Calling all lovers of movement, massage, and mantra… something sweet and special is coming your way.

This fall, we're delighted to welcome longtime wellness and movement teachers Anjuli Mahendra & Alok Rocheleau to Ojai for an intimate afternoon retreat held in a beautiful home sanctuary. If you've ever been curious about their Embody Flow retreats and immersions, this is a rare and intimate opportunity to taste that magic right here in our own community.

We'll gather, breathe, and ease in together — moving through breath, embodied movement, and mantra to arrive fully in the body and the moment. From there, we'll journey into the soulful, nurturing world of ZenThai Massage, a heart-opening blend of partner yoga and therapeutic touch. Anjuli and Alok will guide you in both the art of giving and the grace of receiving — with a friend you bring or someone you meet in the room.

No experience necessary. Just arrive with an open heart and a willingness to connect.

We'll close the afternoon the way we began — with mantra and breath — weaving together all that was felt, released, and discovered, and settling into a warm sense of community.

With over 25 years in the field of bodywork and the healing arts, Anjuli & Alok offer deeply attuned sessions designed to leave you feeling more aligned, relaxed, and reconnected to your true nature. Whether you’re looking to increase flexibility, relieve pain, minimize stress, or gain deeper insight, this is a special opportunity to experience their work while they’re in Ojai.
