This is a seven-night Panchakarma program at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, an Ayurveda retreat in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Panchakarma is the classical Ayurvedic approach to cleansing and rebalancing the body, and it suits anyone who wants to give their health a full week of dedicated attention in a setting built for that purpose. This stay is one of the weekly arrival blocks on the retreat's calendar, beginning at the end of January.

Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud runs Panchakarma stays in set blocks through the year. The seven-night format is the shortest stay on its calendar. Guests who want more time can choose a fourteen or twenty-one night stay beginning on the same arrival day.

Before You Go

Spaces on the calendar fill, and some dates sell out well ahead. If a stay you prefer is fully booked, the retreat asks you to let them know, and they will tell you if a place opens up.
