This is a documentation of the GOAT Community's August 2021 gathering held in the Magic Mountains—a celebration of their collective conscious community. The after-movie, filmed by Miguel Figueireido, captures the spirit and connection of a group dedicated to shared values, spiritual practice, and communal belonging. The video celebrates both the event and the anticipation for future GOAT gatherings.
GOAT Community represents a gathering of individuals united by shared values and conscious practice. The acronym and branding suggest a commitment to excellence, integrity, and communal spiritual exploration. These gatherings serve as opportunities for members to deepen their connections with one another, experience shared ritual and celebration, and collectively explore consciousness and community life.
The August 2021 event took place in the Magic Mountains—a location chosen for its natural beauty and conducive environment for gathering. The gathering itself represents the kind of intentional community events that have become increasingly central to conscious spirituality in the 21st century. Rather than purely individual practice, these gatherings emphasize the role of sangha (community) in deepening one's journey and commitment to shared values.
The creation of this after-movie, filmed by Miguel Figueireido, serves multiple purposes. Documentation preserves the memory and energy of the gathering for those who attended, allowing them to revisit the experience. It also extends the reach of the gathering beyond those physically present, inviting others into the spirit and values of the community. For prospective members, such documentation communicates what belonging to GOAT Community looks and feels like.
Conscious community gatherings function as renewal points—moments where shared vision is reinforced, new relationships are formed, and collective energy is amplified. These events often include ceremony, music, conversation, and intentional activities designed to deepen bonds and clarify shared purpose. The Magic Mountains location suggests an intention to step outside ordinary life rhythms and enter sacred space, even temporarily.
The message "can't wait for the next gathering" embedded in the video's description reflects an important principle of community-based practice: the gathering is not a one-time event but part of an ongoing cycle. Each gathering builds on the previous, creating a continuity of belonging and evolution. This cyclical approach mirrors many traditional spiritual practices that honor seasonal gatherings and regular collective ceremonies.
Celebration itself is a spiritual technology. When a conscious community comes together to celebrate—to dance, sing, eat, and be present with one another—they reinforce their commitment to shared values and create neurological and energetic imprints that sustain them between gatherings. The after-movie preserves not just images but the vibration and intention of these moments.
The video credits Miguel Figueireido for "incredible work," acknowledging that bringing a community's vision to life requires collaboration and skill. Filmmaking becomes a form of service within the community—a way of honoring the gathering by capturing and sharing its essence with care and artistry. This collaborative approach reflects mature community practice.
