Puglia Yoga Retreat with Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom is a yoga retreat in Puglia, in the Apulia region of Italy. It is led by two teachers who work together on retreats in several countries: Travis Eliot, a yoga and meditation teacher known for a dynamic style of practice, and Lauren Eckstrom.
