Acerca de Este Evento

Descripción

The Uvita, Costa Rica Women's Wellness Retreat is a women's retreat in Uvita, Puntarenas, hosted by Feel Free. It is made for women who want a pause from constant doing, time in nature, and real connection with like-minded women. Yoga is part of the experience, but the focus reaches well beyond the mat: caring for the whole person, including nervous system, emotional wellbeing, physical rest and inner landscape.

It may suit you if you are carrying grief, burnout or a life transition, if you are looking for clarity, purpose or direction, or if you simply want to be held in a safe space to share your story or sit in silence. Adventure is part of the retreat too, along with new experiences and the kind of memories that last.

What to Expect

The retreat is built around slowing down rather than rushing from place to place. Yoga is offered once or twice daily. Around it, the days are held with mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, time in nature and quiet reflection, with deliberate room for rest, integration and simply being.

There are adventures on the itinerary, and there is also space to immerse yourself in local culture and attune to the rhythms of the natural world. Nothing here is about pushing or perfecting. The invitation is to soften, listen inwardly and let yourself be supported, so that healing unfolds rather than being something you strive for.

Conversations tend to go deeper when women gather with intention. Walls come down more easily, and there is an unspoken understanding that brings both safety and expansion. The aim is that you leave with a sense of clarity, inner balance and a deeper connection to what matters to you.

About Feel Free

Its approach treats travel as more than sightseeing: each trip combines exploration with self-study and reflection, through mindful presence, shared experiences and intentional practices.
