What is Astrid Brinck's episode about, and how does it relate to a health reset?

In Episode 191, Astrid Brinck, an integrative therapist from Chile, talks with Christine about welcoming grief, honoring endings, and holding space without taking away another person's sovereignty. She is the creator of The Circle, the Inner Freedom Process and Reverent Leadership Training. The episode shows Christine's interest in emotional completion as part of wellbeing, not only physical health.

Who is this event likely to suit, and who might it not suit?

Based on the themes in Christine's podcast, it will likely suit people interested in reflective, emotionally honest inner work: grief, integration, reverence and conscious endings. It may be a poor fit if you want a purely fitness-based or clinical wellness program. The source doesn't give a schedule or format, so confirm the program details before booking.

FAQ

Christine Marie Mason hosts The Rose Woman podcast, where she holds long-form conversations with teachers, therapists and authors about consciousness, healing and inner work. The organizer's page presents the podcast as the best window into her approach. Her events are best understood through those conversations.

Two episodes appear on the organizer's page. Ep. 167 is with Zach Leary on integrated psychedelics, and Ep. 191 is with Astrid Brinck on reverence, grief and holding space. Together they show the range of themes Christine works with, from consciousness and integration to endings and care.

Zach Leary is the author of "Your Extraordinary Mind" and host of the Psychedelics Then and Now podcast. They covered what makes a good integration, the idea of surrender, the sacred feminine and masculine within each person, and the role of love. They also discussed collective consciousness and his time learning from Ram Dass. It's useful background if integration and inner transformation are what draw you to the event.

The source material doesn't say so. Psychedelics come up only because Episode 167 is a podcast conversation with Zach Leary about integration. Don't assume the event includes them. Check the BrightStar listing or ask the organizer about the program.
