Do I need prior experience or initiation to attend Vajrayogini Day?

The organizer's page does not state any prerequisites. Tantric practices in the Kadampa tradition are often tied to empowerment, so it is reasonable to ask the center whether the session is open to everyone or reserved for those with a particular commitment. Calling or emailing before you attend will give you a clear answer.

Is there a ticket price or registration for Vajrayogini Day?

The event page does not list a ticket price or a registration process. Ask the center by phone or email whether the session is free, donation-based, or requires advance sign-up.
