Question 1

Where exactly does the Aerial Adventure Retreat take place?

Accepted Answer

It is held at Xinalani Retreat, an oceanfront retreat center just south of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco (postal code 48399). Xinalani describes its setting as sitting between the jungle and the Pacific Ocean, so expect a nature-based location rather than a city venue.

Question 2

Is the Aerial Adventure Retreat sold out?

Accepted Answer

Xinalani's retreat listing flags only two other retreats, both called Turn Up The FREAKuency, as sold out. The Aerial Adventure Retreat carries no sold-out label there. Availability can change, so confirm it through the Learn More link on its Xinalani retreat page.

Question 3

Where can I find the dates and pricing for the Aerial Adventure Retreat?

Accepted Answer

The Xinalani listing shows each retreat with a Retreat Dates section and a Learn More link. The dates and pricing are on that retreat's own page, not in the summary text here, so check there before planning travel.

Question 4

What will the setting be like during the retreat?

Accepted Answer

Xinalani describes its retreats as taking place between the jungle and the Pacific Ocean, with nature, nourishing cuisine, and a like-minded community as part of the experience. Expect an immersive, residential retreat environment rather than a drop-in class.

Question 5

Does the Aerial Adventure Retreat include food?

Accepted Answer

Xinalani says its retreats feature nourishing cuisine. The listing doesn't spell out which meals or dietary accommodations apply to this retreat, so check the retreat page or ask Xinalani directly if you have dietary needs.

Question 6

How is the Aerial Adventure Retreat different from Xinalani's yoga-focused retreats?

Accepted Answer

Most of Xinalani's listings center on yoga, meditation, sound, or personal growth themes. The Aerial Adventure title points to a more adventurous, movement-oriented theme. The listing doesn't detail the daily schedule or activities, so read the retreat page for specifics before booking.

Question 7

Who leads the Aerial Adventure Retreat?

Accepted Answer

The listing doesn't name a teacher or host for this retreat, though other Xinalani retreats credit specific leaders. Details about the facilitator and the program will be on the Learn More page for the retreat.
