Spirituelles Retreat
Beschreibung
The Oneness NOA Deepening is a spiritual workshop at the Ekam Sattva Campus in Varadaiahpalem, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is offered within the Ekam and Oneness teachings, which aim to guide people from stress and a sense of separation toward inner stillness, connection and what the organizers call the lived reality of Oneness. It suits anyone drawn to meditation, self-inquiry and a meditation workshop in India that sits within a wider body of practice.
The Practices Behind Ekam
The material describes the event only by its name and its home at the Ekam Sattva Campus, so the clearest picture comes from the practices Ekam teaches. Its meditations are rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and shaped with modern brain research, developed with the Oneness consciousness lab.
- Soul Sync Meditation is a 9-minute morning practice. It is meant to bring a relaxed body, a calm mind and an expanded awareness, quieting restless beta brainwaves and strengthening calming alpha rhythms. It can be done alone or with others in online clusters.
- Serene Mind is a 3-minute practice that calms the amygdala, the brain's fear center, and engages the prefrontal cortex to support focus and emotional regulation.
- Ekam Health Practice is a breath-based meditation that works with three energies of the subtle body: Ojas (golden) for resilience and repair, Tejas (white) for vitality, and Prana (blue) for life force and healing.
- Ekam Prayer is a practice for moments of challenge or transition, offered for yourself or for someone you love.
- Ekam Mantra is the six-syllable chant Humsa Sohum Ekam, recited with breath awareness and a clear intention, traditionally 11, 28, 48 or 108 times.
Ekam also runs longer programs, including Manifest, the Oneness Abundance Festival and Tapas, each described as a path toward calm, purpose and self-discovery.
About Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji
Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji designed the meditation practices taught at Ekam, including Soul Sync, and are the teachers whose work gives the Oneness movement its shape. Sri Preethaji is described as a Mukti Guru, and the Ekam Mantra was revealed to her within the sanctum of Ekam. Together they have led interviews and teachings that reach seekers online as well as at the campus.
Before You Go
The practices above are described as open to people of all ages and walks of life, and the shorter meditations are simple enough to try before you arrive. The Oneness Breathing Room app and the free Soul Sync guided practice are available if you would like to become familiar with the style of meditation beforehand.
