Kim Newing guides emotionally overloaded women out of the anxious spiral and back to their inner knowing. Her work blends spiritual law, feminine embodiment and nervous system healing, with the aim of helping women feel safe in their bodies, respond instead of react, and trust themselves again.
She is the author of a children's book, Tales of the Wild Adventurer, and a teacher on Insight Timer, where her site says more than 26,000 students listen to her guided practices. She also teaches the Non-Linear Movement Method, a somatic practice developed by Michaela Boehm, and runs Soul Expansion, a 12-week live training in intuition. Her mentoring and audio programs are offered to women who want to come back to their bodies and their intuitive knowing.
Kim has worked with women for over 20 years. She describes her own path as a series of initiations: a career as an airline purser in her early twenties, a diploma in life coaching, NLP and hypnosis, a first silent meditation retreat at 29, and the grief of a miscarriage at 37. These taught her that being truly seen and believed in can change everything. She is a certified Intuitive Guide, Master NLP Practitioner, Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, feminine embodiment coach and mentor, and professionally certified life coach.
Kim lives on a small farm outside Brisbane with her husband, their three daughters and a good many animals. She acknowledges the Turrbal and Jagera people as the first nations owners of the lands where she lives.

Worth Knowing
Kim Newing, known professionally as Mama Goddess, is a Brisbane-based spiritual teacher and intuitive guide who has spent over two decades working with women seeking to move beyond overwhelm and reconnect with their own inner authority. Her reputation rests on a hybrid approach: she combines formal training in meditation and nervous system science with intuitive psychology techniques like NLP and Ericksonian hypnotherapy, drawing from teachers like Marianne Williamson, Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, and Byron Katie. What sets her apart is her refusal to position herself as the answer—instead, she frames her role as helping women recognize that the wisdom they're seeking is already within them, waiting to be accessed. Her reach has grown quietly but steadily: she now teaches over 26,000 students on Insight Timer, the world's largest free meditation app, and maintains a devoted following through her audio and video programs. Her work appeals to women who've tried conventional therapy, breathwork, or spirituality independently and find themselves searching for something that honors the body, the nervous system, and feminine wisdom simultaneously. Rather than offering prescriptive doctrine, she teaches tools for self-trust and embodied decision-making in an era of constant external noise.
