Lorelai I. Dali

Lorelai I. Dali is a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, writer, artist and teacher. She describes herself as, most of all, a student of the spiritual side of human nature. Her practice centres on inner child work and creativity for self-development, healing past traumas and spiritual growth. She guides people towards what she calls their True Self. She has worked with clients for over 15 years, drawing on psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, energy healing, art therapy and Vedic Art.

Her main tools for trauma work are regression to the sensitising event through hypnoanalysis, inner child work and Parts Work, alongside conscious conversation. Sessions are offered online and in person in North Co. Wexford, in English and Polish. She also leads workshops and self-love retreats, and she makes and sells art.

Her education began in music, and she graduated with a degree as a Music Teacher. She was initiated as a Reiki Master in 2005 while living in Florida. In 2007–2008 she studied Holistic Therapies at Studium Psychologii Psychotronicznej in Białystok, Poland. In 2008 she moved to Ireland, where she graduated from the Institute of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 2011. She then opened Ailani Therapy, a place for private therapies, inspirational events and workshops.

In 2012 she published her first book, "Miracles of Choice". She also discovered Vedic Art, a creative art process for connecting with spirituality. She took the teaching course with Johannes Källman in Sweden and founded Vedic Art Ireland, where she shared the method with people from Ireland and abroad for 12 years. Before running her own business for 10+ years, she worked in hospitality for over 15 years. She has also run Reiki circles and meditation groups and taken part in holistic and craft fairs. She also runs a YouTube channel on self-development, spirituality and creativity.
