Aerial Yoga Teacher Training: Level L2 at Trilogy Sanctuary

Aerial Yoga Teacher Training: Level L2 is a yoga teacher training held at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, California. It is a level two program in aerial yoga, offered through the sanctuary's yoga trainings and workshops, and suits students who want to go further in the practice of yoga in the hammock.

What to Expect

The material available for this training does not describe the daily schedule, curriculum or teaching team, so the essentials are best taken from what the sanctuary itself states. Trilogy Sanctuary offers a wide range of aerial and mat offerings, with about ninety weekly classes plus special yoga sessions, so the training sits within an active, established yoga community.

The Setting

Trilogy Sanctuary is in La Jolla, in San Diego County, California. The venue hosts yoga trainings, workshops, dance and music events, and a full weekly schedule of mat and aerial classes.
