The Oneness framework operates from the premise that stress and anxiety arise partly from a sense of separation—from ourselves, others, and the interconnected nature of existence. When we perceive life through the lens of isolation or fragmentation, our nervous system remains in a protective stance. Ashley's testimony suggests that as she engaged with Oneness teachings, her subjective experience shifted from fragmentation to coherence, dissolving the underlying tension that feeds anxiety.

Rather than addressing anxiety as a problem to be "fixed" through willpower or suppression, Oneness approaches it as a signal of disconnection. Ashley's transformation happened while she was fully engaged in family, parenting, and her relational world—not in isolation.   • Returning attention to the breath and body when stress arises, recognizing this as a gateway to present-moment awareness
