Beschreibung

The Oneness Abundance Festival is a spiritual gathering at Siddhi Dimension in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, offered by Ekam, an organization whose stated vision is to ignite individual consciousness and guide humanity toward the realization of Oneness. It is meant for people facing tough challenges or weighed down by stress, and for those who want to make meaningful progress in their lives while contributing to the well-being of others.

Ekam describes its work as helping people move from stress and suffering toward inner stillness, from isolation toward connection, and from a sense of separation toward a lived experience of Oneness. The festival is one of its programs, alongside its longer courses and its daily meditation practices.

The Practices Behind the Festival

Ekam's teaching rests on a set of meditation practices designed by Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji. They are described as rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, combined with modern insight and brain research carried out in a oneness consciousness lab. Anyone coming to the festival will likely find these practices a useful way to understand the approach:

- Soul Sync Meditation: a 9-minute morning practice that works with the shift from restless beta brainwaves toward calmer alpha rhythms. It can be done alone or with others in online clusters.
- Serene Mind Practice: a 3-minute meditation aimed at calming the brain's fear center and strengthening focus and emotional regulation.
- Ekam Health Practice: a breath-based meditation drawing on yogic tradition, working with three energies of the subtle body: Ojas, Tejas and Prana.
- Ekam Prayer: a prayer practice for moments of difficulty, for life transitions, or for holding a loved one in protection.
- Ekam Mantra: the six-syllable chant Humsa Sohum Ekam, recited with breath awareness and a clear intention, traditionally 11, 28, 48 or 108 times.

About Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji

Sri Preethaji is known as a Mukti Guru. The Ekam Mantra is said to have been revealed to her within the sanctum of Ekam. Together with Sri Krishnaji, she designed the meditation practices that form the core of Ekam's teaching, including Soul Sync, which is practiced by millions of people around the world.

Sri Krishnaji is the co-creator of those same practices. Their work brings ancient yogic teachings together with research on the brain, with the aim of helping people dissolve stress, widen their awareness and live with more purpose.

Before You Go

Ekam offers Soul Sync Meditation free through its app, so you can become familiar with the style of practice before attending. The app also includes the Oneness Breathing Room, a space for guided breathing and quiet. No prior experience with meditation is described as a requirement for these practices.
