Anna Hahn

Anna Hahn teaches yoga and meditation in Mannheim-Neckarau and online, under the name Meditationsliebe. She describes her work as a holistic practice that connects body and mind and makes room for movement, relaxation, mindfulness and personal development. In her words, yoga is a path of experience, one that leads from the outside in.

In her studio she teaches classical Hatha yoga, combining asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Her Hatha courses are certified as prevention courses and are subsidised by the statutory health insurers. Kundalini yoga and back-focused classes are taught by other experienced course leaders. She also offers meditation courses and workshops, coaching, and retreats.

Each year she runs three trainings: a one- or two-year classical Hatha yoga teacher training in Mannheim, a meditation training over three weekends (56 teaching units, in Mannheim or live online), and a Yoga Nidra training over one weekend (23 teaching units, fully online).

Her podcast, Meditationsliebe, offers free guided meditations. The page lists more than 140 meditations, over 5 million plays and more than 30,000 listeners. Together with her colleague Anna Girten, she led a yoga and meditation retreat at the Hollermühle in Holzhausen an der Haide in July 2025.
