4 Day Silent Retreat with Sharon Landrith, Vajra Vidya Retreat Center, Crestone CO

Sharon Landrith leads this four-day silent retreat at Vajra Vidya Retreat Center in Crestone, Colorado. It is a silent meditation retreat for people drawn to the non-dual path and to the direct inquiry into truth taught in the lineage of Adyashanti. Sharon teaches together with Clear Light Sangha, the community that gathers around her work.

The retreat is one of several in Sharon's in-person series. Others are held in Costa Rica and New York, and a longer nine-day silent retreat takes place at the same center in Crestone. The four-day length suits anyone who wants a real stretch of silence without committing to a longer retreat.

About Sharon Landrith

Sharon Landrith is a spiritual teacher in the lineage of Adyashanti, and she is also a gifted intuitive. She speaks of a devotion to, and great love of, the Truth. In her words: "There is a way to freedom from internal suffering. Awake beings across the ages have discovered this truth. My life is in service to that."

She met Adyashanti at a conference in 2000. Three years later, following a series of awakenings to fundamental reality, he asked her to teach and to guide those genuinely drawn to the path of truth. She has continued to deepen into that truth and to embody it since.

Sharon was born in a small town in Kansas and raised in the Christian tradition. She was formerly a student of Jean Klein. Her interest in Spirit led her to Buddhist meditation and then to the non-dual path. She and her husband, Nate, have dedicated their lives to Adyashanti's teaching.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Vajra Vidya Retreat Center in Crestone, a small town in Colorado. The center also hosts Sharon's longer nine-day silent retreat, so the place is familiar ground for her students.
