Heart Resonance

Heart Resonance is a sound healing duo, Courtney and Steve. They share a deep passion for music and sound, mindfulness practices and living an authentic life full of creative self-expression. Both studied Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy in the UK, and Heart Resonance is registered with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.

Their sound baths focus on resetting the nervous system, easing people out of 'fight or flight' mode and setting intentions for a renewed sense of purpose. They hope to help people reconnect to their intuition and inner knowing, and to build unconditional love for self and others. They also offer private one-on-one sessions.

Courtney is a sound healing practitioner. She has studied Integral Sound Healing, Meditation Teaching, Holistic Coaching and Mental Health, and holds a 350hr Diploma in Integral Sound Healing specialising in crystal singing bowls, as well as meditation teacher, yoga teacher and mental health qualifications. She practises deep listening with her clients, so their needs, wants and dreams can shine through.

Steve is a professional percussionist. He got his first drum kit at 14, has toured the world in various bands and has played over 1000 gigs across Australia, Europe, North and South America. He has independently released 11 solo albums as a singer-songwriter, and holds a sound healing certificate specialising in gongs and percussion instruments.

Their instruments include 432hz crystal singing bowls, a Paiste symphonic gong, handpan, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, hand drum, guitar and voice. Which ones they play is decided intuitively at each session, led by the energy of the client or group. Some of their recorded music is available online for free.
