feel creates an energetic

[1:57:43] field your energy is actually the same

[1:57:47] and nothing changes in your life until

[1:57:48] you change your energy and when you

[1:57:50] change your energy you change your life

[1:57:51] okay so if I'm going to go at this

[1:57:54] problem from the same level of mind and

[1:57:57] same emotional

[1:57:59] response it's not going to change and if

[1:58:01] my

[1:58:02] emotion is causing me to put more of my

[1:58:05] attention on the problem it's entirely

[1:58:08] possible that I'm the one that's keeping

[1:58:10] the problem the same now that's not a

[1:58:13] fun thing to

[1:58:15] admit so do I react in my life

[1:58:18] absolutely but the question is how long

[1:58:20] are you going to react that's the real

[1:58:22] question right I mean if you keep it

[1:58:24] going on for a long period of time

[1:58:26] you'll go unconscious right so so I

[1:58:31] think it's

[1:58:32] valuable um to learn how to

[1:58:35] self-regulate so we don't return back to

[1:58:38] the same Collective Consciousness that

[1:58:40] everybody else is feeling and thinking I

[1:58:42] think it's really great to um change

[1:58:46] your emotional state and learning how to

[1:58:49] shorten the refractory period of your

[1:58:51] emotional actions I think

[1:58:53] self-regulation is a great way to do

[1:58:55] that and I also think that taking

[1:58:59] time and asking for answers or tuning

[1:59:03] into a possibility that you haven't

[1:59:06] thought of is super powerful as well and

[1:59:10] to place your attention in a reality

[1:59:13] where the problem doesn't exist and we

[1:59:15] call that changing boxes so I use that

[1:59:18] particular meditation all the time

[1:59:21] because there's got to be a possibility

[1:59:24] in the quantum field uh where the

[1:59:27] problem doesn't exist right so so I work

[1:59:30] on regulating my emotional states

[1:59:32] sometimes I find it really valuable to

[1:59:35] gain information like somebody somewhere

[1:59:38] at some point had to face a similar

[1:59:40] thing what did they do to get through it

[1:59:42] right so information is a great way to

[1:59:45] build models of understand and give you

[1:59:47] some direction the person who's really

[1:59:49] sincere about reading that information

[1:59:51] will begin to rehearse mentally

[1:59:53] what they're going to do all right I got

[1:59:54] the information okay in this situation

[1:59:56] I'm going to try this and you kind of

[1:59:57] review it in your mind that's installing

[1:59:59] the hardware right like if uh my

[2:00:02] cooworker is going to say something

[2:00:03] triggering rehearsing how you want want

[2:00:05] to show up yeah what would love do yeah

[2:00:06] like what would love do today how could

[2:00:08] I be with her and see that she's just in

[2:00:10] pain like how can I just not react like

[2:00:13] every how she expects everybody to react

[2:00:16] I'm going to react differently I'm going

[2:00:17] to love her in that moment and you're

[2:00:19] going to have to practice that a few

[2:00:20] times in your mind right so the ACT of

[2:00:22] closing your eyes and mentally

[2:00:24] rehearsing what you're doing if you're

[2:00:27] truly present the brain doesn't know the

[2:00:29] difference between the real life

[2:00:31] experience and what you're imagining

[2:00:33] you're the brain's going to look like

[2:00:34] you've already did it so now you're

[2:00:36] priming the brain you're installing the

[2:00:38] hardware for you to use when you get

[2:00:41] with your coworker and and then your

[2:00:44] response then and behaving equal to your

[2:00:48] intention produces a new experience and

[2:00:50] the new experience should produce a new

[2:00:51] emotion and instead of you feeling

[2:00:53] resentful and judgmental you the end

[2:00:57] product is you feel more love for her

[2:00:58] and you're like oh my God I totally

[2:01:00] understand her and something

[2:01:02] changes as a result of it that's so

[2:01:05] so I don't know if there's ever an end

[2:01:08] to that so so the rehearsal process is

[2:01:11] taking the philosophical the theoretical

[2:01:15] knowledge and information and think

[2:01:17] about how you're going to apply it how

[2:01:18] you're going to personalize it how you

[2:01:19] going to use it how you going to

[2:01:21] initiate that knowledge so that you can

[2:01:24] have an experience and the experience

[2:01:26] then produces the emotion and now when

[2:01:29] we feel the emotion we're teaching our

[2:01:31] body chemically to understand what our

[2:01:33] mind has intellectually understood in

[2:01:35] other words the information is not just

[2:01:37] in the mind now the information is in

[2:01:39] the body right that realization like you

[2:01:42] said can be very uncomfortable when

[2:01:45] you're so identified in the

[2:01:47] somethingness of a personality you live

[2:01:50] in relation to other beings with your

[2:01:51] distorted perception of them you don't

[2:01:53] actually get to connect with them which

[2:01:54] is a painful realization because you're

[2:01:57] not actually in intimacy with life and

[2:02:00] other you're in a distorted you have a

[2:02:02] distorted mental perversion of

[2:02:04] everything and everyone around you and

[2:02:07] um I just yeah I just find that

[2:02:09] reflection you gave of viewing these as

[2:02:11] opportunities and mentally rehearsing uh

[2:02:14] is really empowering way for you to step

[2:02:15] into interacting and being intimate with

[2:02:18] life and other individuals uh in general

[2:02:21] and

[2:02:22] the more I feel like as you're speaking

[2:02:24] this to this like it makes me feel like

[2:02:26] the more that you tap into that

[2:02:27] nothingness the experience of

[2:02:28] nothingness the more that when you're

[2:02:30] faced with challenging somethingness is

[2:02:33] the less you are Avers or cling or need

[2:02:36] to control as much I think that's

[2:02:38] because in order for you to get to that

[2:02:40] nothingness you got to get beyond your

[2:02:42] emotional body right so if you keep

[2:02:45] lowering the volume to some emotion you

[2:02:47] keep working with I don't know I'll make

[2:02:49] one up in patience and and you're just

[2:02:53] and your body's getting revved up and

[2:02:55] you're doing that for a little while uh

[2:02:58] finally when you when you settle your

[2:02:59] body down and it goes you know the

[2:03:01] hardest part of every war is the last

[2:03:03] battle so it throws everything at you

[2:03:04] and you're like sorry I'm going to just

[2:03:07] sit here until you're done when you kind

[2:03:10] of finally free yourself from that place

[2:03:12] it makes total sense that it's not in

[2:03:15] you anymore so you you walk out into

[2:03:17] your world and your response is like you

[2:03:20] see a part of yourself you used to be in

[2:03:22] another person that you no longer are

[2:03:24] and you have nothing but compassion for

[2:03:26] them cuz you see oh my God that person's

[2:03:28] suffering oh my God that person's just

[2:03:31] afraid I I know that because I used to

[2:03:33] be that right and but it's not like oh I

[2:03:36] res I resist or judge that person it's

[2:03:38] more like oh I get it like I get it

[2:03:41] so what's the value behind that I think

[2:03:44] Mir neurons everybody wants to behave in

[2:03:48] a better way they just don't know how

[2:03:50] some people you know

[2:03:53] know what they want to change and why

[2:03:55] they want to change they just don't know

[2:03:56] how to change right so we've

[2:03:59] spent many many years since

[2:04:02] 2011 you know doing the research to

[2:04:06] understand the neuroscience and the

[2:04:08] biology of change and um I think on some

[2:04:13] level

[2:04:15] um it's it it the scci the science that

[2:04:19] we've created has become the language

[2:04:22] uh to to be inclusive for

[2:04:24] everybody one aspect that is making this

[2:04:27] more accessible to people is the new

[2:04:28] documentary which people can find out

[2:04:30] more um about at sourcethe film.org I

[2:04:34] saw it beautiful um congratulations it's

[2:04:37] really awesome to to see the science

[2:04:40] that you guys have been working on for

[2:04:41] years starting to come out to the light

[2:04:42] in a really accessible format um so

[2:04:44] super well done sharing some of the

[2:04:46] stories as well of people in their in

[2:04:48] their periods of transformation um so

[2:04:50] people just can check that out Shameless

[2:04:52] right there um and uh just a couple last

[2:04:56] little things as we start to head

[2:04:58] towards wrapping up I think as you have

[2:05:01] been such a Pioneer and leader in these

[2:05:04] inperson immersive experiences with

[2:05:06] thousands of people for decades now you

[2:05:09] start and I love the passion and and how

[2:05:11] you explain the phenomena that is

[2:05:13] emergence and how there's an

[2:05:14] intelligence that is bottom up rising

[2:05:17] from a collective group of individuals

[2:05:19] and beings and it seems as though this

[2:05:22] intelligence that has a structure to

[2:05:24] Consciousness is far vaster than

[2:05:26] anything in our analytical mind could

[2:05:28] conjure up and so thank God yeah

[2:05:32] seriously so what do you make of the

[2:05:34] phenomena that is emergence as Humanity

[2:05:36] starts to become more empowered and wake

[2:05:38] up to their true nature what do you feel

[2:05:39] like is being birthed through US wow I

[2:05:42] mean this is game time I mean this is

[2:05:44] really game time and

[2:05:46] because everything around us that's

[2:05:49] challenging Us in so many ways

[2:05:52] it's so easy to fall into survival and

[2:05:57] to live in stress and when you're in

[2:05:59] survival and stress the only thing that

[2:06:01] matters is you so you see separation

[2:06:04] that is created amongst communities and

[2:06:08] as a side effect of that everybody looks

[2:06:09] different or is different than you and

[2:06:11] there's less trust and and and there's

[2:06:13] there's no emergence in fact there's

[2:06:16] everything but that there's a lot of

[2:06:18] competition and there's a lot of need

[2:06:22] if you can get a group of people

[2:06:24] together and you can give them new

[2:06:28] information about themselves and Empower

[2:06:31] them to contemplate it to repeat it to

[2:06:34] understand it to learn it to wire it in

[2:06:36] their brain have them choose to do

[2:06:38] something with it uh give them the the

[2:06:42] the the conditions and the environment

[2:06:44] where they feel safe enough to try it

[2:06:46] out have them give them numerous

[2:06:48] opportunities to connect numerous

[2:06:51] opportunities to overcome

[2:06:53] themselves numerous opportunities

[2:06:55] continuously believe in themselves and

[2:06:57] apply sooner or later they're going to

[2:06:59] have the experience of what you're

[2:07:00] talking about right and the experience

[2:07:02] then as I said you embody the truth of

[2:07:05] it emotionally right that's the game

[2:07:07] that's the payoff right the emotional

[2:07:08] experience turns out that that emotion

[2:07:11] somehow the experience and the behavior

[2:07:14] and the choice is signaling Behavior

[2:07:17] dependent genes uh experience dependent

[2:07:20] genes and a whole host of other genes

[2:07:23] changes the body to look like the

[2:07:25] person's literally in a different life

[2:07:28] so as I said the collective then when

[2:07:30] you people behave in the same way and

[2:07:33] and exposed to the same information they

[2:07:36] evolve

[2:07:37] together and when you see the flock of

[2:07:40] birds the starlings or the school of

[2:07:42] fish there's no leader that's everybody

[2:07:45] that everybody is following that would

[2:07:48] that would that would be incidental that

[2:07:50] everybody is leading it's not a top down

[2:07:52] phenomenon it's a bottom up phenomenon

[2:07:53] which means in order for us to create a

[2:07:56] new Consciousness you're representation

[2:07:58] of the whole and if you change enough

[2:08:01] people you can change the world right so

[2:08:04] person by person if you want greatness

[2:08:08] and you want love then every single

[2:08:10] relationship that you should have in

[2:08:12] your life should be a reflection of that

[2:08:14] intention and all of the sorrow all the

[2:08:17] pain goes away and a part of us must die

[2:08:20] then that is not love or anything that's

[2:08:22] not love in US must die and that's the

[2:08:24] difference between knowing the path and

[2:08:26] walking the path so get people out of

[2:08:31] survival and the body's no longer

[2:08:34] tormented by the addiction the side

[2:08:36] effect is called

[2:08:37] joy and the side effect of that is

[2:08:39] called self-love that's the absence of

[2:08:41] the addiction energy immediately moves

[2:08:44] into the heart and then you see a

[2:08:45] transcendental thing occur amongst the

[2:08:48] collective and we now know that people

[2:08:51] people change people so you get a

[2:08:53] collective group of people that's

[2:08:55] retreated from their lives and not

[2:08:57] seeing the same people going the same

[2:08:59] place doing the same things having the

[2:09:00] same experiences filling their brain

[2:09:02] with knowledge and information applying

[2:09:03] that information for seven days and

[2:09:05] there's an emergent Consciousness that's

[2:09:07] created that's reflected in every single

[2:09:10] study that we do and nobody's so special

[2:09:12] to be

[2:09:14] excluded 84% of the people in the

[2:09:18] collective we draw their blood they're

[2:09:20] Advanced meditators we put them in the

[2:09:21] presence of any cancer cell and there is

[2:09:24] a diminishing of energetic

[2:09:27] function in the cancer cell 84% of the

[2:09:31] tribe has information in their blood

[2:09:33] that's a reflection of a greater level

[2:09:35] of wholeness like that is an emergent

[2:09:39] biology and and then get somebody on the

[2:09:43] stage you saw one I mean she had a

[2:09:46] brutal past I mean you can't tell me any

[2:09:48] longer your past is too brutal for you

[2:09:50] to change this person was attempted

[2:09:53] murdered when she was 4 years old she

[2:09:54] was molested by her stepfather she had

[2:09:57] everything happened to her you could

[2:09:59] possibly imagine still tried to live her

[2:10:01] life worked out for 6 hours trying to

[2:10:03] get the panic attacks to go away 30 plus

[2:10:07] hours a week she timed herself in

[2:10:10] full-on panic mode night

[2:10:12] terrors no pharmaceutical no

[2:10:14] psychiatrist no drug no nothing no diet

[2:10:18] nothing was changing her she stands on

[2:10:21] the stage

[2:10:23] and she is the example of truth there's

[2:10:26] no she has no Suicidal Tendencies any

[2:10:28] longer she's a happy person she's free

[2:10:31] she doesn't have any panic attacks all

[2:10:32] her health condition went away she's

[2:10:34] talking and we're looking out in the

[2:10:36] audience and I'm looking at 2,200 people

[2:10:39] in Cancun and everybody's leaning in

[2:10:43] everybody's looking at her because she's

[2:10:45] speaking the truth and there's somebody

[2:10:48] shining their light so someone else can

[2:10:50] shine she broke through a certain level

[2:10:53] of Consciousness or

[2:10:55] unconsciousness that said that this is

[2:10:56] the truth and

[2:10:58] invariably that person could overcome

[2:11:00] her past so many people were that were

[2:11:03] complaining about whatever it was if

[2:11:06] they were truly on the path they would

[2:11:08] be like oh my God if she can change I

[2:11:11] can change and just like a infection

[2:11:14] spreads amongst the community and

[2:11:16] creates disease all of a sudden you see

[2:11:18] Wellness you see Health you see

[2:11:20] generosity you see all these wonderful

[2:11:23] things emerge in the collective and

[2:11:26] there's a footprint in

[2:11:28] Consciousness for someone else to step

[2:11:31] in and we've had five people at a

[2:11:33] week-long event step out of a wheelchair

[2:11:36] like I didn't plan that I was more

[2:11:37] surprised than anybody two blind people

[2:11:40] at one event what about one blind person

[2:11:42] two people five people with reard

[2:11:44] syndrome like it just it just becomes

[2:11:47] infectious right so that's why I'm so so

[2:11:52] intentional with our youth Community I

[2:11:54] want them to grow up I want them to grow

[2:11:57] up at our Vents and see that healing is

[2:12:00] normal I want that to be part of their

[2:12:03] belief like they've witnessed enough

[2:12:06] people heal from all cancers all kinds

[2:12:09] of things in bones and organs like I

[2:12:12] want them I want that to be their belief

[2:12:15] I want that to be normal for them so

[2:12:18] there are footprints in Consciousness in

[2:12:20] in a time right now of

[2:12:22] extremes and severe polarity it's so

[2:12:26] easy to default into survival and take

[2:12:29] for yourself and this is the time where

[2:12:31] we have to create community that means

[2:12:33] then when everybody is in fear has the

[2:12:36] time to show courage when everybody's in

[2:12:39] lack that's the time to give when

[2:12:41] everybody else is throwing stones and

[2:12:42] judging that's the time to show

[2:12:45] compassion um and consideration And when

[2:12:47] everybody else is rushing and competing

[2:12:49] to get to the top that's the point to

[2:12:51] stand still and draw the experience to

[2:12:53] you and yes in the beginning it will

[2:12:55] feel

[2:12:56] unnatural but if you keep doing what

[2:12:58] feels unnatural sooner or later we

[2:13:00] become Supernatural and that's that's

[2:13:02] the game right and and so then you see

[2:13:05] that in people when you walk into your

[2:13:07] life I want this work not to be about

[2:13:10] you or anybody telling people you need

[2:13:12] to be more emotionally intelligent you

[2:13:14] need to open your heart you know I I

[2:13:16] don't want people to be philosophers I

[2:13:18] want them to say look I want to show you

[2:13:19] what happiness looks like I want to show

[2:13:21] you what what greatness looks like I

[2:13:23] want to show you what abundance really

[2:13:24] looks like I there are people in our

[2:13:26] work that become super abundant of

[2:13:28] course they're going to give that's what

[2:13:30] abundant people do they have more than

[2:13:31] they need right so so there is an

[2:13:34] emerging Consciousness that's taking

[2:13:36] place and for the the incredible number

[2:13:39] of crazy things at least from what I'm

[2:13:42] witnessing in the world that's going on

[2:13:45] there's some really wonderful things as

[2:13:47] well that that speak to hope you know

[2:13:50] that people actually

[2:13:52] are greater than they think more

[2:13:54] powerful than they know more unlimited

[2:13:56] than they can ever dream and all I offer

[2:13:58] people is my greatest understanding of

[2:14:00] the truth and numerous opportunities to

[2:14:02] experience it nothing more those

[2:14:04] numerous opportunities to experience it

[2:14:07] is so profound in how it activates the

[2:14:10] light of awareness when people go back

[2:14:12] home into their daily lives and they

[2:14:14] encounter the darkness of

[2:14:16] unconsciousness and they become a candle

[2:14:18] flame they become the light that

[2:14:20] illuminates dark wherever they go and

[2:14:23] they become a part of that new Earth

[2:14:24] that's being birthed yeah it's said many

[2:14:26] times that where there is no vision the

[2:14:28] people will perish and right now the

[2:14:31] vision and the um story and the Mythos

[2:14:34] of separation is propagated on a wide

[2:14:37] scale says that we are separate we are

[2:14:40] very IND individualistic and in that

[2:14:42] understanding you have to be in the

[2:14:44] vibration of fear and what you are doing

[2:14:48] what um many people are waking up to is

[2:14:51] being a true leader in the new paradigm

[2:14:54] in the new story where this old outdated

[2:14:56] Paradigm of separation is dying out and

[2:14:58] a new one is being birthed but we're

[2:15:00] still in this time between stories where

[2:15:03] the old hasn't fully fell off and the

[2:15:05] new hasn't fully yet emerged but what a

[2:15:07] ride what a beautiful time to be born

[2:15:09] where we get to choose to be stewards of

[2:15:11] that new Earth and New Dawn and um and

[2:15:14] and the last thing that I I would love

[2:15:15] for you to share on man is is the power

[2:15:17] of that enlightened leadership I feel

[2:15:19] like we are desperate for more conscious

[2:15:22] awaken leadership on the planet right

[2:15:23] now yeah I mean um well we'd have to

[2:15:27] talk about really some of the great

[2:15:29] qualities of leaders right I mean

[2:15:31] leaders are defined by a vision of the

[2:15:34] future that's inclusive to everyone like

[2:15:37] that has to do with prosperity and

[2:15:40] abundance and equality and learning and

[2:15:43] education and Ingenuity and inventions

[2:15:45] and solving the problems of the world

[2:15:49] not for self-interest but because we're

[2:15:50] a species that lives on the world you

[2:15:52] know on this Earth and that somehow um

[2:15:55] we there are solutions to everything so

[2:15:57] if you want to control people control

[2:15:59] their emotions and if you control their

[2:16:01] emotions you can control their attention

[2:16:04] I think it's time for us to wake up

[2:16:06] really and look past all of that and and

[2:16:08] see that there are better ways uh to do

[2:16:11] things and and uh leadership really

[2:16:14] should be leading from the heart because

[2:16:17] when you lead from the heart you

[2:16:18] consider the whole that's what it is and

[2:16:21] when you consider the whole then that

[2:16:22] means you have to really start thinking

[2:16:24] about the feeling of what everybody will

[2:16:28] experience when we arrive at that vision

[2:16:31] and the feeling should be inclusive that

[2:16:34] there is evolution that there is growth

[2:16:37] and I think about this all the time you

[2:16:39] know because so many things are falling

[2:16:40] apart you know whether it's the economy

[2:16:43] whether it's political system whether

[2:16:45] it's journalism whether it's

[2:16:47] education uh whether it's the

[2:16:48] environment you know medicine you know

[2:16:52] everything looks like it's kind of kind

[2:16:54] of coming apart at the seams and I think

[2:16:57] if the old is dying away we can't create

[2:17:00] the same thing uh again we have to we

[2:17:03] have to really do something much better

[2:17:05] and much different and I think it isn't

[2:17:07] it isn't necessary to try to fix the

[2:17:10] culture I think it's better to provide

[2:17:12] something better for people and people

[2:17:15] will naturally leave that um you know

[2:17:18] that kind of consensus reality and join

[2:17:21] another one and and and I think that I

[2:17:23] think you know I think this is a time

[2:17:26] where you can't you can't vandalize and

[2:17:29] you can't steal and that's what that's

[2:17:31] what people do when they're in Survival

[2:17:32] we got to come together and say look we

[2:17:34] just got to we got to look out for each

[2:17:36] other in in a very different way it goes

[2:17:37] so against you know how we've been

[2:17:40] programmed biologically it seems as

[2:17:43] though the voices are here and they're

[2:17:44] multiplying rapidly and just like you

[2:17:46] shared it you know reminds me of Bucky

[2:17:48] Fuller's quote about not being able to

[2:17:51] to um fight outdated systems but build

[2:17:54] new ones that make the old ones

[2:17:56] obsolete yeah I mean and what a great

[2:17:59] time because I mean reality is

[2:18:02] not images and

[2:18:04] stimulation and for a lot of people it

[2:18:07] is I mean and so I think everybody has

[2:18:10] to get their head in the game like their

[2:18:12] head and their heart in the game here in

[2:18:14] 3D reality and and you know start

[2:18:16] showing the world really what love does

[2:18:19] or what greatness looks like or what

[2:18:20] nobility is or what honor and strength

[2:18:22] is it's in us uh it's just time to

[2:18:25] demonstrate get enough people to

[2:18:27] demonstrate it I think uh you can make

[2:18:29] big big changes in the world the last

[2:18:31] thing I'd love for you to share is for

[2:18:33] the listeners that have made it to two

[2:18:35] almost and a half hours in this

[2:18:37] conversation clearly they're they're

[2:18:38] interested in what we're talking about

[2:18:40] here as we realize that a collective is

[2:18:43] made up of many different individuals

[2:18:45] and you're speaking to going on our own

[2:18:47] Awakening journey and we see our own

[2:18:49] purpose Dharma our puzzle that fits into

[2:18:51] the greater hole that is unique to us

[2:18:53] like a like a thumb print is unique to

[2:18:55] everybody we all have an expression of

[2:18:56] how we can show up that is unique on

[2:18:58] this planet um any words of advice you

[2:19:02] have for people perhaps through the lens

[2:19:04] of how you've unlocked it in your own

[2:19:06] life to continue to cultivate our

[2:19:09] capacity to listen to that inner voice

[2:19:12] and intuition that's helping us Blossom

[2:19:14] and and discover that dharmic purpose to

[2:19:16] share with the world yeah you got to

[2:19:18] take time you got to take time for

[2:19:20] yourself I mean you cannot do it unless

[2:19:23] you sit in peace you know you have to be

[2:19:25] able to find a time where you set your

[2:19:28] cell phone down you shut off your power

[2:19:30] down all your technology and you know

[2:19:33] you ask yourself like what do I know or

[2:19:36] you know have the contemplative process

[2:19:38] you know to really start thinking about

[2:19:40] what you do know and what you want to

[2:19:42] understand better I think it's like it's

[2:19:45] so important for us to make time for

[2:19:49] ourselves uh to practice uh to practice

[2:19:52] and we're just we're just we're the the

[2:19:54] knowledge that we gain is the Forerunner

[2:19:58] to the experience and we just discovered

[2:20:00] the more people understand what they're

[2:20:01] doing and why um the how gets easier so

[2:20:05] if you're on the journey fill your brain

[2:20:07] with information and knowledge

[2:20:09] information is power and it's

[2:20:11] self-empowering when it's about you

[2:20:13] right and then do something with it you

[2:20:15] know I was just talking to my son about

[2:20:17] this the other day I mean

[2:20:19] experience um knowledge without

[2:20:22] experience is philosophy you know the

[2:20:24] experience without knowledge is

[2:20:26] ignorance you know we got to marry the

[2:20:27] two in some way so to trust our

[2:20:30] intuition um we got to get out of our

[2:20:32] analytical mind and if it takes you two

[2:20:34] years to get there it's worth it if if

[2:20:37] the heart resets the Baseline for trauma

[2:20:39] in the brain then you got to stop got to

[2:20:42] stop feeling resentment and and learning

[2:20:45] how to start feeling love that means you

[2:20:47] got to make different chemicals and

[2:20:48] that's not something you may do

[2:20:49] overnight

[2:20:51] but if you understood like if I do some

[2:20:53] deep breathing and it slows my brain

[2:20:54] waves down and I know that if where I

[2:20:56] place my attention is where I place my

[2:20:58] energy of put my tension on the heart I

[2:21:00] can begin to awaken the center if I can

[2:21:02] move out of survival and the sympathetic

[2:21:05] into the parasympathetic me practice

[2:21:07] doing that assign meaning to the ACT

[2:21:09] you'll produce an outcome I think people

[2:21:12] have become impatient because of you

[2:21:15] know they're so used to clicking on

[2:21:17] something in Amazon Prime and getting it

[2:21:18] you know the next day like that's not if

[2:21:21] you're really going to create

[2:21:23] reality in in an unconventional way um

[2:21:26] you got to practice you got to get

[2:21:28] practice getting Beyond yourself and I

[2:21:31] think knowledge is the the great um you

[2:21:33] know Catalyst uh for the experience so

[2:21:36] if you're truly going to trust yourself

[2:21:38] and trust your intuition if you're truly

[2:21:40] going to find the place um to be kind

[2:21:43] and considerate and caring in your life

[2:21:46] um there's just a part of you that

[2:21:47] you're going to have to leave behind and

[2:21:49] and when when I interview people that do

[2:21:52] walking meditations that heal in one

[2:21:54] walk I always say to them what the heck

[2:21:56] happened to you and they say I just

[2:21:58] decided who I was going to leave

[2:22:01] behind it's the overcoming

[2:22:04] process that is the becoming process a

[2:22:08] person who's sick who has the belief

[2:22:10] that they only have a certain amount of

[2:22:12] time to live that's because somebody

[2:22:14] told them that and when they had the

[2:22:16] diagnosis and they felt the emotion it

[2:22:18] created created a long-term memory and

[2:22:21] that information made it all all the way

[2:22:22] in there okay okay so that's I got to

[2:22:25] change that belief wof I got to believe

[2:22:27] something else that's not that's not

[2:22:29] easy you know so it may be a good idea

[2:22:31] to watch testimonials on our website I

[2:22:34] know we have over 800 of them they're

[2:22:36] great stories they're not they're good

[2:22:38] stories like and and start really going

[2:22:40] my God if she can do it I can do it okay

[2:22:43] that's the belief okay so now I got to

[2:22:45] stop thinking this way right cuz a

[2:22:47] thought over and over again is a belief

[2:22:49] I got to start thinking this way so with

[2:22:51] intention with attention I'm going to

[2:22:52] remember to think this way and I'm going

[2:22:53] to remember not to think this way okay

[2:22:56] all right the person who heals also says

[2:22:59] Okay um I can't act this way I can't

[2:23:01] behave this way I got to I got to change

[2:23:03] my behavior so how do I want to behave

[2:23:05] this is fundamental this is not that

[2:23:08] hard rehearse it like we talked about

[2:23:10] behave that way the hard part is feeling

[2:23:12] the emotion your entire day the body

[2:23:15] wants to drop down into its most common

[2:23:19] denominator that doesn't mean you have

[2:23:20] to walk around as a fanatic you know you

[2:23:23] know being a positive thinker but the

[2:23:26] person who

[2:23:27] heals understands that if I feel this

[2:23:30] emotion and my body is so objective that

[2:23:33] it doesn't know the difference between

[2:23:35] the experience and the environment

[2:23:37] that's creating that emotion and the

[2:23:38] emotion that I'm creating by thought

[2:23:40] alone and it's the environment that

[2:23:42] signals the gene I learned that the end

[2:23:44] product of the experience in the

[2:23:46] environment is the emotion if I feel

[2:23:48] this emotion could I signal genes ahead

[2:23:52] of the environment I'm going to

[2:23:53] intentionally signal the gene ahead of

[2:23:56] the environment when I feel that emotion

[2:23:57] turns out 100% of the people actually

[2:24:00] did it so why is that essential because

[2:24:04] information over and over again learning

[2:24:06] the information applying it practicing

[2:24:09] it getting into it getting beyond the I

[2:24:12] can't it's too hards I want to quit

[2:24:15] that's going past that point is where

[2:24:18] the magic happens going past that point

[2:24:20] we've discovered is when the brain

[2:24:23] changes the most so you have to be your

[2:24:25] own life coach you know you have to be

[2:24:27] your own Master right and making time

[2:24:30] out of your busy day to be a Creator to

[2:24:34] overcome some aspect of yourself it is

[2:24:36] the overcoming process that's the

[2:24:38] becoming process the person who's sick

[2:24:40] who says uh I I don't feel like it I

[2:24:43] don't feel my body doesn't feel very

[2:24:44] well they do their meditations anyway

[2:24:46] the person says I'm doubting today they

[2:24:48] don't go I'm just they they overcome

[2:24:50] their out the person who says I'm God

[2:24:53] I'm living in so much fear because the

[2:24:55] doctor told me I'm going to die they

[2:24:56] they they surrender to love instead of

[2:24:58] fear that's what they're that's the

[2:24:59] overcoming process that they could say

[2:25:01] I'm too busy I got too many things to do

[2:25:03] I got kids I got job

[2:25:05] whatever they find the time so they make

[2:25:08] the time and they it's the

[2:25:10] overcoming that is the becoming process

[2:25:13] that that's the that's the David versus

[2:25:16] Goliath aspect of ourselves takes an

[2:25:18] enormous amount of energy it's takes an

[2:25:21] enormous amount of awareness but

[2:25:22] certainly everybody who's done that

[2:25:24] looks back at their disease or looks

[2:25:26] back at their problems and conditions in

[2:25:28] their life and so many of them say I

[2:25:30] would have never changed I would have

[2:25:32] never been this happy if I didn't have

[2:25:34] that disease that that was a catalyst or

[2:25:37] for me to become someone else so they're

[2:25:40] no longer victimized by their disease

[2:25:42] they they've M they they've overcome it

[2:25:45] and they're ready for their next

[2:25:48] experience Joe thank you so much for

[2:25:51] sharing your wisdom and experience here

[2:25:53] on the no self podcast today you know

[2:25:55] the drive that we all have to know

[2:25:57] ourselves and the courage to be

[2:26:00] ourselves um and the the places for

[2:26:03] information like this and wisdom for

[2:26:04] your like yours to to be to be shared is

[2:26:06] just I'm so grateful for it and um you

[2:26:10] know the the very last thing I I just

[2:26:12] would love for you to to to Riff on if

[2:26:15] you if you'd like

[2:26:17] is this emergent conscious field that is

[2:26:21] is coming through us right in our own

[2:26:22] individual process it's leading us

[2:26:25] somewhere as Earth 2.0 if you want to

[2:26:28] call it that is being revealed what does

[2:26:29] that look like for you what is your

[2:26:31] vision of the new Earth and how it

[2:26:32] expresses itself God I hope everybody

[2:26:34] realizes the Divine lives within them

[2:26:37] and everybody is part of Oneness and we

[2:26:39] treat each other the way we want to be

[2:26:41] treated you know I mean I think that is

[2:26:44] so essential I mean to show up as the

[2:26:46] example in the world and so um I'm just

[2:26:50] a guy that's on the journey that has a

[2:26:52] lot of questions that that loves loves

[2:26:54] the opportunity to evolve in in some way

[2:26:58] um but I want I want it to empower

[2:27:01] people I want people to be empowered by

[2:27:03] the idea that everybody is a Creator in

[2:27:05] their life everybody can come together

[2:27:07] and do it so so so the message of course

[2:27:11] is my God there's a Divine quality

[2:27:14] within every human being and the only

[2:27:16] way that you could see it is to become

[2:27:19] it

[2:27:20] thank you so much for sharing your

[2:27:22] becoming process with us you're welcome

[2:27:24] and uh just appreciate you and it's been

[2:27:26] lovely to get to know you more and more

[2:27:28] and um yeah man just last words for

[2:27:31] where people can uh find anything that

[2:27:33] you want to point them towards the

[2:27:34] website the doc anything else well the

[2:27:37] documentary you know just came out um

[2:27:39] you know and I and I I think it's a

[2:27:42] great balance between some of the

[2:27:45] science that we we've discovered about

[2:27:47] you know human potential with you know

[2:27:49] peer reviews scientists that were as I

[2:27:52] said Skeptics in the beginning and some

[2:27:54] wonderful testimonials of people that

[2:27:55] have actually healed themselves and heal

[2:27:58] healed their lives in some way and for a

[2:28:00] person who's new to this that's

[2:28:04] skeptical science uh doesn't an amazing

[2:28:07] job I had a one of our corporate

[2:28:08] trainers text me and she said my both of

[2:28:10] my brothers are Physicians my one

[2:28:13] brother is the leading

[2:28:16] robotics uh surgeon for kidneys he said

[2:28:20] he saw the doctor documentary and he

[2:28:21] said I got to learn how to meditate I

[2:28:23] mean and you know I mean the science is

[2:28:26] that good so so so the documentary is a

[2:28:29] great way to just get an exposure to

[2:28:31] like what we do at our weeklong events

[2:28:33] um there's plenty of resources like

[2:28:36] there's Progressive workshops that you

[2:28:37] know kind of are immersive online course

[2:28:40] uh there's the formula which is a little

[2:28:41] bit easier to to get through uh but just

[2:28:44] Dr Joes spenser.cat

[2:28:50] the books too yeah incredible again

[2:28:53] thank you so much and thank you to your

[2:28:54] team who make a wild event feel seamless

[2:28:58] you know and Flawless when I know that's

[2:29:01] only born as a byproduct of a lot of

[2:29:03] attention to detail and hard work and uh

[2:29:06] just really really special and and thank

[2:29:07] you for um the invitation to come out

[2:29:09] and experience it it was really really

[2:29:11] potent yeah I was so happy to see you

[2:29:13] out there I was so happy to see you in

[2:29:14] the audience so thanks for coming yeah I

[2:29:16] saw you on the beach in the walking

[2:29:17] meditation I was watching you yeah

[2:29:21] all right well everybody thank you so

[2:29:22] much for tuning into this episode of the

[2:29:23] know thyself podcast everywhere you guys

[2:29:25] can find the doc sourcethe film.org will

[2:29:28] be link down in the description below

[2:29:30] thank you for doing the work thank you

[2:29:32] for being on the journey and until next

Your personality is composed of how you think, act, and feel. These three elements, operating together as automatic patterns, generate your personal reality—your relationships, health, circumstances, and opportunities. If you think the same thoughts based on past memories, your brain and body remain anchored in the past, recycling the same emotions and behaviors that produced your current life. To change your external reality, you must first change your internal personality.
Yes. When you repeatedly activate a stress response (through threat perception or rumination), your body releases hormones like cortisol and adrenaline that produce emotions such as anger, fear, or anxiety. Over time, your nervous system becomes dependent on the neurochemical rush these stress states produce. You then unconsciously seek out problems and conflicts to reaffirm this addiction, becoming addicted to a life you don't even like.
Chronic stress keeps your nervous system in fight-or-flight, knocked out of homeostasis without opportunity to return to balance. When this dysregulated state persists, it becomes your new baseline, and your body recalibrates around imbalance. This prevents access to healing and repair mechanisms, and eventually manifests as disease. Meanwhile, your body remains in the neurochemical state of the past, unable to access the resources needed for transformation.
Research shows that personality changes—shifts in how you think, act, and feel—can produce measurable biological changes in approximately seven days of consistent practice. The formula requires learning new information, understanding why you're changing, teaching others what you've learned, and practicing the new pattern until it becomes automatic. This accelerates the brain's natural neuroplasticity.
Creating from wholeness means generating the internal emotional and nervous system state of already having what you want before it manifests externally. Rather than visualizing success while feeling unsuccessful, you practice feeling the emotion of success, health, or wholeness in the present moment. This coherent internal state produces biological changes and increases the likelihood of external circumstances aligning with that future.
Most people attempt to create a new life while remaining the same personality. They try to manifest new circumstances while maintaining their old patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. Since your current personality created your current reality, you cannot create a genuinely different life without first becoming a different person—thinking, acting, and feeling in fundamentally new ways.
People with DID maintain multiple distinct personalities, each with different behaviors, neurological states, and even biological markers (such as allergies present in one personality but not another). This demonstrates the brain's capacity to completely rewire personality, neurology, and biology. The formula for transformation simply accelerates and directs this natural plasticity that trauma survivors have already accessed unconsciously.
