Kim Stetz is a yoga teacher, meditation teacher and healer whose credentials include LMSW and E-RYT. She has spent more than thirty years immersed in Eastern philosophy and spiritual practice, working with clients in both private and group settings. Her approach emphasizes mindfulness, gratitude and forgiveness, the principles that anchor her work.
As a healer, Kim helps people connect their past to their present so they can consciously create the life they want. Her work with clients is holistic and co-creative, combining science-based insight from neuroscience with esoteric and intuitive traditions. She guides people in developing healthy personal boundaries, which leads to clearer decision-making and more aligned living. As clients process and heal from trauma, they often find greater balance, with more space for joy, play and a deeper sense of freedom. Alongside traditional talk-based methods, she thoughtfully incorporates Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) and plant medicine within a broader, integrative framework.
Kim's path into cannabis grew from personal loss. A close friend who could not access his prescribed medication bought from the illicit market, and the substance was laced with fentanyl. That experience deepened her commitment to safe, legal and transparent access, and to a vision of wellness that includes responsible recreational use, harm reduction and informed choice.
Her life work spans several ventures. She founded Savasana Station NYC, a mindfulness-based yoga studio, and Chef Marq It, a pop-up catering company in the Pacific Northwest. She is co-founder, partner and Chief Wellness Officer of Brown Budda New York, the first licensed dispensary in Southampton, where she advocates for safe access and education.
Her training includes a B.A. in Sociology from SUNY Albany, an MSW from Simmons University, and an LMSW in New York State. She is a meditation teacher trained through The ID Project in NYC and a holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her yoga certifications cover anatomy for yoga teachers, pre and post natal yoga, and restorative yoga, and she holds her E-RYT through Om Yoga School in NYC.
