Low Hammock Aerial Yoga Training at Trilogy Sanctuary

Low Hammock Aerial Yoga Training is a yoga teacher training held at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, California. It is meant for yoga students and teachers who want to work with the aerial hammock close to the ground, and it sits within the sanctuary's wider program of aerial yoga trainings and workshops.

What to Expect

The training belongs to Trilogy Sanctuary's collection of yoga trainings and workshops, which runs alongside a busy weekly schedule of mat and aerial classes. Those regular classes, about 90 offerings each week plus special yoga classes, give a sense of the studio's everyday rhythm and are a natural way to get familiar with the space and its teachers before a training.

The Setting

Trilogy Sanctuary is a yoga and events space in La Jolla, in San Diego County. Besides trainings and workshops, it hosts dance, music and other gatherings, so the studio is an active community hub rather than a quiet retreat house.
