Natasha Baillères is the founder of weBreathe and a breathwork facilitator. She holds an M.A. from the Graduate School of Clinical Psychology at Columbia University and an M.Ed. from the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University. Her work brings psychology and breath together in group experiences, private sessions and facilitator training.
She describes breath as the guide behind everything she does. After losing her brother in 2019, conscious breath became her lifeline, helping her move through grief. Sharing the practice with others became her mission.
Natasha developed four techniques inspired by diverse breathwork practices. weBreathe offers two main approaches: Breath for Self Control and Emotion Regulation, where breath is a tool for the nervous system, and Conscious Expansion Breathwork®, a method for reaching altered states. In Conscious Expansion sessions she uses soundscape headsets and heightened, dream-like techniques called weRelease and weLull Breath. Usui Reiki is part of her facilitation, and sessions end with psychological integration. Participants have described the experiences as "out-of-body exploration journeys."
Her training includes breathwork study at Loka Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia, and with the International Breathwork Foundation. She also holds a Spirit Mind Body certification from the Spirit Mind Body Institute at Columbia University, completed a Psychology of Self-Regulation course at Harvard University, and trained as a Reiki Master. She is a registered yoga teacher with training in vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga.
She offers private one-to-one sessions and customized experiences for corporate teams, retreats and brand activations. She also leads an advanced facilitator training, whose graduates become weBreathe facilitators. On Insight Timer she shares breathwork meditations that give people tools for independent practice.
