Tara Love Perry

Tara Love Perry is a self-love teacher, soul reader and author, described on her website as the UK's leading self-love teacher and speaker. She is the creator of the "I Love You, Me" Method, which she presents as a path to self-love, self-realisation, transformational healing, ancestral trauma liberation and manifestation, and the founder of Transformational Self-Love Therapy, a professional, accredited modality with facilitators internationally.

She describes herself as a Master Soul Reader and a naturally gifted intuitive energy worker. Her book, "I Love You, Me: 7 Steps to Transformational Self Love", comes with a workbook and a breathing meditation. 'Breathe & Receive', shared on Insight Timer, is part of the first of the method's seven steps.

Tara was raised within a spiritual community and taught from early childhood by a Guru of self-knowledge. From the age of 14 to 25 she lived with a severe immune-related illness, which she eventually healed herself. She says this was where her journey as a healer began. In 2008 she opened the Live In Light Academy, a school for spiritual and psychic development, self-healing and self-empowerment. Its professional training includes Soul Reading, Channeling and Energy Healing, and the levels of facilitation and teaching for Transformational Self-Love Therapy.

Since 2002 her talks, training, one-to-one sessions and workshops have taken her to 11 countries across 4 continents.
