Nuna Holistic Retreat Center

Nuna Holistic Retreat Center sits at 7008 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Florida, and works within a narrow, deliberate remit. Its pages describe a place that specializes exclusively in emotional and somatic therapies for people struggling with trauma and its impact on relationships and intimacy, with a stated aim of helping clients reclaim what it calls somatic sovereignty.

The founder and CEO is Lucia Gabriela, a Somatic Intimacy Leader with over fourteen years of professional experience. Her work at Nuna draws on breathwork, vocal expression, body awareness, movement, somatic tracking and consent-based touch. She is also the creator of the Tantrikink® Methodology, a framework that integrates elements of Tantra and conscious kink; those trainings are taught through her academy and immersive programs, while the clinical application of somatic intimacy work belongs to her private practice at Nuna. Beyond the centre, she leads Sacred Love Temple and is the visionary behind the Sol y Luna Festival and Sol y Luna Retreat.

The method is described as similar to somatic experiencing, sensorimotor psychotherapy and bioenergetics. In practice that means breathwork to regulate the nervous system, sound and voice expression, mindfulness of bodily sensation, movement and gesture, and gentle touch applied to areas of held tension. Services are organized in three entry points: somatic coaching, somatic bodywork, which includes somatic massage and de-armoring, and somatic and emotional healing.

The programs run deeper. Liberation Journeys for individuals and for couples are offered as six- and twelve-week programs, online and in person, addressing trauma repatterning, voice reclamation, rebuilt trust and nervous system co-regulation. Alchemical VIP Immersions are half-day and full-day in-person intensives for those who want to go all the way in within a single session. The Orgasmic Alchemy Method is a self-paced coaching journey for people who prefer to begin privately.

Access begins with an intake form and a discovery call. The centre also publishes a steady blog in which Gabriela frames relational patterns, from roommate-like distance to unspoken truths, through what she calls the Somatic Intelligence Circuit.
