7 Day New Years Retreat - Andean School of Yoga, Pisac

The 7 Day New Years Retreat is a week-long yoga retreat at the Andean School of Yoga (Andean Yoga School) in Písac, in the Sacred Valley of Peru, near Cusco. It is held across the turn of the year, a quiet way to close one year and begin the next among the Andes.

The Setting

Písac sits in the Sacred Valley, in the Cusco region of Peru. The Andean Yoga School is based here and also runs residential yoga teacher training in the same town, so the retreat takes place in a place where yoga is practised and taught throughout the year. The school's work draws on the Andean setting, including the Chakana, the Andean framework for moving through the three worlds.

Before You Go

The retreat lasts seven days. Because the school is rooted in Písac and its surroundings, plan your travel to Cusco and the Sacred Valley ahead of the start.
