Descrizione
Imagine stepping onto Esalen Institute's clifftop campus in Big Sur, where the Pacific stretches endlessly before you, and spending three days exploring the deepest dimensions of your own potential. This transformative workshop invites you to discover Integral Transformative Practice (ITP)—a holistic approach to personal development that honors the interconnectedness of your body, mind, heart, and soul. Co-created by Esalen founders Michael Murphy and George Leonard, ITP is a time-tested path for those ready to move beyond surface-level growth and access authentic, sustainable transformation.
Over three days, you'll engage in embodied movement practices rooted in aikido, reflective writing, and meaningful group inquiry—all designed to clarify your direction and awaken capacities you may not yet know you possess. Led by Pam Kramer, president of ITP International and a master teacher in the tradition, and Max Gaenslen, an integral practitioner and Hoffman Process coach, this workshop creates a container where somatic awareness and philosophical depth converge. Whether you're seeking spiritual clarity, personal renewal, or a deeper understanding of human potential, ITP offers a tangible, lived experience grounded in decades of proven practice.
The setting amplifies the work: Esalen's legendary healing environment, perched above dramatic coastal cliffs, creates a powerful backdrop for inner exploration. This is a rare opportunity to study with world-class facilitators in one of the world's most transformative locations.
What to Expect
You'll begin each day with energy-awareness practices that awaken the body's subtle intelligence, then move into reflective writing exercises that illuminate your authentic desires and values. Group inquiry circles create space for collective wisdom-sharing, where you'll discover how your journey mirrors and informs others'. The faculty weave together somatic exploration, contemplative practice, and philosophical inquiry—honoring both the wisdom traditions that shaped Esalen's vision and contemporary approaches to integral development. By the end of the weekend, you'll have clarified your direction, learned a sustainable daily ITP practice you can carry forward, and experienced the profound shifts that happen when mind, body, heart, and soul align.
