About Kristi Kuttner

Kristi Kuttner is a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and somatic guide based in southern California. Besides Yin Yoga, she teaches Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Reiki. She holds a 500-hour yoga teacher training, completed with Uplifted Yoga.

Her path began with her own healing. She has said that energy work, meditation, and yoga helped her through hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, and that this experience led her to share these tools with others. She also says she has practiced energy work her whole life and has always been intuitive and sensitive to energy.

The Setting

The training is held at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, a yoga and events space in San Diego's coastal community. Trilogy offers mat and aerial yoga classes throughout the week, along with special classes, dance and music events, and teacher trainings.

Before You Go

Trilogy treats all trainings, workshops, events, and classes as final sale and non-refundable. Training and immersion deposits are non-refundable, and payment plans must be completed once they have begun. Places cannot be transferred or resold.
