Ocean of Devotion Sound Journey

Ocean of Devotion Sound Journey is a sound bath led by Evanston musician Preston Klik at Tula Yoga in Chicago, Illinois. It is a live, meditative evening of music for anyone drawn to sound healing, deep listening and quiet, and it is offered as a Solstice gathering at the studio, beginning at 5pm.

About Preston Klik

Preston Klik is an Evanston, Illinois musician who leads live meditative sound journeys. His instruments include melodica, didjeridoo, Ocean Drum, loops, crystal bowls, Native American flute, wah-tube, rattles and drums. His Shamanic Walkabout concerts are described as both grounding and transcendent, "a healing meditation for some, a psychic music-guided trance-journey for others."

Besides the Ocean of Devotion Sound Journey, he offers the OM Gong Experience and gives lessons. His wife, Emily Klik, often shares Cranio-Sacral Therapy with attendees at his gatherings.

Preston and Emily met in the garden at Unity Chicago, after the first "Eight:18 - Circus of the Spirit" celebration. They married in the Unity garden gazebo in August 2004 and took the name Klik together.

The Place

The evening takes place at Tula Yoga in Chicago, a yoga studio, so expect a yoga-studio setting rather than a concert hall. The session begins at 5pm.
