Acerca de Este Evento

Descripción

Survive and Thrive: A 21st Century Reset is a yoga retreat led by Terri and Chloe at Anamaya Resort in Montezuma, on the Pacific coast of Puntarenas, Costa Rica. It is meant for people who want to step out of a fast, screen-heavy life and spend time in the jungle and ocean air, with yoga and the company of two teachers to anchor the stay.

The Setting

Anamaya Resort sits in Montezuma, in the Puntarenas region of Costa Rica, with the jungle around it and views toward the Pacific. The area is described as a Blue Zone, and Anamaya has been named one of National Geographic's World's Best Wellness Destinations for 2026.

Retreats at Anamaya are built around choice. Guests pick a room according to the size of their party or their budget, then shape the week to suit themselves. The resort offers healthy meals, spa and wellness services, excursions, and plenty of unstructured time in a hammock or by the pool. The infinity pool is one of the places to slow down between sessions.

Before You Go

Anamaya's weekly yoga and wellness retreats are designed so that you can join the classes and workshops, or simply come for the food, the spa, the excursions and the rest. You do not have to take part in everything, and the resort encourages guests to customize their stay around what they need.

Rooms are chosen when you reserve your place, so decide whether you are coming alone, with a partner or with friends, and pick accordingly. Pack for warm, humid jungle weather and for time in and near the water.
