Sara Schoenecker

Sara Schoenecker is a shamanic medicine woman, ordained minister, certified Rapid Recoding™ facilitator and the founder of Temple of Divine Light & Awakening. She describes more than two decades of work, with global initiations and sacred rites from the high Andes and the Amazon jungle.

Her private sessions, offered virtually or in person, bring together shamanism, sound alchemy, meditation, pranic healing, Reiki, aromatherapy and yoga, woven with original healing music. She works intuitively and prefers to let Spirit guide her, so clients don't need to explain their struggles beforehand. She also leads group immersions that combine deep meditation, energy healing and her music.

Sara leads women's retreats that pair shamanic ceremony with physical activity, meditation and energy healing. They include the Relax & Rewind retreat at an eco stay in Bali and a Becoming Your Own Guru retreat in Costa Rica. She has also led mini retreats and a one-day retreat in Wisconsin, with fire ceremony, guided visualization, forest bathing and intention setting.

Her recorded programs include guided journeys, meditations with binaural beats, and meditative music with healing tones.
