Beschreibung
The Oneness Abundance Festival is a spiritual festival held at Ekam in Varadaiahpalem, Andhra Pradesh, India, and this edition is listed as the Siddhi Dimension. It is meant for people who are meeting hard challenges and feel overwhelmed by stress, and for those who want to make meaningful progress in their own lives while contributing to the well-being of others. It belongs to the Oneness teachings of Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, whose stated vision is to ignite individual consciousness and guide humanity toward the realization of Oneness.
What to Expect
The festival is one of several offerings from Ekam, alongside the longer inner-work programs Manifest and Tapas. Ekam describes its programs as a path from stress and suffering toward inner stillness, from isolation toward connection, and from a sense of separation toward the lived reality of Oneness. The festival is presented as the answer for those facing difficulty or wanting to turn their energy toward something larger than themselves.
Meditation sits at the center of the Oneness approach, and the practices below are the ones Ekam teaches and shares widely:
- Soul Sync Meditation: a 9-minute morning practice that works with relaxation, sacred awareness and the shift from restless beta brainwaves toward calmer alpha rhythms. It can be done alone or with others in online clusters.
- Serene Mind Practice: a 3-minute meditation for emotional overwhelm, described as calming the amygdala and engaging the prefrontal cortex.
- Ekam Health Practice: a breath-based meditation drawing on yogic tradition, working with three energies of the subtle body: Ojas (golden), Tejas (white) and Prana (blue).
- Ekam Prayer: a prayer practice for hard moments, for pivotal turning points, or in support of a loved one.
- Ekam Mantra: the six-syllable chant Humsa Sohum Ekam, recited 11, 28, 48 or 108 times with breath awareness and a clear intention.
About Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji
Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji designed the meditation practices taught at Ekam. Their work is described as rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and shaped by modern insight, developed through brain research at the Oneness consciousness lab and in collaboration with scientific communities. Sri Preethaji is known at Ekam as Mukti Guru, and the Ekam Mantra is said to have been revealed to her within the sanctum of Ekam. Their programs, Manifest among them, have reached more than 75,000 families since 2021.
The Setting
Ekam is the home of the Oneness movement, in the village of Varadaiahpalem in Andhra Pradesh. The sanctum at Ekam is the place where the Ekam Mantra is said to have come to Sri Preethaji, and it is central to how the community understands the place. Anyone attending the festival here is gathering at the source of these teachings rather than only practicing them from a distance.
Before You Go
The practices above are gentle and short, and they are offered to people of all ages and walks of life. None of them asks for prior meditation experience. The Soul Sync Meditation and the Oneness Breathing Room are available through the Ekam app, so you can become familiar with the style of practice before you arrive.
