Floating Bliss Sleep Hypnosis: Inside a Two-Hour Night Session

Two hours is a long time to spend in someone else's voice, and that is part of the design. "Feel Nothing But Floating Bliss" is a 1-hour, 59-minute deep sleep hypnosis narrated by Chibs Okereke, built to be played in bed with the lights off and, ideally, to be abandoned somewhere in the middle. Its method is slow, sensory, and deliberately unhurried. It walks the listener's body through its points of contact with the mattress, invites heaviness, then introduces a strange and pleasant sensation in which the edges of the body seem to blur into the bed, which is reimagined as a warm cloud. Affirmations arrive later, running beneath the voice as the session turns toward sleep. What follows is a close reading of how the recording is built, why its most unusual instruction is also its most honest, and how to use a piece like this without turning rest into one more task.

What is this sleep hypnosis actually trying to do?

Most relaxation audio asks you to do something: breathe in a count, picture a beach, notice a feeling and return to it. This recording asks for almost nothing. Its opening minutes are a set of permissions. You are told to be somewhere safe, not driving, not operating machinery, and to get as comfortable as you can. You are told you may move, open your eyes, or change position at any point. And then comes the line that frames everything that follows: "You don't have to focus or concentrate. You don't have to do this in any perfect way. You can simply allow my voice to be there in the background like a gentle guide while your nervous system does all the real work of letting go."

That last phrase deserves attention. The session places the work outside the listener's will. The voice is a guide in the next room, not a coach at the foot of the bed. For anyone who has lain awake trying harder to fall asleep, that reframing is the entire point. Effort is the thing the recording is trying to remove.

How does the body scan turn into a sense of floating?

The first movement of the session is a light body scan, but it is not the rigorous, ordered kind that many guided meditations use. The narrator names the points of contact: "The back of the head. The shoulders, the arms, the hips, the legs, the heels." Then he drops the instruction that gives the scan its ease: "You don't have to scan in any particular order. Just a gentle awareness of where your body is being supported." The bed is the first helper here. The recording asks you to notice that "the mattress is already doing all the work," and that there is "nothing you have to hold up by yourself."

Breath comes next, with the same softness. You are asked for "a slightly deeper inhale, and a slower, longer exhale," and to imagine "the weight of a day flowing out with the air: plans, conversations, decisions." The verb matters. The recording never says to push the day away. It says the day can "drift a little further away with each exhale."

Heaviness follows, and the description is physical enough to be almost tactile: "Muscles that were working for you all day starting to loosen, to sag, to melt." It may begin in the legs, the shoulders, or the simple weight of the head on the pillow. This is the expected stage of a deep-sleep induction, the body letting go of its load. The more interesting turn comes after.

The recording notes that at a certain depth of relaxation, "it can start to feel almost like the opposite of heavy. As if the edges of your body begin to blur and it becomes harder to tell where you end and where the bed begins." Here the session moves from release into perception. The listener is not asked to produce the sensation of floating. It is asked to notice that the boundary between self and bed may be softening. Then it gives the instruction that keeps the moment from becoming a test: "You don't have to chase that feeling. You don't have to make anything happen."

Why does the mattress become a cloud?

The central image of the session is a metaphor that the body can accept without being convinced of anything. The mattress "is becoming like a soft warm cloud, perfectly shaped to your body, gently rising up to meet you." The phrasing is careful. "You're not trying to float. You're simply letting yourself be held by this cloud of comfort." The cloud is not a destination. It is a support that grows fuller as you exhale, "absorbing the weight, the tension, the effort that you've been carrying today."

From there the imagery widens in small steps. Each inbreath brings "the faintest hint of lightness, as if your whole body lifts a fraction of a millimeter." Then the cloud begins to drift "into a calm night sky. Not far, not fast, just a slow, effortless rise." There is a gentle rocking, "almost too subtle to feel," as if a very slow, very steady breeze were guiding the cloud. Consider the craft in this. The images get more spacious as the listener gets more still, and the scale moves from the millimeter to the night sky without ever leaving the bed.

"Some people feel these sensations strongly. Others notice only a hint of them. And some people simply feel more relaxed without any clear sense of floating at all. Whatever you notice or don't notice is completely fine."

From the session's guidance, around 15:00 onward

That passage is the quiet ethic of the whole recording. A lesser script would treat floating as the goal and everything else as failure. This one lists three outcomes and endorses all of them. The metaphor is offered; it is not enforced.

What does the countdown do to the listener's attention?

A countdown is a familiar device in hypnotic recordings, and this one counts from ten to zero. What distinguishes it is the instruction that accompanies the numbers: "You don't have to follow every number. You don't have to listen closely. You can simply allow the numbers to come and go like distant stars appearing and fading as you float past them." Each count is framed as a marker in a slow passage rather than a task to complete. The narrator adds that the listener may drift "only as far and as deep as feels comfortable."

Think of the countdown as a pacing device with its own tempo. Numbers arrive at a steady interval, the way a click track or a sustained pedal tone gives a performer a fixed point to lean against. You are not meant to follow the arithmetic. You are meant to feel the regularity of it, the way one feels the bar line in a slow ballad without counting every beat.

Why do the affirmations come last, and what do they say?

The affirmations are the part of the session most likely to be playing when the listener is already asleep, and the recording plans for that. Toward the end, a set of short statements begins to repeat under the voice and the music. Among them: "I am safe. My dreams are gentle. My mind is soft." Others follow the same arc: "My body is heavy. My sleep is deep. My breath is slow." And: "I am safe to let go tonight." Later the lines turn outward toward the body's sense of support: "I don't have to hold anything," and "supported as I sleep."

The repetition is the design. Anyone who has worked with a repeated figure in music knows that a vamp, a riff that circles back on itself, does not develop the way a melody does. It settles. The affirmations work the same way. They are not meant to convince a conscious mind of new truths. They are meant to occupy the space the conscious mind has stopped guarding. The recording even says so: "You don't have to repeat them." Their job is to be present, not to be obeyed.

Why would a sleep recording want you to miss the ending?

This is the question at the spine of the piece, and the session answers it in its opening minutes. "You may not remember much of what I say and you may not hear the ending at all. And that is perfectly okay. In fact, that is one of the aims of this recording." The description says the same thing from another angle: "You don't need to listen closely, remember the words, or stay awake for this session to work. Many people drift off long before the end, which is exactly as intended."

Most content is built to hold attention. This one is built to release it. The ending is not a payoff the listener is supposed to witness; it is a place the sleeping listener is not expected to reach. That inversion explains a good deal of the recording's structure: the long, repeated phrases, the countdown that does not need to be followed, the affirmations that keep playing when the voice is gone. The video's reach, 858,179 views since its January 12, 2026 publication, suggests how many people are using it as they would use a lullaby, as a sound to fall asleep to rather than a lesson to finish.

How should you listen to a session like this?

The practical guidance in the recording is clear. Before you begin, make sure you can lie still and that nothing needs your attention: set an alarm or silence your phone, adjust the pillow and blankets, and choose a position that feels supported. Eyes can close or simply go soft and unfocused. If you wake in the night, the session can be picked up again or left alone. The description adds that the track is paired with soft 432 Hz music intended to hold a calm, steady state through the night.

It is worth being plain about what a piece like this is. It is a recording for easing toward rest, with the body scan, the cloud, and the affirmations as its tools. It is not a treatment for insomnia or any medical condition, and nothing in the material claims otherwise. Use it as the narrator suggests: as a presence in the background, not a project to finish.

Where to go from here

If you are new to this kind of session, listen once in full, but accept that you may not reach the end. On a second listen, use the published sections as a map. The introduction runs from 0:00, the deep relaxation and floating imagery begins at 2:24, and the affirmations begin at 33:50. Notice how the body scan asks for nothing in particular, how the cloud grows as you exhale, and how the countdown asks you only to let the numbers pass like stars. Then notice where the recording lets go of you. That release, more than any sensation of floating, is the thing it was built to deliver.

[0:00] Before we begin,

[0:02] please make sure you're somewhere safe

[0:05] where you can fully relax.

[0:08] Not driving,

[0:10] not operating machinery,

[0:13] just free to let your whole system

[0:15] [music] rest.

[0:19] I'm Chibzo Kerake

[0:21] and welcome to [music] this deep sleep

[0:24] hypnosis

[0:26] to help you float [music] off into a

[0:29] deeply restful,

[0:31] blissful sleep.

[0:35] Tonight is all about helping your body

[0:38] and mind [music] feel as if the weight

[0:41] of the day and even the weight of your

[0:44] own body

[0:46] can gently switch off

[0:49] until [music] there's nothing left

[0:52] but floating bliss.

[0:56] soft, [music]

[0:59] quiet,

[1:02] safe.

[1:06] This session is designed to help you

[1:08] drop into a very deep state of

[1:11] relaxation and sleep.

[1:14] So deep [music] that you may not

[1:17] remember much of what I say and you may

[1:21] not hear the ending at all.

[1:24] And that [music] is perfectly okay.

[1:28] In fact,

[1:30] that is one of the aims of this

[1:32] recording.

[1:36] By the end of the hypnosis,

[1:39] if you haven't already drifted off,

[1:42] you'll be more than ready to fall into a

[1:45] deep,

[1:46] restorative sleep [music]

[1:50] as gentle affirmations play in the

[1:53] background.

[1:55] [music]

[1:57] You don't have to focus or concentrate.

[2:00] [music]

[2:02] You don't have to do this in any perfect

[2:05] way.

[2:07] You can simply [music]

[2:08] allow my voice to be there in the

[2:11] background

[2:12] like a gentle guide

[2:15] while your nervous system does all the

[2:18] real work [music] of letting go.

[2:24] Take a [music] moment now to get as

[2:27] comfortable as you can.

[2:33] adjusting [music] your pillow,

[2:36] your blankets,

[2:39] the position of your body.

[2:45] Let anything that doesn't need to be

[2:48] there tonight

[2:50] move out of [music] the way.

[2:57] You might choose to [music] lie on your

[2:59] back

[3:01] or on your side [music]

[3:05] or in any position that feels natural

[3:08] and supported.

[3:12] >> [music]

[3:14] >> If you need to set an alarm for the

[3:16] morning or put your phone on silent,

[3:20] [music] you can do that now

[3:24] so that there's nothing else you need to

[3:26] remember [music] tonight.

[3:34] And when you're ready,

[3:37] you may allow your eyes to close

[3:40] or simply let [music] the eyes become

[3:43] soft

[3:44] and unfocused.

[3:47] [music]

[3:52] [music] If at any point you want to open

[3:54] your eyes

[3:56] or move

[3:58] or change position,

[4:01] you can.

[4:04] You are always in control

[4:07] and you can always choose whatever feels

[4:10] safest [music]

[4:11] and most comfortable for you.

[4:19] For now,

[4:21] noticing the simple feeling of your body

[4:24] resting on the bed.

[4:30] Noticing the [music] points of contact.

[4:36] The back of [music] the head.

[4:40] The shoulders,

[4:42] [music]

[4:44] the arms,

[4:48] the hips,

[4:52] [music] the legs,

[4:56] the heels.

[4:58] [music]

[5:02] You don't [music] have to scan in any

[5:04] particular order.

[5:08] Just a gentle awareness of where your

[5:10] body is [music] being supported.

[5:18] >> [music]

[5:19] >> And as you notice these points of

[5:22] contact,

[5:24] [music] you might begin to sense how the

[5:27] mattress is already doing all the work.

[5:31] [music]

[5:36] [music] You're being held

[5:39] completely

[5:42] supported from underneath.

[5:45] >> [music]

[5:46] >> So that there's nothing you have to hold

[5:49] up by yourself.

[5:53] [music]

[6:00] Taking a slow, comfortable breath in

[6:04] through your nose, [music]

[6:09] and letting [music] it sigh out through

[6:11] your mouth or your nose,

[6:14] whatever feels easier.

[6:18] [music]

[6:20] No need to force the breath.

[6:24] Just a [music] slightly deeper inhale.

[6:29] And a slower,

[6:32] longer exhale.

[6:42] Breathing in gently.

[6:47] And as you breathe out,

[6:51] imagining the weight of a day flowing

[6:54] out with the air,

[7:01] plans,

[7:04] conversations,

[7:07] decisions,

[7:11] all [music] of it can drift a little

[7:13] further away with each exhale.

[7:26] We're beginning to feel just a fraction

[7:29] more settled,

[7:32] a fraction more at ease.

[7:38] [music]

[7:45] >> [music]

[7:45] >> You may begin to notice a natural

[7:48] heaviness in the body now. [music]

[7:53] The kind of heaviness that comes when

[7:55] you finally lie down after a long day.

[8:04] Muscles that were working for you all

[8:07] day.

[8:09] starting to loosen,

[8:12] [music]

[8:13] to sag,

[8:16] to melt.

[8:22] You might [music] feel this first in

[8:25] your legs

[8:28] or in your shoulders

[8:32] or maybe in the simple weight of your

[8:35] head sinking into the pillow.

[8:42] Wherever you feel it,

[8:45] allow that heaviness to be there.

[8:48] [music]

[8:54] There's something [music]

[8:56] very peaceful about letting the body

[8:59] feel heavy,

[9:02] supported,

[9:06] completely allowed [music] to rest.

[9:15] And as this comfortable heaviness grows,

[9:20] you may also notice something [music]

[9:23] interesting.

[9:28] At a certain point,

[9:31] [music]

[9:31] very deep relaxation can start to feel

[9:36] almost like the opposite of heavy.

[9:43] As if the edges of your body begin to

[9:46] blur

[9:48] and it becomes harder to tell where you

[9:51] end

[9:54] and where the bed begins.

[9:57] >> [music]

[10:05] [music]

[10:06] >> You don't have to chase that feeling.

[10:12] You don't have to make [music] anything

[10:15] happen.

[10:19] Simply notice

[10:22] [music] that as your body softens,

[10:27] the boundary between you and the

[10:29] mattress may start to feel a little less

[10:33] clear.

[10:39] Imagine

[10:45] now that beneath you,

[10:48] the mattress [music] is becoming like a

[10:51] soft

[10:54] warm cloud,

[10:59] perfectly shaped [music]

[11:01] to your body,

[11:04] gently rising up to meet you.

[11:11] supporting every curve,

[11:15] every line

[11:18] so that no part of you is left hanging

[11:23] or holding.

[11:25] [music]

[11:35] You're not trying to float.

[11:39] [music]

[11:41] You're simply letting yourself be held

[11:45] by this cloud of comfort.

[11:49] [music]

[11:56] The more you allow yourself to sink into

[11:58] it,

[12:01] the more this cloud can carry your

[12:04] weight for you.

[12:14] >> [music]

[12:16] >> With each outbreath,

[12:20] you might imagine that cloud becoming

[12:23] [music]

[12:23] a little fuller,

[12:26] a little softer,

[12:30] as if it [music] absorbs the weight,

[12:34] the tension,

[12:37] the effort

[12:39] that you've been carrying today.

[12:44] Taking it all in

[12:48] so that you don't have to.

[12:51] [music]

[13:01] [music]

[13:02] And with each gentle inbreath,

[13:06] you might [music] sense the faintest

[13:08] hint of lightness,

[13:11] [music]

[13:14] as if your whole body lifts a fraction

[13:18] of a millimeter. [music]

[13:26] [music]

[13:27] Not moving in any obvious way.

[13:32] Just [music] the idea of being slightly

[13:35] less tied to gravity,

[13:39] slightly more supported,

[13:44] slightly [music]

[13:45] more free.

[13:58] [music] If you like,

[14:01] you can imagine that this cloud is

[14:04] slowly drifting up into a calm

[14:08] [music]

[14:09] night sky.

[14:14] Not far,

[14:16] [music]

[14:18] not fast,

[14:22] just a slow,

[14:24] effortless rise. [music]

[14:33] >> [music]

[14:38] >> The room around you remains safe.

[14:43] The bed remains beneath you.

[14:48] And at the same time,

[14:51] there [music] is this inner sense of

[14:54] being carried

[14:57] as if you're resting on a soft cloud,

[15:03] floating in a dark,

[15:06] quiet [music] sky.

[15:18] >> [music]

[15:20] >> You might notice the tiniest sense of

[15:23] gentle rocking,

[15:26] almost too [music] subtle to feel

[15:33] as if the cloud [music] is guided by a

[15:36] very slow,

[15:40] very steady breeze.

[15:45] >> [music]

[15:50] >> You don't need [music] to feel this

[15:52] clearly.

[15:55] You might simply like the idea of it.

[16:02] The idea [music] of being cradled by the

[16:04] sky.

[16:08] The idea [music] of being rocked by the

[16:10] night

[16:12] while you do absolutely [music]

[16:14] nothing.

[16:18] [music]

[16:27] Some people feel these sensations

[16:30] strongly.

[16:32] Others notice only [music] a hint of

[16:35] them.

[16:38] And some people simply [music] feel more

[16:41] relaxed

[16:44] without [music] any clear sense of

[16:46] floating at all.

[16:52] Whatever [music] you notice

[16:56] or don't notice

[16:59] is completely [music]

[17:00] fine.

[17:05] Your experience [music]

[17:07] is allowed to be exactly as it is.

[17:12] [music]

[17:14] What matters most

[17:18] is that you're here [music]

[17:21] resting.

[17:27] [music]

[17:32] >> [music]

[17:34] >> Allowing the bed

[17:37] and this cloud

[17:40] [music]

[17:41] and the quiet of the night

[17:45] to hold [music] you

[17:50] so that your mind can [music] begin to

[17:53] wonder.

[17:56] Your body can continue to soften

[18:01] and [music] you can start to drift

[18:04] toward that deep

[18:07] [music]

[18:08] floating

[18:11] blissful sleep

[18:14] that is already on its way.

[18:20] [music]

[18:28] And as this [music] deeper part of you

[18:31] continues to float and soften,

[18:36] there's nothing you need to do to help

[18:39] it along.

[18:52] If you like,

[18:54] [music] I'm going to offer you a gentle

[18:57] way to drift even further [music] into

[19:01] this floating rest. Now,

[19:08] almost as if you and this cloud [music]

[19:11] could glide to a quieter part of the

[19:14] night.

[19:18] A place of even softer,

[19:23] [music] even deeper

[19:28] sleep.

[19:34] >> [music]

[19:40] >> In a moment,

[19:43] I'll count down slowly

[19:46] [music]

[19:47] from 10

[19:49] to zero.

[19:54] [music]

[19:55] You don't have to follow every number.

[19:59] >> [music]

[20:01] >> You don't have to listen closely.

[20:05] [music]

[20:07] You can simply allow the numbers to come

[20:10] and go

[20:13] like distant [music] stars

[20:17] appearing

[20:20] and fading [music]

[20:23] as you float past them.

[20:26] [music]

[20:32] With each number,

[20:35] you [music] may have the sense of

[20:38] drifting a little further away

[20:41] from the surface of the day. [music]

[20:49] A little further into the [music] soft

[20:54] weightless

[20:57] Bliss of sleep

[21:02] only as far

[21:04] and as [music] deep as feels comfortable

[21:08] for you.

[21:16] 10. [music]

[21:19] The cloud beneath you is soft

[21:23] and [music] steady.

[21:27] You feel how completely [music] it holds

[21:30] you,

[21:33] how little you need to hold yourself.

[21:38] [music] The body may already feel

[21:40] distant

[21:43] or heavy

[21:45] [music]

[21:45] or almost not there at all.

[21:56] Nine.

[21:58] The night sky around you grows even

[22:02] quieter. [music]

[22:06] Any sounds in your room.

[22:10] Any small noises

[22:15] become part of the background.

[22:21] Nothing to analyze,

[22:24] nothing to react to,

[22:28] just gentle [music]

[22:29] proof that the world is carrying on

[22:35] while you rest.

[22:42] [music]

[22:44] Eight.

[22:47] The cloud [music] drifts a little higher

[22:53] or perhaps a little further.

[23:01] You might imagine the lights of the

[23:03] world far below

[23:07] becoming smaller

[23:10] [music] and softer.

[23:15] >> [music]

[23:16] >> All the places you've been today.

[23:21] All the roles you've played. [music]

[23:25] Now tiny,

[23:29] distant,

[23:32] out of reach.

[23:42] Seven.

[23:44] Breathing in

[23:47] the cool

[23:50] calm air of the night.

[23:56] Breathing out

[23:59] the last traces [music] of effort from

[24:01] the day.

[24:06] [music]

[24:07] With each breath,

[24:10] your body knows a little more.

[24:15] [music] I am safe to let go here.

[24:20] I am allowed to rest. [music]

[24:31] Six. [music]

[24:33] You and the cloud feel almost like one

[24:37] thing now.

[24:42] It's hard to tell where you end

[24:47] and where the softness begins.

[24:51] [music]

[24:54] You may notice that you're not really

[24:57] aware of your hands

[24:59] [music]

[25:00] or your feet.

[25:03] Unless you [music] go looking for them

[25:08] as if [music] they've drifted a little

[25:10] further into the cloud,

[25:15] a little further into sleep.

[25:23] [music]

[25:26] Five.

[25:28] Halfway down now.

[25:31] >> [music]

[25:35] >> If you're still following along,

[25:39] you might [music] notice how far away

[25:42] the morning feels.

[25:45] [music]

[25:49] There's nothing you have to get ready

[25:51] for right now.

[25:55] No decisions,

[25:59] no planning.

[26:02] Just this moment,

[26:10] floating,

[26:14] breathing,

[26:18] sinking.

[26:27] Four

[26:30] thoughts may slow

[26:33] or tangle

[26:37] or become dreamlike around the edges.

[26:40] [music]

[26:46] You don't have to tidy them.

[26:51] The thoughts can pass through like wisps

[26:53] [music] of cloud,

[26:57] dissolving behind you as you drift.

[27:02] [music]

[27:07] [music]

[27:08] Three,

[27:10] the cloud becomes even more weightless,

[27:15] [music]

[27:16] even more spacious.

[27:23] You might have the sense [music] that

[27:25] you're floating

[27:27] in a gentle darkness

[27:30] that isn't empty.

[27:36] It's full of quiet,

[27:40] full of rest,

[27:42] [music]

[27:44] full of the kind of stillness that lets

[27:47] your whole system reset itself.

[27:58] two.

[28:00] [music] If there's any part of you still

[28:03] trying to stay alert,

[28:07] still watching over things,

[28:12] you might thank that part

[28:16] [music] for working so hard for so long.

[28:20] [music]

[28:24] And let that part know [music]

[28:28] that the cloud and the night can keep

[28:30] watch for a while

[28:33] [music]

[28:34] so that it too can soften

[28:38] and rest

[28:41] [music]

[28:47] one.

[28:50] Almost at that point [music] where

[28:52] there's nothing left to do,

[28:58] nothing left to [music] fix.

[29:03] Only the simple fact that you are here,

[29:10] breathing,

[29:15] floating,

[29:19] supported by something larger than you,

[29:26] [music]

[29:30] zero.

[29:32] You may allow yourself now to drop

[29:36] [music]

[29:38] as deeply into this floating sleep

[29:44] as if the cloud has carried you

[29:48] to a [music] place in the sky that

[29:50] belongs only to you.

[29:54] [music]

[29:56] A quiet

[29:59] hidden pocket of the night

[30:03] where your body

[30:06] and your mind

[30:10] can finally switch off

[30:14] and heal

[30:17] while you sleep.

[30:29] >> [music]

[30:31] >> From here,

[30:34] you don't need to [music] follow my

[30:36] words at all.

[30:43] You might drift in and [music] out

[30:49] or slip past them completely.

[30:55] >> [music]

[30:58] >> Your conscious mind is free to wander

[31:01] into dreams

[31:08] while the deeper part of you continues

[31:11] to float

[31:15] peacefully

[31:18] [music]

[31:19] in this Soft

[31:23] starllet darkness.

[31:38] And anytime you notice yourself becoming

[31:41] [music]

[31:41] aware of my voice again,

[31:47] you can simply allow that awareness

[31:50] itself

[31:54] to [music] be another invitation

[31:59] to sink

[32:03] back down

[32:07] into the cloud.

[32:14] Back down

[32:18] into the sky, [music]

[32:25] back down

[32:27] [music]

[32:29] into that deep

[32:34] weightless [music]

[32:39] blissful [music] sleep

[32:44] that's already holding you now.

[32:57] [music]

[33:01] And now

[33:04] [music]

[33:05] as you float here,

[33:10] these [music] simple phrases

[33:12] can drift softly

[33:15] in the background.

[33:23] You don't have to repeat them.

[33:27] [music]

[33:29] You don't have to remember them.

[33:35] They can [music] simply be there

[33:40] like distant stars in the sky

[33:45] [music]

[33:46] while you sleep.

[33:50] [music]

[33:54] >> [music]

[33:58] >> I am safe to let go tonight.

[34:07] My body is held,

[34:11] cradled,

[34:13] supported as I sleep.

[34:21] I am allowed to rest [music]

[34:24] completely.

[34:31] It's safe for my nervous system to

[34:34] switch off. Now

[34:42] I sink deeply

[34:44] into floating [music]

[34:47] blissful sleep.

[34:54] I [music] don't have to hold anything

[34:57] together tonight.

[35:05] My breath is slow.

[35:08] My mind is soft.

[35:12] My body is heavy and free.

[35:20] >> [music]

[35:22] >> I sleep deeply

[35:26] and stay asleep

[35:29] until [music] it's time to wake.

[35:37] Every breath carries [music] me deeper

[35:41] into healing rest.

[35:46] >> [music]

[35:49] >> My dreams are gentle.

[35:52] My sleep is deep.

[36:00] All that matters now

[36:04] is this [music] soft

[36:07] floating rest.

[36:14] I am safe.

[36:17] I am held.

[36:20] I am [music] floating in deep

[36:24] peaceful sleep.

[36:26] [music]

[36:31] I am safe [music]

[36:32] to let go tonight.

よくある質問

It is a nearly two-hour guided hypnosis by Chibs Okereke designed to ease the listener into deep relaxation and sleep. It moves from a body scan and heaviness into a cloud-based floating image, followed by a countdown and affirmations that play quietly as the listener drifts off.
No. The recording states that you may not remember much of what is said or hear the ending at all, and that this is one of its aims. The description notes that many people drift off long before the end, which is exactly as intended.
The narrator asks you to imagine the mattress becoming a soft, warm cloud that supports every part of the body, so you do not have to hold yourself up. The image is offered as a support rather than a goal, and the session explicitly says you may feel strong floating sensations, a slight hint, or none at all.
Repetition is central to how the affirmations work. Phrases such as 'I am safe. My dreams are gentle. My mind is soft.' loop beneath the voice and music, settling the listener rather than asking them to actively believe or memorize anything. The recording says directly, 'You don't have to repeat them.'
No. The session says you don't have to follow every number or listen closely. The numbers are described as distant stars appearing and fading, and you may drift only as far and as deep as feels comfortable.
The material does not present it as one. The session is a relaxation recording meant to help ease the listener toward rest, and it should be understood as a tool for winding down rather than a medical treatment. Anyone with ongoing sleep problems should consult a qualified health professional.
No. The recording opens by asking listeners to be somewhere safe where they can fully relax, specifically not driving and not operating machinery. It also says you can open your eyes, move, or change position at any time.
