Synchronicities as Morse Code: Signs, Dharma, and Pain

Sahara Rose

Sahara Rose opens her May 2023 Highest Self podcast conversation with Robert Grant by speaking straight to the camera: "Hi, I'm Sahar Rose and this is the Highest Self podcast." Then she sets the table with a picture she clearly has been carrying for years. Imagine a veil between the conscious and the subconscious mind, a veil of forgetfulness that no note can be passed through. You cannot write across it directly. You have to learn a code. "Synchronicities are that Morse code," she says. Across a conversation of roughly ninety minutes, she and Grant try to make that metaphor do real work, moving from the everyday experience of a repeated number or a song that hands you the missing word toward a larger claim: that the math, music, science, and spiritual experience people often file under separate headings are, in their words, interrelated. The episode is part personal testimony, part framework for reading signs, and part an invitation to skeptics to test the idea rather than dismiss it.

What is the veil between the conscious and subconscious mind?

The veil image does more than decorate the episode. It gives Rose a reason signs can look strange or indirect. If the subconscious cannot simply send a letter to the conscious mind, it has to communicate through patterns that the conscious mind can notice if it is paying attention. That is the logic behind calling synchronicities a code rather than a phone call. A signal in a code is not meaningful on its own; it means something only to a reader who knows the key.

Rose is careful to describe the experience in ordinary terms before she gets to the cosmic interpretation. She talks about "these coincidences," and then adds that she is making little quote marks around the word, "but little signs that feel like the universe is talking to you." Her examples are familiar to anyone who has ever been on the lookout for them: angel numbers, a specific number that keeps showing up on license plates, clocks, or someone's shirt. She also describes a quieter version, the sense of being "in constant conversation with the universe."

"Oftentimes when I'm writing and I'm listening to music the lyrics will tell me exactly what I meant to write upon next, especially if I'm stuck on a word. It like gives me the words through the music."

Sahara Rose, Highest Self podcast, opening segment (about 0:01 onward)

Her most useful example is not the dramatic one. It is the conversation that only makes sense later. She describes talking with someone about relationships, not realizing how significant that talk was, and then a few days afterward finding herself in the exact situation the conversation had been preparing her for. In her telling, the sign is often not a single event but a sequence in which the meaning arrives after the fact. That retrospective quality is worth keeping in mind, because it is also the easiest place for any interpretation to drift. A pattern you notice after the fact can always be made to fit.

What separates flow from karma in Rose's framework?

The central structure of the episode is a split between two states. Rose says that when you live in alignment with your dharma, your soul's purpose, you experience flow, which she names with the Sanskrit word kriya. That is when you meet the right person at the right time and the synchronicities seem to line up. When you are out of alignment with that purpose, she says, you experience karma, which she describes as "bounded action by the universe." In her usage, those obstacles are not punishments. They are barricades, the equivalent of the barriers at the edge of a highway, placed there to turn you back toward the lane you belong in.

It is worth being precise about this, because the terms carry a lot of weight. Rose is using kriya and karma in her own sense, as part of a coaching vocabulary that frames life around purpose. Readers who know these words from other traditions may hear them differently. The episode does not stop to reconcile those meanings, so a reader who wants to apply the framework should understand it as Rose's model rather than a settled doctrine.

Her point about purpose is also more specific than a generic "trust the universe." She says that when you are operating within your unique design, sharing the gifts you are here to share, you begin to notice that the universe is propelling you in the direction of your purpose. The reason is not magic in her account. It is that you are functioning at your fullest potential, and she says that is what she calls source, God, or universal consciousness wants for everyone, because the world needs "the singers, the poets, the builders."

How do signs escalate from a tap to a crisis?

The most practically interesting idea in the episode is what might be called the escalation model. Rose describes it as a sequence. At the beginning, the signal is quiet: "a tap, tap, tap." You feel a little anxious, something feels off, and most people, she notes, feel that way all the time, so they dismiss it. If the signal is ignored, it turns into "punch, punch, punch": panic attacks, a deep reluctance to go to work, conflict with a particular person. And if that still fails to register, it can become an "on your knees" moment, an accident, a catastrophe, a divorce, something big enough that you are forced to look at a specific area of life.

Rose insists that this is not the universe being cruel. "It's actually its way of protecting you," she says. The pain and resistance are the signal that something is off. This is a useful reframe for anyone who has experienced a crisis and tried to make sense of it afterward, and it also has a built-in risk. An explanation that treats every hardship as a corrective message can become unfalsifiable, and it can leave people feeling responsible for events they did not cause. The episode does not fully address that tension. A reader can take the escalation idea as a prompt to check in with recurring discomfort early, while still recognizing that not every painful event is a message about your alignment.

Sahara Rose, Highest Self podcast, around 1:41 to 3:05

Why did Rose's own hardships become her curriculum?

Rose grounds the escalation model in her own life, and this is where the episode is most personal. She lists a series of initiations: health challenges in her early twenties, including doctors telling her she was going through perimenopause when she was 21. She describes learning to heal her body by studying ayurveda, which led to her first and second books on the subject. She talks about family difficulties that sent her down a healing path, examining ancestral patterns and "all the ways the feminine was oppressed," and about being the first woman in her family to go out and work and share her gifts. Later came her divorce, and the heartbreak that led her to look at the ways she had not been fully meeting and showing up for herself.

Her framing of these events is the alchemy of pain into purpose. She says she turns "bronze into gold," and her shorthand for it is turning your mess into your message. She says the initiations were preparing her for what came next, and she points to a recent dark night of the soul that led, in her telling, to higher levels of freedom and joy, including DJing a set at Envision Festival to 1,500 people in the jungle. She is also explicit that the work is ongoing: "it's a constant spiral," and higher initiations keep arriving.

Sahara Rose, Highest Self podcast, around 4:39

She also talks about the coaching work built around this framework. She describes her Dharma Coaching Institute as an ICF-recognized school with a six-month method, and says it has graduated more than 1,500 coaches, some now coaching full-time, some hosting their own retreats. Those are her figures, drawn from the episode, and they describe her own organization, not an independent measure of outcomes. They are useful context for why she frames the conversation as she does.

What does Robert Grant say about the highest self?

Grant comes to the conversation as a guest with a long interest in mysteries and in the symbolism that connects ancient traditions to modern thinking. Rose's introduction describes him as having made one of the biggest discoveries in ancient Egyptian mythology, and the episode description repeats that claim. The excerpt available to this article does not include the evidence for that discovery, so it should be read as the host's introduction rather than something verified here.

On the question that opens the interview, what makes you your highest self, Grant offers a candid answer about the arc of his own life.

"I think I spent the first half of my life probably trying to be my ideal in every single way, and I think the second half of my life has been spe..."

Robert Grant, Highest Self podcast, around 7:44

The sentence is cut off in the transcript excerpt, but the direction is clear. His answer moves from an ideal self to an authentic one, which is the same movement Rose describes from being out of alignment to being in it. The two conversations share a premise: that the highest self is less a finished image to be achieved than a way of living that comes into focus through honest engagement with what is actually happening.

Does the science and math actually hold up?

This is the question the episode promises to answer, and it is the one most likely to matter to a skeptical reader. The episode description says the conversation merges metaphysics, math, and science to show that synchronicities are "scientifically and mathematically proven," and it frames the episode as useful for listeners who lean left-brained and want research before belief. The portion of the transcript available here contains fragments that gesture at numbers, light signatures, and mathematical structure, but not the proofs themselves. Based on what can be read, the claims are asserted rather than demonstrated.

That does not make the framework worthless. Its most concrete and testable element is the habit it encourages: noticing recurring patterns, writing them down, and checking whether the meaning you assigned afterward holds up. Rose's own description of conversations that prepared her for later situations is exactly the kind of account that a notebook can check. A reader who wants to take the scientific claims seriously should listen for the specific equations or studies Grant cites, because those are the parts the excerpt does not reach. Rose herself suggests listeners may want to hear the episode more than once and take notes, and that advice is sound for a conversation this dense.

Where to go from here

Start with the full episode, and listen for the moments where Rose separates the everyday signs, the escalation model, and her personal history, because they make different claims and deserve different levels of trust. Take notes on the specific numbers, names, and mathematical claims Grant makes, and look them up, since the episode description promises proof that the excerpt does not show. If the veil and Morse code image resonates, test it in a small way: keep a short log of recurring signs and what happened afterward for a few weeks, and see what the record actually shows. Grant's own website, robertedwardgrant.com, is listed in the episode description as the place to learn more about his work, and it is the natural next step for anyone who wants his claims in his own words rather than as introduced by the host.

[0:01] imagine there's sort of like a veil

[0:03] between the conscious and the

[0:04] subconscious mind and that Veil is this

[0:07] veil of forgetfulness and there's no way

[0:09] to pass notes through that Veil or

[0:10] communicate through that Veil you have

[0:12] to learn the morse code of communication

[0:15] between those two Realms and

[0:18] synchronicities are that Morse code

[0:20] [Music]

[0:31] hi I'm Sahar Rose and this is the

[0:34] highest self podcast a place where you

[0:36] discuss what makes you your Soul's

[0:37] highest evolvement

[0:39] one thing I have been fascinated about

[0:41] my entire life are synchronicities so

[0:44] these are when you experience these

[0:47] coincidences and I'm making little quote

[0:49] marks with them but little signs that

[0:51] feel like the universe is talking to you

[0:54] so maybe you notice different angel

[0:56] numbers or you have a specific number

[0:57] that anywhere you go you notice a

[0:59] license plate or it's on the clock or

[1:01] it's on someone's shirt or maybe like

[1:04] myself you just feel like you're in

[1:06] constant conversation with the universe

[1:08] so I know for myself oftentimes when I'm

[1:10] writing and I'm listening to music the

[1:12] lyrics will tell me exactly what I meant

[1:14] to write upon next especially if I'm

[1:16] stuck on a word it like gives me the

[1:18] words through the music oftentimes I

[1:21] will have conversations with people that

[1:23] I at that moment don't realize how

[1:26] significant they are until later like

[1:28] I'll have a conversation with someone

[1:30] about relationships and then a few days

[1:32] later be in that exact same situation

[1:34] that that conversation was preparing me

[1:36] for or sometimes it's even something

[1:38] catastrophic that needed to happen I

[1:41] always talk about how when you are

[1:42] living in alignment with your Dharma

[1:44] your Soul's purpose you experience flow

[1:46] kriya so that's when you meet the right

[1:48] person at the right time and you feel

[1:50] these synchronicities but when you're

[1:52] out of alignment with your Dharma your

[1:53] Soul's purpose you experience Karma

[1:55] which is bounded action by the universe

[1:58] so those are the barricades and blocks

[2:00] that are actually The Universe telling

[2:01] you that something is out of alignment

[2:04] and that you need to make a shift to

[2:06] come back into alignment so oftentimes

[2:08] at the beginning it's a tap tap tap you

[2:10] feel a little anxious something feels

[2:12] off we still don't listen because most

[2:14] people in the world feel that way all

[2:15] the time

[2:16] and then it turns into a punch punch

[2:18] punch something bigger you know maybe

[2:20] you're having panic attacks or you know

[2:23] you really don't want to go to work or

[2:24] you're experiencing fights with this

[2:27] person or whatever else and oftentimes

[2:29] we still don't listen because we're

[2:31] stubborn little humans and then it can

[2:33] be an on your knees moment an accident a

[2:36] catastrophe a divorce something really

[2:39] big that it's like okay you need to look

[2:42] at this area of your life and that

[2:45] doesn't mean that the Universe was out

[2:46] to get you no it's actually its way of

[2:48] protecting you it's telling you that

[2:50] something is off and that's why there's

[2:52] that pain that's why there's that

[2:54] resistance it's the barricades on the

[2:56] end of the highway it's to get you back

[2:58] on track

[2:59] and then when you get back on track

[3:00] towards your Dharma your Soul's purpose

[3:02] your fullest expression the big reason

[3:05] why you are here and that's exactly what

[3:07] I teach in Dharma coaching Institute

[3:09] when you're living in alignment with

[3:11] that you start to notice that the

[3:13] universe is propelling you in the

[3:15] direction of your purpose because you

[3:17] are living in alignment with your unique

[3:20] design you're sharing the gifts that you

[3:22] are here to share you are literally

[3:25] operating at your fullest potential and

[3:27] that's what source God Universal

[3:30] Consciousness wants it wants us all to

[3:33] be living our highest timelines because

[3:36] that's what's going to create the best

[3:38] world for all of us we need the singers

[3:40] we need the poets we need the builders

[3:42] we need everything and you you were

[3:45] designed with your own unique archetypes

[3:47] your own unique experiences even the

[3:50] obstacles you've overcome where your

[3:51] training ground to prepare you for

[3:54] embodying your Soul's purpose because

[3:56] you may have been born with this purpose

[3:58] but it doesn't mean you were born

[3:59] embodying it you need to go through

[4:01] those life challenging lessons to give

[4:03] you the the tools the grit the

[4:06] resilience the confidence the strength

[4:08] The Voice we experience contrast to help

[4:12] us see okay this doesn't feel right and

[4:15] now how can I come into an alignment

[4:17] again

[4:18] so in my own experience it has been

[4:20] through my greatest life tragedies in

[4:22] fact going through health challenges in

[4:24] my early 20s doctors telling me that I

[4:27] was going through perimenopause when I

[4:28] was 21 years old then learning how to

[4:30] heal my body studying ayurveda which led

[4:32] to me writing my first and second book

[4:35] on ayurveda then dealing with issues

[4:37] with my family which caused me to go

[4:39] down this healing journey and looking at

[4:41] the ancestral patterns and all the ways

[4:43] the feminine was oppressed and being the

[4:45] first woman in my family to really go

[4:47] out there and work and share her gifts

[4:49] and then experiencing my divorce and

[4:51] that heartbreak and looking deeper into

[4:53] myself in the ways I wasn't fully

[4:55] meeting and showing up for myself so all

[4:57] of these initiations are preparing us

[4:59] for what is to come

[5:02] so I share all about how you can

[5:04] actually turn your pain into your

[5:07] purpose turn your mess into your message

[5:10] turn that bronze into gold which is

[5:13] alchemy in my new pain to purpose series

[5:16] I share with you my story of my recent

[5:19] Dark Night of the soul and how it led to

[5:22] even higher levels of expression Freedom

[5:25] Joy even being a headline DJ at Envision

[5:28] Festival to 1500 people in the jungle

[5:30] all coming through really looking at

[5:33] what was underneath the hood of my car

[5:35] because it's a constant Journey it's a

[5:36] constant spiral and then there are

[5:38] higher initiations required so head over

[5:42] to the show notes to sign up for the

[5:44] pain to purpose series it is absolutely

[5:46] free it's going to give you that little

[5:48] judge that you might need right now of

[5:50] looking at maybe some of the obstacles

[5:52] in your life and seeing how you can

[5:53] alchemize them into gold and doors are

[5:56] open right now to become a certified

[5:58] sole purpose and spiritual life coach

[6:00] with me at the Dharma coaching Institute

[6:03] so this is our ICF recognized school

[6:05] that trains sole purpose and spiritual

[6:07] life coaches through our six-month tried

[6:09] and true method we've graduated over

[6:11] 1500 coaches and have had incredible

[6:14] transformational experiences of many

[6:16] people now full-time coaching being paid

[6:20] by corporations hosting their own

[6:21] Retreats having their one-on-one private

[6:23] practices and so much more so again head

[6:26] over to the show notes you're going to

[6:28] be able to join the pain for purpose

[6:29] series and learn more about the Dharma

[6:31] coaching Institute

[6:33] so now let's get into this episode today

[6:36] I am sitting with Robert Grant you may

[6:38] recognize him from the Gaia show codex

[6:40] he is a man of the Mysteries who has

[6:43] actually discovered one of the biggest

[6:45] discoveries in ancient Egyptian

[6:47] mythology and in today's conversation

[6:49] he's going to be merging metaphysics

[6:51] Math and Science with spirituality to

[6:55] help us actually see how many of these

[6:57] claims that we talk about such as

[6:58] synchronicities are actually

[7:00] scientifically and mathematically proven

[7:02] so this is a great conversation

[7:04] especially if you're someone that's

[7:05] maybe a little bit more skeptical or you

[7:07] tend to just be a little bit more on

[7:09] that left brain side that you need more

[7:11] math and research to believe something

[7:13] or to share it with your partner who may

[7:15] be more like that I love seeing the way

[7:17] that math and music spirituality and

[7:20] science can go hand in hand and this is

[7:23] a conversation that's going to help you

[7:24] see that these aren't actually different

[7:26] sides of ourselves but they're actually

[7:28] interrelated so without further Ado

[7:31] let's welcome Robert Grant on the

[7:33] highest self podcast all right well

[7:35] welcome Robert to the highest self

[7:37] podcast it's so great to have you here

[7:38] great to be here the first question I

[7:40] would love to ask you is what makes you

[7:43] your highest self

[7:44] what makes me my highest self I think my

[7:47] authentic self

[7:49] so I think I spent the first half of my

[7:52] life probably trying to be my ideal in

[7:57] every single way

[7:59] and I think the second half of my life

[8:01] has been spent realizing that I was

[8:03] already ideal

[8:05] and it's like we from the moment we're

[8:09] born we experience separation we start

[8:11] carving off parts of ourselves that we

[8:13] think are not really what we want to be

[8:16] because those parts bring us shame and

[8:18] guilt so we sort of just cut it I think

[8:20] of it like a block of cheese you start

[8:22] off with a big block of cheese and then

[8:23] by the end you've got this thin pillar

[8:25] and you've separated yourself from all

[8:27] the rest of it when actually the great

[8:29] lesson is to learn to bring and

[8:32] integrate all those aspects of yourself

[8:34] that you've cut away from yourself in my

[8:36] case I'd been a musician who gave up

[8:37] music I was an artist who gave up art

[8:40] because it was something I didn't want

[8:42] to associate with

[8:44] I was a serious business guy right so

[8:47] and into my left brain very much into

[8:50] mathematics and logic and I thought my

[8:53] whole job here on Earth was to learn to

[8:55] be a better judge

[8:57] and what I've realized over time was

[8:59] actually that what I thought was black

[9:01] and white was actually more gray than

[9:02] black or white and a lot of the oars

[9:05] that I was living and experiencing

[9:07] actually became Anne's

[9:09] and then I started realizing that I am

[9:12] what I've been looking for

[9:14] so my highest self is realizing the

[9:16] beauty of the uniqueness of what I am

[9:18] and just integrating that and accepting

[9:20] it fully and loving it fully and as

[9:22] I experienced that more and more than

[9:24] the world around me starts to become

[9:25] more like that too

[9:27] and you start to experience the

[9:28] synchronicities that are guiding you

[9:30] there that want you there so I really

[9:31] want to dive into this because I heard

[9:33] you on another podcast and I was like

[9:34] because I've been really devoted to

[9:37] synchronicities and being in

[9:39] conversation with the universe in that

[9:40] way but you know sometimes we even

[9:42] question ourselves like even when we had

[9:43] a zoom call I'm like you know sometimes

[9:45] I even question like am I making this up

[9:47] in my head am I you know when you say

[9:49] red car you start noticing red cars

[9:51] everywhere so is it like my own bias in

[9:54] my mind so I'm curious how first of all

[9:57] how do you see a synchronicity what is

[9:59] your definition and your understanding

[10:01] of it let's start there and I got some

[10:03] more layers I want to get into it I see

[10:06] it as a moment you know Carl Jung says

[10:08] that you can actually track your

[10:11] progression through the individuation

[10:12] process

[10:14] by the degree and number of

[10:16] synchronicities you experience and

[10:17] register

[10:18] and I believe that wholeheartedly and so

[10:22] what I realized is that all along a lot

[10:24] of these synchronicities were around but

[10:25] I wasn't necessarily tracking them and

[10:27] noticing them you know I'd wake up every

[10:30] morning at like 1 11 or 4 32 or 137 and

[10:34] I was like how is it always one of these

[10:36] three numbers I mean it's kind of

[10:38] bizarre I mean obviously I have some

[10:40] sort of clock inside my body that is

[10:42] running all the time and somehow telling

[10:45] me to wake up at this time because

[10:46] that's time I have to go to the bathroom

[10:47] but wait a minute

[10:49] is it really that way all day long too

[10:52] how is it that I'm seeing the same cycle

[10:55] of numbers through my life all over and

[10:57] over and over again and is it really

[10:59] that's these things are something

[11:01] separate from me or is it really that

[11:03] what I'm experiencing is the outside

[11:04] world around me is really just my U

[11:06] inverse

[11:08] and this is the way that the higher self

[11:11] and your subconscious mind can

[11:13] communicate with your conscious mind

[11:15] through synchronicities it's like

[11:17] imagine there's sort of like a veil

[11:19] between the conscious and the

[11:20] subconscious mind and that Veil is this

[11:23] veil of forgetfulness and there's no way

[11:25] to pass notes through that Veil or

[11:27] communicate through that Veil you have

[11:29] to learn the morse code of communication

[11:31] between those two Realms and

[11:34] synchronicities are that Morse code

[11:37] it allows you to communicate with your

[11:39] higher self it allows you to connect and

[11:41] when you finally do communicate with the

[11:43] subconscious mind or the U inverse

[11:45] that's when you're starting to integrate

[11:46] the super conscious mind

[11:49] and every moment can be a beautiful

[11:51] synchronicity if we just start to notice

[11:53] what's happening around us but we have

[11:55] to be present and we have to be aware

[11:57] and realize that we're not disconnected

[12:00] from the world around us but actually

[12:01] we're just a part of that larger

[12:04] Consciousness that is us I love that

[12:06] Universe U inverse yeah that the

[12:10] universe is you in verse it's a

[12:12] reflection of you it's an inverted you

[12:14] yes so my question is then who is Behind

[12:18] These synchronicities

[12:20] what is the energy behind it and what

[12:22] does it want

[12:24] so I think what it wants is as I kind of

[12:27] gave the analogy when we start off I I

[12:29] remember in 2017 I started drawing out

[12:33] what I was seeing in my mind is musical

[12:35] notes because I was a musician also and

[12:38] I was noticing all these correspondences

[12:40] in mathematics to music you know most

[12:42] people that bring in a lot of new

[12:44] mathematical Discovery happen to also be

[12:46] musicians and we know Bernard Riemann

[12:49] because he give us something that's

[12:51] called the prime number conjecture right

[12:53] it's prime number distribution how prime

[12:55] numbers are distributed out into

[12:56] infinity and and he wrote this

[12:59] conjecture that's never been proven yet

[13:00] still unproven but most people know

[13:03] Riemann for being a musician he wrote

[13:05] neo-rimanian tuning right so he was a

[13:09] very brilliant musician who also

[13:10] happened to be a number theorist

[13:12] and and so what you find is that math

[13:15] and music are just opposites of each

[13:17] other in a way you could say that that

[13:20] music is the you know is the way that we

[13:23] enjoy music but we do it through the

[13:25] abstract concept of it the center point

[13:28] of those two things is geometry so

[13:29] geometry definitely is the music that we

[13:31] enjoy with our eyes

[13:33] and

[13:34] music is the geometry that we enjoy with

[13:36] our ears so when you start thinking in

[13:38] those terms and the math is the abstract

[13:40] notion of it all the language beneath it

[13:42] the source code beneath it all then you

[13:45] start realizing that

[13:47] what is really happening here is I've

[13:49] been separating out as a higher self

[13:52] imagine you're a higher Consciousness

[13:53] that higher Consciousness wants to

[13:55] experience itself through your eyes

[13:57] through your unique your unique

[13:59] perspective your unique way of viewing

[14:02] the world is the highest value you can

[14:03] bring to the akashic record

[14:06] the akashic record wants to expand with

[14:08] more and more what is akashic record for

[14:10] someone the akashic record is a field

[14:12] right it's it's a Data Bank you could

[14:15] think of it like a blockchain it's like

[14:17] a blockchain of everything that has

[14:19] happened through time and what are those

[14:22] things well it's a blockchain of all of

[14:24] our emotional experiences

[14:26] it's literally a blockchain of ours what

[14:29] has ever happened and will ever happen

[14:30] that has ever happened and will ever

[14:32] happen

[14:33] and you know in India I know we have a

[14:36] mutual friend in Deepak so Deepak asked

[14:39] me to come with him once to Kerala and I

[14:41] wasn't able to go with him on that trip

[14:42] but he told me that when he goes to

[14:44] Carol he gets this Banana Leaf reading

[14:46] right that gives you your money yes

[14:49] exactly yes and I was so excited to do

[14:52] this I went and did it anyway but I

[14:53] didn't go with him because I couldn't

[14:55] make it I had a board conflict that that

[14:57] same week

[14:58] but basically the idea is is that

[15:00] there's a record of all of the

[15:03] experiences that we have all of the

[15:05] incarnations of you that are happening

[15:07] actually simultaneous to this moment of

[15:09] now

[15:10] and that record is basically this

[15:13] blockchain storage

[15:14] of all of the emotions now we can't

[15:17] track time without motion so if you

[15:20] think about dimension for just a moment

[15:21] right remember in school a single line

[15:24] would be the First Dimension right

[15:26] if we then put another axis on that line

[15:28] so we have an x-axis now we have a

[15:30] y-axis now we can have two dimensions

[15:32] and we measure that in units squared

[15:35] right so we can measure area because you

[15:37] could take you know going up the y-axis

[15:40] and to the to you know to the right on

[15:43] the x-axis you can basically have five

[15:45] and five so the area would be 25 for

[15:48] that and so that's how we measure it

[15:50] in the third dimension we add a z-axis

[15:52] right so now there's a depth Dimension

[15:54] it's not just flat anymore

[15:56] and that depth Dimension allows us to

[15:58] measure things in volume

[16:00] right so then you would just take each

[16:02] one of those sides if it was all equal

[16:03] and you'd be S to the third power right

[16:05] so the side to the third power

[16:07] well the fourth dimension is time

[16:11] and what that requires is motion

[16:13] right so motion

[16:16] so you could say that time itself is a

[16:19] recording of all motion

[16:22] but I find it interesting and analogous

[16:24] that actually what we experience through

[16:27] every moment of time that we experience

[16:29] is really the sum of all of our

[16:31] perceptions that then lead to emotional

[16:34] results

[16:36] and emotion in motion are closely

[16:40] related to each other

[16:41] because if you wanted to experience

[16:43] yourself through someone else's eyes

[16:46] right so the one divides itself into the

[16:49] many

[16:50] simply for the joy of observing itself

[16:52] Through The Eyes of this other number

[16:55] this other person and then also having

[16:58] that group or the mini come back into

[17:01] the number one again eventually so the

[17:04] one design divides itself in the many

[17:05] simply for the joy ultimately of

[17:07] becoming one again

[17:09] so each of these perceptions that we

[17:11] have

[17:12] are not actually related to the things

[17:14] that happen to us because what actually

[17:16] happens to us is not necessarily what

[17:19] truly happened to us what do I mean by

[17:22] that

[17:22] everybody has their own lens of

[17:24] perception

[17:25] so if we so walked out onto your street

[17:28] outside here and we witnessed and we

[17:30] were eyewitness to a crime and then we

[17:32] ended up having to go to court to

[17:34] testify about that crime and there were

[17:36] 30 other witnesses that saw the same

[17:37] crime let's say there was a old woman

[17:39] who got robbed on the street

[17:42] how many different accounts would there

[17:44] be of what happened

[17:46] at least 30. right and would they all be

[17:50] the same

[17:51] you would think that they would be the

[17:52] same they're not the same

[17:54] very often it's one of the biggest

[17:56] challenges when you go to court because

[17:58] many eyewitnesses to what happened all

[18:01] have entirely different accounts of what

[18:03] happened it's because we cannot separate

[18:06] ourselves from our own observation bias

[18:10] from our experience

[18:11] and so if we're living every single

[18:13] moment we think that oh this happened to

[18:15] me or that happened to me it's not

[18:17] actually what happened to you

[18:18] necessarily we see the world not as it

[18:20] is but as we are

[18:22] so what happens is we then say this

[18:24] happened to me and we make an

[18:26] interpolation we interpret what occurred

[18:29] and that interpretation is an

[18:31] observation that comes from our

[18:33] conditioning biases ultimately

[18:35] so therefore

[18:36] we then cannot differentiate between

[18:38] what actually happened to us

[18:40] right and what we perceive happen to us

[18:43] so what we say happened to us is

[18:45] actually just the sum of our perceptions

[18:47] and that perception leads to emotional

[18:50] states

[18:51] right so it's like an inducement of an

[18:53] emotional state and you can go through

[18:55] life not having any control over your

[18:57] emotions and just letting external

[18:58] stimuli

[19:00] stimulate you into one feeling or

[19:02] another and you could be all over the

[19:03] map until you find your Center

[19:06] and you realize that this is actually

[19:08] happening to you you can actually grasp

[19:10] it and get control of it and say I'm not

[19:12] going to perceive it this way I'm going

[19:15] to perceive it a different way

[19:16] altogether

[19:18] and when we do that it keeps a record

[19:22] in the akashic field because it's a sum

[19:26] of all the motion states and emotion

[19:28] States right that we experience so we

[19:32] can tap into those emotional states in

[19:35] that moment and we can revisit those

[19:37] places and when you actually raise your

[19:39] Consciousness to an INF level you can

[19:42] access that akashic field of information

[19:44] which is all information in it all the

[19:47] emotional states and all the stimuli

[19:49] that basically led to those emotional

[19:51] outcomes

[19:52] so what I struggle with understanding is

[19:55] then what's the difference between an

[19:56] emotion or emotion that you actually did

[19:59] versus didn't do if it's all being

[20:00] recorded

[20:02] it's how you remember it first of all

[20:04] because there is something called retro

[20:06] causality which you can go back have you

[20:08] ever had a situation where you said gosh

[20:11] that was terrible and then like a year

[20:14] later came back to that and said oh in

[20:16] one yes that was the best thing I dodged

[20:20] a bullet right oh my gosh that was like

[20:22] the best thing that ever happened to me

[20:23] right we've all had that experience time

[20:26] has this way of flipping polarity of

[20:29] circumstance

[20:30] and perception right so there becomes a

[20:35] retro causal nature of it because then

[20:36] that is also incredibly healing because

[20:39] once you finally have that realization

[20:40] that what happened to you actually

[20:42] happened for your highest benefit

[20:45] then you no longer feel the victim

[20:47] and you can let go

[20:49] of that trauma I don't even like to use

[20:52] the term trauma to be honest because

[20:53] trauma implies I had nothing to do with

[20:56] it and apply something negative that's

[20:58] taking away from you it implies

[21:00] something negative and that you don't

[21:01] ultimately have control you're not the

[21:03] captain of your soul you're not the

[21:05] master of your fate

[21:06] I believe that we are the master of our

[21:08] faith and we are the captain of our soul

[21:09] and that we do have a tremendous amount

[21:13] of power over how we choose to perceive

[21:15] what happens around us yes and what

[21:18] often happens to us is that we go into

[21:20] these modes where we've become the

[21:22] hammer

[21:23] that's always searching for a nail

[21:27] and we don't even realize it

[21:29] so if we think we're a victim

[21:31] we will be victimized over and over and

[21:34] over again

[21:35] If instead you feel like empowered

[21:38] you don't feel the victim you're not

[21:41] victimized anymore and even the

[21:43] circumstances you might have said from

[21:44] one angle could have looked like you got

[21:46] victimized

[21:48] it can become an incredible source of

[21:50] empowerment towards you

[21:52] right and I know you went through a

[21:54] similar a very challenging circumstance

[21:56] that you that you told me about during

[21:57] our last conversation and now but it's

[22:00] so incredible how quickly you've already

[22:02] gone into that new polarity yeah of

[22:05] perception by seeing it as an Ultimate

[22:08] Gift of transmutation

[22:10] and knowing that that's what life gives

[22:12] us it's to turn that bronze into gold

[22:14] and to continue to have these deeper

[22:16] initiations to take us to deeper levels

[22:18] of embodiment that we would not have

[22:20] been able to reach had it not been

[22:22] through those transformative periods So

[22:27] and I've noticed so many more

[22:28] synchronicities since going through this

[22:30] journey of just like constant

[22:32] confirmation of being in and out of

[22:34] alignment through flow and then also

[22:37] through that you know bounded energy so

[22:40] coming back to my question of like who's

[22:43] behind these synchronicities what does

[22:46] this U inverse what does this God Source

[22:50] Consciousness want

[22:52] so imagine

[22:53] if you

[22:55] could multiply Yourself by your U

[22:59] inverse

[23:00] so if you have a number and let's call

[23:03] that number really a light signature

[23:05] because we can convert a spectrum of

[23:07] light into a numerical representation

[23:09] right so that means that the world

[23:11] around you would simply be one over your

[23:14] number let's say that your number

[23:16] happened to be your birthday

[23:18] was your birthday combined with your

[23:20] name in Gematria which is assigning a

[23:23] numerical value to the letters of your

[23:24] name it's also your birth location your

[23:27] birth time

[23:29] and what I've just described to you now

[23:31] is the gene keys

[23:33] it's effectively the gene Keys that's

[23:34] the information you have to put into the

[23:36] gene keys and it's remarkably accurate

[23:38] if you haven't done it before yeah it's

[23:40] it's very accurate just as numerology is

[23:42] very accurate incredibly accurate and so

[23:44] as astrology but really jinkies to me is

[23:47] like a higher order higher dimensional

[23:49] astrology in a way

[23:52] and so when you realize that you have a

[23:55] light signature so this Consciousness

[23:58] you believe chose your birthday and your

[24:01] name and your birthplace to give you

[24:03] this certain number Spectrum to

[24:05] experience life through which then means

[24:07] I will have it in because there's never

[24:09] anyone else that's had my exact same

[24:10] number Spectrum no one else ever has

[24:14] ever had my exact same number so

[24:18] therefore my experience in my outside

[24:21] world will be another number pattern

[24:24] that will be the inverse of that value

[24:26] so 1 over that number will give me a

[24:30] repetition rate so what do I mean by

[24:32] that so certain numbers when you take

[24:33] their inverse values

[24:35] you take the number seven for example

[24:37] one over seven so the number one divided

[24:40] seven times is

[24:43] 0.142857 and then those same six digits

[24:46] repeat infinitely

[24:47] okay it's called a period or periodicity

[24:51] it's almost like a time tracker or you

[24:53] could say it's like a one four two eight

[24:56] five seven one four two eight five seven

[24:58] one four two eight five seven like a

[24:59] sine cosine wave on that number now as

[25:02] you get to larger and larger numbers

[25:04] that length of period becomes gigantic

[25:07] becomes huge

[25:09] so huge sometimes that you cannot zoom

[25:12] out enough to see the pattern but let's

[25:14] say patterns in your life repeating

[25:16] Bingo it's exactly right the patterns in

[25:20] your life are repeating they're set

[25:23] so that everything was actually

[25:25] predetermined

[25:27] you just didn't realize it and it took

[25:29] you your whole life until you realize

[25:32] wait what are the patterns that are in

[25:33] my life that are repeating that are

[25:35] specifically related to my unique light

[25:38] signature I used to think that you know

[25:40] I was good in business and that's why I

[25:41] could Succeed in Business and I worked

[25:43] really hard and you know I was always

[25:45] like oh you know luck isn't really this

[25:47] thing it's just a chance and opportunity

[25:49] meet in the right place you know

[25:51] preparation and opportunity is what I

[25:53] basically represent and so therefore I'm

[25:55] successful

[25:56] but one day I realized Maybe

[25:59] it could just be that I was born Taurus

[26:02] just have a propensity towards material

[26:05] grounded you know every torian every

[26:09] Taurus I know

[26:10] has the same thing or they like nice

[26:12] things right they they manifest luxury

[26:16] they're like of this Earth they can

[26:18] literally ground anything right and I

[26:22] don't I don't think I know any tourists

[26:24] that aren't like that yeah

[26:26] right and they're just good with it

[26:29] and they just do it like like like a

[26:31] fish swims right if we try to judge a

[26:34] fish by its ability to climb a tree

[26:37] right this is a quote from Einstein you

[26:39] know obviously we're all going to be

[26:41] disappointed and then not being a genius

[26:42] but actually judge it on what it's built

[26:45] to do

[26:46] and that's understanding what our own

[26:49] Gene key is when we finally understand

[26:52] what we're here to do that's what I

[26:54] meant when you asked me the question

[26:55] what is your highest self and I said

[26:57] it's my highest authenticity

[27:00] it's recognizing and owning who I am

[27:03] and realizing that that is good enough

[27:05] and

[27:07] that I exist for a reason my existence

[27:10] is here to provide another expansion

[27:14] to the akashic field of information so

[27:17] that the Universe the one the universal

[27:20] one or God if you want to call it that

[27:22] not some old guy who's like reaching out

[27:24] to Adam but actually the entire universe

[27:27] itself

[27:28] is alive and wanting to expand and grow

[27:32] I gave you a copy of my book Philomath

[27:35] Philomath means lover Philo means lover

[27:38] just like from you know philosophy

[27:42] Sophia means wisdom so Philo Sophia is

[27:46] lover of wisdom

[27:48] Philomath doesn't mean lover of math

[27:51] the ancient word for mathematics never

[27:53] meant until the time of Aristotle it

[27:56] always meant the seed of all learning it

[27:58] was the language of all learning so this

[28:01] idea of philosophia

[28:03] and phyllo math is actually not a lover

[28:07] of mathematics it's a lover of learning

[28:10] the universe is a lover of learning

[28:14] the universe wants to expand its

[28:16] Consciousness just as we want to expand

[28:18] our Consciousness and through each of us

[28:21] going through this process of Ascension

[28:23] and then returning back to one it adds

[28:26] more and more value to the expansion of

[28:29] overall consciousness

[28:31] so do you think that the universe is

[28:34] benevolent or just neutral do you think

[28:37] it wants the highest good for Humanity

[28:39] or it just wants to experience the full

[28:41] spectrum With No Agenda of what's

[28:44] benevolent or evil I think we all have

[28:47] these Notions of what we think you know

[28:50] God should be and and I kind of use the

[28:53] example of Michelangelo's you know God

[28:56] and Adam reaching out to each other like

[28:58] this mirror reflection of each other

[28:59] most people don't realize though that

[29:00] that as God is reaching out to Adam

[29:03] there's something around God it looks

[29:05] like a curtain around him he's got some

[29:07] angels and cherubs around him and a

[29:08] woman right across from him making the

[29:11] shape of an ex as well

[29:13] well that isn't all a representation of

[29:16] the brain the human brain the x is

[29:18] representing the optic chiasm which is

[29:22] the right eye connects to its optic

[29:24] nerve to the occipital lobe on the left

[29:27] side of the brain and the left eye

[29:29] connects to the right side of the brain

[29:31] so it creates a chi shape an X right

[29:33] over the pituitary gland the pituitary

[29:36] gland is the feminine of the brain

[29:39] the the pineal gland is the masculine of

[29:42] the brain it's actually shaped like a

[29:43] penis and the pituitary gland is also

[29:46] shaped like the you know like the sex

[29:49] organ of a woman right the vagina

[29:52] and those two things actually can work

[29:54] together they're apart from each other

[29:56] in the brain but through breathing

[29:57] exercises you can actually lift

[29:59] the pituitary gland so that will be on

[30:01] the same plane when you breathe in and

[30:03] out it actually does move up and down

[30:05] and actually what's funny is we all see

[30:08] CNA fluoroscopy echocardiograms of heart

[30:11] tissue right we'll see somebody's heart

[30:13] pumping and we'll be able to look at

[30:15] something like a CNA fluoroscopy where

[30:17] we can actually see blood going through

[30:18] the heart but it's very seldom that we

[30:20] get to see something where the brain is

[30:23] actually moving with each one of our

[30:25] breaths but if we could see it right if

[30:28] we did have that kind of an accuscan or

[30:31] an MRI or whatever running in real time

[30:33] you would see the brain pumps in and out

[30:35] just as our heart does it goes up and

[30:39] down with each of our breaths

[30:40] just as our heart is pumping all the

[30:43] time and moving as well

[30:44] so what this does is

[30:47] when you can actually bring together the

[30:49] pineal and the pituitary glands then you

[30:52] balance the masculine and feminine and

[30:53] in particular with the breathing the

[30:55] feminine must rise

[30:57] the pituitary gland is lower on the

[30:59] plane so this optic chiasm right is

[31:03] representing the left side of the brain

[31:05] merging with the right side of the brain

[31:07] the left side of the brain being the

[31:10] seed of all rational thought the right

[31:12] side of the brain being the seed of

[31:13] irrational thought creativity

[31:15] the masculine or linear side of the

[31:17] brain is the left side

[31:20] and you could say that would be

[31:21] represented by the letter A

[31:23] and then the feminine side of the brain

[31:25] brings in the curve it's not just

[31:27] straight lines it's the Omega

[31:29] so you have now Alpha Chi Omega

[31:32] Kai bringing the balance between the two

[31:35] so we've been living in this existence

[31:36] of Duality now I raise the concept of

[31:39] Duality y

[31:41] well because we all have this concept of

[31:43] God being only good

[31:46] so then we have to come up with a name

[31:47] like set

[31:49] in Egypt which became Satan

[31:52] right Satan just means he that opposes

[31:58] is Satan just an actor as part of this

[32:01] to create this separation somehow from

[32:03] God because we can't associate the bad

[32:05] things that happen in the world with a

[32:07] god figure

[32:08] because we think they're only good you

[32:10] know it's only kind of Western

[32:12] philosophy that has led to these

[32:14] concepts of of divinity being only good

[32:17] if you look through history the Greek

[32:20] pantheon the Sumerian Pantheon right

[32:23] which had seven gods the Egyptian

[32:24] Pantheon had nine Gods the Greek

[32:26] pantheon has 12.

[32:28] and if you look at each one of the

[32:30] personalities of Zeus and Poseidon and

[32:33] and Athena Etc they all have these

[32:35] incredible strengths

[32:37] right and these abilities they've got

[32:39] kind of special powers but they also

[32:41] have very very

[32:43] High degree of fault tolerance right so

[32:47] what I mean by that

[32:48] oh Zeus was this crazy player right he

[32:51] had all these women he was married to

[32:53] Hera but he had all these affairs with

[32:55] all these other women and he was well

[32:57] known for that

[32:58] it wasn't like he was this just

[33:00] perfectly good guy if you look into

[33:03] Indian right in Hindu belief systems

[33:06] right we've got concepts of Kali which

[33:09] is kind of like destructive Shiva right

[33:13] Brahman they all have these different

[33:15] kind of personality types and we don't

[33:17] look at it as like that's Satan

[33:20] but actually it is creating cycles of

[33:22] Destruction

[33:23] so instead of looking at it through the

[33:26] lens of Duality though good and evil we

[33:29] can transcend above that concept and

[33:31] just realize that it is

[33:34] and that everything must remain in

[33:36] Balance so that that means that God

[33:39] himself or herself

[33:41] must be both light and dark

[33:46] because that's what's happening in this

[33:48] world and we're just a reflection in

[33:51] totality of just all of the different

[33:53] divisions that could be possible of that

[33:55] number one

[33:57] the number one is neither evil nor good

[34:00] it's balanced

[34:02] so I believe that you know and I know

[34:04] this is hard for people sometimes

[34:05] they'll say I don't believe that

[34:07] anyone's any better than anyone else

[34:08] what I believe is that the people that

[34:11] I'm most concerned about are the ones

[34:12] who don't believe they have any Darkness

[34:14] within them

[34:17] because usually those are the ones that

[34:19] will then do the things right that

[34:22] Society has the hardest time integrating

[34:25] because they believe fully that they are

[34:27] completely above and beyond and they're

[34:29] only good

[34:30] this is how you get the Catholic priest

[34:32] who ends up you know molesting the the

[34:35] altar boy

[34:37] and this is what life is here to teach

[34:41] us that

[34:42] Shakespeare says whether good or bad

[34:45] right thinking makes it so

[34:48] whether good or bad thinking makes it so

[34:51] it's kind of in the same concept of you

[34:54] know as we make judgments

[34:56] we don't realize often that the things

[34:58] we judge are the things we attract

[35:01] until we no longer judge the things we

[35:03] attracted

[35:04] so we're not here to learn more judgment

[35:07] after 40 50 years of life you start

[35:10] realizing I'm not here to be more of a

[35:11] judge I'm here to be a lover

[35:14] I'm here to accept I'm here to love and

[35:18] to be loved and to learn how to receive

[35:21] that love both from myself and from

[35:23] others

[35:24] when I keep judging that it's not there

[35:26] I'm only recreating more cycles of

[35:29] samsara which is that periodicity of

[35:32] that number that relates to my inverse

[35:35] right so every single person when you

[35:38] start realizing this and that you can

[35:40] communicate with your higher self all

[35:42] the experiences all the people that come

[35:44] across you as you walk down the street

[35:47] they can be divine emanations

[35:50] bringing you messages

[35:52] confirming your path

[35:55] and then when things that are going to

[35:57] happen to you that are not so great

[35:59] happen

[36:00] then you can actually look at it from a

[36:02] different perspective and say the

[36:04] universe didn't happen to me it's

[36:06] happening for me I just need to see it

[36:08] in the light that it is

[36:12] we get triggered by things and now in

[36:14] that context we have to say well if I'm

[36:16] triggered by this thing

[36:17] what is it that I'm trying to teach

[36:19] myself through this triggering

[36:22] right and that is really when the world

[36:26] changes

[36:27] when you start realizing that wait a

[36:30] minute this is all happening for me

[36:35] then you start realizing you're in a

[36:36] game

[36:39] and the game is of your own making

[36:42] and then it's beautiful

[36:45] and it changes everything because the

[36:47] context is now totally changed

[36:49] Everything Has Changed

[36:51] and you start realizing oh I'm getting

[36:53] less and less triggered by things that

[36:54] that means you're literally dissolving a

[36:57] lot of these issues that you had judged

[36:59] in yourself

[37:02] your life gets lighter

[37:04] your relationships get better

[37:06] and then you start to ask yourself

[37:09] not why did that happen to me but why

[37:11] did I choose this

[37:15] and then everything becomes medicine and

[37:18] then everything becomes medicine

[37:21] and then your whole life just becomes

[37:22] more fun

[37:24] you're not toiling anymore in the same

[37:26] way things just start happening for you

[37:28] kind of automatically

[37:31] you don't have to worry about what's

[37:33] going to happen in your life because you

[37:35] already realize you're there and one of

[37:38] my favorite Chinese Proverbs is

[37:40] the man who blames others has a long way

[37:43] in his journey to go

[37:45] the man who blames himself is halfway

[37:47] there and the man who blames no one has

[37:50] already arrived

[37:54] this episode is brought to you by

[37:56] betterhelp one of the things that has

[37:58] allowed me to show up a lot more

[38:00] fearlessly in my life online in my work

[38:03] is going into my Shadows yes the things

[38:06] that I'm ashamed about the things that

[38:07] I'm afraid will happen those scenarios

[38:10] that you make up in your head but then

[38:11] sometimes they're just too scary to

[38:13] fully go into well by going into them

[38:15] with a therapist it has allowed me to be

[38:17] so much more fully expressed and that

[38:20] has led to me dancing and DJing and

[38:22] living my best life so I'm super

[38:25] grateful for therapists at betterhelp

[38:27] because they are really on point you get

[38:29] matched with the perfect therapist for

[38:30] you it's convenient it's flexible it's

[38:33] totally online you just fill out a

[38:35] questionnaire and they help pair you up

[38:36] with the right one for you and you can

[38:38] also change them at any time so to get

[38:41] started on your therapy Journey visit

[38:43] betterhelp.com Sahara to get 10 off your

[38:47] first month that's better help each

[38:49] elp.com Sahara and you can find that

[38:52] link in the show notes

[38:57] and I see this happening a lot with the

[38:59] Western psychology model you know it's

[39:01] like we go from

[39:03] unawareness this is happening in the

[39:05] news I'm a victim and then we go into a

[39:08] lot of the psychology work and it's like

[39:10] it's because of my childhood it's

[39:11] because of this it's because of that and

[39:12] then it's like I'm a traumatized person

[39:15] and you know I need all these labels and

[39:17] all these ways that we give up our power

[39:19] you know and we we do become victims of

[39:23] our own situations and thought patterns

[39:25] and and all of that and I think it's a

[39:27] way of negating responsibility

[39:29] and then when we're able to move past

[39:31] that it's like okay how did why did my

[39:33] soul choose this what lessons did it

[39:35] teach me what medicine it gave me and

[39:36] then anything that's showing up for you

[39:38] it's perfect exactly as it is and then

[39:41] when you release preferences yeah that's

[39:44] really been my practice of like I don't

[39:47] know

[39:48] I don't know where I'm supposed to live

[39:49] I don't know where I'm supposed to go

[39:50] how could I know because I couldn't have

[39:52] never known the direction my life has

[39:54] gone I would have very much limited my

[39:57] full potential had I decided you know at

[39:59] what age do you decide because it's

[40:01] constantly changing right you would put

[40:02] a cap at your potential at whatever age

[40:04] you decided how your life was meant to

[40:06] go so instead just stepping into this

[40:08] show me show me by hearing the right

[40:11] thing at the right time and meeting the

[40:12] right people that guides me to the next

[40:14] step and then you're like on the edge of

[40:17] your seat of Life yeah you know and

[40:19] you're just like this is going to take

[40:21] me in that and and like I noticed Within

[40:24] Myself of the ego trying to grasp to

[40:26] certainty because I do think it helps

[40:29] like before earlier on the Journey of

[40:31] like goal setting you know like okay

[40:34] this is my goal I'm gonna work hard

[40:35] towards it I'm gonna be disciplined and

[40:37] practice and it can help us go from

[40:39] maybe like

[40:40] unawareness apathy to a sense of control

[40:43] and empowerment which gets our fire

[40:45] going but then to go beyond that it's

[40:48] how can my little human mind know

[40:53] yeah you know certainly is I think

[40:57] something that everybody falls into the

[41:00] Trap of

[41:02] and and there's really no such thing

[41:04] I mean literally I could walk outside

[41:06] right now and just make a mistake

[41:08] because I'm looking at my phone and get

[41:09] hit by a car and then we hold on to

[41:11] these certainties of I have this job and

[41:13] I'm in this relationship and this is

[41:14] where I live and this is how I do things

[41:16] and when it's gone it's like that was

[41:18] taken away from me as if it was ever

[41:19] yours yeah have you ever seen that movie

[41:22] uh have you ever seen that movie Office

[41:23] Space it's absolutely hysterical and

[41:26] these guys are like these total like

[41:29] Silicon Valley nerds and one of the guys

[41:32] is like from Syria or somewhere in the

[41:35] Middle East and the other guys are

[41:37] figuring out how to like rob the bank

[41:39] that they're working at or the company

[41:40] they're working at they're going to take

[41:41] one fraction of one penny off of

[41:44] everybody's bank accounts it's actually

[41:46] a really funny comedy

[41:48] and of course they you know it becomes

[41:50] this whole thing but in the in one of

[41:53] the scenes one of the guys the guy

[41:54] that's from the Middle East

[41:56] one of the guys makes the comment the

[41:58] the guy that was from Silicon Valley

[42:00] originally says he goes what do you want

[42:02] you want to just be in this job for the

[42:03] rest of your life sitting in that

[42:05] cubicle

[42:06] and then the guy from like the Middle

[42:08] East says I can only dream of such job

[42:10] security

[42:11] which is the funniest thing because

[42:13] everyone's like oh that would be like

[42:15] the worst existence ever right to be

[42:17] stuck in some like cubicle for the rest

[42:19] of your days right grinding it out for

[42:22] some lame company you have no purpose

[42:25] working for right all you're doing is

[42:27] shuffling papers from one desk to

[42:29] another type of thing and then the other

[42:31] guy's total different perspective is I

[42:33] can only dream of such amazing job

[42:34] security and it's like Maslow's

[42:36] hierarchy because it's like when you

[42:37] don't have your survival needs met then

[42:39] yes job security sounds like the most

[42:41] grounding thing ever I really want that

[42:43] right and when you have that a lot of

[42:45] people in the in the US and Western

[42:47] World they're like okay what's next but

[42:48] then often we go into the material Goods

[42:50] thinking that that's what's going to

[42:52] give us Liberation I know that's been a

[42:53] part of your journey and then we

[42:55] realized the The Emptiness and the

[42:57] yearning and the longing for something

[42:59] greater is still there and then we let

[43:02] go

[43:03] but how can we let go without having to

[43:06] get all of the things first

[43:09] I think it's already predetermined By

[43:10] the Light signature in your number I

[43:12] don't think it's something that you can

[43:14] just you don't believe there's free will

[43:16] I believe that what we call Free Will

[43:18] and Destiny is actually related in a

[43:21] different way I believe that what we

[43:23] call Destiny is the Free Will of our

[43:24] higher selves

[43:26] because yeah sometimes I think if

[43:28] there's free will doesn't our highest

[43:30] self already know what we're going to

[43:31] decide based off it's working

[43:33] independent of time already right so it

[43:35] knows better than we can know because

[43:37] it's got the the the perspective of

[43:40] being able to see all past and all

[43:43] future

[43:44] [Music]

[43:45] right forever for it it's just now

[43:48] so do you think then by doing practices

[43:51] like you know well let's just start by

[43:54] healing your inner child and things like

[43:56] that do you think you can change your

[43:57] destiny

[43:59] I believe that the destiny is already

[44:04] predetermined and the path of what we

[44:06] wanted to learn right and maybe not in

[44:09] our lower context in our in our

[44:10] conscious minds but let's say over our

[44:12] higher lessons the overarching lesson so

[44:14] let's just say that there's something

[44:15] selected where the higher self which is

[44:17] the entire universe says

[44:19] here's what I want to experience

[44:22] here's what I want to learn it's like a

[44:24] menu I'm going to go down the menu list

[44:26] of things and based on this light

[44:28] signature which we can basically embed

[44:30] in each person by determining their time

[44:33] of birth their location of their birth

[44:35] and all that stuff right it's like built

[44:37] into you so then you're the Arc of your

[44:39] life is already set

[44:41] your hero's journey is already

[44:43] predetermined the fact that you're going

[44:45] to come back the life's work in gene

[44:48] Keys is the closest thing you found to

[44:50] explaining that yeah I would sorry mine

[44:54] says you're here to teach about

[44:55] spirituality well there you go see you

[44:57] found your you found your place but then

[44:59] maybe it's the mediums that is the Free

[45:02] Will of like okay how am I going to do

[45:04] this but then what about people who

[45:06] never reach their sidhi their Dharma

[45:08] their purpose

[45:10] well I mean sometimes you go through

[45:11] multiple lifetimes right but I think

[45:13] that's actually part of their purpose

[45:15] too they're just going through their

[45:17] long cycle of this massive repetition

[45:19] cycle and at some point once they

[45:22] finally raise their Consciousness and be

[45:24] able to see the patterns of their lives

[45:26] and then once we expand Beyond Duality

[45:29] that's when you start experiencing time

[45:30] differently

[45:32] the moment you start letting go of

[45:33] judgment

[45:34] is literally that is the encryption

[45:37] layer time is the encryption layer

[45:40] between the fourth dimension and The

[45:41] Fifth Dimension The Fifth Dimension is a

[45:44] dimension of love and acceptance and the

[45:47] way we transcend time

[45:49] is by

[45:51] turning to love rather than judgment

[45:53] I experienced this firsthand because I

[45:56] was very much operating at the frequency

[45:58] of Truth and I was sharing with you

[45:59] before I went to each of those very much

[46:01] in my whole life truth Seeker share the

[46:04] truth be the truth truth truth truth and

[46:06] you know truth is a very important

[46:08] virtue

[46:09] but just the initiation the portal that

[46:12] I've been in and going to Egypt it

[46:14] shifted my frequency to love that it was

[46:17] less about truth because truth has this

[46:19] element of Justice to it yeah it has

[46:21] this element of this is right and this

[46:24] is wrong and I need to balance the

[46:26] scales through my actions which means I

[46:29] ultimately know was I am the judge of

[46:31] what's right or wrong and it showed me

[46:33] just first of all that we as humans are

[46:36] not in charge of that at all we have

[46:38] ma'at the deity and many other deities

[46:40] and all these different cycles and all

[46:42] of these different layers that we're

[46:43] just not even consciously aware of in

[46:46] the grand scheme of lifetimes where this

[46:49] is all being played out it's in truth a

[46:51] judge panel is not on one specific

[46:53] situation

[46:54] and beyond that it's like truth

[46:57] ultimately if it's not being received

[46:59] what's the point right if I'm like this

[47:02] is the truth I'm gonna tell you the

[47:03] truth and you're closed off to it

[47:04] because I'm not coming from a place of

[47:05] love then it's it's just hitting a wall

[47:07] and then I'm just actually lowering my

[47:09] vibration now because now you're not

[47:11] feeling hurt you're not feeling met and

[47:13] for the other person their truth is

[47:15] their truth

[47:16] it could be the same as looking outside

[47:17] and say no no you know one person could

[47:20] say oh the guy ran up and stole the back

[47:23] from behind and the other one would say

[47:24] no that's not true came from the other

[47:26] direction and stole it from the front

[47:27] right and both of them may be right

[47:32] how is that possible that both are right

[47:34] so this is so difficult because people

[47:35] are like wait a minute ah there has to

[47:38] be an objective truth

[47:40] no what we all have to realize is that

[47:43] what we've been telling us ourselves is

[47:45] the truth is what we subconsciously and

[47:47] unconsciously believe was benefiting us

[47:50] right

[47:51] yeah because also truth changes with

[47:54] time

[47:55] different levels of consciousness

[47:56] different awareness different pieces of

[47:57] the puzzle you might have seen that

[47:59] accident happen on the street but now I

[48:01] realize the car behind them was actually

[48:02] pushing this car to go faster so it

[48:04] wasn't this car it was that card and

[48:05] it's like my my field of awareness

[48:07] expands so then the truth changes again

[48:10] meanwhile your field of awareness is

[48:12] changing we might actually switch sides

[48:13] of what is true oh completely so by the

[48:16] way that's what political parties are

[48:18] doing right now right exactly no that's

[48:20] exactly what's happened I mean we can

[48:22] look back in history

[48:24] so you know we tend to think of the

[48:26] party that's an advocate for you know

[48:28] NAACP and and sort of for minority

[48:32] issues ETC is going to be the Democratic

[48:34] party generally right and then we tend

[48:37] to think about the Republican party as

[48:38] old rich white guys right and that's

[48:40] kind of the way they're both portrayed

[48:42] and to a certain extent both kind of

[48:43] accept that as well

[48:45] but what's more interesting about it is

[48:47] going back in time because the

[48:50] Emancipation Proclamation was made by

[48:52] Abraham Lincoln who was a republican the

[48:54] Democrats were actually the party of

[48:56] slavery right

[48:59] yeah so how did that flip 180 degrees

[49:02] right because we could say it is true

[49:04] that Democrats stand for freedom and it

[49:07] is true that Republicans stand for

[49:09] they're all conservative white dudes but

[49:11] that actually just wasn't true because

[49:13] Abraham Lincoln's time it was the polar

[49:14] opposite well I'll give you another

[49:16] example of it since we're on politics

[49:17] and you know I'm not I'm neither

[49:19] Republican nor Democrat I refuse to

[49:21] participate now I'm done yeah exactly

[49:23] I'm non-preference I'm so over it I'm

[49:25] like please

[49:27] the Republican Party touts itself as the

[49:30] party of conservatism right and that

[49:33] also extends to how they spend their

[49:34] money right and yet every Republican

[49:38] presidency has run a much larger budget

[49:41] deficit than their Democrat counterparts

[49:45] right

[49:46] what gives it's almost like you want to

[49:49] basically fool everybody just you know

[49:52] if you want to be a successful president

[49:53] I've heard this before either be a

[49:55] democrat or a republican who ends up

[49:58] running on those two platforms but then

[50:00] after he goes into office flips to the

[50:01] other side

[50:02] whatever that is because you'll get way

[50:05] more things done

[50:07] so if you're a conservative and you

[50:08] actually want to get something done well

[50:10] you got to do it is you got to basically

[50:11] run as a Democrat and then have

[50:13] conservative policies

[50:16] because that will turn the tide yeah

[50:18] right and so this is what's been

[50:21] happening I realized probably 2010

[50:24] that what I considered was dualistic

[50:27] you know humility and arrogance I

[50:30] started looking at people that were

[50:31] arrogant

[50:33] and they're the ones that were calling

[50:35] out other people for being arrogant so

[50:37] they're the ones that would say oh I

[50:39] can't stand that person because he's so

[50:40] arrogant yeah we see what we are if you

[50:43] spot it that means you got it

[50:45] and so that's what I started realizing

[50:47] that okay what we call fascist

[50:51] actually always starts off as communist

[50:55] you look throughout history

[50:56] I mean is Kim Jong-un and uh Kim il-sung

[51:00] you know his grandfather and all the

[51:01] people that basically have set up what

[51:03] is North Korea today

[51:05] I mean you go there you know it's

[51:06] fascism because there's giant pictures

[51:08] of people's faces everywhere

[51:10] but the thing is is that they all always

[51:12] start running on platforms of social

[51:14] democracy Hitler was a Social Democrat

[51:17] yeah what we resist persists and we

[51:20] become that thing exactly so all of it

[51:22] is a circle or a sphere

[51:25] it's you know you take one more step to

[51:28] the right and you've got you know you

[51:30] think that you're you're right wing you

[51:32] keep going you end up at communism yeah

[51:34] and even just on a like a little micro

[51:37] example

[51:39] um my uncle is very clean like OCD clean

[51:42] wants everything to be clean and always

[51:45] ends up with the stains on everything

[51:48] you know the stains on the shirt the

[51:49] stains on the couch and it's like the

[51:50] one thing that annoys him the most what

[51:52] does he do that he's an oral surgeon

[51:54] okay

[51:56] the doctors that have the pin Pockets

[51:58] here and then there's always like ink

[51:59] stain exactly exactly and they're super

[52:01] meticulous and everything else and it's

[52:03] almost like we joke because his wife my

[52:05] aunt she could be eating like

[52:06] pomegranate which is like super messy

[52:08] and like bring it from the table to her

[52:10] mouth and like totally fine and he like

[52:12] touches a little bit and it's like

[52:13] ruined his perfectly white stained shirt

[52:15] so that's the funny thing of like

[52:18] whatever you don't want to happen

[52:22] for you to get rid of that preference

[52:25] but then I wonder I'm like okay let's

[52:28] say I come into a lifetime of having no

[52:30] preference I'm just floating I'm just

[52:32] like accepting what is it's like well

[52:33] then how would I have Beauty how would I

[52:36] have expression how would I have

[52:38] individuation if I just become this like

[52:40] blob of no preference

[52:43] well I don't know that it has to be no

[52:45] preference I think you can because I'm a

[52:48] Taurus I I used to not want people to

[52:51] know that I was like I like nice things

[52:54] right so I remember I used to have an

[52:56] Aston Martin

[52:57] and I had several Aston Martins and when

[53:00] I worked it out again I remember

[53:02] thinking oh I probably shouldn't drive

[53:03] my Aston Martin to work

[53:06] because I don't want people to like

[53:07] think of me as being like obsessed with

[53:09] this material stuff right which is kind

[53:13] of stupid because people all figure it

[53:15] out anyway right it's better just to own

[53:18] it

[53:19] just own your

[53:22] right instead of trying to tell somebody

[53:24] oh I don't like this or I'm not like

[53:26] that or judge everyone else for doing

[53:28] the thing that you're trying to avoid

[53:29] being yourself

[53:31] just be at one with it and accept and

[53:34] own it I like nice things

[53:37] there's nothing wrong with that

[53:40] it's us that assigns guilt shame blame

[53:43] to whatever the things are in our life

[53:45] that we're not yet fully comfortable

[53:47] with and at peace with yes it's when

[53:49] you're wobbling that you're questioned

[53:51] it's always the case right and so what

[53:55] what happens is like you know it reminds

[53:57] me sometimes

[53:59] um I had one circumstance like this back

[54:02] in high school that really

[54:04] bothered me and then it happened again

[54:06] later in life so it was in my second

[54:08] marriage you know people ask me the math

[54:09] equation all the time you know what's

[54:11] half of a half of a half and I say three

[54:13] marriages right that's that's kind of

[54:15] the way it works but but I remember in

[54:18] my in my second marriage there was

[54:20] someone that was a friend of mine who

[54:22] his wife was you know very very

[54:25] attractive beautiful woman I'd never

[54:27] really talked to her before and he and I

[54:29] were close friends and

[54:31] she was in The Forum with my ex-wife

[54:34] and she went to this forum with my

[54:37] ex-wife and this forum is like it's like

[54:39] a YPO type for him if you know what YPO

[54:41] is it's a CEO Club basically

[54:44] and and and she said you know

[54:46] I in this forum with with the women she

[54:49] told my ex-wife and I'd never even

[54:50] talked to this woman she told my ex-wife

[54:53] um I think that your husband might be

[54:55] attracted to me

[54:57] which caused me a lot of pain it was

[55:00] very difficult it was super painful

[55:03] and and

[55:05] the thing is I never even talked to her

[55:08] so how she could come to that

[55:10] right we tend to and you know we all do

[55:14] this we all project sometimes

[55:17] things I've done it myself so I had to

[55:19] learn that experience we learned through

[55:21] opposites

[55:22] so for example I had to go through this

[55:25] terrible terrible experience that I was

[55:26] in 2016.

[55:29] um where I felt I I experienced Mass

[55:31] betrayal from several of my friends

[55:34] which was horrible I was in a battle

[55:36] with the VC partner

[55:37] that was trying to get control of a

[55:40] company that I had founded that became a

[55:41] unicorn company

[55:43] like overnight

[55:45] and I ended up winning the battle but I

[55:47] felt like I lost the war

[55:49] and it took me a long time to realize

[55:51] why it had to happen that way

[55:54] because I realized later that one of the

[55:56] things I came here to learn that was

[55:58] part of my Dharma

[55:59] was to learn unconditional love

[56:03] so if my choice at a higher self level

[56:06] is to learn unconditional love that

[56:08] means I'm going to learn that through

[56:09] the opposite of unconditional love

[56:12] which is conditional love and the

[56:14] extreme form of conditional love is

[56:16] betrayal

[56:19] I had to keep experiencing that betrayal

[56:22] until I learned to accept it

[56:24] because if I kept judging it I would

[56:27] just be on the same hamster trail of

[56:29] repetition there's just another number

[56:31] cycle that's coming forward

[56:34] so once we transmute it we can actually

[56:36] turn ourselves into a golden light

[56:39] relationship so do you think then when

[56:42] we transmute it we accept that thing we

[56:44] no longer have judgment around it then

[56:46] this number wave shifts yes it does and

[56:50] that I just discovered so one of the

[56:52] things I promise you I wasn't going to

[56:54] talk about math but here I am talking

[56:55] about math one of the things that I'll

[56:57] try to do as easily as I possibly can

[56:58] let's give us the fourth have you ever

[57:00] give me the fourth grade version have

[57:02] you ever heard of the Fibonacci yes

[57:04] member series okay so you know the

[57:07] Fibonacci number series determines the

[57:08] number of leaves on that plant right oh

[57:11] no I didn't know that yeah or the number

[57:13] of Petals of a rose so the way it works

[57:16] is for the branches on a tree every tree

[57:18] will follow this wow so you'll have one

[57:21] branch will show up close to the base of

[57:22] the tree then there'll be another branch

[57:24] and then there's going to be two

[57:26] branches and then those there's going to

[57:29] be two plus one so you just add the last

[57:31] two numbers three branches and then at

[57:33] the plants and then there's going to be

[57:35] five branches under the next rung

[57:36] because you're just adding it up one

[57:38] plus one equals two and then two plus

[57:40] one equals three and then three plus two

[57:41] equals five and then five plus three

[57:44] equals eight so the number series goes

[57:46] one one two three five eight thirteen

[57:50] 21 34 55 89 144 and then if I take those

[57:56] numbers at 144 and I divide it by 89.

[57:59] the immediately preceding number

[58:01] it gives me a ratio of 1.618

[58:04] now this is a very important ratio and

[58:08] it's a ratio that shows up everywhere in

[58:10] nature in fact it's often referred to as

[58:12] God's signature

[58:14] 1.618 1.618 so I'll tell you where it

[58:17] matters am I looking around for your

[58:19] viewers I'll tell you where it matters I

[58:20] launched a product called Juvederm right

[58:22] which became a huge product for dermal

[58:24] fillers and everything

[58:26] and

[58:27] and the doctors that would inject

[58:29] Juvederm have you heard of Juvederm

[58:30] before yeah when they would eject

[58:32] Juvederm they'd put it in lips they

[58:34] would inject it in both lips right but

[58:38] actually technically the way they should

[58:40] inject it is they should inject

[58:42] 1.618 times the volume that they inject

[58:46] in the top lip the larger amount should

[58:49] go on the bottom lip

[58:51] do you know why

[58:52] that's the natural ratio of the lips

[58:55] that's the natural ratio of the lips by

[58:57] the same token if you wanted to look at

[59:00] the feminine form which is we we love

[59:03] the curve right who would want to live

[59:04] in a world of only straight lines the

[59:07] feminine form the hip to waist ratio is

[59:11] 1.618

[59:13] a DNA strand so you've seen how a DNA

[59:16] strand looks right so if I took a strand

[59:18] of DNA

[59:20] the length

[59:21] of that strand would be 1.618 times the

[59:24] width did you know this yeah everything

[59:27] is this I only learned about Pi that was

[59:30] like the big number in high school

[59:34] 3.1415926 yeah there's like a

[59:36] competition of like how much you could

[59:38] memorize but I did a competition at

[59:40] Pacific High School in Newport Beach

[59:42] okay and um and they had me speak to

[59:45] their whole student body about

[59:46] mathematics and I did this competition

[59:48] I'm like okay who could do you know Pi

[59:50] out to X number of digits and there was

[59:53] one kid there that actually just kept

[59:55] going everyone else gave up after like

[59:57] 40 digits wow and this kid went to like

[1:00:00] 2 000 digits I was like

[1:00:02] okay that's a lot but I think the world

[1:00:04] records something like 20 000 digits

[1:00:06] someone actually can remember it's kind

[1:00:08] of crazy crazy tells you what the human

[1:00:10] mind can do but what's interesting about

[1:00:13] this number 1.618 there's something that

[1:00:15] makes it golden

[1:00:17] now you can understand I tend to refer

[1:00:19] to like the pyramids I'm sure connected

[1:00:21] to them the pyramids are definitely

[1:00:22] connected to it no doubt about it but

[1:00:25] the thing that is absolutely connected

[1:00:27] to it is a mirroring property

[1:00:29] so what do I mean by a mirroring

[1:00:31] property

[1:00:32] well

[1:00:33] I call the universe the U inverse right

[1:00:37] and another way to look at that would be

[1:00:38] like a mirror between our two

[1:00:40] Consciousness types the conscious mind

[1:00:42] which is what I call me and the

[1:00:44] subconscious mind which is everything

[1:00:46] else around me my experience and it's

[1:00:48] Unique to me because my light signature

[1:00:50] is unique

[1:00:51] and my 1 over X is that mere reflection

[1:00:54] so the mirror of Consciousness the

[1:00:57] number 1.618 is unique because it's the

[1:00:59] only number that when I take its inverse

[1:01:02] the string of numbers the 0.618 into

[1:01:06] Infinity remains identical

[1:01:08] so it's literally the perfect mirrored

[1:01:10] number

[1:01:12] only number that does this

[1:01:15] and we call this the golden ratio

[1:01:17] because all artwork has it embedded

[1:01:20] within it whether we know it or not I'm

[1:01:21] a sculptor I'm sculpting I don't take

[1:01:23] calipers to measure to see if I'm doing

[1:01:26] the hip to waist ratio if I'm doing the

[1:01:28] face ratio the distance between my

[1:01:30] pupils should be you know exactly versus

[1:01:34] my temple to Temple people to pupil

[1:01:36] Temple to Temple Temple to Temple versus

[1:01:38] people pupil is 1.618

[1:01:41] it's perfect my lips are supposed to be

[1:01:43] that everything's supposed to be this

[1:01:45] signature of God

[1:01:47] the reason is because it has this

[1:01:49] string of decimal extension that's

[1:01:51] identical even when you take one over

[1:01:54] that value

[1:01:56] so how does that even matter what it

[1:01:58] matters is that

[1:01:59] no other number can do that so I used to

[1:02:01] think this is a property that only the

[1:02:04] golden ratio has that's the only magic

[1:02:06] number

[1:02:07] where it takes its inverse and it's

[1:02:09] perfectly the same number infinitely no

[1:02:11] other number can do that so you could

[1:02:12] say it'd be like the God of all numbers

[1:02:14] right

[1:02:16] but then I learned and discovered the

[1:02:18] method

[1:02:19] to apply that and have it work for all

[1:02:22] numbers

[1:02:23] and it's totally possible to have it

[1:02:25] work for all numbers

[1:02:27] what you have to do is you take whatever

[1:02:30] number it is you square it you add one

[1:02:33] to it take its square root

[1:02:35] and then you take half of its value on

[1:02:38] the left side of the decimal extension

[1:02:40] and then you add back half that value

[1:02:43] back to it and then that will create a

[1:02:45] number now that will be a perfect

[1:02:46] mantissa or decimal extension of

[1:02:49] equivalence in its one over x value so

[1:02:52] now you could say that the number itself

[1:02:54] on the left of the decimal is your

[1:02:56] conscious mind

[1:02:57] and the number on the right of the

[1:02:59] decimal is your subconscious mind they

[1:03:02] can now be joined into one number we

[1:03:04] take the 1 over X of that value and it's

[1:03:06] the same decimal extension identical

[1:03:08] every number can now be made golden so

[1:03:12] you just asked me the question so if I'm

[1:03:13] stuck to this repetition pattern

[1:03:16] how do I become golden how do I become

[1:03:19] Divine how do I break out of this cycle

[1:03:21] of samsara mathematically you can you

[1:03:25] become perfectly infinitely irrational

[1:03:28] no repeating patterns you're infinite

[1:03:30] it's your spirit aspect you could think

[1:03:33] of yourself like if I could take the

[1:03:36] square root of Sahara

[1:03:38] right the square root of U would give me

[1:03:40] an infinite irrational number right

[1:03:43] that's perfect it's beautiful there's no

[1:03:45] repetition patterns in it it's perfectly

[1:03:47] infinite it's entropic it's also

[1:03:50] synthropic we just don't know the

[1:03:52] pattern what's entropic centropic and

[1:03:54] Tropic means chaos there's a chaos

[1:03:57] aspect to the entire universe right

[1:03:59] chaos has to be balanced and then

[1:04:02] there's pattern

[1:04:03] but maybe what we call entropy is really

[1:04:05] just pattern we don't understand at the

[1:04:07] level of our Consciousness because the

[1:04:09] pattern's too big for us to see

[1:04:12] so you're saying that if you see

[1:04:15] everything in your reality as you

[1:04:17] inverse and you transcend having

[1:04:19] preferences then you will end up on this

[1:04:22] code that never repeats and you never go

[1:04:24] through patterns again is that correct

[1:04:26] the caveat is love

[1:04:29] hmm

[1:04:30] that's how it's not just it's not just

[1:04:32] learning to transcend your preferences

[1:04:34] it's learning to love and accept the

[1:04:37] world exactly as it is

[1:04:40] where my mind goes to well what about

[1:04:43] injustices

[1:04:45] so then you start asking yourself the

[1:04:46] question why these injustices keep

[1:04:49] showing up in my field

[1:04:52] it's very difficult for us sometimes to

[1:04:54] be able to look at these kinds of

[1:04:56] travesties that happen in the world and

[1:04:58] just say I accept that the world is a

[1:05:01] difficult place

[1:05:03] I accept that the world's a difficult

[1:05:05] place

[1:05:06] without trying to do something and cause

[1:05:08] a fight for it right or fight against

[1:05:10] that thing and I'm not saying that you

[1:05:13] just sit back and do nothing I'm not

[1:05:15] saying that but realizing that

[1:05:17] everything happens in this universe for

[1:05:20] a reason

[1:05:21] everything and everything can loop back

[1:05:25] on itself in many ways that now we

[1:05:27] cannot see and with time most things

[1:05:30] there are some exceptions but most

[1:05:32] things we look back on and say gosh that

[1:05:34] was the worst that ever happened but I'm

[1:05:36] actually grateful that it did happen

[1:05:37] because it did lead to this yeah and

[1:05:40] this is The Human Condition

[1:05:42] so I'm not saying that

[1:05:44] you know we look at the injustices of

[1:05:46] the world and we just simply accept the

[1:05:48] Injustice of the world I'm definitely

[1:05:49] not saying that but what I am saying is

[1:05:51] we should not let those things

[1:05:54] become the nail that we then simply

[1:05:58] become the Vigilante trying to stamp out

[1:06:00] every single Injustice because what will

[1:06:02] happen when we do that I can tell you

[1:06:03] this for certain

[1:06:05] it's no different than your

[1:06:07] father right

[1:06:09] right or your uncle who's the oral

[1:06:11] surgeon who doesn't want to get stuff on

[1:06:14] a shirt

[1:06:15] we create the outcomes

[1:06:18] from our fears

[1:06:20] we create the outcomes from our

[1:06:22] judgments

[1:06:23] so if when something like that happens

[1:06:26] the learning can be okay how do I not

[1:06:29] propagate this same experience and have

[1:06:32] it continue over and over and over again

[1:06:34] it doesn't mean you don't get involved

[1:06:35] but there's an attachment that we need

[1:06:38] to avoid

[1:06:39] right the attachment is what we often

[1:06:42] get so like into that we get attached to

[1:06:45] I'm gonna be the one who saves the world

[1:06:47] from this one pernicious or you know

[1:06:50] nefarious act or whatever it is and so

[1:06:53] that becomes egoic

[1:06:55] and then by that egoic transition

[1:06:58] happening we tend to create more and

[1:07:00] more of it in our field

[1:07:02] when if we can exchange that with more

[1:07:05] of the teachings that we would have had

[1:07:07] from you know whether it's and I'm not

[1:07:10] Christian per se I believe Jesus was a

[1:07:12] Buddhist who went to

[1:07:15] um Tibet and who basically learned there

[1:07:19] and I met the Dalai Lama Dalai Lama told

[1:07:21] me oh we have all the records of Jesus

[1:07:23] visit to Tibet you know in my house uh

[1:07:26] back in Tibet

[1:07:28] out of exiled Palace in dharmsala

[1:07:31] but basically

[1:07:33] the idea was this love your enemy

[1:07:38] love the triggers

[1:07:41] people think that this world could be a

[1:07:43] terrible place I don't believe this

[1:07:44] world's a terribly difficult place

[1:07:45] because people hate each other I believe

[1:07:47] the world can be a very difficult place

[1:07:48] because people hate themselves

[1:07:52] and when we hate ourselves we will

[1:07:55] propagate around us all of that

[1:07:57] projection

[1:07:59] and that will show up in our experiences

[1:08:02] it's very difficult for any one of us to

[1:08:04] judge the position of anyone else and

[1:08:07] it's very difficult for us to not look

[1:08:09] at the world and say I'm better than you

[1:08:13] like I said before I don't believe the

[1:08:15] people we should be afraid of are the

[1:08:16] people that

[1:08:21] aren't balanced with their Darkness

[1:08:23] the people we should probably be afraid

[1:08:25] of are the people that think they're

[1:08:26] entirely righteous

[1:08:29] you know I don't think I can ever think

[1:08:31] of anyone

[1:08:33] who was a villain who didn't think they

[1:08:35] were a hero right

[1:08:37] and this is what I mean if that's the

[1:08:39] attachment I'm talking about we start to

[1:08:42] create things we start to create

[1:08:44] circumstances uh to to make things

[1:08:47] better we start cutting Corners we start

[1:08:49] being inauthentic with who we actually

[1:08:51] choose to be so that we can push our

[1:08:53] agenda forward we see this in politics

[1:08:55] and we see it in in all types of

[1:08:58] division that exists in the world I

[1:09:01] think it comes from you know a deep

[1:09:04] sense of guilt of like oh

[1:09:08] I am so lucky to be blessed so I should

[1:09:11] do something good to like repent for

[1:09:15] myself almost I think a lot of these

[1:09:17] altruistic acts are coming from the

[1:09:19] sense of like

[1:09:21] keep good things coming to me so that's

[1:09:23] why and but then it begs the question of

[1:09:25] like does it matter if it's doing good

[1:09:27] in the world you know if I'm donating

[1:09:29] money to make myself feel better

[1:09:31] is there an energetic shift in who's

[1:09:33] receiving that money versus I'm just

[1:09:34] donating out of the open goodness of my

[1:09:36] heart

[1:09:37] you know it's such an interesting

[1:09:39] because I I think you nailed it just now

[1:09:42] that place of guilt and shame is what

[1:09:46] actually creates a lot of the

[1:09:48] reflections right right again I don't

[1:09:51] believe it's the world's a difficult

[1:09:52] place because people hate each other

[1:09:53] it's because they hate themselves and

[1:09:54] also it's not the sin it's the shame

[1:09:59] that accumulates and creates the density

[1:10:02] lots of people I know are like gosh this

[1:10:04] place especially during Cove it's like

[1:10:06] how do we escape planet Earth this place

[1:10:08] is like a freaking and then I saw the

[1:10:09] memes where like there were aliens right

[1:10:11] memes and they're like sitting down with

[1:10:13] popcorn like have you seen the last

[1:10:14] episode of Earth man this shit's getting

[1:10:16] crazy right type of thing and everyone's

[1:10:19] talking to me it's like how do we escape

[1:10:20] this place I'm like

[1:10:22] newsflash I think that they're

[1:10:25] not there's no Escape

[1:10:27] I think the only way we transcend is by

[1:10:31] Falling In Love With It

[1:10:33] and realizing that it's all Divine

[1:10:35] Purpose yeah and the only way we can

[1:10:37] Ascend is to descend is to actually go

[1:10:40] deeper into it and that's Shadow

[1:10:42] integration and realize that that shadow

[1:10:45] Is Us

[1:10:47] and we start seeing everyone around us

[1:10:49] with a different degree of empathy and I

[1:10:52] think it's easier for us to get this in

[1:10:54] our own personal lives where it's hard

[1:10:56] as like these Global issues of like

[1:10:58] What's Happening Here on deforestation

[1:11:01] that we're like well how did I create

[1:11:03] that reality but it's like actually a

[1:11:06] lot of people's shared Karma has created

[1:11:09] these things yes I think that's exactly

[1:11:11] right the guilt that people have at a

[1:11:14] generational level right for success I

[1:11:16] think that's what the United States is

[1:11:18] going through a lot of right now right

[1:11:20] right it's like I I've been to dinners

[1:11:23] with people and they're like how can you

[1:11:24] eat this food right now like how can you

[1:11:26] literally sit here and realize that

[1:11:29] there are people dying all over the

[1:11:31] world right and that's what I mean by

[1:11:33] that attachment

[1:11:35] you still need to be able to realize

[1:11:37] that this world in this life can be a

[1:11:39] blissful experience but if you're

[1:11:41] carrying a lot of Shame and guilt for

[1:11:43] your life for your success for your

[1:11:44] abundance for all these things you're

[1:11:46] likely only going to end up reflecting

[1:11:48] more of that negativity in that world

[1:11:50] around you right because your suffering

[1:11:52] doesn't help the cause not at all and

[1:11:54] you being

[1:11:56] what I would call a closet narcissist

[1:12:00] right so people tend to think narcissism

[1:12:02] is this terrible thing I actually think

[1:12:04] narcissism is the doorway to hire

[1:12:06] spirituality

[1:12:08] what do I mean by that because things

[1:12:09] become so extreme

[1:12:12] that you look in the mirror and you're

[1:12:13] like what is going on you finally see

[1:12:15] the highlight of all the patterns

[1:12:18] as a narcissist as a narcissist a

[1:12:20] narcissist will actually go and and

[1:12:23] notice that wait a minute I thought I

[1:12:26] was so good but actually they'll start

[1:12:28] seeing just like the Arrogant becomes

[1:12:30] the humble or the humble becomes

[1:12:33] arrogant I know people that claim to be

[1:12:34] so humble they become arrogant in their

[1:12:36] humility

[1:12:37] it happens

[1:12:38] it happens through this cycle at the

[1:12:41] tail end of narcissism is when a lot of

[1:12:44] people go through their spiritual

[1:12:45] Awakenings

[1:12:47] they realized they hit rock bottom and

[1:12:49] they're like wait a minute so how

[1:12:51] narcissists do they have to get though

[1:12:53] right I know it's like okay it's like

[1:12:56] I'm pretty sure

[1:12:59] yeah when's this gonna happen now

[1:13:01] finally right like I've been waiting a

[1:13:04] long time so but no I found that a lot

[1:13:07] of people that go through the spiritual

[1:13:08] Awakenings have gone through this

[1:13:10] pathway of narcissism they get to the

[1:13:12] end of it and they're like this doesn't

[1:13:13] work anymore

[1:13:14] well yeah I mean I think that maybe it's

[1:13:16] like

[1:13:17] a self-focus instead of narcissism or do

[1:13:20] you think it's an actual nurse no I

[1:13:21] think it's an actual narcissism what

[1:13:23] happens is they get so far they have a

[1:13:25] crisis

[1:13:26] that what they thought was their world

[1:13:29] is now dramatically not their world and

[1:13:33] they're so detached from reality

[1:13:37] that they don't even realize that it was

[1:13:39] like that all along

[1:13:41] but they were just going through this

[1:13:42] pathway so it's through I think

[1:13:44] Consciousness goes puts us in these

[1:13:46] circumstances all the way to the tail

[1:13:48] end of narcissism so that we will snap

[1:13:50] and right what makes some people wake up

[1:13:53] and not others well I mean when I say

[1:13:55] narcissism let's say let's go back to

[1:13:57] the analogy of the block of cheese right

[1:14:00] so a true narcissist will say they don't

[1:14:04] really love themselves you realize this

[1:14:06] narcissists hate themselves

[1:14:08] that's what I mean by problem in the

[1:14:10] world is people hate themselves right so

[1:14:13] what happened is is that to be good

[1:14:15] enough they cut off all these aspects of

[1:14:18] themselves that they thought didn't fit

[1:14:20] their narrative

[1:14:21] they fall in love with the reflection of

[1:14:23] what they thought they're projecting not

[1:14:25] actually who they are

[1:14:27] and so as they cut parts of themselves

[1:14:29] off they're judging everyone around them

[1:14:32] in that negative light also oh I'm

[1:14:35] cutting this part of my personality off

[1:14:37] so for me it was like stop being a

[1:14:39] musician and I was like musicians are

[1:14:41] beatniks and like I don't want to be

[1:14:43] like this guy doesn't get anything done

[1:14:45] right I'm going to be solid contributor

[1:14:47] to society

[1:14:49] so then all my musician friends I'm like

[1:14:51] ah I'm not hanging with you anymore

[1:14:54] right that was a narcissistic Act

[1:14:57] because I decided this is the Persona I

[1:14:59] want to project that's not consistent

[1:15:01] with that Persona so those people are

[1:15:02] out

[1:15:04] right ghost done and you start doing

[1:15:07] that over and over and over again until

[1:15:09] finally you're always seeking perfection

[1:15:12] because you can never see it but what

[1:15:15] makes some people realize this and not

[1:15:17] others because some people just die like

[1:15:19] that

[1:15:21] I think first of all I love the I love

[1:15:24] the uh the despair

[1:15:27] some people just die like well just

[1:15:29] Awakening in general it's like some

[1:15:31] people awaken in this lifetime and other

[1:15:33] people just don't and it's like is that

[1:15:35] part of their soul plan is that they

[1:15:38] have right the the pattern is just

[1:15:40] further away is it they're younger Souls

[1:15:42] they don't have enough lifetime

[1:15:43] experiences here

[1:15:46] it could be any of the above and it

[1:15:48] could also just be the path that was

[1:15:50] chosen for them and that they likewise

[1:15:51] chose

[1:15:53] so you think about this Arc of life you

[1:15:56] know it's hard to know where someone is

[1:15:57] going to make their flip and be like I'm

[1:15:59] aware now

[1:16:01] and I'm gonna now turn my world to a

[1:16:03] world of love

[1:16:04] but

[1:16:06] my experience has been that it's often

[1:16:08] through that doorway of narcissism and I

[1:16:10] think collectively that's true as well

[1:16:12] that we are at that precipice right now

[1:16:14] and even hyper codependency can be

[1:16:18] narcissism too yeah and so that's where

[1:16:20] I was going in the beginning which is

[1:16:21] there's another type of narcissism as

[1:16:24] well

[1:16:25] so there's sort of a an overt narcissism

[1:16:28] which tends to be the Shadow the overt

[1:16:29] narcissism tends to be the shadow of the

[1:16:31] masculine defined yes yes and the

[1:16:33] codependency of the feminine yes and

[1:16:36] then there's covert narcissism right so

[1:16:38] how would you define covert narcissism

[1:16:40] well they're better at hiding it they

[1:16:42] may come off as charismatic they may you

[1:16:45] know have some form of caring about

[1:16:47] people again but if it ultimately

[1:16:49] benefits them maybe they go behind

[1:16:51] people's backs in their narcissistic

[1:16:53] ways

[1:16:54] um and it's often just in the

[1:16:57] subconscious I don't think most people

[1:16:58] who are most people who are narcissists

[1:17:00] if you ever call them that will actually

[1:17:02] completely deny that oh yeah yeah 100

[1:17:05] yeah that's the whole point right they

[1:17:07] don't think that their Shadow even

[1:17:09] exists no right they're not willing to

[1:17:12] see the negative aspects and by the way

[1:17:14] they're the only one who can't see that

[1:17:16] everyone else can that's why in the

[1:17:18] business world we have something called

[1:17:19] a 360 degree review

[1:17:21] where you actually interview all these

[1:17:23] other people and say what's it like

[1:17:25] working with this person

[1:17:26] and then you can get a full viewpoint on

[1:17:29] whether that person is at one with

[1:17:31] themselves at ease by being who they are

[1:17:34] or trying to put on errors or always

[1:17:36] trying to prove something

[1:17:39] right and we all know that's definitely

[1:17:41] a characteristic and trait of narcissism

[1:17:43] because they'll never be able to they've

[1:17:45] got a cup that can never be filled

[1:17:48] right because they've cut off so much of

[1:17:50] themselves that really they're just

[1:17:52] trying to prove to themselves that

[1:17:53] they're okay

[1:17:55] so all these different emanations all

[1:17:57] these different experiences that we all

[1:17:59] go through they're all here for us to

[1:18:01] experience to learn to grow to expand

[1:18:04] the akashic right we're no different in

[1:18:06] that sense than the universal one

[1:18:08] ourselves

[1:18:10] we're here to learn and grow and expand

[1:18:13] and we learn through opposites yeah we

[1:18:16] learned through like I gave the example

[1:18:18] of betrayal if we're going to learn

[1:18:20] unconditional love

[1:18:22] and one of the things I love about music

[1:18:24] is that music has this characteristic I

[1:18:26] was asked by Donald Hoffman who's a

[1:18:29] a very well-known psychologist

[1:18:32] who does mathematical mapping of our

[1:18:36] thoughts

[1:18:37] it's kind of cool so he comes to my

[1:18:39] office with another mathematician and he

[1:18:40] says what are your thoughts on how to

[1:18:43] mathematically map emotions

[1:18:45] I was like

[1:18:47] um

[1:18:47] let me get back to you on that one so

[1:18:50] how would you put an equation to an

[1:18:51] emotion is it even possible

[1:18:54] well I was flying to Salzburg beginning

[1:18:56] of January

[1:18:58] her business trip there like one of the

[1:19:00] music capitals of the world I was

[1:19:01] thinking about music

[1:19:03] and I thought well if there's anything

[1:19:04] that can bring on and induce certain

[1:19:06] emotive States it's music

[1:19:10] so I started thinking well music is just

[1:19:14] you know like the geometry we

[1:19:15] experienced with our ears geometry is

[1:19:18] math

[1:19:19] so I started thinking what are the

[1:19:21] states that induce certain emotive

[1:19:23] responses

[1:19:25] and when you watch Star Wars they play

[1:19:27] the dun dun dun dun dun dun dun

[1:19:30] that's a diminished fifth it's a musical

[1:19:33] interval right and and that musical

[1:19:36] interval has a mathematical ratio

[1:19:38] embedded within it

[1:19:40] and they're very set mathematical ratios

[1:19:42] so then I started thinking okay is there

[1:19:46] any correlation between emotive States

[1:19:48] directly and mathematical interval

[1:19:51] related to music

[1:19:53] and turns out there was so I looked it

[1:19:55] up I found it on you know the research

[1:19:58] pages and stuff on online while I was on

[1:20:00] the airplane

[1:20:02] and what I found is that certain musical

[1:20:05] intervals cause you to feel love and

[1:20:09] happiness

[1:20:10] and then their inverse relationships of

[1:20:14] those musical intervals caused the

[1:20:16] opposite emotion emotive state

[1:20:19] so three over two is what's called a

[1:20:21] perfect fifth right and you could go in

[1:20:25] on a C note on a piano keyboard up to a

[1:20:27] g note that would be a perfect fifth

[1:20:30] but then if I took the higher c one

[1:20:32] octave up then I play it backwards

[1:20:36] down to a g so that becomes descending

[1:20:39] right then then that is going to end up

[1:20:41] becoming a perfect fourth so a perfect

[1:20:45] fifth and perfect fourth are unique in

[1:20:47] that there's no negative there's no

[1:20:48] polarity flip that's why they call it

[1:20:50] perfect

[1:20:51] it's inverse is still beautiful and

[1:20:53] sounds like stability and love and all

[1:20:55] these cool good things friendship and

[1:20:57] whatnot

[1:20:58] if you do the same thing with a major

[1:20:59] third which would be like da da

[1:21:03] right I play the major third that sounds

[1:21:06] like love to people and that's what

[1:21:08] people reported like their emotive

[1:21:10] response was love

[1:21:11] and then when you play the higher note C

[1:21:14] down to the e

[1:21:15] which is the exact same notes just in

[1:21:17] different order and one octave

[1:21:18] difference

[1:21:20] that sounds like heartbreak

[1:21:24] so you start to realize that time and

[1:21:26] music also has this relationship right

[1:21:28] because motion and emotion are

[1:21:31] interrelated

[1:21:32] and you realize that what I'm

[1:21:34] experiencing in the experience of love

[1:21:37] has within it the seed of heartbreak

[1:21:41] that everything we experience

[1:21:44] can be broken down into these 13 musical

[1:21:46] intervals

[1:21:48] and that they're absolutely mathematical

[1:21:50] relationships the major third is five

[1:21:53] over four

[1:21:54] the perfect fifth is three over two the

[1:21:57] the perfect fourth is four over three

[1:21:59] they're perfect fractional relationships

[1:22:03] that are purely mathematical so what we

[1:22:04] thought was nameless and faceless in

[1:22:06] mathematics is actually the foundational

[1:22:08] basis of how we

[1:22:10] feel and it just shows that with the

[1:22:14] start of every love you are also

[1:22:16] starting a heartbreak exactly and and

[1:22:19] isn't there something

[1:22:22] kind of beautiful in that

[1:22:24] when you're aware of it then you're not

[1:22:26] living in fantasy and projection anymore

[1:22:27] that you know well the deeper I love the

[1:22:30] deeper the inevitable heartbreak yes and

[1:22:34] that's like wow and and now I realized

[1:22:37] why I was always a sucker for

[1:22:41] movies with this unrequited love at the

[1:22:45] end like this love that wasn't allowed

[1:22:47] to be expressed or you know like one of

[1:22:50] them dies and right when they're at the

[1:22:52] point where they're gonna have their

[1:22:53] happy ever ever after

[1:22:56] it ends damn you liked those movies

[1:22:58] those stressed me out no I'm like please

[1:23:01] just fall in love and be together

[1:23:02] forever

[1:23:04] completion cycle yeah there's something

[1:23:07] that's the reality of it because

[1:23:09] eventually we're gonna die

[1:23:11] yeah so I I loved the movie Out of

[1:23:14] Africa with Robert Redford and and Meryl

[1:23:17] Streep and she was waiting for him he's

[1:23:19] gonna come and pick her up at the end

[1:23:20] they're finally going to be together and

[1:23:21] then his plane crashes

[1:23:24] and I've watched that movie like a

[1:23:25] hundred times probably and I'm like

[1:23:27] trying to understand why this happened

[1:23:29] this way and of course it's it's an

[1:23:31] adaptation of a true story but the

[1:23:33] English patient's another example

[1:23:35] right where Ralph finds is in love with

[1:23:39] um I can't remember the actress's name

[1:23:42] but she's a British actress and he has

[1:23:44] to leave her in this cave and then he

[1:23:46] gets caught by the Nazis and he can't

[1:23:47] get back to her to save her and she ends

[1:23:49] up diving in this cave

[1:23:51] and there's this whole feeling of like

[1:23:52] uh

[1:23:54] and I can think of so many romantic

[1:23:56] movies like that the notebook The

[1:23:59] Notebook yeah

[1:24:00] where we fall in love with this idea

[1:24:03] and really as you said in our experience

[1:24:06] of love

[1:24:07] and Bliss and joy is already waiting

[1:24:11] within it

[1:24:12] to experience the Heartbreak and we

[1:24:14] can't have the love and experience the

[1:24:16] joy and the Bliss without knowing that

[1:24:18] the Heartbreak is also there

[1:24:22] and to look at it in the context that

[1:24:26] gosh it'd be great if we could just cut

[1:24:28] off that part right

[1:24:30] and people try I'm in a situationship

[1:24:33] and they try to separate love and

[1:24:35] intimacy and all these ways to protect

[1:24:37] the heart but then you're not really

[1:24:39] living but then you're not really living

[1:24:41] right so it's like

[1:24:44] it's the same thing with how we look at

[1:24:46] light

[1:24:47] we could say oh I love the sunlight it's

[1:24:49] so beautiful and I don't like the dark

[1:24:51] and people all think well

[1:24:54] that you know

[1:24:57] darkness is the absence of light

[1:25:00] what if I told you darkness is just the

[1:25:02] opposite condition of light

[1:25:05] foreign

[1:25:06] it's about absorption this this table is

[1:25:08] black it's got bits of it that are white

[1:25:11] it's absorbing every color

[1:25:13] right and that's why we're seeing the

[1:25:17] parts that are white and it's absorbing

[1:25:19] right so when we see the reflection of

[1:25:22] this all we're seeing is the table is

[1:25:23] black well it's not really black it's

[1:25:26] absorption is white

[1:25:27] that's why it's absorbing every color

[1:25:29] it's reflecting black

[1:25:32] one doesn't exist without the other

[1:25:35] we cannot have love and Bliss without

[1:25:38] the experience of heartbreak

[1:25:40] period

[1:25:42] the two are interrelated

[1:25:45] cannot have a joy without suffering

[1:25:48] so that's how we learn through the

[1:25:50] opposites

[1:25:52] you cannot understand pleasure without

[1:25:54] understanding and experiencing pain

[1:25:56] we're in a experiential spiritual life

[1:26:00] simulation

[1:26:03] where we are here to learn through the

[1:26:06] negative aspects through the opposite

[1:26:09] terms

[1:26:10] the principles that would be the

[1:26:12] reflected opposite

[1:26:13] of those things

[1:26:16] and when you finally realize that's the

[1:26:18] context

[1:26:19] you might as well just go for it

[1:26:22] and when you stop resisting it you

[1:26:24] actually are able to bounce to the

[1:26:26] opposite Spectrum with a lot more ease

[1:26:28] absolutely and it makes life beautiful

[1:26:32] then you realize the darkness is as

[1:26:34] beautiful as the light

[1:26:36] when I have a bad circumstance happen to

[1:26:38] me I realize that in the seed of that

[1:26:41] difficult experience is the

[1:26:43] transmutation

[1:26:46] of exaltation yeah it's the preparation

[1:26:48] ground it's the soil

[1:26:50] without the soil there is no flower

[1:26:54] yeah one of my favorite quotes in the

[1:26:56] ice to live in Korea

[1:26:58] and there's a Korean soak Dom and it's

[1:27:00] like a proverb I speak Korean and it

[1:27:03] goes

[1:27:06] which means as the rice grows up

[1:27:11] right rice will grow in these fields

[1:27:12] that are like full of water type of

[1:27:14] thing I used to live in a rice field as

[1:27:16] the rice grows up it will bow its head

[1:27:20] right as we learn through all of our

[1:27:23] experiences and difficulties sometimes

[1:27:25] we feel like life beats us down

[1:27:27] but actually in that experience of the

[1:27:30] challenge and the difficulty

[1:27:32] is the greatest benefit of growth and

[1:27:35] learning

[1:27:36] and that's where we can take it with

[1:27:39] gratitude humility and love

[1:27:43] and then realize that the only way to be

[1:27:46] is your most authentic self

[1:27:48] because that's why you exist the most

[1:27:51] valuable thing in the universe to me is

[1:27:53] you it's your individuality it's your

[1:27:56] ability to see the world as you see it

[1:27:58] and you're meant to be your own

[1:28:00] individual self

[1:28:02] Just As You Are

[1:28:04] when we start seeing the world around us

[1:28:06] as beautiful

[1:28:08] and perfect just as it is

[1:28:10] everything shifts

[1:28:12] your experiences everything shifts

[1:28:16] the things that come into your field

[1:28:18] the things you see so one of the things

[1:28:20] I highly recommend is stop watching the

[1:28:23] news

[1:28:25] I've totally stopped

[1:28:27] I don't miss it

[1:28:29] I don't feel like I have no clue what's

[1:28:30] going on

[1:28:32] I don't want certain things to come into

[1:28:34] my field per se

[1:28:37] that would then immediately trigger me

[1:28:39] so I've almost just gone like to a detox

[1:28:40] level of news

[1:28:43] and I have to say it's been freaking

[1:28:45] amazing detox level of people

[1:28:49] Instagrams I think it's important to be

[1:28:51] Discerning of what we're letting into

[1:28:52] our energetic field because then instead

[1:28:54] of being in our creator Consciousness we

[1:28:56] end up just becoming victims of whatever

[1:28:59] this Media or person or agenda has

[1:29:02] chosen for us that's right and by living

[1:29:06] this way it helps me at least

[1:29:08] to live an empowered life

[1:29:11] that I'm the director I'm the actor I'm

[1:29:15] the scriptwriter I'm I'm the whole thing

[1:29:19] for my life yes you know one of my

[1:29:21] favorite

[1:29:22] um

[1:29:23] poems is one by William Ernest Henley

[1:29:26] and I was in New York a few months ago I

[1:29:30] was speaking at I spoke at the United

[1:29:32] Nations and I got up and

[1:29:34] I mean I didn't know what I was going to

[1:29:35] say the United Nations but I told

[1:29:36] everyone the government was corrupt

[1:29:38] which was fun I enjoyed that no one no

[1:29:40] one said anything that was the crazy

[1:29:41] part I was like expecting everyone to go

[1:29:43] wait we're not supposed to talk about

[1:29:44] that out loud I'm not supposed to talk

[1:29:45] about that out loud and I'm like and

[1:29:46] everyone came up to me I got a standing

[1:29:48] ovation it was pretty funny

[1:29:49] but

[1:29:51] I went to this cool place that was like

[1:29:53] they had this Gatsby event

[1:29:55] it was this really nice place and

[1:29:58] um it was an old bank that had been

[1:30:00] converted and in one of the rooms they

[1:30:02] had kind of a bar in there and they had

[1:30:03] like uh craps tables and you know like

[1:30:05] gambling and all that

[1:30:07] and on the wall

[1:30:08] up at the ceiling was a

[1:30:11] you know it was basically put it in

[1:30:12] brass the words of this poem by William

[1:30:16] Ernest Henley It Was Written in 1875 it

[1:30:18] goes out of the night that covers me

[1:30:21] black is the pit from pole to pole I

[1:30:24] thank whatever Gods may be for my

[1:30:26] unconquerable soul in the fell clutch of

[1:30:29] circumstance I have not winced nor cried

[1:30:31] aloud under the bludgeonings of chance

[1:30:33] my head is bloodied get unbowed Beyond

[1:30:37] this place of Wrath and tears looms but

[1:30:39] the horror of the shade and yet the

[1:30:42] Menace of the years finds and she'll

[1:30:44] find me unafraid it matters not how

[1:30:47] straight the gate how charged with

[1:30:49] punishments the scroll I am the master

[1:30:52] of my fate

[1:30:54] I'm the captain of my soul

[1:30:57] [Music]

[1:30:58] that is the life

[1:31:01] it doesn't matter

[1:31:03] the difficulties

[1:31:05] that we face

[1:31:08] in the end we all die

[1:31:13] it doesn't matter how we die ultimately

[1:31:16] there have been millions and billions of

[1:31:18] people that have died before you there

[1:31:20] will be many that will die after

[1:31:22] but there's no such thing as real death

[1:31:24] I'm quite convinced of that the spirit

[1:31:26] lives on and experiences through

[1:31:29] repetition Cycles over and over and over

[1:31:31] again

[1:31:33] it doesn't matter how we die but it

[1:31:35] really does matter how we live

[1:31:38] what matters is how we take these

[1:31:40] experiences in this life in this world

[1:31:42] and how we can transmute it to love

[1:31:44] that's the Philosopher's Stone

[1:31:47] transmute all of the lead of our

[1:31:49] experiences which is really all of that

[1:31:51] shame and guilt we accumulate over time

[1:31:54] into something that is this beautiful

[1:31:56] highest form iteration of this

[1:31:59] alchemical metal

[1:32:02] which transforms into gold and that gold

[1:32:05] is actually just a representation of our

[1:32:08] own spirit

[1:32:10] finding its Divinity and realizing

[1:32:13] that you are what you've been looking

[1:32:15] for all along

[1:32:18] beautifully said thank you so much for

[1:32:21] sharing your wisdom with us today that

[1:32:23] poem and

[1:32:24] all the Transmissions it really it

[1:32:27] really landed and I know people as they

[1:32:29] re-listen to this episode again it will

[1:32:30] be deeper layers so thank you so much

[1:32:33] and where can listeners connect with you

[1:32:36] and read your books yes

[1:32:38] um so filomath is uh one of my books I

[1:32:41] have another book recently that's came

[1:32:43] out that's called polymath

[1:32:45] so that just means many learnings

[1:32:47] it's about learning

[1:32:49] brain Hemi sink so hemisphere

[1:32:52] synchronization is a key aspect to

[1:32:55] higher states of awareness critical and

[1:32:58] part of the way you have to do that is

[1:33:00] learn how to balance your brain through

[1:33:01] exercising all the different aspects of

[1:33:03] it so if you want to get better at

[1:33:05] physics get good at Art and music

[1:33:08] if you want to get better at math then

[1:33:10] dive deeper into geometry right which is

[1:33:14] the artistic form of it so you can learn

[1:33:16] through the Opposites it's the same

[1:33:18] thing

[1:33:20] um the way the world is set up the more

[1:33:21] we are into hyperpecialization which is

[1:33:24] a big challenge in the world the more we

[1:33:26] find ourselves into narcissistic

[1:33:28] behaviors because we cannot see

[1:33:30] different perspectives it may be truth

[1:33:32] if there is a total objective truth

[1:33:34] would be the sum of all possible

[1:33:36] perspectives

[1:33:37] so my recent most recent book that's

[1:33:40] just now come out it's on Amazon it's

[1:33:42] called neuro mind m-i-n-e-d

[1:33:45] I wrote it with uh another fellow by the

[1:33:47] name of Michael Ashley and it's about

[1:33:50] our whole digital individuation

[1:33:52] so actually that could have been another

[1:33:54] name for the book too digital

[1:33:55] individuation

[1:33:56] um because our individuality is such a

[1:33:59] core aspect of this universe and how do

[1:34:01] we protect that individuality and allow

[1:34:04] it to exist and coexist with this

[1:34:06] somewhat dystopian world at times

[1:34:09] um is what that book is about and I'm on

[1:34:13] Instagram Robert Edward Grant and then

[1:34:15] you can find my website also Robert

[1:34:17] edwardgrant.com and that'll pretty much

[1:34:19] direct you to all the other stuff we

[1:34:21] didn't talk about Egypt we didn't talk

[1:34:22] about all kinds of other stuff next time

[1:34:24] but next time I'd be happy to yes but

[1:34:26] thank you for all you're doing to raise

[1:34:28] Consciousness you've been doing it for

[1:34:29] quite some time

[1:34:30] and um

[1:34:33] despite the challenges you faced

[1:34:36] you're here

[1:34:37] and so I celebrate that

[1:34:40] thank you so much for this conversation

[1:34:42] today thank you

[1:34:57] there's so much depth here so I hope you

[1:35:00] love this conversation if it resonated

[1:35:02] with you please share it on social media

Rose describes a veil of forgetfulness between the conscious and subconscious mind that prevents direct communication. She says synchronicities are the code you must learn to pass messages across that veil, so their meaning depends on noticing and decoding patterns.
In her framework, living in alignment with your dharma or soul's purpose brings flow, which she calls kriya, and draws the right people and timing toward you. Being out of alignment produces karma, which she describes as bounded action by the universe, meant as barricades that redirect you back to your purpose.
Rose describes an escalation: a quiet tap, then repeated punches such as panic attacks or dread about work, and finally an on-your-knees crisis like an accident or divorce. She argues that each stage is a signal that something is out of alignment, and that ignoring the early taps is why the signals grow louder.
The episode description says the conversation proves synchronicities scientifically and mathematically, but the transcript excerpt available does not show those proofs. The claims in the material read as asserted rather than demonstrated, so listeners should check the specific research Grant cites.
Rose describes turning pain into purpose, or in her words, turning your mess into your message and bronze into gold through alchemy. She connects her own health challenges, family history, and divorce to later growth, and treats each hardship as a preparatory initiation.
When asked what makes him his highest self, Grant says he spent the first half of his life trying to be his ideal in every way and that the second half has been about his authentic self. The transcript excerpt cuts off before he finishes that thought.
Rose uses kriya to name the flow that comes from living in alignment with your dharma, such as meeting the right person at the right time. This is her own usage within her coaching framework, not a standard definition from any single tradition.
